A standard 3-star hotel. I really liked the location - in principle, not far from the center, there is a large shopping center nearby, a round-the-clock minimarket at the gas station, and, as we were told after leaving the hotel))), Ikea is also somewhere nearby (for those who go to Astana for shopping).
The room is clean enough, the bed is comfortable, at the end of September the heating was not turned on yet, but we were warm (there were girls in the group who complained about the cold, but the administrators could not help with anything other than turning on the air conditioner for the "sun").
Wi-Fi is working. There are cafes and breakfasts /lunches, the portions are large, the quality is at the level of the factory canteen.
The advantage was a great view from the window of the center and Bayterek (the tower is the symbol of Astana).

We were here with a bus tour, of course we saw that the hotel has 3 stars, but we did not expect such a service. Let's take it in order, we checked in quickly, but when we entered the room, we gasped, the stench was incredible, the smell of alcohol with mustiness, I can't even describe it, we turned to the reception, they told us alas there are no other rooms, but we can bring a freshener, seriously? By the way, it wasn't even brought in for 2 days while we were there.Bugs lived in the room besides us.
There is no water cooler in the entire hotel. We would have been happy to buy water, but we did not have time to change the money, as a result, no one even wanted to solve this issue, everyone turned away at the reception and pretended not to hear.
The dining room is a separate entertainment, the food looks like it was put in a plate that you didn't eat enough yesterday, sugar is probably deficient in general, you need to beg for it in the kitchen, and after you poured yourself a spoonful of sugar, the plate is hidden, the plate is not a sugar bowl.
If you were traveling on your own in Kazakhstan, and not on a tour, you would never have chosen this hotel!!!!

The price-location ratio is good. There are many shops within walking distance. You will have to walk a couple of kilometers to the main attractions or take a taxi ride. The room was stuffy. The battery goes into "hell" mode. You open the window and oak in 5 minutes. You can open the window a little, but then it howls like in a horror movie (micro-stroke mode, oh, micro-ventilation). The month of March is -10 degrees outside the window. The room is for those who are nostalgic for the times of the USSR. But in general, if you are not going for the sake of the hotel, but on business or to walk around Astana, then the choice is good as a place to stay overnight.

We had a trip to Astana in 2023, in June. We stayed at the Tengri Hotel. A great hotel. We were greeted very warmly and settled quickly. The room was clean, the view from the window was great, but the window was dirty). But this did not prevent us from enjoying the beauty of Astana. We were fed very well, the girls are attentive and positive). Thank you.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the furniture is not the newest and there is not much of it, I checked into a double room, there was a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a large bed, a couple of bedside tables and half a room of free space. It's quite good for the money. The breakfasts are simple. The Internet is good. The staff is polite and attentive. They can give you a kettle in the room, but it's more interesting with cups, they are not in the room, but I asked at the bar on the ground floor. Nearby there are banks, supermarkets, a small shopping center within walking distance.

We lived in a room on the 9th floor from June 21 to 22, 2024. We came with a tour group. The curtains are burned through the hole, thanks for the fresh bedding. There is no drinking water in the room at all: there are no bottles, no kettle, no cooler on the floors. Run to the store. The food in the dining room is not tasty, although I am not picky. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. I wouldn't go there again.

There were three days. The hotel is price quality. They didn't understand what they had with their breakfasts. Then the second floor, then the lobby bar. But normal. We weren't hungry. Номера чистые, имеется холодильник, душ, так же в номере есть фен, кровать достаточно удобная. Вполне приятно находиться.
На завтраках не был, прокомментировать не могу.
Расположение считаю удобным, рядом с гостиницей есть небольшой магазинчик, на тот случай если что то срочно потребуется, так же в 10м хотьбы есть ТЦ в котором можно закупиться основательно по потребностям, на момент моего пребывания, рядом не было ни кафе, не ресторана, единственный по соседству был закрыт на ремонт.

The rooms are packed. The furniture is old. There are 2 single mattresses on the double bed. It's really cool to wake up at night between them.... There is nothing in the room except a glass. No water, no kettle, no spoons, nothing. There is also no cooler on the floor. Audibility - you can hear everything that happens in the entire hotel. The maids are cleaning very loudly - it's all very audible too. The rooms are not cleaned. They just change the towels every 2 days - that's all the cleaning. I do not recommend it.

Hello! Stayed in early October for five nights. Single room on the 9th floor with breakfast. Personally, I really liked everything. Everything you need is there, clean. Everything was functioning normally. Hot water did not come immediately, but a couple of minutes and you can take a shower. Cleaning was offered every day. The breakfast is excellent, plentiful. The staff is very friendly. I chose the location of the hotel not far from the embassy, where I came. 20 minutes on foot. In general, I liked everything. I was personally satisfied with everything. I recommend it to everyone for both short and long stops. Good luck!

Приятный, чистенький отель. Конечно не очень современная мебель, но это не важно, кровать удобная, телевизор со всеми центральными русскими каналами, кондиционер. Если ехать сюда за американской визой, то очень даже удобно. Пешком до посольства 25 минут не быстрым шагом или 3 остановки на автобусе. Кстати, из аэропорта тоже на двух автобусах очень удобно ехать) рекомендую!)

Останавливалась в отеле на 5 ночей. Впечатление осталось очень хорошее. Отель расположен очень удобно, близко от всех достопримечательностей, близко от посольства США , мне это было важно, номера чистые и просторные, особенно для одного, уборка каждый день. Полотенца, фен и туалетные принадлежности все есть. Завтраки мне понравились. Особая благодарность персоналу. Желаю развития и процветания.

Отель удобно расположен. Из аэропорта добралась общественным транспортом: сначала 10 автобус до остановки Дом министерств ( остановок 20), потом пересела на 30 автобус, ещё 3 остановки до Астана молл.
Остановка рядом, потом ещё ездила на автобусах по достопримечатетьностям. В Астана молл есть Халык банк, в котором можно поменять деньги по хорошему курсу. Номер просторный, все необходимое есть. Очень отзывчивый персонал, помогали советами и помогли решить проблему личного характера. Завтрак скромный, но сравнивать не с чем, возможно, в Казахстане это обычно для отелей такого уровня. В любом случае рекомендую.

РОтличный отель. Удобно расположен. В номере абсолютно все: холодильник, телевизор, интернет, кондиционер, душ. Все чисто. В Финляндии за60 евро удобства в коридоре и комната, как коморка. В России обычно грязь в номере. Честно говоря не ожидал столь высокого качества. И Отличный персонал. Всем рекомендую.

Удобное расположение, удобная кровать, относительно чисто, отлично работают кондеи и отличный вайфай в номерах. А что ещё нужно в коротких поездках?) Насчет завтраков - шляпа, конечно, но всё равно не плохо. Так что я бы вернулась в этот отель. Нормальный отель - крепкий середничок. :)

Проживала в отеле 4 суток, лично меня, за ту стоимость , почти всё устроило. Да мебель древнненькая, но добротная, матрас удобный, пастельное хорошее. Обои, плитка и сан.техника подустали и карявенькие, но всё работает, в душевой кабине полочки для принадлежностей не хватает, розетки более-менее норм расположены. Смутила комплектация номера...нет элементарной ложечки для обуви, щёточки...нет столовых приборов, чайника, открывашки, питьевой воды , даже кулера в коридоре нет, всего две вешалки- плечики для одежды в шкафу, холодильник работал шумно, я его отключила. Я курильщик с большим стажем, конечно порадовал балкон на этаже где покурить разрешено (даже 2, но мусорка только на одном). Расположение действительно удобное, рядом милый магазинчик с продуктами и разливным пивком, для любителей свинины, есть Белорусские колбасы)) Через дорогу кофейный модуль и шашлычка, очень вдохновил шашлык "Наполеон". В целом, за ту умеренную плату, совсем не плохо. До нужных мне мест добиралась на такси без проблем, за очень доступную плату, это гораздо выгоднее, чем переплачивать, за "поближе". Пожелание отелю- вдохнуть чуток сервиса без перегиба в цене))) P/S завтрак не могу оценить, т.к не ем по утрам))

Номер чистый, есть холодильник, сплит, телевизор. Ванная норм, долго ждать горячей воды, но жарко на улице, поэтому и комнатной температуры приятно мыться. Шампуньки, гели, зубная щетка и паста, тапочки, белье- регулярно обновляются. Нет питьевой воды, только покупать в магазине. Завтраки так себе- яйца или омлет, по два кусочка помидора, огурца, сыра, дешевые сосиски. Но есть кашка ещё, блинчик или хлеб с маслом, кофе с молоком. Расположен неплохо для тех кто в посольство США и вообще. Недалеко СвятоУспенский собор. Рядом Астана Молл- там огромный продуктовый центр с продажей готовой еды, можно разогреть там же в микроволновке и столики что бы посидеть и поесть. Несколько дней был заезд детей из лагеря на экскурсию- было очень шумно, но тут ничего не поделать

Останавливалась в 2- х местном номере. Есть 2 набора полотенец, гели для душа и шампуни, зубные наборы. По запросу дают чайник. Оплачивала номер с завтраком. Лучше пойти на завтрак пораньше, чтобы он был горячим. Завтрак порционный( каша, яичница). Сняла одну звезду за шторы, которые плохо закрывают окна. В окнах свистит ветер. Ну и не помешало бы обновить ремонт. Персонал отеля очень приветливый, доброжелательный.

We checked in at 7 am, only from the plane, from the Russian Federation, there is no drinking water in the room, on the floor too, we asked for a bottle of water, because we didn't even have time to exchange currency. They refused. We waited until the dining room opens (where breakfast is served, by the look of what we didn't eat at another hotel on the buffet, cold, cold, in general, tin), asked for water, they poured us a decanter, they weren't allowed to take it to the room. Then in the evening, after working, we went to the store, bought ice cream in a plastic cup, returned to the "hotel", of course there are no spoons in the room, asked the administrator for spoons from the bar-they refused. They said there was no access to the bar. Then they called someone, they also said-no spoons. We went up to the room, we call the bar, they say, give me spoons, eat ice cream-refusal. We say, we'll go down right now, we'll eat with you, the answer is: "we need to coordinate"! We ask "with whom?" "With the authorities," they answer. We were completely shocked. I travel a lot on business trips and travel, but this is the first time I see such an attitude. I do not recommend this hut to anyone. They told their colleagues from Petropavlovsk where they were staying, they laughed for a long time, saying that cockroaches used to walk there in droves. In general, horror! The management of this place of stay, pay attention to what is going on with you.

Отличное соотношение цена/качество.
Был в командировке. Номер для одного средний по размерам, но всё удобно и функционально. Ремонт нормальный, но коцки есть. На мебели, плитке. Фотки на сайте соответствуют. Рекомендую рациональным путешественникам.

В душе текла вода. Мне было все равно какая гостиница, главное чтобы было рядом с консульством. В целом тепло. Жила на 4 этаже с видом на город. Мне понравилось то, что убирали в номере каждый день, меняли полотенца и обновляли мыльные принадлежности. Так же в номере есть бар, и рядом ресторан. Это очень удобно. Очень низкая цена за номер в центре города. Поэтому меня все устроило.

Номера с битой плиткой в душевой, со старой мебелью, завтрак без кулинарных изысков. Рядом в 5 минутах ходьбы расположен торговый центр. Недалеко fixprice, kfc. До центра около 5км.

Отель приемлимый для проживания. Уборка проводилась по настойчивости, однако тоже не всегда - «мы не успеваем». Отвалилась ручка от двери в номере, пришёл слесарь, прикрутил ее, и она снова отвалилась:) Персонал курит у ухода отеля. Я приехала с велосипедом (что было заранее согласовано с отелем) однако было недовольное ворчание со стороны рецепции и охранника. Выбросили мою транспортировочную коробку для велосипеда без моего ведома (!) это я считаю недопустимо ! За это ставлю две звёзды.

Номера эконом класса. Питание качественное. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. В номере есть телевизор, минибар, можно попросить утюг, чайник. Есть душевая кабина. Есть кондиционер, но плохо работал. Не справлялся.
