Great hotel with lots of facilities and near from all activities in Dubai. Next to the metro station. Breakfast is very good and coffee shop in the lobby having lots of affordable prices for food and coffee.

Excellent apartments. The rooms are modern, the staff is polite and caring.
The food is very tasty, they took it with breakfast and dinner, not once in a week has there been such a thing that they came, but there is nothing to eat or it is not tasty and even at the end of the meal period. It is always clean, delicious and there is a lot of choice.
The only thing that I would consider a disadvantage is the area in which the hotel is located. Yes, it's cool that it's close to the airport, but going for a walk in the evening or going to some place nearby for a change is nothing. But there is an amazing bakery behind the Sevana Hotel called, the only place in the area where I would like to go.
Otherwise, just great apps.

A great hotel for those who want to save money. The metro is 300 meters away. There are small shopping malls nearby and a sportswear outlet just 100 meters away. Two grocery stores. One is more respectable, the second is like a Siskin, there are only local products.

The hotel is wonderful, everything you need in the room is always at hand. Near metro, supermarkets, airport, pizzeria and Moroccan cuisine. The hotel organizes transport to the beach. If you walk a little way to Mamzar Park, you can find yourself on wonderful beaches, without molestation and with all the amenities. Entrance is 5 aed, you can pay with a metro card nol. Breakfast at the hotel was also very pleasing, for the first time I ate Hawaiian rice with fresh pineapple, it turned out to be very tasty. A pleasant refreshing drink with fruit was also pleasing in the morning. The hotel is well located, near the metro, which allows you to move and travel around Dubai without additional taxi expenses. I recently returned from a trip to Dubai, and I have to say that the hotel we stayed at was just amazing! We booked the studio M Arabian Plaza hotel, and were pleasantly surprised from the very beginning.
Firstly, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help us with any questions or queries. We were checked into a room that was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of the city.
The hotel itself is located near the city center, which made it an ideal place to explore Dubai. There were many shops, restaurants and attractions nearby.
The food at the hotel was delicious and they offered a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines of the world. We also appreciated the presence of a rooftop pool with a wonderful view of the city, where you could relax and enjoy the sun.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Dubai. It was an unforgettable experience, and I'm sure I'll be back here again soon!

A normal hotel for money, what you pay for is what you get, the pool is clean, the breakfasts for these stars are quite normal and the place is basically normal. A cool nice hotel, the rooms are small but cozy. I didn't notice much cleaning, they make up the bed at most, once at the very beginning the towels were changed-hung, then they pretended that they were not there (we hung them-threw them in the room on the back of a chair so that they dried faster, and after cleaning they also hung in the room in the same places, that is, they they didn't touch it).
The food is more than excellent, we only took breakfast. Basically, the whole buffet was the same every day, except that the pancakes and waffles changed every other day, but we are not picky, we cooked delicious and in general there is a choice.
There is a shuttle service to the beach, if you come almost to the departure and it is packed, you will be offered to wait and come back for you within half an hour, which is nice.
However, you will need to walk to a good beach, because there are a lot of jellyfish on the beach where the shuttle brings you.
It's also nice that the metro and supermarkets are 100-200 meters away, and there are a lot of small eateries and cafes in the back along the street, where they generally cook normally.
The staff is unobtrusive, but all requests were resolved quickly, water is brought on request as much as needed.
The gym is not bad, not very big, but the equipment looks pretty new.

Great hotel! Everything you need is nearby: shops, metro station. I advise you to go to the shopping center in the neighborhood to eat, because everything is not very good around (not a fan of Moroccan cuisine and such like).

A slightly tired hotel with an honest 3 stars. Good price/quality ratio.
Among the advantages: the price and proximity to the metro station, responsive staff (taxi will be called, the loss will be found), a swimming pool on floor # 1, a normal breakfast (buffet, on floor "M"). Shuttle to Al-Mamzar beach (although the time is not the most convenient). Of the cons: not comfortable furniture (shelving) and faulty plumbing (room 127, the shower head "gushes" to the sides).
