I haven't been to Egypt for 10 years. The hotel left the best impressions, I do not understand why it is not 5 but 4* at the hotel) There are no complaints about food. We had a rest for the New Year holidays, there was a wind, but it was not felt on the territory of the hotel, due to the hedge of trees on the sides of the hotel. I recommend it to everyone

The territory of the hotel is beautiful, it's right for a good 5 check-in.
A large water park.
The rooms are the most ordinary and old, there is no cleaning at all, for 2+
They tried to change the room for an additional
fee, but it didn't work out. Apparently there is nothing better, they showed a choice of three similar rooms with different views.
Animation suffers a lot too.
Our children escaped from there after 5 minutes and there was no way to drag them in anymore, only in English.
Once during the vacation there was a children's pizza cooking master class, it pleased the children and went in.
The food is delicious and varied, I also keep the top five..
The sun beds and beach towels are in excellent condition.
Alcohol is only locally produced.

There is internet throughout the hotel. The food is good. There is a natural fresh made of oranges, melons, mangoes. A warm pool, good slides, volleyball, the sea is not bad. Snacks pancakes hot dogs, ice cream.

The rooms are straight economy class. They immediately moved into a room with a broken balcony door on the ground floor, and had to change the room. I didn 't like the food either . we were in January, there is only one heated pool. I definitely wouldn't have come back here a second time

Good afternoon.Today is the fifth day we have been staying at this hotel.Not far from the airport.There are no planes in sight or heard. We arrived at eight in the morning. They immediately put on bracelets, took our suitcase and sent us to breakfast. After breakfast, we checked into the room, no one was waiting for 14-00, no one asked or hinted at money. The choice of what to eat is big. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly. Since the hotel is still family-run, the pools are designed for children, the depth in the largest is 1.3 meters.The child is nine years old, all day on the roller coaster. The beach on the sea is like in a cove. The entrance is flat.The beach and pools are cleaned daily.

If you were asked to rate the room, you would put 3*, very old furniture!!! But this is compensated by food, animation, and the sea. The service is one of the best I've seen. The staff is friendly, ready to help at the first call. The restaurant is clean, the tables are cleaned very quickly, so whenever you come you can always find a place. The menu is varied and, most importantly, very tasty! The animation team is working great!

But the guys still try to clean up always. But this is compensated by food, animation, and the sea. The service is one of the best I've seen. The staff is friendly, ready to help at the first call. The restaurant is clean, the tables are cleaned very quickly, so whenever you come you can always find a place. The menu is varied and, most importantly, very tasty! I don't know about anyone, but I can't even compare it with Turkey.The beach is also very tasty and has good bars, everyone is friendly. The animation team is working great! A very good massage salon, the only thing is to stipulate that there is one person who will give you a massage, because they are constantly changing. There are many pools and slides for children. Of course, there may be a minus, there is almost no sea, there is a lagoon bay where they swim. There is an exit to the sea, but a small area for swimming. A 3-star hotel (a very small lagoon beach, you can't see the open sea and you feel like you're standing on the shore of a pond.The rooms were lived in, we lived in two :one is just terrible on the ground floor near the main building, the second was given much more decently, without additional payment.
The staff is friendly, it's true, the animators are trying their best.
Behind the hotel there are streets with shops if you go to the right there is poverty and decay if you turn left there are more respectable hotels and the street is renovated, it's nice to walk there.
In general, my subjective resume is that it is better to add more money and choose a higher class hotel, in favor of a good beach in the first place.Oh, I forgot about the food, everything is quite decent and the children have something to feed, there are fruits too.

We had a family vacation at the end of October.
The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression.
Territory. Small, compact, but very clean and well maintained. We have never seen any garbage in 14 days. There is a great water park where both adults and children can have fun. However, it is not heated. There are also 2 heated pools: one for kids, one for adults.
Beach. This is perhaps the only drawback of the hotel. There is a shallow lagoon with a relatively gentle approach, around which there are sun beds. It seems to be ideal for children, but the sand is with small stones and the water is muddy. My son didn't like it. There is an entrance from the pontoon. The water is clean, there is a small reef, you can see the fish. But you can't buy it with small children. There is an abandoned hotel beach on the other side of the pontoon. That's where it's perfect. Gentle approach, clear water, sand. But there are no sun beds. We mostly swam here.
Number. The rooms are small, unpretentious, without frills. Plumbing, furniture, appliances are in good condition. There is a minibar, which is replenished once a week. The cleaning was at a very good level. Every day with a change of towels and sheets.
Food. Excellent cook, delicious food. There were 2-3 kinds of fish every day. Meat to choose from: beef, chicken. Lots of vegetables. Fruits: apples, plums, oranges, persimmons, grapes, guava. What is very pleasant, every day during breakfast, lunch and dinner, the chef was present in the hall, controlled the serving of dishes and asked the guests if everything was in order.
Staff. On this point, I put 15 on a 10-point scale) All the staff at the hotel are as polite and friendly as possible. At the same time, there is no importunity, no hints of tips (for us, after 5 previous visits to Egypt, it was very surprising). Be prepared that throughout the day you will periodically be asked if everything is in order and if you don't need anything else. All questions and requests are resolved as quickly as possible. Separately, I would like to mention Svetlana's gestrelation! This is just the pearl of the hotel! Always friendly, smiling, responsive. At any time, there will be a moment for everyone to listen and help. Svetlana, thank you for your hard work!
Animation. Well done guys! They give their best 100%. The whole day is positive, on the move and having fun. Moreover, the program is diverse for both adults and children. Children are entertained from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Quests, crafts, workshops and of course an evening disco. The evening show for adults is also on the level. We especially liked the ethnic dances on Fridays
In general, the rest was wonderful! I will definitely recommend this hotel to visit

We had a rest in September 2023. We were disappointed upon arrival. The room was killed, the conder was dripping, the view from the balcony of the neighboring building was killed. The kitchen is monotonous and not just delicious. Beach.... Why have these barricades been set up??? The beach sucks. There is no sand. The staff speaks sooo bad Russian and few of them... I will say this: I would not return to this hotel. He doesn't pull 4*

The room stock is very tired, there is a lot of garbage in the sea both floating on the surface and on the bottom, in two weeks I took out a myriad of ashtrays and glass glasses from the bottom, after I switched to plastic and so on, everything is super and varied for our family taste, there is children's animation, but some kind of monotonous territory it's not big, there are many bars with food and drinks, both by the sea and by the pools. Ps. I saw two stingrays and a zebra winged in the sea, there are not safe marine inhabitants at the bottom, it is better to swim in coral slippers.

The chef walks around the territory almost every day and is interested in the opinion of vacationers about food and service. Food is available almost all day, it is impossible to stay hungry - breakfast / lunch / dinner +meals in bars from 12 to 17 o'clock: pizza, burgers, French fries, ice cream, wonderful pancakes on the pier.
The entire territory of the hotel is well maintained, very good animation. Daytime animation is great, there are always those who want to take part in dances, contests, aerobics, etc.
It is comfortable to swim in the sea, the water is clean enough in the lagoon, it does not bloom (I do not know what will happen in summer), you can swim from the pier to the conditionally open sea, the water is cleaner there, there are a few fish,
In general, the hotel fully corresponds to its category.I would love to return to this hotel again.
