We traveled from Moscow to Bobruisk and back in early September. We arrived in Bobruisk 30 minutes earlier than indicated, but this is not critical, but on the way back on September 3, the bus broke down somewhere 15 km from Bobruisk. After several hours of waiting, another replacement bus arrived and we got to Moscow 4 hours later than expected. So, if Moscow were not the end point for us, but a transfer point, it would be possible to get into serious expenses due to the loss of tickets. In general, punctuality is not all right in this company.

Buses are delayed for more than two hours for no apparent reason, drivers are rude (they forbid walking through the front door, people should flock to the back door). They don't get people hooked at the bus station, it's obvious that the income goes into his pocket. Its work on regular bus flights is performed by drivers (they can count passengers twice per flight after sanitary stops !!!). He does not even interfere if conflicts and disputes arise between passengers due to reclined seats, because the distances between the seats are very small, you sit with your knees against the chair in front and the reclined one... They don't even put on movies while driving, and this has been on all buses for a long time (isn't it already impossible to dial discs with old comedies and spin them). And if you ask them to do it, they'll cheat you and put on some horror movies...

Clean buses, qualified drivers. But this does not apply to the flights that they gave to their Russian colleagues. Buses with Russian numbers on the flights of this company are not equipped with video surveillance. And freight forwarders do what they want. They can get you off the flight just because they thought you smelled like alcohol.
