I was traveling with a child from Bobruisk to Moscow and it was terrible!!! The heating of the bus did not work initially, the drivers promised to repair everything, no miracle happened, the bus was not replaced. It was as cold as outside. During the pandemic , people were frozen , the whole bus was coughing . I took a two-year-old child in my arms to keep warm against each other. Now, thanks to the bus ride , we are sick . They did not deign to respond to the complaint.

I was on a flight from Moscow to Bobruisk.It was very cold on the bus, so much so that all the people were sitting in hats and jackets, cold air was coming out of the heater.As a result, I arrived and I'm sick.+ the driver's terrible handling of minor requests, and was generally very rude.

I was traveling by bus Moscow-Bobruisk on 12/26/21.All the seats on the bus are dirty, "greasy", now they don't even give bags for garbage. The driver is boorish, the girl asked to stop in the village in advance. We drove past, asked to stop-I've heard so much negativity.

Terrible carrier! Before boarding, I found out that there will be a transfer in Orsha, the places do not match, they stuffed people like herring into a barrel, there are not enough places!!! The driver is rude and says contact the management! Which is absent in nature! Who reads this review, do not use this carrier, there are many other normal ones.

I can't express my delight, because I don't like long-distance bus trips in principle. But if it is suddenly necessary, then I have already used the services of this carrier more than once. In principle, everything always went great. Thanks to the carrier. The buses are comfortable, there is Wi-Fi and charging at every place. The ticket price is reasonable.

Everything is fine, friendly guides, excellent drivers, we arrive to our destination quickly and on time, comfortable buses. There is a small minus-this is an Internet outage and it happens that the heating is turned off and because of this, it is cool on the bus in the cold season. I am mostly satisfied with this tour agency. 👍

I was traveling on the Prague Brest route...Buses are dirty, smelly, greasy seats are uncomfortable. The fifth point after 6 hours of driving is stone... and the price is just space. Just for that!!!! It's terrible!

We took tickets to Koblevo, the Dolphin hotel (we came with a specific request), we were offered the last room🤬Of course, it was possible to fly to Turkey for the price, but you don't have to talk about the quality of the hotel (I'm talking about the location of the room itself, the area, etc.)....And so in general, the attitude, and the selection, and even the reserve "until tomorrow", everything was great...And what kind of drivers do we have?They drive fast, comfortably, and most importantly warn that "it's better to be patient here, otherwise we'll stand there for a long time."...We drove there for 18 hours (we arrived very early), and we drove back for 13 hours😍 And the bus, despite the fact that our bus was rented (FC Bobruychanka), the first impression was "what kind of trough, will we finish on it?"But as it turned out, this "trough" will still give a head start to many brand new buses....Not a single breakdown, comfortable...
