I've been there many times.The hotel is really tired.We need attachments.At night and all day, the air conditioner was almost not working at 31 degrees.They shrugged at requests to fix it, and the breakfast got worse.The water in the bathroom drained badly.The only thing that pleased me was the request to refund the money for the second night of stay, there were no problems.However, there is no money yet, it is already the third day!

The location in the city is excellent

Quietly. Everything works (air conditioning and separate ventilation. All plumbing is in working condition. Pressure, temperature, everything is fine Bed, fast. underwear is also no problem). The very center. The central one does not happen, probably. 5 min and you're at the Town Hall. I highly recommend it.

I got the only room with a meter-wide bed. They changed it without any problems to a room with a large one, but upon return it turned out that there was no hot water, the towel was also cold. While my colleague had hot water in the room. She asked me to solve this issue three times, and we didn't figure it out until the evening. They gave the third room, the water was and the hair dryer was in working order. And in the evening, a fat 4 cm spider looked at me on the wallpaper))) In one of the evenings, approximately at half past one, they could not get into the hotel, the front door was locked))) none of the bodies.they didn't pick up the phone, we walked around, froze outside for 5-7 minutes. And the cherry on the cake - when they ask me at the check-out if there was a hairdryer in the room "without hot water", they say, wait, we need to find out because it's gone. Of course, I don't have a hair dryer at home...
There are no words, a circus and not a hotel!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! The only advantage is the location.

I must say right away that the hotel is not cheap. Now the room for two is about 6 thousand. The hotel is located in the very center, but due to the fact that it is located in the courtyards, there is no noise from the streets in the rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well furnished. Free parking is available near the hotel. And most importantly, very good and hearty buffet breakfasts. Near the hotel there are all attractions, shopping centers.
