Overall, it's good, but not great. The hotel itself is for 4, there are no breakfasts, for some reason it is not very cozy. If you think that the bar is open late, you are mistaken. Fortunately, there is a gas station nearby - there is everything there around the clock) It seems like a normal place, there is a cool environment around, but somehow it is forgotten.

I chose the hotel based on reviews. Disappointment, of course, for this money. One of the advantages is the location of the norms, 700 m to the metro. Among the disadvantages: dirty, long-tired carpet, stains on furniture upholstery, slippers made of napkins (or whatever they are made of). There are no bathrobes (not included in the price). The price/quality does not meet expectations.

Great hotel, I recommend it. The room was facing the courtyard, the silence was complete. Everything is clean, cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, although this was not required. The room has a TV, kettle, tea and coffee set. The furniture is new, the bed is soft and not squeaky. The metro is nearby, from the station, to any point in Minsk.
In July 2024, we booked a room, we will go to Minsk again and of course, again to this hotel, the choice is obvious.

A normal hotel.
Clear.
It's quiet enough if there are no events. I was unlucky, but after 23 everyone was turned off.
An excellent massage therapist. They saved my back after the flight and 2 days of sitting work.
Breakfast is frankly weak. Just until 10 a.m. It's easier to go outside and get to the establishments around the hotel, of which there are plenty - such an area.

I was generally satisfied with the hotel
But!
1. When booking, I indicated the quietest room. They were given on the second floor with access to the courtyard (it's like a well there), in the evenings all the neighbors can be heard echoing in this well.
There is also quite a party place nearby, from Friday to Sunday evening in the parking lot of the company they turned on all the music, well, drifted)))
2. I also asked if there were "buns" for the birthday people, they said that there were, but they did not offer anything on the birthday.
+ when booking a hotel for myself, for some reason a reservation was made for my guest, because of this, they could not find a reservation for my last name when checking in.
Everything else is fine. Clean room, hot water, all shower accessories were, comfortable bed and lots of pillows :)

If you choose between this hotel and another, choose another one.
Water in the room, as well as tea, coffee, sugar are free only the first day, the next day you will not be provided with this, because you will have to pay extra for it. The bathrobe is paid, they don't give you a toothbrush, it's paid. Slippers will be given only if you ask and wait another half a day. The room is not cleaned, but the beds are simply made, and then not exactly. The reception staff is not attentive, especially the senior shifts, they are rude and try to convince you that you don't have breakfast until you show them the voucher. The hotel looks beautiful, but everything else is just terrible. It's not worth the money.

Although the hotel is located in the center, it is somewhat isolated. At the same time, there is also a new fashionable quarter of Minsk with many bars and some restaurants (which close at 11 pm ...) in general, the hotel is modern, comfortable and thoughtful rooms. You can pay with a mir card. The restaurant in the hotel was closed, and the man who asked was sent to this very block with the words that there are many restaurants there. Well, not 4 *, although the price level is quite appropriate. All other things being equal and with a discount condition is an excellent option.

Nice clean hotel in a hipster neighborhood. I was surprised by the complimentary slippers that should be in the rooms by default, apparently, the hotel's trick. Towels, tea and coffee were changed daily. No complaints, except the noise from the drifters and the railway, but this is a feature of the area.

We chose the hotel for a long time, eventually regretting it. It started with the fact that arriving at the hotel at 23.30, there was a huge queue waiting for us to check in and only one girl at the reception. She did everything quickly, but the flow of people was a big plus for everyone, paying for accommodation by card, it already spoiled the impression, where are the rest of the staff? It is not clear to me why 2-3 people are not present for check-in under heavy load. While we were standing in line, it turned out that there was no hot water in the area, but there were boilers that naturally could not cope. For two days we washed under a stream of barely warm water, I just don't say anything about how to wash my head in the morning with my friend, in the evening it was just cold to wash. On the 3rd day of our stay, the water became just icy, we left that day, but all this left an extremely negative sediment. Having paid 16,000, we did not get any comfort, washing in ice water after long daily walks on the street is a so-so pleasure, for which we paid is not clear at all. The hotel must be responsible for the boiler system and configure it for the comfort of tourists, or refund 20-30% of the cost of accommodation. We didn't like it, I don't recommend the hotel.

I was traveling through Minsk with my wife. We stayed at the hotel for a day. At a relatively inexpensive cost per room, a great impression remained: the hotel is close to the center, new, the room is clean, the sound insulation is excellent - the feeling that there are no neighbors. Breakfasts are sad + if you come late, it may not be enough, so I recommend eating somewhere else. We didn't find any good places to eat nearby, we went to our favorite places.

When booking, additional breakfasts were purchased, a standard buffet was indicated, but there was none, instead a ready-made breakfast consisting of an egg, vegetables and two sausages and bread. An average hotel for a lot of money.
Bathrobes are paid, there are no breakfasts as such, they prepare small snacks at the bar simply, lunch and dinner only through delivery or go to the next street themselves.
But it's a cool location next to a cool hangout place. There are a lot of young people and restaurants.
