The hotel is not bad, 3 stars though. Nice beds, spacious toilets.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor, decent breakfasts. If you're lucky with the air conditioner, then fire. It is 300 rubles to the center of the Russian Federation, even less to the train station.
I recommend.

We were in a double room, small, but no longer needed so much. Beds, wardrobe, table, TV, bathtub. The linen is snow-white. The buffet is varied. The location is good, there is a public transport stop nearby and the metro is a little further away.

The windows overlook the busy highway, and those in the courtyard overlook the railway junction. Rooms with windows facing the courtyard, in my opinion, are preferable. At least the announcements of railway dispatchers are not constantly heard, unlike the noise of the street. Very tasty and varied breakfasts, almost home cooking! There is no hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo in single packages. Towels are changed daily. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. Bus # 100 runs from the hotel along the central street - Independence Avenue. Two or three stops and you are in the city center. The fare is 0.85 Belarusian rubles (as of July 2023, the exchange rate of 1 bel.rub. was equal to 30 Russian rubles). Not far from the hotel is the shop of the Slonim meat processing plant, where the Minsk residents themselves advised to buy good sausages.

Very good value for money. 5 minutes from the metro. Two metro stops from the center. Clean, green. Opposite is a school with an outdoor sports ground.

We read reviews before booking. It seems like it's not bad for one night, but upon arrival we were very disappointed. The hotel is very tired, especially the 3rd floor. It smells like old stuff and despondency. They settled us in room 302. It's something with something. The room is tiny, stuffy and has not been renovated for a long time. I don't want to remember about the bathroom at all. A small, old bathroom with poor ventilation. The crane is rusty, with two more twirlers. There is no hair dryer. There is no air conditioning in the room. There is a fan instead. The windows overlook the busy road and also the sunny side. I had to sleep with the noise from the roadway and the fan. She lived for a week. Everything was fine: the room is large, towels, slippers, gel. The buffet is good, there was enough of everything.
Of the disadvantages of fat: 1) next to the window of the room (405) there is a hood for the kitchen and at 6.15. this "beast" was launched, the first day I jumped up on the bed!!! And so it is every morning. The noise is incredible, considering that it is +30 and the window is always open. It's also very noisy from people who are doing something all the time in the yard where the dumpsters are.
2) Many hotel employees do not greet guests. I don't understand why either. It's a shared culture.
I would like the head of the hotel to read my review and listen to this noise in room 405 himself!!!

The Atlant refrigerator is not cold at all. There is no place to store food. The double bed was sunken in the middle, they were constantly rolling down to the center. There is no air conditioning, only a fan. They do not give slippers, a washcloth, etc. Breakfasts are bad for 20 rubles per person and there is not much place to eat with a child nearby (within walking distance). Lido, Cornflowers, etc. only if you go by public transport.
For 4 thousand Russian rubles. It's certainly not worth it. But considering the prices for other hotels, this is probably the best option. Overall, the emotions are positive.

I have stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time in a row. Of course, in terms of price / quality ratio, this is one of the best options. Quite a convenient location, near the train stations, the city center, it is very convenient to get by taxi, if the weather is good and you can even walk. Clean, there is everything you need in the room. Inexpensive. Quick check-in, friendly staff. Despite all of the above, there were several negative aspects to this trip:the Wi-Fi worked poorly, there was no water in the cooler on the floor, the drain in the shower worked poorly, as well as in the shower in the shampoo dispenser, there was no shampoo (some cat tears dripped odorless and without soapy properties). I have given 5 stars in the past, now, despite the negative aspects, I will give 4 stars and I hope the hotel management will work on the mistakes

There is a built-in closet in the wall, which I did not like (there was a specific smell). It has no shelves for clothes, there are only a few hangers. The floor in the room, as well as the corridor on the floor has a carpet covering that absorbs odors. There is a smell of cigarettes on the floor, although smoking is prohibited in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in the room. The bathroom is clean, the plumbing is serviceable. However, the heated towel rail was cold, it was heated only if hot water was turned on. Hot water is also not immediately available when the tap is opened (you need to wait a few minutes for the water to drain). The room was not hot, the battery was not particularly warm. I think it will be cool in winter. There is a TV, a small refrigerator, two glasses. There is a water cooler on the floor. If you want to drink coffee in the room, it is unlikely to succeed - there are no cups and spoons, as well as no kettle. Towels are clean, they are changed immediately when cleaning the room. The cleaning is good. The sound insulation in the room is average, if noisy neighbors in the corridor it causes discomfort. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, which closes at 18.00. Breakfast (buffet) is offered 20 bel. rubles. I can't appreciate it, I didn't order it. Dates of stay November 13-17. It is not suitable for a long stay. It is quite acceptable for a business trip.
The location is average. From the metro station Institute of Culture 10 minutes on foot, to the shopping center Capital 3 bus stops. Opposite the hotel is the Railway Workers' Recreation Center, in which practically no leisure activities are held.
