We stayed in July 2023.The only plus is the excellent and convenient location. But the rest... The room is not very clean. Some kind of unkemptness, the TV was not working. There is no water cooler in the hotel. They bought water. This is not the first time in Belarus, this is the first time. Everywhere the staff is excellent and the conditions are excellent. But here it feels like they don't like customers. I definitely do not recommend it.

We celebrated the New Year, rented the largest and most expensive room, never changed towels in 4 days, did not bring water..the room with the kitchen is completely empty, there are not even any plates …
The staff is generally frostbitten, they will neither say hello nor say goodbye..
Some employee came, apparently the boss, began to give instructions to her subordinates at the guests ... some kind of collective farm…
I hope the owners periodically read reviews, I advise you to change the staff first!

We stayed at Zamkovaya for 5 nights, the room is spacious, there are enough cabinets and furniture, the mattresses are comfortable, the beds do not creak.The staff is helpful, polite, and the breakfasts are decent.It's a pity that the refrigerator in the room was a little cold, but it was there.

The advantages are the center. There is a shopping gallery opposite. Good spacious parking behind the barrier. Nicely. . The room is huge, I don't know why there is such an area.. warm. The breakfast is plentiful.
Cons - there is no refrigerator. An incomprehensible bathtub - there are no curtains and it does not completely close . We also had a leak. My husband caused a flood, thank God, there was a ladder, the water was driven away..
It seemed to me that it was still a bit expensive.

Positive: the room itself is well furnished, clean and beautiful enough, it does not look cheap.
It is located near many tourist routes.
The hotel itself is very quiet, there are not so many guests, as well as staff) most of the time you don't see anyone.
In general, if you are relaxing as a couple, then the atmosphere is romantic.
Cons: the rooms are already a bit shabby, especially the bathroom.
There were no slippers, bathrobes, tea set and microwave for decent (very even for 3 stars) money.
Breakfast is not worth your money: there is no normal food, some strange sets of products are not the first category of freshness.
The TV is not smart with 5 Belarusian channels ...)
And yes, there is no drinking water in the room either...

I stayed with my wife for 4 nights, a two-room suite. The room is very large, there is a lot of furniture, it is not even known why, up to the sideboards. but! There is no refrigerator, it is very inconvenient, apparently, this was done so that guests could eat in the hotel restaurant, although I do not see the connection, there is no way to cool drinks and store some light snacks. The room has very dim lighting, a number of lamps were burned out. As for the hotel, its location is in the very center of Minsk on the second line, which is very convenient, the central street is literally 150 meters away, and the place is quiet for living. The breakfasts are the same every day, without claims to a wide range, but you will definitely not stay hungry. We had lunch and dinner a couple of times in the hotel restaurant, everything is delicious, the prices are normal.

This is the worst hotel in Belarus. For hell of a lot of money, you get a grandmother's room (sorry - an improved room for two), with leaky grandmother's towels, a non-working drain in the bathtub, an air conditioner crackling all night, pillows 3 centimeters thick (obviously from the Sovetsk hospital), and one thin blanket for the whole room. The hood in the bathroom roars like AN-148. Take the refrigerator with you, of course. Oh, yes,
for coffee lovers - something similar to Americano flows directly from the tap. Take slippers with you, however, as well as bathrobes. If you like to celebrate the second day of the wedding, you will definitely like it here, because from evening to midnight you will listen to the howls of the young people in the restaurant, and from morning you will be served for dessert for breakfast what the wedding guests did not finish yesterday.
Someone is washing bottles under the windows all night, apparently from the same evening wedding. By 6 a.m., children start yelling on the playground and playing football.
In general, a motel near the highway will be more reliable, and much cheaper. By the way, there is no smell of any city center here either. All attractions are 2.5+ kilometers away at least, on foot only for athletes.

A nice hotel with an excellent location. We stayed for 1 night. There is a closed parking lot for guests next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The price includes breakfast, buffet, breakfast from 7 to 11. A good set, there is plenty to choose from. You can go to the restaurant (where breakfast is served) from the room without going outside. The room has everything you need to stay. Near the hotel there is a large shopping center Gallery Minsk with many shops, a grocery Hippo is open until 2-00 at night.

It is located next to the Gallery and the promenade. Excellent spacious rooms. The Deluxe has a huge kingsize bed and a separate living room.
Of the minuses - there are no slippers, bathrobes (who cares); there is a large bathtub in the bathroom, it looks clean, but the walls of the bathroom were not washed for sure. I didn't want to go to the bathroom, although the water is very pleasant and clean. Both TVs show a meager number of channels and freeze when switching.
The staff is very good.
The breakfasts are ordinary. There are not enough greens, vegetables and fruits.

During the week, there has not been a single cleaning of the room. They just picked up the trash. Breakfast... I wanted to be more interesting for that kind of money. And do not put not just the same thing, but also an old product that is already the third day. There's only one porridge! Which can be seen that it was diluted the next day. One employee was on duty at the restaurant for breakfast three times, who not only does not smile but speaks through her teeth, which is not clear. Not heard, not hello, not please, not all the best. Everyone tells her she doesn't even look up. Why don't they pay attention to this employee.

We spent 2 days with a group of friends
We took the Suites (- no refrigerator, stains on the carpet)
Super Suite (- wallpaper is peeling off, there is no remote control to the TV, unfortunately the staff could not help us)
A double room with a single bed together - (there is no refrigerator, the heat wants cool water ..., the carpet is stained and it is not pleasant to walk) + spacious room
A double room with a single shared bed is terrible, streaks on the wallpaper, the wallpaper goes right over the bed, the room is scanty, there is no refrigerator, the screen falls off in the bathroom)
I haven't looked into other single rooms with friends, I can't tell you.
The bathroom is clean, towels are provided +
Breakfast coffee, tea ++
The choice of food is not great at all, but you can find something to eat
There is free parking
Staff + friendly everyone.!
It's hot outside I would like a refrigerator in the room!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Everything is fine. The room was a double room with a large bed. The room is spacious, the room has a large bathtub, but there is no curtain (screen), it is not critical. I liked the breakfasts. The breakfast assortment is slightly changed daily, the coffee is strong and delicious. And the most important thing is the location of the hotel, all the sights and recreation places are within walking distance.

There are no slippers or bathrobes in the rooms. It was also not possible to get them at the reception, even for an additional fee. The trouble with door closers in the corridors. All the doors are *** so that you shudder in the room.
There is a terrible whistling of surveillance cameras all over the hotel, it is very unpleasant for people with acute hearing.
There is no shower curtain in the bathroom, the floor is always wet.

A beautiful, conveniently located hotel in the historical center of Minsk. All the key sights of the Upper Town are within walking distance, and Nemiga metro station is nearby. A fairly adequate price tag. A modest but quite hearty breakfast with a lot of Belarusian dairy products to choose from.

I wanted to put 5 stars, but.... Flushing the shower is clogged, I washed standing in the water. I flushed the toilet, but it began to leak until I pressed it 100 times and it got into the right position so as not to leak. There is no dental kit, but of course these are small things. At the reception, I saw how they gave the guest if asked. And so the room is normal, spacious, cozy! The plumbing will be fixed and everything will be fine. The girls at the reception are good, they are always ready to help.
