A good hotel with reasonable prices. Justifies its 3 stars. He lived in one-room and two-room rooms. The rooms are cozy, no frills. There is a TV, a small refrigerator, free Wi-Fi via password access. The bathroom is combined. The rooms are cleaned daily. I have no complaints.
A good hotel for a short stay. There is a feeling of being in the Union. The hotel is three stars, so you should not count on something out of the ordinary. The rooms are not large, shower, TV. The staff is friendly, but we were not satisfied with the cleaning. We took a room with breakfast and are basically satisfied. Breakfast is on the level. There's enough variety for a few days. The hotel is in a convenient location with good accessibility to all important places. I recommend looking for food outside the hotel as there are problems. In general, I am satisfied with both the hotel and the visit to Minsk
Fully justifies 3 stars. Clean, cozy. The staff is polite, the buffet breakfast is more than delicious. There are many channels on TV in Russian. A huge plus is the presence of a corkscrew in the room)))
In general, everything was fine: the rooms are good, furnished without frills, but everything you need is there. The menu does not change for breakfast, while the choice is sufficient and even our fastidious child was always fed. Cleaning every day, the staff is polite. There are few cafes in the area for a family hike.
Sovdepovskaya Hotel, the room has a TV, bathroom, dressing room, table. The refrigerator is small and it is built into the table, keep this in mind. There is no air conditioner, it was very stuffy in the summer, but there is a large fan, and it helped out.
An old building, broken tiles on the wall and on the floor in the room. The hotel is three stars, but everything is very modest. There is no kettle in the room (cooler on the floor). There is no hair dryer in the room. There is no safe in the room. But the batteries are burning, it's very hot in the room. There are 4 towels for each. There are no dental cleaning kits in the room. The restaurant is peculiar, as is the staff in it. But the reception staff is excellent. Many thanks to the young man who worked at the reception on January 28. He told me very kindly and in great detail where to go, how to get there, and answered all questions
This is the first time I've seen a hotel with such hyped reviews! Summer, the rooms stupidly have no air conditioning! Imagine the heat! The room on the sunny side cools down even in the morning the temperature is over 35! The windows overlook the six-lane highway and it's impossible to sleep! A thermometer is prudently hanging and there is a fan! I don't even stutter about the rest... Somewhere there is an Internet connection, From the funny thing there is a router right behind the pillow! It feels like they are checking how much radiation affects the residents🤣 From the subway to cut across a giant bridge! Some bus route passes nearby, that's all the chances to get out of here! Or a 40-minute trot from the train station. What comfort, coziness!?
Double room 402. Windows facing the street, no air conditioning, no hair dryer (they say you can take it at the reception), very small bathroom. The hotel is not badly located, near a public transport stop, a Sberbank ATM.
A hotel for business travelers. There is no water in the room, there is no air conditioning. It's noisy on the street (near the railway tracks and the train station ...) The hotel's restaurant is open only for breakfast.
The hotel met expectations, the room is clean, cozy, the standard has everything you need, refrigerator, TV, bathroom is clean, tidy. A polite and pleasant girl Anastasia met us at the reception. She told me everything and quickly arranged it. I recommend the hotel.
We are coming for the second time. I liked the hotel. It is located a 10-12-minute walk from the Institute of Culture metro station, and it, in turn, is one stop from the railway station. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Cleanliness, order. In a standard room, the shower room is somewhat too small for tall, large people. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. They thought it was too expensive. The staff is friendly. We are very satisfied. We recommend it.
For the first time in Belarus, and of course for the first time in the Sputnik hotel. They arrived with their daughter from Russia. We are currently here. The room is double, clean, cozy. Daily cleaning service. I really liked the buffet. They cook very well. It is not comparable with Russia. The staff at the hotel is responsive and polite. Everything would be fine, but I'm lowering the star. The faucets in the room have long needed to be changed. Splashes in all directions. While you're washing, you'll walk away from the sink all wet. You have to make a thin trickle so as not to get splashed. The mixer can be seen that it is old, already clogged. Also, the shower is very much leaking. In Russia, we have not encountered such a problem with faucets in toilet rooms. I often go somewhere to relax. I have encountered such a problem only here. And one more problem. The room was booked for us by a travel agency in our city. Here we were settled on the second floor, right above the restaurant. It is clear that many restaurants at hotels celebrate various events. There should be sound insulation then. I am a disabled person of the 2nd group. Already at 22.00 I would like to relax and watch TV. And then boom boom drowning out the TV. You can hear all the words of the songs. That's not the case either. The hotel administration please pay attention to the faucets in the rooms and to the sound insulation. Otherwise, everything is fine. Good luck to you!!!
An ordinary Soviet hotel, a budget option. There is a water cooler on the floor. The room is small, no frills like tea slippers. For business travelers or travelers, this is the most important thing. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. Clear. The staff is polite, unobtrusive
Excellent delicious breakfasts - shvetsky table
The rooms are a bit old, the carpets are stained
, the location is generally convenient, the metro is nearby, shops too
In case you just need to spend the night, have breakfast and leave, it's a great option
A mid-level hotel.
The food in the restaurant is expensive.
The room for a business trip is acceptable, no frills, but cozy.
There were problems with Wi-Fi and the Internet in the room on the 5th floor, the underwater Internet did not want to work on the TV in the room, and the Wi-Fi was constantly falling off, although the local spec. He proudly told me over the Internet that they had excellent router coverage of the building.
The citizens of either Afghanistan or Syria, who lived in the hotel and constantly gathered in groups in the lobby, were particularly stressed.
A good option for those who need a hotel for overnight stay and rest, rather than sitting in a room all day.
Plus, a good location - two bus stops N100, and you're on Independence Square, next to the Red Church, and from there to the Old Town (aka Upper Town) is literally at hand.
In general, for those who travel and come to the hotel to spend the night, this is what you need.
A fairly good hotel, the room was double superior, on the 3rd floor, 309.
The room is clean, the bed is large, the linen is fresh, towels were laid at a rate of 3 per person, there were no slippers and a bathrobe (the hotel is three stars). View of the courtyard, photo attached. There are a lot of channels on TV, and this pleases, there were only 5 in Victoria's Spa (and then all Belarusian), a cooler on the floor!!!
They did not get breakfast (they were just too lazy), the restaurant did not work for lunch and dinner, coffee and food cannot be ordered in the room (this is probably one of the disadvantages), yes, and they were settled for a long time, it's not right.
In general, I recommend the hotel, the price and quality of service are consistent.
An excellent hotel for its price. The reception is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious, the accommodation is without nuances. Solid 4 on the 5th scale. There are flaws in the room, they are of an individual plan, purely for me.
A great hotel for your money. Good location, two minutes from the bus stop. The room was clean, the bed linen was fresh. The beds are comfortable, each with two pillows) the staff is polite. There were pleasant impressions.
Clean, near the railway station, transport (bus, trolleybus for 0.9 bel.rub.,)to the center every 5-10 minutes. Minibuses are more expensive (2.5 rubles.)There is a grocery store nearby from 08:00 and a "Penny" from 09:00. Buffet breakfast for 20 rubles. The train is nearby, if we need to get to the sanatorium "Vesta".
An excellent hotel in the style of the USSR. Everything meets the standard of service! I liked. The rooms are cleaned daily, everything is very clean and comfortable. Convenient location.
Advantages:
+ 15 minutes to the metro
+ A quiet place
+ WiFi
+ Good water pressure
Minuses:
- Disgusting thin doors, the audibility of 146% is OK, but they slam very hard, it's impossible to sleep in the morning when people start to get out of the rooms. The price of the issue is a copperplate sealer.
- There is no kettle. It seems there is a cooler in the hall, but carrying boiling water to the room in glasses without a handle is not an easy task.
- There is only one small shelf in the shower for a bar of soap, you can't spread out your soap and snout.
Also, the mount is poorly screwed in the shower, so you can pour water on yourself only by holding the hose in your hands. Also, the shower cabin is constantly leaking, the side of the small height. Well, the tsimus itself, there is no normal ventilation in the shower-toilet.
- the light bulbs in all floor lamps, lamps and nightlights are too bright, in order to create just atmospheric light, you have to cover the table lamp with clothes
- the breakfasts are weak, the buffet consists of the cheapest products. On the first day, we arrived at 9 a.m., there were no plates, only soup cups, someone from the staff was not there either. The coffee machine pours coffee over the edge of the cup, you have to come up with two glasses and pour
- there is a sauna, which is promoted everywhere, although according to the reception, it does not belong to the hotel. In short, we came and booked a time for the next day. The next day they arrived at the specified time, it turned out that the previous divers had not yet come out, and you need to wait another half hour until they come out. Needless to say, in this case, you can go to a public bath 5 times cheaper? It's a 10-minute walk away. Naturally, we did not go, steamed in the room, just because of the lack of ventilation in the shower, it is very easy to make a steam room.
The hotel is back in the USSR. The light is very dim, the light bulbs barely work, there is no shampoo in the toilet, but there are caps for the head, the flush does not work well, the shower stall is about to fall apart. Overall neat, but still. The room has a mini fridge, TV, hairdryer, fan.
About the buffet. In general, the choice is not bad, but from what I took, I liked only the sausage, pancakes and fruits. The rest is a bit greasy or some kind of fifty-fifty
Nice staff, clean. Used
to be a family two-room suite, the atmosphere is about 30 years old, I forgot the last time I was in such an interior. We didn't stay the second night - it was very uncomfortable. From the pleasant - I was pleased with the buffet for breakfast. Fruits, vegetables, sliced sausage and cheese of several varieties, draniki, sausages, pancakes, chicken, porridge and much more.
The rooms and furnishings correspond to the number of stars. Clean, cleaned every day. Breakfast is not as varied as we would like, but everything is delicious. The staff is friendly. Parking in front of the hotel and there is a separate guarded parking lot. The metro station is 12-15 minutes away. Ask in advance how to get through. Bus to the center - 5 minutes to the bus stop. The room is quiet if you don't open the windows. For opponents of air conditioners, there is no such thing.
Everything matches the description. In short, in one sentence. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is friendly, the food is delicious, the location is good.
A good place to stop during a vacation or business trip! Very clean and cozy, and most importantly budget. The location also seemed convenient to us. We will definitely come back!
I found the hotel by accident. But I didn't regret a minute! Convenient location, transport accessibility. The center is 10 minutes away by bus. You can walk around without any problems.
The number was also higher than expected. Clean, light, comfortable. And the staff team is above all praise. Special thanks to Alexey, who helped make this vacation even better.
A great hotel. The service is on the level. I liked it very much. The breakfast was varied from the minus - the porridge was not very good - the rest is a good option
I am happy with the hotel! Rested with her family! Clean cozy comfortable! On the ground floor there is a restaurant where delicious food is prepared! Free parking in front of the hotel! I advise you!
They settled in quickly. The hotel is old, but clean. I didn't like the restaurant at all - neither the food nor the catering: there is little space, the food ends quickly, a crowd of people in a small area of the room and you can't approach the food because of the queue for drinks.
An excellent 3-star hotel, located a 10-minute walk from the metro. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need to stay. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where you can eat.Good-natured staff
Soviet design, clean, not expensive, everything is nearby. If the windows overlook the road, it's a bit noisy, the staff is good.We lived in winter, the room is warm.
Clean rooms , buffet breakfast , everything is hearty , tasty , many and varied . Convenient location . Friendly and customer-oriented staff at the reception.
The area is so-so. The room is clean, but very noisy from the road, even on the 4th floor. The restaurant closes early, at 20 o'clock. In the evening there is no water in the cooler, there is no kettle. I would have known, I bought water, but the supermarket was open until 22 o'clock, there was nothing to wash down a pill for sleep at 11 o'clock in the evening. There is no toothbrush cup.
And worst of all, a completely non-client-oriented receptionist, Caroline. I also asked her when I checked in:"Have you told me everything?" I was carrying a heavy backpack, I walked from the train station for half an hour, I was tired during the day. "That's it." But when I went up to my room, I saw that the password for Wi-Fi, which is often put in the room, is missing. She came down. The lady replied rudely instead of apologizing:"I should have asked, they're limited for me." So someone won't get it? She also ungraciously said that I could call, there is a phone. Really? There is NO phone in the room! You can't tell me everything, but the girl behaved extremely unfriendly, although there was no one nearby, I did not detain her.
Everything else is fine. But I will not check into this hotel anymore.
The hotel is 5-storey, there are 45 rooms on each floor, and there is one elevator. Very inconvenient!!!!! The buffet breakfast is modest. The coffee maker is small (for home use) and was constantly capricious. As a result, no one was able to adjust its work.
Otherwise, everything is decent
The repair was done about twenty years ago. Furniture from the same time. The locks don't work. The doors open in the opposite direction (in case of fire, you will stay there). The linen in the room is clean. The buffet is a little meager. The waiters do not hesitate to transfer the half-eaten food back to the distribution. The location is convenient, there is a savings bank nearby for exchanging money. To be honest, I won't come to this hotel a second time
