A quiet, small, soulful hotel with a very convenient location in the very center of Minsk. Everything is within easy reach and on foot to Nemiga and local hangouts.
It's not just a new renovation, but everything is clean, the room is neat, towels, linen - everything is fresh, without complaints.
The price includes breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. Breakfast is without frills, but it's quite normal, you won't stay hungry.

We stayed at this hotel from March 6-8. We were satisfied with everything, cleanliness, breakfast, the girls at the reception are always friendly. The room was cleaned every morning. The rooms are new after renovation, all in a modern style, everything is within walking distance. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel and score on a five-point scale of 5.

Everything is wonderful - location, Parking, furniture, bathroom. One thing surprised me - plastic cups with plastic spoons and forks. In a hotel of this level, we could provide normal tea cups and metal spoons. There is no refrigerator, although we did not need it.

2 stars purely for the location, the furniture in the room and the spaciousness. These are all the advantages of this hotel. For such a price tag (7500 per night we gave away!) the attitude towards the guests is ugly: there are no slippers in the room, you need to pay extra for them, well, this is a disgrace, it's just that their cleaning consists solely of changing towels, that's all. There is no refrigerator. Dim lighting. Tired repair.

In general, it is good, but in an improved two-room room there are no slippers, a bathrobe, dishes (if there is a cupboard for dishes). The size of the TV does not correspond to the size of the room and the distance to the bed. The water in the sink and shower cabin goes badly

The location is right in the center. I ordered a room already when we were approaching Minsk, there was the last room - for the disabled, although we are not disabled, I decided to take it, it was strange of course in the toilet and shower, but for one night it is normal. The breakfast is good. The room is clean and large. Only now we arrived on Sunday evening and they promised us a baby bed, but they didn't give it to us, apparently they didn't find it, everyone is resting on Sunday.

We lived from 02.06. to 04.06.2023, very good location, excellent spacious rooms. I was very disappointed with the breakfasts, at a price of about 1000 rubles (38 Belarusian!!!!) there were practically no hot dishes, charred chicken was probably reheated many times, as well as fried rice, omelette, rubber pancakes and that's it... Does this correspond to the declared value? everything is cold, even outwardly not edible. Dear restaurant managers, why is this attitude towards the guests? I regret that I did not call the manager or the cook, but only made a remark to the girl who was at the bar, she probably did not convey our indignation. I also had to take a photo. And you can't book a hotel without breakfast, but it's a pity that next time you'll have to look for another hotel.

The old doors with old and loud locks were the most annoying, together they are the main cause of noise in the hotel.

We stayed at Zamkovaya for 3 days.
To be honest, I did not understand the enthusiastic reviews about this hotel... The rooms have been worth updating for a long time, everything is outdated. We were in room 212, it's time to clean the sofa (all stained). The room was poorly cleaned (someone's shorts and a book were in the bedside table) and was not prepared for check-in. Because there were two of us, it was prepared only for one person.
Among the advantages: the location and the breakfasts (they are really hearty and there is an assortment to choose from).

The rooms are large, everything is there, there are not enough slippers and a bathrobe. There is a large bathroom, the water pressure is strong, it would be good to hang curtains in the shower stall when you wash the water splashes on the floor.
The breakfasts are excellent, they cook porridge with water or milk and a lot of other things. The location is good, in the center, close to shops, the metro is 7 minutes away.

Nice cozy hotel within walking distance to Rakuvsky Brovar. There is a guarded parking lot next to the hotel. The room is spacious, TV, large comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.
One of the disadvantages is the absence of a refrigerator in the room. It was good that it was winter, and the "goodies" bought at the Komarovsky market spent the night comfortably at the open window.
