Close to the airport, dropped off first, picked up last... so enjoyed the hospitality until the last minutes. Polite staff, there were no hangers in the room, they asked - they brought us quickly. Cleaning every day !! High quality! The girls will understand me: the plumbing was polished every day! Well, it's nice really.
The hotel itself is good: without chic, compact, light (without the terrible yellow-brown furniture:) Cozy modern rooms, excellent breakfast, everything you need in the room (except for a closet for things), but the location was just upset: the hotel is located right on a busy highway. It's sad and sad around: there will be nowhere to walk. It takes a long time to get by metro to any decent area: Burj Khalifa 30 min, Dubai Marina - 1 hour! Our Urban room overlooked the road. The noise, though not much, was still there. This side is sunny, so from 7 am the room is already flooded with light. You can close with thick curtains. At the same time, the pool is on the opposite side and there is shade there until 11-12 o'clock.
I will mention Al Mamzar beach separately, to which the transfer brings. Everything is fine on it (toilets, showers, public umbrellas with benches and tables, palm trees for shade) except that it is located in a bay that completely covers the horizon and creates the feeling that you are swimming in a salt pond. I have indicated here only those moments that confused us in case it also seems important to someone when planning a vacation. At the same time, I absolutely agree with all the positive reviews addressed to the hotel itself.
The service is excellent. The condition of the hotel is excellent (new), a buffet breakfast is provided, free travel to the beach and back. The dishes are all from Indian cuisine (spicy and spices). The heated pool is open and beautiful. The staff does not know Russian. It is necessary to communicate in English. The area of the green line of the metro, the station is nearby. I recommend the hotel for those who know English well.
A great place to stay. A good buffet for breakfast, a delicious and hearty lunch and dinner. The metro is 5 minutes away. Friendly and courteous staff! The rooms are great, there is no smell, everything is clean and beautiful!
Good day to everyone. I gave my spouse a joint tour to the UAE for 4 days on 23.02, we took 3 *, because time is short and we only spent the night in the hotel (we always take 5 *, there is something to compare it with). For 3 stars norms. Breakfasts have something to choose from, something new every day. On the way, we took the bus to another 3-star hotel, atas there, homeless people slept on boxes next to him))) so I think the hotel is worthy!
Excellent hotel , good location near metro station, near shopping center, shops, good inexpensive cafes. The hotel staff solves problems quickly. The breakfasts are good. The rooms are new with different gadgets, lots of light.

The hotel matches its stars.
Of the minuses:
1. The room was a little dirty at check-in
2. The shower has a short partition, the water flows over the curb
3. A small bus goes to the beach for a transfer, not everyone fits, although if the driver sees that there are a lot of people, he makes 2 flights in a row, but this is not always, just in case you need to ask for it.
4. If you have a very light sleep, the noise from the traffic on the highway can cause inconvenience, since one of the sides of the hotel faces the highway, where there is an endless stream of cars around the clock, plus the airport. It wasn't a big problem for us, but it might be a clear disadvantage for someone.
5. Temporary minus (we arrived at the hotel in early March 2020)- a new building is being built at the back of the hotel. The discomfort is purely aesthetic.
And now the pros, there are more of them:
1. The staff is responsive, fully English-speaking, we were settled already at 11:30.
2. The hotel has 3 floors for non-smokers, the 4th floor is completely reserved for smoking people, since we use Iqos, we were allocated a room on the 4th floor. I can say for myself that if you smoke only Iqos, then you can not mention that you smoke so that you are given a room on the first 3 floors, since the smell of Iqos disappears in a couple of minutes, but the smell of smokiness from classic cigarettes on the 4th floor is still present not only on the floor, but also in your room, even if you don't smoke there. I won't say that he is very strong, but nevertheless. Moreover, you can smoke and go outside at the entrance to the hotel.
3. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a small gym and an outdoor heated swimming pool. There are sun loungers with umbrellas around the pool. Towels are provided.
4. Buffet breakfast. The food is normal, with notes of Indian cuisine. You will hardly stay hungry.
5. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the beach on Toyotha Hayes, accommodates approximately 16 people. Taken to the beach in 9:00, 10:00, 11:00. Drive within 10 minutes. Pick up from the beach at 11:15, 14:00 and 15:00. There are usually no problems leaving in the morning, but there are problems going back, as many people try to leave at 14:00. Russians are trying to organize a queue. If you do not fit, then the driver can come again at will for the rest, but it is better to ask him about it right away. If the driver says that he will return only at the nearest transfer time at 15:00, then you can either wait or take a taxi yourself. Boarding a taxi costs 5 dirhams (90 rubles), then you pay for the travel time, about 20 dirhams (360 rubles) will go to the hotel. Taxis in Dubai are expensive. We didn't have to take a taxi, we either fit into the transfer right away, or they followed us again.
6. The transfer takes you to the paid city beach of Al Mamzar, it is considered one of the best in Dubai, entrance is 5 dirhams. Pay either in cash or with a Silver metro card. Payment by bank card is not accepted. There is also a free beach, it is literally 200 m to the left of the paid one. I recommend you to visit the paid beach at least once for comparison. We were mostly on paid, except for women's days (Monday and Wednesday, these days men are not allowed on the paid beach). There is a small park area where you can even barbecue, there are stationary barbecues. The beach itself is clean, with white sand, you can certainly stumble upon cigarette butts, but in general it is clean. There are sun loungers on the beach, they are paid, there are also gazebos with umbrellas where you can hide from the really treacherous sun. Plus there are palm trees if you didn't get a place in the gazebo. Gazebos and palm trees are not on every beach in Dubai, so this is a plus of Al Mamzar Beach. There is an outdoor shower, there is also an indoor shower with a locker room, the building is cooled by air conditioning. There are toilets in the same building.
The free beach is a little dirtier, but in general it's not bad either. But you will like the water more on the paid one, since there is a more gentle entrance and the water warms up faster after the coolness of the night. Since the beach covers the park from behind, there is no strong cold wind.
7. A very good plus of the geographical location of this hotel is the presence of the Green Line metro station nearby. From this station you can get to the Gold Market, the fortress, Al Fahidi and the Dubai Museum. With a transfer to the Red Line, you can get to the Burj Khalifa area, Dubai Mall, etc.
8. Near the hotel, closer to the metro station, there are two grocery stores, like our Five, the prices are normal, something is cheaper, something is a little more expensive than Russian.
9. If you go around the hotel from behind, then on the next 2 streets parallel to the hotel you will be able to find several pharmacies, a currency exchange office, as well as many cafes and restaurants for different price tastes.
Cozy rooms, give out 1L of water, but it's cold 12 degrees in the room even with the air conditioner turned off, there is a kettle and a safe. In the Emirates, there is now a tax on tourists and at the entrance to the hotel they paid 10derham per day, this is 190 rubles per day, this is not refundable money
