I definitely recommend it. Everything is on top: the animation is super, the guys know their business, the food is 10 for sure!!! The rooms are nice, the area is huge and clean.

We visited several Sunrise hotels, and it seemed to us that this hotel was the weakest in the "family". It is very small, it came out of the room, the dining room is on one side, the beach is on the other side. Along the way there are pools and an animation scene. Buildings, rooms, furniture, elevators - damaged, scratched, dirty, worn. Even the tiles on the floor in the room were worn. If you stand facing the sea, in the left building there is a view from the windows of a vacant lot and a construction site, in the right - to an idle hotel (which, they say, will soon be rebuilt with punches into another hotel of the Al Dau chain). If the windows overlook the courtyard, then whether you want to or not, you will have a disco at home until the night. All the bowls of the pools on site are made of worn and dirty soft material, not tiles, as in most places. The paths are very slippery, people often fall. The water park consists of five old slides. This can now be seen in many hotels. It's pointless to come here because of the slides, everything else can upset you. There are a couple of cafes on site, during the daytime they serve very tasty burgers. But there is little space, and there are a lot of people, so while you are on the territory, you will feel like you are an ant in an anthill. The beach is modest, the bottom is artificial, there are no reefs near the shore, you have to follow them along the pier away and dive where the ships dock. We drank Pina Colada with real coconut milk in the lobby bar, the bartenders are wonderful! In general, it seemed to us that the hotel pulls in a solid three stars, no higher, keep this in mind. The food, however, is varied and delicious.

Upon check-in, we were immediately offered soft drinks. We took our suitcases to our room. The rooms were cleaned well, the man who cleaned our room always greeted us when we met. Very good animation, animators captivate vacationers as much as possible, entertain almost around the clock. In the evening, a very decent show program, it has not been repeated once in a week. The food is delicious, lots of fruits, and an incredible amount of sweets, often a dinner of a certain theme. The restaurant staff are very tactful and friendly. The location is good, near the airport, many shops, pharmacies. There are many swimming pools on the territory (one heated). There is a water park, snack bars. By the way, bartenders make delicious cocktails. The beach is interestingly decorated, there is a mini bay, it will be good for children. The hotel is cleaned very well, there is no dirt or debris. In general, the hotel staff is smiling and trying to help.
But there were also several disadvantages, the most important one was that the air conditioner broke down 2 times and as a result it was never repaired.
I also really didn't like that the man at the reception asked us to prepare a lunch box in the morning, said that all this was through the hotel guide, although what does he have to do with it. And the hotel guide himself, just very obsessively tries to sell his excursions.

The impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is better, on the other hand, it is more expensive and at the same time worse. For your money, by Egyptian-Turkish standards, it's very good. There is a wide selection of food, but very scarce ingredients, that is, you will eat the same thing but in different colors and styles. People love it, but after 5 days it gets boring. The staff is friendly, if you don't fuck yourself, there are a lot of pools, the water park is not bad, the music is not around the clock, but if the room is on stage, then you are out of luck. I recommend the mega family room to the family. This is a three-room apartment with a wardrobe and a bathroom. There is an underwater world on the far pier, but it pleases in the spring when the exotic comes to spawn, well, you should not be lazy to dive along the dump. I do not recommend trips with the albatross company or how they are encrypted now, it is better to overpay and take an excursion from your tour operator, we were simply left at sea and sailed 500 meters away, someone almost drowned. In general, take care of yourself. Infection is enough everywhere be ready to drink vodka or whiskey with half a teaspoon of salt, even for children, it helps well, just keep in mind that local alcohol is diluted and duty free sells rubbish from hydrolyzed wood alcohol. They carried a bottle of expensive whiskey with them and were treated as a result. Pills don't help, you don't even have to poison yourself. in general, those who are ready for difficulties rest with a bang. Yes, take tube masks with you, they are of poor quality here, shirts, linen capes with a hood just save you from sunburn. Take a cord and a dozen clothespins to the balcony so that the laundry does not fly around the territory and dry like people and not homeless people on a stool)

We had a vacation with my husband in February 2023. Check-in was in the afternoon, while the rooms were being arranged at the reception, the waiter brought fruit juice in glasses-it was unexpected, but very pleasant.The territory is large, 5 swimming pools (2 heated),on-site bars, a snack bar (very tasty French fries and burgers), and a pancake house.The food in the dining room is delicious, varied, and beautifully served.There were also enough fruits (melon, strawberries (not in all hotels, but with us every day), dates, citruses..), freshly squeezed juices in the morning.And pastries, desserts...this is TRASH, I wanted to try everything, but there were so many of them that I didn't have enough vacation)))). 5 restaurants (you can sign up for free for 1 time each).There are plenty of sun loungers on the territory, towels are provided to the beach daily, the sea is clean, beauty.In the evenings, animation for children and adults.
Excursions outside the hotel - you can buy from the guide or on the territory of the hotel are also offered.
The only thing is that the rooms are tired, the mini fridge periodically makes noise, the furniture can also be updated.In the bathroom, I didn't have enough glass in the shower, the water fell on the floor.But in general, we were satisfied, we liked the hotel, we recommend it-it takes 15-20 minutes to drive from the airport, there are a lot of shops in front of the hotel, you can buy.We took a taxi back to Sheraton Street, a tourist street with lots of shops.

The hotel has a big plus- food! There is a lot of it, it is diverse. For the first time in Egypt, I did not suffer from indigestion or anything else.... The chef personally went out into the hall every evening and asked the guests how they liked the food? This is a great test for Egypt! The beach in the lagoon is, well, a Mediterranean beach. There are no corals. I saw a couple of great white anemones and cypraea. There are no fish, no one, there is nothing to look at in the sea.
The rooms are in the trash "tubby". Right in the trash! We took two rooms, the air conditioner did not work in one. They were in no hurry to repair it, and they didn't change the room either... we are lucky that April, not July-August. The animation is weak. The pools are about nothing, the deepest is 130 cm, but there are bars and food around. The food is good. Weed at sea- don't get your hopes up! Either to a construction site or a vacant lot, or to a courtyard where music is blaring until 1 a.m.

We rested from February 4 to February 12, 2023, the check-in was at night. The first thing that impressed the staff was polite, speaking Russian, they quickly settled in, and most surprisingly, they brought a late dinner to the room))
Well, all the following days are like in paradise)))
The room is always clean, towels are new every day, everything is in the room for a shower.
On request, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, tooth paste, washcloth.
The territory is a fairy tale, animation is at your level, you will not have time to recover (zumba, stretching, yoga, exercises both on sushi and in the pool, children's master classes and of course dancing, evening shows).
The entire staff is sociable, will always support the conversation, answer all questions, tell you how best, where to go, what to do with yourself.
Street bars, they will not let you die of thirst or get hungry (they will politely ask if you want anything). The cuisine itself is diverse, delicious, and high-quality products. The chef himself was in the hall and checked what and how.
The sea is incomparable) there are lifeguards on every reservoir (beaches, pools).
You can write a lot of good things, but our emotions are over the edge. It's better to see than to hear.
My recommendation to this hotel is 10 out of 10)

We were in the period from 2 to 11.11. I can say that it is good enough for 4ki, in my opinion. One of the huge disadvantages is the lack of a beach and sea. That is, he seems to be there, but he is not there. It feels like swimming in a shallow salt pond surrounded on all sides. There are catastrophically not enough sun beds (and this is another fat minus), there are no places to spread a towel. That's why we went to the abandoned beach, behind the wall from the hotel. There is sand, the sea, as it should be in my understanding, space, sand.
The territory itself is small, compact, everything is conveniently located. It's green.
The water park is good, but the water is cold there. There is one large heated swimming pool, we swam only in it.
About the food. The food was quite good, they always found something to eat. Of course, there is a problem with diversity. The fish is the same every day. Once there were shrimps, not bad even. Meat: chicken and beef, turkey - fried, stewed in sauce, grilled. Vegetables and fruits are scarce, the same thing. Soups, milk porridges and diet menus are present. I don't eat desserts, by the look of it, like everywhere else.
Once we took rice porridge for breakfast, it turned out to be sour. Otherwise, no adventures.
In the snack bar there are vegetables, burgers, shawarma of a local kind, A la pancakes with fillings (I liked it). But there are no nuggets. The bars on the beach pour everything.
The alcohol is not bad, I drank wine, Rum in cocktails, beer. Everything is fine. As everywhere, if you make friends with the bartenders, they will do everything beautifully and efficiently.
The biggest plus is the staff. Polite, unobtrusive. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere, they respond to the first request. The waiters work fast, there are no queues. Finished dishes are updated quickly.
The room is great. Small, clean and tidy. The furniture is not super new, but neat, the whole thing is clean. No holes, no mold. The cleaning is good.
Animation every day. They are not intrusive, they call you to play, if you refuse, they do not dig in. The guys are funny, sociable, they will always help.
To summarize. I liked the hotel, it's a solid 4. But I wouldn't go anymore because of the beach.
