A little tired, but overall great! Clean, cozy, breakfasts are just a dump of the head!!)
There is Parking, there is a bus stop nearby, from which 20 minutes to the center by bus, a bank for currency exchange, a grocery ... everything is super!
The only two points are the cooler on the floor (there is no bottle of water in the room), and the hairdryer must be taken on the ground floor.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days with the class. I liked everything. Clean, cozy, friendly staff. The buffet breakfasts are simply delicious. There are 2 bus stops to the center. You can also take a walk on foot. Nearby there are shops, a pharmacy, an ATM. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel of the "Soviet" time, very tired in everything, requiring renovation. There is nothing in the rooms except soap that does not wash well, it is stuffy, there are no conduits, the Internet can be caught in rare cases. Most employees are "neatly" rude and can't really answer anything/don't want to. I can praise the delicious breakfasts, everything is homemade and delicious, every morning there was something new. It seems to be located near the center, but there is nothing interesting around, every morning I had to stomp one way to the subway or go straight to the center. The hotel as a whole is not bad for its price, but I expected more.

I apologize for the terminology, but this standard is the standard of minimalism. In most Russian cities, you can live more decently for this price. Dinner turned out to be a problem. I read flattering reviews at the Sputnik hotel and chose it, BUT the reality is a little different. The hotel is very middle class. It is impossible to live in rooms with windows facing the street: it is hot and very noisy because of the highway under the window. In addition, there is a parking lot of tourist buses under the windows, which have been driving engines since early morning. The staff is very lazy: they refused to move to the other side, the room is cleaned only after a complaint. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. There are towels, a shower cap, there is nothing else: there is no hair dryer, shampoo. And the breakfast buffet at the hotel is a complete nightmare! The choice is very limited, according to one type of everything and the cheapest possible Belarusian goods. It is impossible to drink coffee. There is no transfer at night. And it is he who is important, because during the day you can get by public transport. Conclusion: a hotel for the most unassuming tourists for one night (passing through), when there are no more options.

I liked the hotel. Compared to the Brest Intourist, Sputnik seemed to us to be a 5-star hotel. We had a small cozy 2-bed room. Comfortable beds, a refrigerator, a relatively modern TV. The hotel is three stars. It is unreasonable to expect something out of the ordinary from him. Of the advantages:

Sputnik Hotel, on Brilevskaya Street, 2, which is about 3 km from the center of Minsk, and 2.5 km from the train station (40 minutes) on foot.
The Sputnik Hotel (aka Gasinitsa “Spadarozhnik" in the native Belarusian language) is quite cozy, looks like from old Soviet films, but everything is quite modern on the floors and in the rooms. We checked into a single-double room (double). First impressions are positive and generally good: the double bed is wide enough, which surprised the linen is clean and white, and as many as 4 pillows (linen was changed daily).
The furniture itself : cabinets and a high chair in the same style, not Soviet, decoration (wallpaper, etc.) beautiful and light tones (in European style), there are many lamps (three), that is, two above the bed and one on the table. The TV is flat, native Horizon, but shows many channels, but in analog mode, I have not tried broadcasting from a smartphone. There are sockets above the table, only lan ports near the bed... Unfortunately, the view from the window is of the construction site and the courtyard (4th floor, room 11). But there is an air conditioner!
What pleasantly surprised me was the huge closet in the hallway, where all things can easily fit. The bathroom actually had a pretty clean comfortable bathtub, with a clean curtain. Unfortunately, there are no toothbrushes and soap and soap accessories (it is better to take them with you on a trip, or buy them in the nearest Penny). But it's 3*.. but the bathroom is very clean and beautiful. There are a lot of towels, they are changed every day.
The refrigerator is working, although it does not cool much, of course Atlant)
wi-fi is stable, easily connected using a password issued at the reception. The administrators themselves (Tatiana was there when checking in), polite: they will tell you, they will tell you). We booked through Yandex travel, everything is easy and fast. The hotel itself has a sauna, billiards, and a restaurant, but we haven't been there. Breakfast is a buffet, but it's easy to have a snack in the morning: buckwheat, potatoes, pancakes, porridge, chicken, sausage, sausages, cheese, fruits, pancakes, various cooking, but most importantly - its own coffee machine (delicious coffee), and a lot of juices to choose from. Breakfasts are about 20 ₽by, that is, for August 2023, about 600 rubles per person, which is quite inexpensive. At least in Cornflowers it will be much more expensive.
To be honest, for a room for 13900 for 4 nights, I expected less, but no, everything pleased me.
There was no noise, although the train station was not very far away.
I give a confident 3 stars, but I would advise you to provide more detailed information about hotel services at the reception..
