The building is beautiful, but the conditions for passengers leave much to be desired (Waiting room on the 2nd floor with metal seats. The elevator is only for people with disabilities, everyone else is pulling their suitcases up the stairs. It's the same with access to platforms (stairs everywhere). The toilet is paid, even if you have a train ticket.

One of the best railway stations in the regional centers of the Republic of Belarus. ATMs, a social exhibition of photographs of the dead, pleasantly decorated elevators in good condition allow you to ride back and forth. I don't know why there are floors above the ground floor in the building, for elevators, probably. I didn't notice anything particularly useful except the ticket offices that implement the main functionality of the station, and it's not necessary here.

We went from Vitebsk railway station to Moscow on the Polotsk - Moscow train, we passed the waiting time in the waiting room with Wi-Fi there were no problems, there was a phone charging stand.

I am amazed by the grandeur and beauty of the building, it is simply magnificent inside! On the second floor there is a FREE high-comfort waiting room with a children's playroom. The soft, comfortable seats saved me a lot during the 9-hour wait before moving into the apartment! Very decent fresh pastries on the 1st floor, incredibly delicious cappuccino, thick, dense foam, I've never had such a drink in Moscow! It is very clean and comfortable in the waiting room, in the toilet and in the luggage room! Excellent level, well done!!!
