We are still in the hotel, being treated. Doctors can't make a proper diagnosis. They said it was all from the pool. My husband has bathed three times, I have only bathed once. And here is the result.
A large park, excellent service, friendly staff, gorgeous varied food, fabulous desserts, an abundance of fruits, a wide selection of alcohol and other drinks, excellent rooms, entertainment, excursions, clean beach and sea! I recommend it!
We stayed at the hotel from September 18 to 27. Everyone liked the hotel. Beautiful, green, well-maintained territory. A steam train runs through the territory. There was an evening show every day. After the show there is a disco or live music. The beach leaves much to be desired, this is probably one of the disadvantages. Entering the sea: pebbles and sometimes stones, which is not particularly pleasant. For such a hotel, canopies are needed, not umbrellas. We had to move the sunbeds every hour. There were not enough umbrellas. The first days we took sun beds and went into the shade in the VIP area. Then, to take an umbrella, they got up earlier and took their seats. There were small queues in the dining room, but it was not catastrophic. They applied as much as you want. The staff is helpful. They were cleaned in a timely manner. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel.
Although the hotel is 5 *, but when large groups can not cope. The restaurant is dirty all the time, the tables are not cleaned, the Swede is not updated. And if you live in the main building, then you can spend the whole vacation in line for the elevator
We stopped by on September 8 in the morning at 9.30. I had to take a walk because I was checked in at 14.30. And then it started. We said that we were at this hotel in 2018 with friends and took rooms with sea views (paid immediately from the tour operator). My husband and I disagreed and said no, we want to stay in the main building. He gives us the keys to another room and says it's with a sea view. We go up and have a view of the sea but from the side. That is, when I sit on the balcony, I look at the neighboring hotels, if you look from the side, you can see the sea. This is a half-hearted view, not a frontal one, as we had before, and there was not much point in paying extra. We went to the reception and said that we were not paying for hotels and a piece of the sea, but for a frontal view. To which he said that we don't have numbers. When I started swearing, he said, come on, I'll find you tomorrow. We came up and he said there were no rooms. Although we were told that we saw people leaving from the front view. He didn't want to worry, that's all. What can I say more, I will not come to this hotel. And back in 18, a restaurant free of children was opened, and now it was closed and the disco downstairs in the grotto was also closed, you had to go to the Sunrise disco, and this is a cheaper hotel with a corresponding adored audience. In general, the food, the sea, everything is as it was. The refrigerator barely cools, we were told that they are all like that. And the air conditioner in the lobby works very hard, you can get cold feet. The room cleaning is very good.
Upon check-in, air conditioning malfunctions and the presence of (large) ants were immediately detected. The issue was resolved after 5 days. Towels have not been asked for yet, they have not been changed. There are no questions about food, animation and entertainment organization
Cleaners are stealing things from the room!
And they didn't even hesitate to steal the new pills they bought for 5 thousand rubles!
We discovered this only upon arrival !
The hotel administration and the guide did not take any action!
I rested with my wife from 09/05/2021 to 09/16/2021 I will not repeat myself, the hotel is not bad. But it feels like the end of the season, the staff is already tired. We lived in the main building on the 4th floor with a sea view. I constantly had to ask for shower gel in the room. The LADIES cleaning the rooms were responsible for THE FINISH! After contacting the reception, the gel was found and brought to the room. The Internet is just TERRIBLE! It's in the main building, I don't know what's in the bungalow. There are no clocks, air and water temperatures on the territory and in lobi. I saw one clock like at the railway station, on the beach. There are very few places in the dining room (restaurant) and queues for food. Serving food, constantly dissatisfied. Asking to add a portion, they make round eyes. The hotel is located far from Antalya Airport. Once for a change, you CAN visit.

I was there 5 times... Huge green area, lots of swimming pools. On the territory of 2 hotels, these are Starlight and Sunrise, the infrastructure can be used by both hotels. The water park is not very big, and it is a little tired... The beach is clean. There are many interesting features, for example, a cave with a bar and a restaranchik in Starlight... Nice hotel.
In the period from 20.09 to 29.09, my family rested at the STARLIGHT RESORT HOTEL with voucher No. 18909727. The hotel is a terrible mess, the food in the restaurant is broken, with chips, there is no cleaning in the rooms, only if you constantly complain about something being cleaned for the 3rd or 4th time. We paid an additional $180 upon check-in. For improving the room, the jacuzzi did not work until the last day.All cash was stolen from our room on 26.09, all rubles and dollars, the money was in the wallet, inside the bag in personal belongings. The hotel service initiated an invitation to the police. For two days we were treated by the hotel staff, reimbursed for room improvements. We promised a meeting with the director, as a result, the director was very busy and ignored our meeting. The hotel refused to admit its guilt. They feel sorry for us, they were ready to offer us two days in the VIP GARDEN!!!. What a garden we can't sleep in the last few days, we're afraid that someone will enter the room and rob us. While we were sorting out the relationship with the manager, people came, their safe was robbed!!! They hacked and took out all the money! On the last day, even the mini-bar was not replenished, our complaint was simply ignored. Nobody cares. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have been vacationing at this hotel for 15 times since 1998 (initially we were always at Sunrise, then they seemed to have bought out the territory of the neighboring Starlight department, or completed a new one). This time we are having a rest together with my son in Starlight from 29.08 to 06.09.2022.
The food is great as always, there are antiseptics, the menu of the children's table has been expanded - jars with food and yoghurts have appeared. I won't describe much: 8 a la carte restaurants (4 of them can be visited by pre-registration-for free). This time we were in Italian again (10 euros for an adult, 5 euros for a child) and we are going to fish (15 euros for an adult). Payment for restaurants, as well as all ordered services (for example, dry cleaning) at check-out. We haven't been to the sauna yet, but we had a decent massage (about three years ago). There are water sports on the beach, on the roof of the "cave" there is a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool for adults (16+). Water park.
In general, this time the compatriots and Turks were unpleasantly impressed: they throw garbage on the beach, leave plates with stubs. For some reason, I am of the opinion that even for my 160-280 tr. in 9 days (for two) you need to remain a human being, and not become a pig.
Today at lunch there was a most unpleasant scene - a girl of about 45 years old (Russian) screaming at the whole restaurant... Because they didn't give her any water.. The table was set cleanly. Poor waiters and managers began to run in front of her.. I would have called the police or security, because this is clearly inadequate. One would assume that she paid 500 thousand for the VIP, but they have a separate restaurant. And to demand in a buffet restaurant that watermelon be brought (!) is beyond my understanding. She wasn't dressed super expensively and had a tow haircut.. But it's an abomination to think about yourself and shame other Russians like that... There are sun beds and large houses for VIP (we stayed in them 8-9 years ago, now it is very expensive).
The animation is super (Kenyans dance great, Chinese circus, discos on the beach), super for children. Ice cream during the day, drinks, water, local alcohol (but I don't drink, I won't specify the information about the quality). There is a cool water exercise in the pool with a beautiful coach))).
The Turks were also unpleasantly struck: they got neighbors behind the wall, who (mostly a woman) started shouting loudly at each other at 20-21 pm and at night. Apparently, there is nowhere else to discuss your problems except on vacation. They are the ones who smoke a lot on the beach.
In the basement there are shops " with 100% fake " (as they jokingly advertise themselves), there are also a la carte restaurants half a floor higher (ordering a restaurant for guest relations near lobby). We leave tips for everyone. The waiter was especially pleased upon arrival. This time, it was not possible to check in before 14. We came to lunch earlier than 12.30. He saw that we were off the road, brought water, glasses. The waiters are generally cheerful, dancing.
About the Turks on the beach and our guide Sardor from Pegas. I've been booking everything myself for a long time, now I couldn't find a good, inexpensive flight, so in early July I paid for the tour. I haven't heard as many lies as there were at the meeting with the guide for a long time: and he won't talk about the tour (he told and sniffed it even more). He was a barker at the Sea park, which we had previously visited, but no, "it was opened this year.".. And there is no insurance claim if you get burned on the beach... And it is necessary to come to the meeting so that he registers us somewhere (we were late on 30.08 and came on 31.08). He does not believe those who say that he has rested here 15 times - "they have not seen Turkey" (we just did not go on excursions because we had traveled around Karelia before and we just wanted to swim in the sea before studying. I have been to Pammukala 4 times, I have already visited all kinds of historical excursions here). In general, if you are not in Turkey for the 1st time, then you can ignore such guides... Also, in his opinion, you can not go out into the city without a voucher and "Oh God forbid" - order an excursion from competitors (at a lower price) - in general, he poured mud on everyone. From the shops on the territory and for leather, gold will be delivered free of charge. Well, do not buy anything, they will be upset and that's it... They will be returned. So it's hard to figure out who he was trying to broadcast his noodles to. An unpleasant type. I also sold fast track - a quick passage of formalities at the airport (70 euros per person), according to reviews they write that it saves 30 minutes maximum and an individual transfer for 75 euros (I bought it at the hotel for 65 euros) (a woman with a sick child with cerebral palsy bought this service from him, I hope, really a little faster they will pass, and this money will not be thrown away in vain).
