A very pleasant hotel. The reception staff is very friendly, the room is clean, tidy, there is a kettle with cups, a small refrigerator, a bathtub, a hairdryer, a comfortable bed.
The prices in the mini bar are very pleasant.
Everything is clean and tidy. There is a metro station and a grocery store nearby.

A wonderful hotel, everything from the entrance to the rooms. The reception is excellent, everything is polite and convenient, you can put things in the luggage room before arrival and after departure, there is a waiting area on the 1st floor, an elevator, rooms with good repair, it is very pleasant to return to the hotel. There is Parking, access directly by taxi to the hotel door. The room has everything you need, the cleaning is excellent, we came after walks and we always have fresh towels, the bed is cleaned, the garbage is taken away, the cups are clean and everything that needs to be reported. There is a paid minibar, it has prices like in a regular store. Once during the 3 days of stay, we saw a bar working during some kind of event, snacks and drinks, and then everything was cleaned again. And there seems to be a restaurant, but for some reason it doesn't work. This is the only thing that I would like to improve, to revitalize the first floor on nutrition))

The hotel is good: a beautiful lobby, corridors with carpets and lighting. The room has new furniture, good bed linen and normal towels. There are enough hangers. There was a thermostat instead of an air conditioner, it worked well. The cleaning was excellent and every day.
The mattress is too soft for my taste, and the pillows are too low.
The main disadvantage when the windows are on Lenin Street is noise — there is a road along which sports cars and motorcycles are driven at night.
The area is hipsterishly stylish (with great street art, coffee shops and cozy bars), the metro is plus or minus nearby.
Oh, yes: the old center (with the European streets of Minsk) is not within walking distance, but 3-3.5 km away, keep in mind.

The hotel met my expectations in almost everything. The room is very clean, high-quality bed linen. Cleaning was done every day. Towels were changed every day. The bathroom is clean, nothing leaks anywhere. There is liquid soap, shower gel, paper napkins, hygiene bags, hair dryer. I didn't have enough shampoo and conditioner/hair conditioner, so I had to buy one. The room has a kettle, tea/coffee (added as needed), cups with teaspoons, glasses. As a compliment - 2 bottles of water. There is a mini-bar in the refrigerator, the prices are indicated on a sign on the table (very convenient). There are 2 elevators for access to the upper floors. There is luggage storage - very convenient for early check-in and late check-out. From what I didn't really like: late in the evening and at night, people come to the next street - there are many cafes there - on motorcycles. Because of the noise, I had to sleep with the windows closed, fortunately, the air conditioner was working properly. And some distance from the metro - about 10-12 minutes on foot (we were without a car, and walked a lot, in the evening I wanted to get to the hotel faster).

The hotel is super!!! I spent a long time choosing where to stay and did not lose. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from the center. Nearby Oktyabrskaya Street is a place where you can hang out and eat. The company store of the Crystal factory is also nearby. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is huge. There is a large TV, a minibar. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, two cups and two glasses in the room. Two bottles of water as a compliment. The carpet on the floor is clean and looks like new. The bed is just a fairy tale. The mattress is high, maybe a little soft, but it's for an amateur. Two pillows each. The blanket is not hot (if anything, there is another one in the closet). I don't want to get out in the morning. You need to ask for bathrobes at the reception. The service is at a high level. In three days, towels were changed three times, the bed was made every day, the garbage was naturally taken out daily. Everything was shiny in the bathroom. There are no foreign odors. The tiles on the floor and on the walls are very decent. Faucets, bathtub, toilet and sink are in perfect condition. The air conditioner works in the room, but since I like it very cool, I opened the windows. Of the cons. There is no restaurant (it is only for breakfast. Therefore, perhaps the hotel has three stars? And very unfriendly girls at the reception. It seems that they are working there according to the verdict of the court. Maybe I was so unlucky, of course? But I was there for three days, and they never even greeted me. Well, okay, in general, this impression did not spoil. If I'm still in Minsk, I'll definitely stay here.

I had a Standard room, new furniture, clean room, daily cleaning, new bed. But you need to pay 700 rubles for a bathrobe, slippers are also paid, shampoo and all accessories for an additional fee. In general, the impressions are not bad. The center is 10 minutes away by car, parking near the hotel is free and spacious.But there is one Thing-these are breakfasts for 700 rubles extra. I don't know what kind of cook cooked them, but it's impossible to eat them. We paid for 3 breakfasts, but then refused and the money was refunded to us. There is a cafe nearby where you can have a great breakfast for this amount! If you want to get enough sleep, take a room with Windows to the courtyard! The staff is very polite!!!

A wonderful hotel! Very modern and "fresh" renovation! The beds are comfortable, TV, kettle, tea and coffee for each guest, bed linen, towels are changed in a timely manner, the staff is friendly. We rested for 5 days, I really liked it!

In general, it is not a bad option to stay for a couple of days. Very convenient location, there is a metro and public transport nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is free guest parking. There is also a street nearby with a large abundance of cafes where you can always eat at fairly budget prices, which interrupts one of the disadvantages of this hotel - the lack of breakfast included in the price. Breakfast can be purchased for a fee. There is also a gas station nearby, where there are a lot of people in the evening and it is not possible to relax at night with the window open. We were on weekends, as many locals come to the street with cafes, cars with loud music drive right under the windows. The rooms are clean and tidy, pleasant smell, not smoky. In this hotel there is a mini bar in the room, simple water is usually given as a compliment from the hotel. In this case, water costs 2p for 0.5liters of plain water. There's a killer with water in the hallway, if you want to go get it. I think the hotel administration will work out this issue for the guests. Repairs are fresh everywhere. There is an air conditioner. I recommend you to visit.

The hotel corresponds to its 3 stars! The rooms are cozy but require renovation or replacement of furniture. The service is not low or it is completely absent (they did not greet us at the reception upon check-in, when trying to find out how the restaurant works here, they answered me in a rude tone THERE is NO ONE HERE. Cleaners and maids are much more smiling and sociable). Meal. There is no restaurant, it was selected by business coaches. Breakfast: the buffet is located on the bar table, if you are no taller than 170 cm, be ready to stretch to put your food properly, breakfast is meager. If you come for breakfast at 9:00 - 9:20, be ready to finish what's left. Food doesn't seem to be added after this time. There is parking at the hotel, but during the day it is packed because of business trainings. Actually, it's something between a hotel and an office!

the service for that kind of money is terrible. we waited for an extra bed for 2 and a half hours, not only did we have to remind you, but we also put it in the middle of the entrance not to pass perfectly. upon departure, we paid for the nuts from the minibar that we did NOT eat - the staff did not check the minibar before our departure or decided to transfer the debt of past visitors to us, but the point is the same - take pictures of everything at the entrance, otherwise you may also be deceived. the impression was ruined.

The view from the windows of the luxury rooms also let me down, but here I think the location is to blame. And the breakfasts, according to reviews, they are not very good, but they have not personally tried it. 1. There is no coffee in the room for 10,000rubles. It is not possible to have coffee at 09:00 downstairs, as the bar opens at 14:00. Although there is a brochure in the room that they brew coffee from capsules. The question is where?
That is, if you want coffee in the morning, it's impossible. Drink tea)) Well, or have a drink of water.
Oh, yeah. There are no slippers in the room either.
2. We moved to a suite for 2 nights. Which is 3 times more expensive.
It's already better in the suite with coffee. There are 2 soluble sachets. The taste is disgusting, of course.

The hotel itself is very good. Neat, modern, clean, spacious. But the staff is a separate matter.
We were going to arrive an hour earlier, which I made a note of when booking. I received a dry reply from the hotel that they will check in only if the room is free (which is understandable), but it will cost 50% (HALF, Karl!) from the room rate per night of stay. "Do you agree?"
Well, yes, of course...
we had lunch after arrival and went to the hotel. Next, all the parking spaces at the hotel were occupied, but two large spaces were free, just fenced with two cones. I asked at the reception if it was possible to put a rental car there. They said it was possible. I moved the cone away, parked the car, and then immediately noticed how the guard was rapidly walking towards me. He explained very impolitely that stupid people work at the reception, and he put cones here because there will be buses. And I can park the car wherever I want, it's not his problem. (There was a noisy party in the restaurant, a crowd of people, putting a rental Mercedes next to them was not a very smart decision, in my opinion. And that's right, it was then examined under a magnifying glass at the acceptance).
Breakfast... Well, that's one name. But there are no alternatives in the district. So it's better not to pay for breakfast and just go have breakfast somewhere else if you have a car.
The Suite (or whatever it is), which has a corner bedroom, is quite noisy. Under the window there is a gas station and some kind of place where motorcyclists come in the evening. These, so to speak, road users like to gas up when leaving a gas station. Fortunately, after the excursions we left and just passed out.

A European-level hotel. If you come to Minsk with a bike, then the location is ideal - the main bike path of Minsk is nearby. If you come to hang out, then the location is perfect - there is a whole night street here. I didn't find any cons, except for very very soft beds.

It's good that we were able to check in late. We were well received and processed quickly. The room was of increased comfort, studio (21,000 rubles per day). There was visible dust on the top, the sconce was rolled up on one side, the towels were dilapidated and gray, there were no toothbrushes, air freshener. Upon departure, they were detained at the reception to check the bar and the safety of the room (for the first time in my life we met this, we travel often). In a nutshell about the level of service - hug and cry.

Nice hotel near the historical center. Unfortunately, there are no cafes and restaurants nearby, but if you walk towards the center, everything will be fine.
The room has everything you need, a very soft bed and good bed linen.
