A good hotel for a short stay. There is a feeling of being in the Union. The hotel is three stars, so you should not count on something out of the ordinary. The rooms are not large, shower, TV. The staff is friendly, but we were not satisfied with the cleaning. We took a room with breakfast and are basically satisfied. Breakfast is on the level. There's enough variety for a few days. The hotel is in a convenient location with good accessibility to all important places. I recommend looking for food outside the hotel as there are problems. This is the first time I've seen a hotel with such hyped reviews! Summer, the rooms stupidly have no air conditioning! Imagine the heat! The room on the sunny side cools down even in the morning the temperature is over 35! The windows overlook the six-lane highway and it's impossible to sleep! A thermometer is prudently hanging and there is a fan! I don't even stutter about the rest... Somewhere there is an Internet connection, From the funny thing there is a router right behind the pillow! It feels like they are checking how much radiation affects the residents🤣 From the subway to cut across a giant bridge! Some bus route passes nearby, that's all the chances to get out of here! Or a 40-minute trot from the train station. What comfort, coziness!?

We are coming for the second time. I liked the hotel. It is located a 10-12-minute walk from the Institute of Culture metro station, and it, in turn, is one stop from the railway station. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Cleanliness, order. In a standard room, the shower room is somewhat too small for tall, large people. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. They thought it was too expensive. The staff is friendly. We are very satisfied. We recommend it.

For the first time in Belarus, and of course for the first time in the Sputnik hotel. They arrived with their daughter from Russia. We are currently here. The room is double, clean, cozy. Daily cleaning service. I really liked the buffet. They cook very well. It is not comparable with Russia. The staff at the hotel is responsive and polite. Everything would be fine, but I'm lowering the star. The faucets in the room have long needed to be changed. Splashes in all directions. While you're washing, you'll walk away from the sink all wet. You have to make a thin trickle so as not to get splashed. The mixer can be seen that it is old, already clogged. Also, the shower is very much leaking. In Russia, we have not encountered such a problem with faucets in toilet rooms. I often go somewhere to relax. I have encountered such a problem only here. And one more problem. The room was booked for us by a travel agency in our city. Here we were settled on the second floor, right above the restaurant. It is clear that many restaurants at hotels celebrate various events. There should be sound insulation then. I am a disabled person of the 2nd group. Already at 22.00 I would like to relax and watch TV. And then boom boom drowning out the TV. You can hear all the words of the songs. That's not the case either. The hotel administration please pay attention to the faucets in the rooms and to the sound insulation. A fairly good hotel, the room was double superior, on the 3rd floor, 309.
The room is clean, the bed is large, the linen is fresh, towels were laid at a rate of 3 per person, there were no slippers and a bathrobe (the hotel is three stars). View of the courtyard, photo attached. There are a lot of channels on TV, and this pleases, there were only 5 in Victoria's Spa (and then all Belarusian), a cooler on the floor!!!
They did not get breakfast (they were just too lazy), the restaurant did not work for lunch and dinner, coffee and food cannot be ordered in the room (this is probably one of the disadvantages), yes, and they were settled for a long time, it's not right.
In general, I recommend the hotel, the price and quality of service are consistent.

Advantages:
+ 15 minutes to the metro

+ Good water pressure
Minuses:
- Disgusting thin doors, the audibility of 146% is OK, but they slam very hard, it's impossible to sleep in the morning when people start to get out of the rooms. The price of the issue is a copperplate sealer.
- There is no kettle. It seems there is a cooler in the hall, but carrying boiling water to the room in glasses without a handle is not an easy task.
- There is only one small shelf in the shower for a bar of soap, you can't spread out your soap and snout.
Also, the mount is poorly screwed in the shower, so you can pour water on yourself only by holding the hose in your hands. Also, the shower cabin is constantly leaking, the side of the small height. Well, the tsimus itself, there is no normal ventilation in the shower-toilet.
- the light bulbs in all floor lamps, lamps and nightlights are too bright, in order to create just atmospheric light, you have to cover the table lamp with clothes

Needless to say, in this case, you can go to a public bath 5 times cheaper? It's a 10-minute walk away. Naturally, we did not go, steamed in the room, just because of the lack of ventilation in the shower, it is very easy to make a steam room.

The hotel is back in the USSR. The light is very dim, the light bulbs barely work, there is no shampoo in the toilet, but there are caps for the head, the flush does not work well, the shower stall is about to fall apart. Overall neat, but still. The room has a mini fridge, TV, hairdryer, fan.

to be a family two-room suite, the atmosphere is about 30 years old, I forgot the last time I was in such an interior. We didn't stay the second night - it was very uncomfortable. From the pleasant - I was pleased with the buffet for breakfast. Fruits, vegetables, sliced sausage and cheese of several varieties, draniki, sausages, pancakes, chicken, porridge and much more.

The area is so-so. The room is clean, but very noisy from the road, even on the 4th floor. The restaurant closes early, at 20 o'clock. In the evening there is no water in the cooler, there is no kettle. I would have known, I bought water, but the supermarket was open until 22 o'clock, there was nothing to wash down a pill for sleep at 11 o'clock in the evening. There is no toothbrush cup.
And worst of all, a completely non-client-oriented receptionist, Caroline. I also asked her when I checked in:"Have you told me everything?" I was carrying a heavy backpack, I walked from the train station for half an hour, I was tired during the day. "That's it." But when I went up to my room, I saw that the password for Wi-Fi, which is often put in the room, is missing. She came down. The lady replied rudely instead of apologizing:"I should have asked, they're limited for me." So someone won't get it? She also ungraciously said that I could call, there is a phone. Really? There is NO phone in the room! You can't tell me everything, but the girl behaved extremely unfriendly, although there was no one nearby, I did not detain her.
Everything else is fine. But I will not check into this hotel anymore.
