Great hotel with lots of facilities and near from all activities in Dubai. Next to the metro station. Breakfast is very good and coffee shop in the lobby having lots of affordable prices for food and coffee.
Team are very supportive and helping
It’s really very good hotel and very clean staff from reception very helpful specially abdur bellboy always help us great job thank you very much to everyone
Very nice cleaning my room indrajit is very kind and very helpful every time he is doing great way for me. Very nice and cool place to stay here its amazing hotel
Excellent apartments. The rooms are modern, the staff is polite and caring.
The food is very tasty, they took it with breakfast and dinner, not once in a week has there been such a thing that they came, but there is nothing to eat or it is not tasty and even at the end of the meal period. It is always clean, delicious and there is a lot of choice.
The only thing that I would consider a disadvantage is the area in which the hotel is located. Yes, it's cool that it's close to the airport, but going for a walk in the evening or going to some place nearby for a change is nothing. But there is an amazing bakery behind the Sevana Hotel called, the only place in the area where I would like to go.
Otherwise, just great apps.
It is convenient that there is a metro station nearby., but it is necessary to go to Burj Khalifa with a transfer and about 30 minutes. The airport is close, but it is quiet enough even if the windows overlook the street.Polite staff, daily cleaning. You can hear from the hallway if someone is talking very loudly.A shuttle goes to Al Mamzar beach: 10 minutes without traffic jams, with traffic jams the path is lengthened by 2 times.breakfast is a buffet, a large selection. There is a swimming pool, but we did not visit it.It is located in the Dane area, where there are many cafes and shops and it is cheaper compared to the center.
It is located close to the airport and metro station.
There are cafes, restaurants and exchangers within walking distance.
It is always clean and cozy at the reception, they fumble in English.
The staff is polite and tidy. They always say hello, help open the door
The food is delicious and varied,
The rooms are clean and cozy. Coffee, tea, sugar, water are always available, replaced every day, hair dryer in the room. The sockets are all non-standard, but there is a normal charger under the bedside table near the bed and in the shower. There is a pointer where you can charge your phone. There is always hot water, although digital technology does not immediately figure out how to adjust the faucet.
There is a private pool with a shower and a changing room. Gym.
Shuttles to the beach go from 10 o'clock, there are no standing places and there will be no order, as always.
The driver does his job clearly, there are no seats, sit and wait for the next flight. In 30-40 minutes. Picks up at 13.00 or 18.00
Nice hotel, I recommend it.
The food was delicious and a lot, we got better in a week because of breakfast. It is located near the road, but the metro is close, there is a swimming pool, gym, shuttle service to the beach and shopping center, gym. Cons in terms of sheets, they are either dirty or torn, but they hide it by throwing it down, well, of course, people just get dirty, but it does not wash off, and it is constantly expensive to throw it away.
A great hotel for those who want to save money. The metro is 300 meters away. There are small shopping malls nearby and a sportswear outlet just 100 meters away. Two grocery stores. One is more respectable, the second is like a Siskin, there are only local products.
There are restaurants within walking distance, to put it mildly, of Oriental cuisine. It's a long 45 minutes walk to the sea. But they take you to the beach from the hotel. The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts are quite hearty. (The photo is not a hotel, but a view from the window)
A great city hotel! There are a lot of cafes and restaurants for every taste nearby! The breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. There is a free shuttle service to al-Mamzar beach, but get ready for the battle for seats on the bus, you will not always be able to leave the first time. We took a taxi through the Kareem app for about 30 dirhams one way.
The location is convenient, close to the metro, but the metro is expensive and always clogged. They settled us in a clean room, but not prepared in the plan: there were no towels (but they were brought), there was no shower gel (they had to beg for it, they gave it in the evening on the 2nd day), shampoo, conditioner and slippers at all. The bed linen is torn in places, somewhere in some spots. The bed is soft. The room has a hairdryer, a safe, hangers, a table with a mirror. The food is delicious and varied. The staff is friendly, cleaned every day, but once they did not close the room after cleaning. It was unpleasant to come back and see what was unlocked. I really liked the pool, you could always find free sun beds. The gym is also not bad. We probably won't be moving in there anymore.
Everything is great. The staff is polite and helpful, they will always help. The breakfast is good, there are a lot of delicious things. The room is clean. Of the disadvantages, there are few sockets of the RF format and the main pain is towels. They were always picked up and no one brought them, they were asked at the reception every day. But in general, I liked everything
I was at the hotel from April 19 to April 29, 2024.
The breakfasts are varied, hearty, fresh pastries and coffee are good.
The biggest plus of the hotel is the best beach in Dubai-Al Mamzar is 10 minutes away by transfer or taxi (20..25 derham one way). The subway is 2 minutes, but, but.. there are a lot of Indians from morning to night((. Once we couldn't get on two trains, we went to the aatobus. And so the hotel is excellent for 3 stars. Clean and fresh
Everything is great! Location next to the metro, there are 2 supermarkets nearby, and the LULU hypermarket is further away. Everything is new, clean, the staff is friendly, a delicious variety of breakfasts. There is a transfer to the beach.
We liked it.
Very attentive staff, instead of a standard room, they settled into a large, comfortable tent, the food is delicious, the location is very close to terminal 2, the rooms are excellent, very clean. I liked everything
The hotel is wonderful, everything you need in the room is always at hand. Near metro, supermarkets, airport, pizzeria and Moroccan cuisine. The hotel organizes transport to the beach. If you walk a little way to Mamzar Park, you can find yourself on wonderful beaches, without molestation and with all the amenities. Entrance is 5 aed, you can pay with a metro card nol. Yarn there seems to be 5, you can choose any, the approach is perfect, the sea is clean, warm.
Breakfast at the hotel was also very pleasing, for the first time I ate Hawaiian rice with fresh pineapple, it turned out to be very tasty. Also, as a lover of greens, I really liked the choice of crispy, and spinach and white cabbage, white cabbage, and iceberg and even wheat germ. A pleasant refreshing drink with fruit was also pleasing in the morning. There were cheeses and fruits and porridge and omelets and sausages and noodles too, there was also salinity like olives, cucumbers and something else there. It was also nice to understand that you are safe, because you can only take the elevator to the floor where you live by reading the card. The left will not get in any way. The pool is clean, small, there was enough space, towels were given out. If you lie with your back to the exit, you can see the takeoffs of the 380 aircraft, the largest passenger aircraft in the world, very cool!. At the same time, the insulation in the room is excellent, there are no extraneous sounds, noise from the road, or the TV in the next room. Probably, if I come back again, I will check into this hotel, because it is ideal for seasoned tourists who are familiar with the city and are not eager to sit by the sea for days.
I liked the hotel, cozy and clean. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions that arise. The hotel is well located, near the metro, which allows you to move and travel around Dubai without additional taxi expenses. It is also close to the airport of Dubai, very convenient as independent visits without a tour operator. To the nearest beach al mamzar (the park part is paid) there are free zones nearby, an hour on foot or a maximum of 15 minutes by taxi, the taxi cost is about 20 derham. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants.
Great hotel, clean, very attentive and courteous staff! They settled earlier check in time, they try to prepare rooms for new arrivals as soon as possible. Decent and delicious breakfasts, Al Kyada metro station is 2 minutes away, convenient. There are all kinds of shops nearby. The room is spacious, I lived alone. Cleaning is done daily, water, tea and coffee are replenished. There are enough towels in the shower, there is liquid soap and gel. I recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel! The transport interchange is normal, there is a metro nearby. The buffet is varied, you can choose a lot of delicious and satisfying things. The room for two is the best, it is cleaned often, in general, cleanliness and order throughout the hotel. The outdoor pool is very cozy and clean. This hotel is well suited for small families and those who are more inclined to excursions and walks.
I took the hotel for the night, because it is located within walking distance from the airport (terminal 2). There is a metro station nearby. The room is clean, the plumbing is tired, but for five thousand a day you could get into worse trouble.
A good hotel, small, clean and tidy, near the metro, standard and delicious breakfasts, the most friendly staff. A great option, but far from the main attractions, be prepared for this, this is a completely different Dubai than in the Marina area. The main population of the city lives here, Indians, Filipinos, etc.
I recently returned from a trip to Dubai, and I have to say that the hotel we stayed at was just amazing! We booked the studio M Arabian Plaza hotel, and were pleasantly surprised from the very beginning.
Firstly, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help us with any questions or queries. We were checked into a room that was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of the city.
The hotel itself is located near the city center, which made it an ideal place to explore Dubai. There were many shops, restaurants and attractions nearby.
The food at the hotel was delicious and they offered a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines of the world. We also appreciated the presence of a rooftop pool with a wonderful view of the city, where you could relax and enjoy the sun.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Dubai. It was an unforgettable experience, and I'm sure I'll be back here again soon!
We were there a couple of years ago. I liked it, despite the fact that it's a three). The subway is nearby: so we drove to the Expo ourselves, and on the Wheel, and so we looked around the neighborhoods)) the obvious advantage is the proximity of the Metro station. The video of the road from the hotel to the beach was banned by the operator ((and there's Beauty! The transfer from the hotel went according to a convenient schedule. Comfort, with a condom. At +40 it is important) The beach is paid. Not critical. Be careful with the sun!! Communication is mainly in English. You can even handle a phrasebook, not pretentiously) Upon arrival, we did not have time for dinner - a box was delivered to the room. Fast food, but the kids were happy. If desired, you can fix it by ordering food or walking to the market. Yes, I almost forgot: the hotel has a swimming pool. Quite decent. And a children's paddling pool)) A clean, quiet hotel, we will come again,)
A normal hotel for money, what you pay for is what you get, the pool is clean, the breakfasts for these stars are quite normal and the place is basically normal. There are shops nearby, a lot of Indian cuisine in the area, if you like to eat, it's not bad places with a funny price tag. I would definitely come back if I needed to stay in this particular area.
Great hotel, friendly staff. The cleaning was top-notch, SURAJ cleaned perfectly, the breakfasts were average, but there was always something to choose from. Coffee, croissants, fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc
A great option for a vacation. The disadvantage is monotonous breakfasts. The close location to the metro gives great opportunities to get around Dubai. I recommend to stay above the ground floor.... the rooms are more comfortable and larger). Many thanks to the staff who are trying to solve the problems as soon as possible. Transfer to the best beach of Al Mamzar.
Great hotel. A hot pool under the sky, almost all day in the shade. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. A fairly modern room, carpeted, soft bed. Refrigerator, safe are available. Wi-Fi at the hotel is free, speed is limited. The breakfasts are rich, generally the same, but they differ in nuances. Mainly eggs, rice, spaghetti, cheese, sausage, bakery products, tea, coffee, watermelons, pineapples, melons. The staff is polite, ready to help on any issue, even not related to hotel accommodation. Transfer to the beach, Deira Shopping center every day.
I liked the hotel, the room is well equipped, but it's unusual to have open hangers instead of a closet, the bed is comfortable, the room has good sound insulation.
The breakfast is average, but you can find something to eat)
I did not like the fact that it is difficult to find a free table.
It is located very close to the airport, convenient for arrivals and departures.
Excellent hotel, stylish design, the most polite and responsive staff, daily room cleaning. The location is also great, near the metro station and the airport. The infrastructure of the hotel has a gym, a swimming pool and a Starbucks cafe, you can change money at the 24-hour reception. There is a free shuttle service to the beach 2 times a day and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
I was very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone
Great hotel, everything is clean and modern, not far from the airport. The staff is very friendly. We took breakfast, we liked everything, it was delicious and a large selection of dishes. Near the metro, cafes. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the most beautiful beach in Dubai.
There is everything you need nearby, cafes/restaurants, shops, pharmacies. Everything is good inside too, very tasty food, excellent service, beautiful interior.
The location of the hotel is great! There are a lot of inexpensive shops nearby with food, clothes, spices, etc.Near the metro station, the airport. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious and varied. The staff is good. The only thing is that the sofa was burned in the room, there is no closet, there is a structure where you can hang clothes, but there are all three hangers. But I came to see Dubai, to enjoy the sun. Therefore, these little things did not upset me at all.I would choose this hotel again.
Nice hotel near the airport and metro. Polite staff. Cleaning and change of towels every day. The breakfasts are not too varied, but there is the most necessary. There is a shuttle service to the beach. But we didn't use it. It was difficult to adjust in time. By taxi to the nearest beach Al Mamzar 15-20 dirhams and 10 minutes drive. For a relaxing holiday or a business trip in this area may be suitable. Metro 3-5 minutes from the hotel. Dubai is very far from the main attractions and the whole hangout. Tired of driving. More or less to Burj Khaliv, 30 minutes by metro. In general, everything is fine, but you need to think about why you are going. Geographically, it is not very suitable for visiting the main attractions. If it is up to Al Mamzar beach, a swimming pool and hiking along to local cafes are suitable.
A cool nice hotel, the rooms are small but cozy. I didn't notice much cleaning, they make up the bed at most, once at the very beginning the towels were changed-hung, then they pretended that they were not there (we hung them-threw them in the room on the back of a chair so that they dried faster, and after cleaning they also hung in the room in the same places, that is, they they didn't touch it).
The food is more than excellent, we only took breakfast. Basically, the whole buffet was the same every day, except that the pancakes and waffles changed every other day, but we are not picky, we cooked delicious and in general there is a choice.
There is a shuttle service to the beach, if you come almost to the departure and it is packed, you will be offered to wait and come back for you within half an hour, which is nice.
However, you will need to walk to a good beach, because there are a lot of jellyfish on the beach where the shuttle brings you.
It's also nice that the metro and supermarkets are 100-200 meters away, and there are a lot of small eateries and cafes in the back along the street, where they generally cook normally.
The staff is unobtrusive, but all requests were resolved quickly, water is brought on request as much as needed.
The gym is not bad, not very big, but the equipment looks pretty new.
In general, a good hotel for your money)) 👍
An excellent hotel, which was opened relatively recently, thanks to which it has more or less preserved its good appearance. The staff is polite, the breakfasts are good and delicious, the cleaning is done on time and well. We thought that due to the fact that the windows overlook the road there would be a lot of noise at night, but surprisingly there were no problems. I recommend the hotel.
Great hotel! Everything you need is nearby: shops, metro station. I advise you to go to the shopping center in the neighborhood to eat, because everything is not very good around (not a fan of Moroccan cuisine and such like).
The service at the hotel is simply excellent. Exactly more than 3*. Everyone is very "nice" and always helps with all requests. 🙏🙏🙏
They clean perfectly if you specify what needs to be removed.
In the bathroom it is written on a piece of paper that if the towels are on the floor, it means they are changing. A green piece of paper on the bed- change the bedclothes.
I do not advise with children, only if you are by car. The ski is far away, the pool is shallow.
The food is normal for a three-star hotel, quite varied.
The rooms are clean. The sound insulation is good. Screeching from the pool under the window is not audible))
Located close to the airport, plus for those who get there by themselves. It is far from entertainment, but there is a metro station nearby.
There is a free shuttle service to the beach twice a day.
Currently, we are resting here in Dubai for the first time, the metro is a couple of minutes from the hotel, there are a lot of shops and cafes nearby, the prices are pleasant, street fast food is even very pleasant, the hotel has excellent price-quality ratio, there are no problems in the hotel, buffet breakfast, the menu is monotonous but delicious daily, there is a swimming pool, large but not deep, sun beds, umbrellas near the pool, there is a children's pool, there is a transfer to the beach and back, as well as the Deira shopping center, the hotel staff do not speak Russian, but they will still help you with any question, impressions of the hotel are only positive, we are sure such impressions will remain until the end of your stay
A good hotel.. You can go anywhere, there is a metro nearby, the beach is not far away, the bus runs. The beach is better paid, through an awesome park, and the beach itself is great.. The purest water as well as sand. There is a whole house for changing clothes, with showers and cabins..

A slightly tired hotel with an honest 3 stars. Good price/quality ratio.
Among the advantages: the price and proximity to the metro station, responsive staff (taxi will be called, the loss will be found), a swimming pool on floor # 1, a normal breakfast (buffet, on floor "M"). Shuttle to Al-Mamzar beach (although the time is not the most convenient). Of the cons: not comfortable furniture (shelving) and faulty plumbing (room 127, the shower head "gushes" to the sides).
Room cleaning daily (left a tip). English sockets (type "G") I think that the disadvantages are not significant. An assessment for the overall impression.
