We rested in this hotel in the period from September 23-29.
Well, let's start in order:
1) For the first time, we were settled, according to feelings, in a room for staff. This room is clearly not suitable for two people! You can't even turn around on the balcony, there's nowhere to put things elementary. There was a trash can in front of the balcony, and you know what the smell will be in the 30-degree heat!! The stench was unbearable. We insisted on changing rooms, we were also settled in a bungalow, but the room was larger and more spacious. And it seems like everything is fine, but oooh, everything can't be fine in this hotel! And on the second day, at night, water started pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom! Water flooded the entire floor, all the care products, it was simply impossible to go to the toilet. because the water just dripped on my head!!! The hotel administration only deigned to send a plumber after the THIRD CALL, who could not do anything)))) After that, patience broke down and we just wanted to move out of this piggy hotel, and immediately we were offered a room already on a higher level, of course, no one wanted to give money for unlived days. This is about the numbers.
2) There is simply NO service!!! So that one of the waiters in the restaurant came up and asked "what will you drink?" yes, the earth will turn over here! In this hotel, you can forget about such honors ...
The cleaning of the rooms was "on the dump", the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are old, broken.
This hotel doesn't cost a ruble!!! They work not on quality, but on quantity!

We have been staying at this hotel since 06/10/2013 to this day. And the soul asks us to write about the shoals that we saw during our vacation. According to the beauty of the hotel, its huge green territory, which is very pleasing to the eye, you have already read in other reviews. And that's exactly what it is. But here's some tar in a barrel of honey))
This applies to the beach - there are fewer umbrellas than we would like, since the umbrella covers a small piece of land, only two sun beds can be located in the shade, the second two are unnecessary, since it will be problematic to be under the polar sun. And as a result, the search for free sunbeds may not end with anything.(Please, if the owners of the hotel read these reviews, add more umbrellas on the beach and better ones that can be moved, there will really be more people who can comfortably arrive on the beach and swim in the sea.) It is better not to walk on hot sand without shoes, and for a comfortable swim, take with you if you have or buy slippers here for entering the sea, since the pebbles into which you dive deeply when entering and exiting the sea dig into your legs very strongly and cause severe discomfort.
Well, the most important jamb is the bungalow, or rather the sound insulation, especially on the first floors, we were not on the second. Double-glazed windows protect only from the wind, all sounds are heard, as if your window is open. Well, the doors and vestibules in front of them are generally a separate song. You will know everything about your neighbors when you left, when you came, what they are thinking about)))))) and if you are lucky with the neighborhood of a family with young children, then you will not want to be in the room day or night))
Well, if the windows overlook the main migration routes from the main building, then I think it will be quite boring without earplugs.
Room cleaning is spontaneous, you have to ask for a lot yourself at the reception, and even if you ask, you will also need to check the execution))) The truth to pay tribute comes quickly! The staff works so well at bars and restaurants that if you just ordered a drink and decided to take a dip in the pool, there is a chance that the table will be clean by your return))))) The staff is very friendly, so we are ready to help with all questions.
They speak Russian at the reception and you will not have any problems with communication.
In general, they put 4 * to pay attention to the jambs. Otherwise, the hotel is of course cool and we give it a solid 5 mark, and if you are hard of hearing, then after a rest you can put all 10)))))))
Maybe things are better in the rooms in the main building - please people who rested there write a review about the noise insulation in the building.

Great hotel. I didn't find any disadvantages. We rested with children for 14 years, 5 years, 4 years. Everyone is happy. The territory is green and large, there are many pools, a water park. Separately, I would like to mention children's animation and evening events in the afiatheater-it's very cool! Room cleaning, we had a bungalow, every day. And the staff at the restaurant also deserve a special thank you! In masks, everything is clean, the impression of well-established work. Of the Ala kart restaurants, there were only Turkish ones. It is very tasty, the portions are large, the staff are polite. We are very satisfied. Wait for us again at your hotel)

We stayed at this hotel from 07/22/22 to 08/04/12. Overall, the impressions of the hotel are very good. I want to come back here again. The food is varied, it does not get boring in 2 weeks. We always ate at the Sunrise Hotel (these are 2 hotels on the same territory). One of the disadvantages in the restaurant is the presence of flies, of which there are many and which fly in from the street.. However, then they began to turn on the wind turbines above the entrance and the flies disappeared. Very good animation. Most of the staff understands Russian. Room cleaning, as elsewhere in Turkey, is on an average level, the room is cleaned quickly, in 5-7 minutes, but all cleaning requests are fulfilled. It should be noted that the staff tries and does everything possible for a comfortable stay. There are 32 bungalows on the territory of the hotel, in one of which we were staying. According to the activities of the animators, I would like to note the lack of focus on children aged 12-15 years. For example, archery and air rifle shooting only from the age of 16. Therefore, children of this age can have fun in the water park at the hotel, play darts, pay slot machines and table tennis, which is quite far from us. It is unclear why it is impossible to hold beach volleyball near the Sunrise and Starlight hotels at the same time? For example, it was more convenient for me to go to volleyball near the Sunrise hotel, and there is a net there. To allocate one animator to organize the game is not a problem in my opinion. The concept of ultra all inclusive also fully confirms itself. They pour any drinks in their pure form, and not cocktails, as in many other hotels. I would also like to say about the Spa. We went there for a massage with peeling. The price is 95 euros per person. They do well, but in my opinion the price is too high. After the massage, one of the Spa staff invited us to come for other types of massage. I have manual therapy, my wife has lymphatic drainage. The number of expected visits is 9 times each with a total bill of 1200 euros. He offered me to sign the receipt, I refused, because I said that I had to come to 1 visit first to assess the quality. Nevertheless, without my consent, he entered this account into the hotel system, making me already a debtor for unproven services. I didn't like this moment very much and I refused such intrusive services at all. This person, who prescribed a chiropractor to me 9 times in a row, apparently does not understand at all that such a procedure is generally done 1 or 2 times in 2 weeks, then a regular massage is needed. But in Turkey, the motto is to sell at any price. Therefore, be careful here, do not sign invoices
for which you have not received services. To be honest, this moment upset me, but it did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel. I would also like to note the large and very well-maintained territory of the hotel, many trees that create shade and coolness, many flowers. Olives, oranges, pomegranates, bananas grow on the territory. According to the rooms and furnishings in the bungalow (family suite), we can say that the furniture and interior are in good condition. Minor flaws are associated with the negligent attitude of guests to the property of the hotel. I would also like to note that the swimming pool near the Sunrise hotel with a drinks serving area has chips and a lack of tiles on the steps, which is why children and adults can easily cut themselves. I believe that the management needs to repair the steps in this pool in October 2022. I would also like to mention the tennis instructor, despite the high cost of classes (60 euros per hour). He is very professional, and it is a pleasure to play with him. Just renting a court for 15 euros per hour is also considered superfluous for vacationers. I suggest making them free. In conclusion, I want to recommend this hotel for a holiday, I will be happy to return here again.

Natalya. I had a rest in September 2022. I really liked the hotel. We were unexpectedly accommodated in a room with better conditions than we had booked: instead of the standard one with a sea view, there is a huge corner two-room with a Jacuzzi and sun beds on the balcony and a side sea view. Great room, thanks to the girl at the reception! The room was cleaned and towels were changed regularly. A very beautiful and large area, surrounded by greenery. The sea is warm, the beach is clean. I attended three sessions of different types of massage at the spa-special thanks to the massage master Ai. He is a master of massage techniques, after the procedures lightness and incredibly positive energy. I had a lot of fun. I'll come back again. Soon!

We had a rest from October 15 to October 21, 2021. I would especially like to mention the very friendly staff. They work very efficiently around the clock. Everything is perfectly clean. The animators are great guys, professionals in their field. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. Lots of choice fruits. Melon, watermelon, grapes, tangerines, apples, bananas, plums, STRAWBERRIES were there every day. It's unrealistically sweet and eat as much as you want! Seafood (mussels, squid, shrimp) was served twice. There is a large assortment of fish, veal, lamb, chicken, turkey, beef tongue. There are a lot of pastries, desserts, side dishes, and most importantly, it is very tasty cooked. There were 4 types of ice cream. The cleaning is thorough every day. The animation is great.It's impossible to describe everything! The beach is very nice. The pools are gorgeous, the area is like a botanical garden! I recommend this Hotel.

Cool territory and that's probably all. Crowds of people in the restaurant, the food is not delicious, no merchandising, everything is piled up like for pigs. The waiters did not fit at all, they never waited for a high chair, they had to look for it themselves. It's also a problem with free tables - you just stand and wait. This is not a vacation, but a quest of some kind. And the worst thing is the mosquitoes. The child was simply eaten, although we had a raptor with us, and we turned it on every night. But the local mosquitoes are not afraid of it.
The room was not cleaned at all, although we left generous tips every day. Dampness, everything in the bathroom is scary, old, the toilet seat is shaking. The dispensers with soap and shower gel are empty, they asked to fill them, they didn't do it.
If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable family vacation, you are definitely not here.

A huge green area, a bunch of pools, a water park with slides, hundreds of employees who clean, carry, and wash like ants… Who are these people who write negative reviews?? Show them to me :)
The reviews about bad and monotonous food are especially touching! How do you eat at home?
The food here at each meal is simultaneously several dozen (about 50, to be exact) hot dishes, fish, meat, fried, baked, dietary, vegetarian and dozens of all kinds of snacks, sushi, salads, as well as all kinds of simple vegetables and fruits, not counting a bunch of desserts, ice cream and drinks for every taste. It's easy to burst , but it's impossible to stay hungry.
However, if you still haven't had enough in the main restaurant, don't despair! You will find a snack bar (more modest, only 20 options of dishes), a 24/7 restaurant with a la carte orders (included in the price), as well as endless points of distribution of ice cream, fruits, hot tortillas and other things. Oh yes, and bars are everywhere here - they will pour and mix anything!
The rooms are clean, the mini bar is replenished daily, towels are changed before you have time to turn away.
We rested in many places, the experience is great. The hotel is 5+!

The food in the restaurant is varied, from borscht to baby food in jars. During the covid, the traditional "buffets" were removed, food is distributed by employees who are behind glass, so you have to gesture to show what and how much to put, but nevertheless, there are no queues, most dishes can be typed quickly.
Animation programs during the day, in pools and on lawns.
The infrastructure allows you to take a beach bag in the morning, leave at least for the whole day, move between the beach - restaurant - pools and bars and return to the room only to spend the night. There is a place to wash off the salt water after the sea and change clothes, give a wet towel when leaving the beach and take a new one when you return.
A game center with billiards, bowling and other slot machines.
In the evening there are shows, programs for children, discos.
I won't say anything about the hotel rooms, because we lived in one of the bungalows, formally related to the Sunrise Hotel.
The staff strictly observe sanitary measures, all wearing masks and rubber gloves, even outside, even in 35 degree heat. Of course, there are fewer disciplines among tourists.
Wi-Fi is almost all over the territory and even on the beach there is a strong signal.
- not a very good beach: at the entrance to the sea there is a mixture of coarse sand, pebbles and pebbles, it's just right to use sneakers for rocky beaches, but they are filled with coarse sand. 10 meters from the shore is already more than 2 meters deep, so the sea is not very suitable for small children, only pools.
The point of issue of beach towels is open from 8 to 18 o'clock, so if you want to go to the beach at dawn or sunset, you need to carry a towel with you.
It can be difficult to find an empty seat in the main restaurant. There are places outside the building, but in the middle of July, with the heat of 30-35, it is not comfortable outside during the day. The dishes do not change much from day to day, but nevertheless they are delicious and you can always find something. Food and cutlery are often taken away while you go to get a drink.
Any time you moved around the territory, the phone required you to constantly reconnect to the Wi-Fi network, as if all the routers were not connected to a single network. With a free connection, the speed of 1 Mbit/s is quite sufficient even for video calls, but the need to constantly confirm the connection was very annoying.

The hotel probably has the largest territory in Antalya, because it is combined with the neighboring one - Sunlight. and what individually would be just a green hotel turns into a real botanical garden. We stayed at this hotel for 13 nights, settled in a room with a view of the garbage dump. When asked to replace it with another number, they said that the room was good and could not help in any way. The room could not be cleaned for 2 days.There were huge queues for food in the dining room, there were 20 minutes for pancakes. When there were no empty clean tables, several people stood with plates in their hands, and the waiters simply passed by when asked to remove dirty dishes and prepare places. A river periodically flows into the sea and the water becomes dirty and muddy because of the clay, because of this, we did not swim many times.The beach is on 3. There are a lot of drunks, a drunk man almost started a fight in the sauna. I liked the sports events and the kids' club. Delicious shish kebab, if you stand in line for 15-20 minutes
