We rested with our daughter from 29.10 to 05.11.2023. This is a great hotel!!! According to all parameters, you can put a solid 5*! Everything from the staff to the infrastructure of the hotel is at an excellent level. The staff is kind and responsive, ready to go to a meeting in everything. The service in restaurants is beyond praise. The food is very diverse and sooo delicious (during the week there were all kinds of meat, seafood with crabs). Fruits including mango and desserts with it in abundance (you didn't have to go and buy mango). The rooms are clean and with new plumbing. No odors or malfunctions. The cleaning is excellent. Drinks for Egypt are very decent. White wine, beer and cocktails without complaints. Well, I would like to say separately about animation. She's just super!!!!! The guys are trying so hard that every evening they carried their feet to the next concert. And what a holiday was arranged for Halloween-just a bomb!!! Starting from costumes and ending with a table with sweet gifts. The sea is super for every taste. A shallow lagoon with a sandy entrance for kids and then a long pier with tents and descents into the water for older people. But everything is very comfortable. There is a place to swim at depth, but calm and safe. A cove with fish, we even had white moray eels. A large number of cafes, bombic pancakes are baked! Cool water park and lots of pools. I definitely want to come back here!!

I really want to return to this hotel! Despite the fact that 4* is beautiful! For me, the main thing is food, service and cleanliness. We are currently vacationing at this hotel with a 2-year-old child, generally not bad, but I will not go any more. If you relax without children, then it is quite acceptable, for children, at least our age, the only advantage is the sea: a good shallow beach where a child can play. The children's table is one name, the hotel's nutrition is not focused on the children's menu at all, if your child sleeps during lunch, then there is nothing at all to feed him at the end of lunch, i.e. there is also a snack bar, but there are mainly burgers, pizza, French fries, etc.
I take at least something more or less edible from the dining room (pasta, rice, vegetables) so that the child can have something to eat before dinner. There is no microwave to warm up the food. There are few fruits, mainly apples, bananas, dates, melon is sorted very quickly, and accordingly it is added for a very long time. There are no soups, carrot (very spicy-not for a child) and vegetable (an incomprehensible broth in which several potatoes float). Porridge is also incomprehensible: milk, in which undigested noodles float, and oatmeal, it feels like it's just steamed with boiling water. In general, there are very long queues in the dining room. As a result, you can go, but then take the child's food with you according to the maxim.

A great hotel for a sea holiday! Old rooms, but it does not interfere with sleep)) the bay in the sea is a huge plus of this hotel! Always calm sea and sandy bottom, not deep, swimming is very comfortable. The bay is surrounded by trees on the side, which protect it from the wind.

A super hotel! Different options for swimming in the sea: are you afraid of sharks? It has its own lagoon. Are you not afraid? It is possible in the open sea. 6 swimming pools, its own mini-water park. Evening shows, daytime active animation. Smiling, helpful staff. Here I counted 25 folders of various tour operators from different countries, I have never seen such a number before, a maximum of 10-15 tour operators. And this indicates the popularity of the hotel. At the same time, an acceptable price. There is a small minus: in the lobby, at the reception, it occasionally stinks of something😄😄
But perhaps these are guests from overeating, because the food here is varied and excellent.

The territory of the hotel is very nice, very well maintained, clean! there are many different pools, a water park (!), a nice beach area! There were always enough sun beds, although they occupy a lot in the morning, and they almost do not appear during the day. Room cleaning is normal, but there are no slippers), swans or other similar decorations will be made for tips, and if you stop tipping, then they will stop making swans) but the attitude of the staff is still very friendly! The furniture in the room is old, but everything is intact and everything worked. Water bottles were refilled every day, and sugary carbonated drinks were refilled once upon arrival. The food is good, especially the choice of desserts (!), but there are not enough fruits and seafood. Free drinks and ice cream are available on site. Children's animation and evening performances are available.

The rooms are dead , the tile floor is icy , the crib is not suitable for sleeping , the room can be changed to a worse one if you ask for a long time . I had a rest in early June 2024.
This trip was, perhaps, a gastrotour. A la carte restaurants came in very handy. The most respectable and respected is Egyptian, of course.

The sea is also for every taste. There is a warm shallow lagoon, there is a little deeper, there is an almost open sea.
There are sun beds everywhere, safely hidden from the sun, it is not necessary to occupy them early in the morning, there are always free places.
Didn't you even count the pools, there are six of them? Eight? Big, clean, but the sea is better)
They were cleaned daily at the same time, efficiently and delicately. We changed towels and bed linen, replenished the mini-bar with water. Once a week - soft drinks, also nice.
Unexpectedly friendly hotel staff helped immediately and with a smile, no matter what I asked.
The tour was from Biblio-Globus, the guide's name is Said.
Special thanks to him for the offers to visit the hammam and travel on a yacht. Unobtrusively, with interest and knowledge of the matter, he told me - and I was convinced that I had not agreed in vain)
The hammam gave relaxation, and the yacht - the magic of the Red Sea. We stopped twice at coral reefs, divinely beautiful, swam for two hours on an island with crystal clear water, and for another hour in another place of the sea. Instructors closely monitored each guest, masks, flippers, vests were provided.
Drinks, snacks and seafood lunch on the yacht were delicious and plentiful.
And another special article of the hotel is the landscape... Actually, it's a desert, in fact. And the hotel is paradise. Flowers, wonderful lawns, flowerbeds with plants of all possible shades of green... So many zones for photo shoots!)
Can you imagine how much diligence and work it takes to turn a desert into subtropics?..
Where would you get tar for balance?.. But he's not here!
Prices are almost dumping)
Don't you like the furniture in the inexpensive rooms? So we're not flying in to sit in rooms, are we?

I absolutely do not understand how it was possible to leave this hotel with a rating less than 5 * plus. Honestly, I did not expect such a level and service from a not-quite-new 4* hotel in Hurghada. But about everything in order:
1. Location and facilities
The hotel is located on the first line. The hotel has its own beach. There are 6 pools from 90 cm, including heated ones and aquagorks. There is almost everything: 6 restaurants, 4 bars, animation and stage, hookah, ATMs, several shops inside the hotel, SPA and fitness centers, a cozy and large lobby with sofas.
2. Maintenance and service
The hotel staff is not inferior in its level 5***** hotels. Everywhere there are waiters, bartenders, cleaners, lifeguards on the beach and at every pool, chefs and administrators. There are always 3-4 receptionists at the reception. Almost everyone speaks Russian. They are very polite and competent. The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are replaced daily. Everywhere in the hotel there are urns and chests for dishes and separate waste bins.
3. Entertainment and vacationers
The animation team consists of amazing, young, funny, beautiful guys and girls. Always on the positive side and with a smile. Children are always on the case. There is a great kids club right by the beach. Even your local camel Alex. In the evening, amazing concerts, shows, quizzes. It's very fun and beautiful.
4. Sea and beach
No 2 lines. Only the first line. From the buildings with rooms to the beach is 50 m. The beach is sandy. There are only 3 beaches from shallow to deep turquoise for children. There are rescuers everywhere. The deck chairs are just a top. Umbrellas made of palm branches. Big and beautiful. The sea is super. No waves or dirt. Pure turquoise, you can dive with a mask and watch the fish. There are many stairs and bridges. You can dive and swim. There is a pier for yachts and boats.
5. Food and chef Mr. Sammy
It is necessary to stop here separately and very thoroughly. Restaurants for 5+++. Food and choice can be maddening. There are always several types of hot, a sea of snacks and an ocean of desserts, all kinds of drinks, fruits, sweets and ice cream. Delicious coffee in coffee machines. During my stay at this hotel, it so happened that I was on a special nutrition program with a single meal with strict weighing and ingredients. So Mr. Sammy politely agreed to help and cooked the dishes I needed personally for about a week. Thanks to him, I was able to maintain my diet and continue my nutrition program. I am very grateful to him and ask the hotel management to also encourage Mr. Sammy. There is a lot of food, there are practically no queues. I liked spaghetti in sauce and grilled meat. We settled in quickly, all rooms are of the same type, there are a lot of places. Not new, but everything you need is there. Everything works. The staff did well, any requests were fulfilled. There are many bars, but they are open until 18.00. One bar in lobi is open until 23.00. The water park is good. There are lifeguards/guards at each pool. Volleyball, darts, zumba, dancing, mini golf. Ice cream bars are unlimited. The territory is beautiful. I was surprised that they bring you drinks and fruits from the bar everywhere, both on the beach and by the pool and in the dining room. The respectful attitude of the staff towards the guests. We had a rest from June 9-19, 2024. About 60% of Egyptians are vacationers.Bathing in clothes, loud.. but such a culture) didn't bother us. The animation is good. Also, the local camel Alex walks around the territory, you can ride and take a photo, the child is excited! At bars, too, scan the quarkode and there is a list of alcohol/cocktails that can be ordered. On the last day, we managed to extend the room until the evening - thanks to the reception staff, taking into account the crowded hotel, we went to a meeting and extended our room until the evening. We would like to mention the animator of Cairo, a cheerful guy, a lighter. And the Doha girl at the reception helped us. I liked the hotel for its hospitality! The rest was wonderful.

Delicious varied cuisine, themed dinners, very friendly staff. It is not a very large beach and it is on the shore of the lagoon, which is why, on the one hand, the water is very calm and not deep, what children need, on the other, a LITTLE, I emphasize, stagnant, but there is a pier with descents to the water and a wild beach to the left of the hotel. I liked the hotel! We are happy with the rest! Room 1218 consists of one room with two semi-double beds and a bunk bed for children. The room is small, but it is comfortable to sleep. They were from 01-09.11.2022. The weather is good, the air conditioning was not used. The food is varied, there is a lot of it. We've been to three a la carte restaurants. (Burger Joint, Italian, Asian) We didn't have time to enroll in the rest. Recording from 00:00-08:00 every day. All seats are immediately scored when registration is opened. I had to watch 00:00 😂 The beach is a lagoon, the horizon is not visible! Go to the nearby beach, it's abandoned there, but the entrance to the sea is great and there is a view of the horizon! If you face the sea, then it is on the left. Animation is great! Children are entertained, sports programs, evening shows - everything is great. There is no evening disco for adults. After the program, the singers sing - live music, some vacationers dance. There are many different shops at the exit of the hotel. The water park is cool at the hotel! Children cannot be torn away from the slides. There are two warm pools. Like a bathtub, you don't have to get out at all, but there's a lot of bleach! The children's eyes hurt afterwards. We didn't want to leave. In general, the hotel is good, go ahead!
