I stayed at the hotel from July 2 to July 15, 2024. The hotel is not bad. A magnificent beach - fine wonderful sand, a gentle entrance, a very warm sea. Very safe entrance - suitable for children and the elderly) 700 m to the beach (measured with a pedometer)) and 10 minutes on foot. I took a light umbrella with me and it was very uncomfortable to walk)) A shuttle runs - it's a small truck with shops. Of course, it's not 5 stars, but I would give a solid 4. There is a lot of meat in the hotel restaurant - fried, stewed, grilled, chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, and liver. Fish every day. Lots of fruits, especially for breakfast. There are 2-3 types of milk porridge for breakfast. Well, like porridge, rather cereals in milk, the consistency is like milk soup. Scrambled eggs, cereal, etc. I never had lunch at the restaurant on the beach, because it was very hot - plus 40-42 - and I was already leaving the beach at 11 o'clock. There are a lot of sun beds, you can find free ones at any time, though not near the sea)) Beachboy cleans the beach all the time, bartenders collect glasses. Although tourists, of course, litter a lot. There are many Europeans in the hotel (Eastern Europe, Turks, Russians). The hotel is tired, of course, the rooms are old. Although all the plumbing is working, there is a refrigerator in the room (it works well), an air conditioner that does not depend on the card and can work all the time. Carbonated and plain bottled water are placed in the refrigerator every day. Towels are changed frequently, bed linen is changed as soon as it gets dirty. Shampoo and gel are added. Beach towels are not terry, but cotton - thin. They change it every day. I bought myself a huge terry towel at Novamoll for $ 10. The animation is very weak, there is no territory. At the same time, there is a huge lobby at the reception with air conditioning and good Internet. Although I caught Wi-Fi in my room on the 5th floor, 4 sticks. BVLI windows above the reception) There are lively streets around, many good hotels and cafes - there is a place to walk) The hotel has 4 pools and slides. Yandex says a 3-star hotel, but it has been renovated and has become 5 stars. There is Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the rooms, so don't worry about it. And take more Dollars with you, because there are sooo many stalls with clothes nearby, it's hard to resist))) and the sellers don't care if you have a euro or a dollar 😁 (there were two stores that worked at the exchange rate of €=$)

I would like to tell you everything in detail and about all the pros and cons that were noticed during the rest.
Check-in:
We had a late check-in, but we still waited 30 minutes, during which time we were immediately put on bracelets and we went to have a drink at the bar and explore the territory, for the delay in checking in we were given a family room instead of a standard and a free safe
Room:
Has 3 beds (two small and one large)
Overall, a decent room, clean enough, the only minus is the sand in the shower, but since we are not picky, we just washed off the sand ourselves and that's it.
There is a place to dry things on the balcony and also to sit.
Daily cleaning, replacement of towels, replacement of pillowcases and water (with or without gas).
The air conditioner works and cools well, there is also a TV with Russian channels (3-4 pieces, watched only when there was acclimatization and felt bad)
Nutrition:
The choice is quite large. There are vegetables, fruits, desserts, salads, chicken, beef, fish, many different side dishes, soups. (Before the trip, we read reviews about a small selection, but we did not notice this)
The only drawback is the people at dinner, who, as if from a hungry edge, begin to collect 3-4 plates for themselves and rush like savages, although there is enough food and they update empty containers.
Drinks:
We only took beer and sodas, but we also have rum, whiskey, vodka and hardware juices.
The only thing we didn't like was the coffee from the vending machine, very overcooked beans.
Beach:
It is located 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel, there is also transport, but we are not lazy and walked, so I won't say anything about transport, but the beach itself is clean, we always found places
Of the disadvantages, not all the sun beds are intact, but there are few broken ones, we only once came across a broken, sandy beach, a comfortable entry into the sea.
There is also a bar with drinks and at 11:30 snacks, tortillas, you can refresh yourself
There are always a lot of places by the pool too, there are people who occupy sun beds, for the whole vacation I did not understand why…
The neighborhood:
There are many sovereign shops, cafes, restaurants nearby, there are mini shops with groceries, as well as two supermarkets (it is better to pay in lira in a supermarket, since they give change in lira from dollars and cheat).
In general, we are happy with the rest, we did not notice any huge disadvantages, we did not do auditing and did not find fault with every speck of dust, the hotel is a good four, the staff is always positive, ready to help in everything and very friendly.
It is important to note that there are no animators and entertainment programs here, so if you need it, then choose another hotel.
In general, the main disadvantage is people who sometimes behave like savages rushing for food and drinks.

The hotel is wonderful in everything, the food is amazing, the room is cleaned every day, the sea is amazing, the road to it takes no more than 5 minutes. Vacationer says a lot about good service, you will not stay hungry here. Animation every day. You can see the antique Side. Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely yes!!! Would I come back here? Definitely yes!!!

Fresh impressions about this hotel. I bought the tour as a 5* hotel, in fact it is 3". Cleanliness is not very well monitored . in 8 days, the linen was changed 1 time. Towels are even worse. We were given 1 bath towel each and did not change it at all! Later, we were visited by people who were not given any towels at all. There are constantly not enough plates, cutlery and tables for the guests in the restaurant. The employee comes up, removes the dishes from the table, shakes the crumbs from the napkin to the floor, simultaneously sweeps the crumbs from the table with the same napkin and covers the table with the same napkin. There is a sufficient amount of food and it is quite diverse . the staff is friendly with those who pay. There are many elderly Germans, northern Macedonians, Russians, a few Romanians, Czechs, Poles on vacation. The beach is dirty, there are not enough sunbeds, the equipment is shabby. If you want a good vacation experience, then I do not advise you to go here.

After a night flight and a sleepless night, it was a great bonus. Cleaning was done every day, and the water was replenished every day too. We came to the reception 5 times during the day, and brought them only the next day. The Standard room was stated to be as much as 28 square meters, but it was small, there was no strength to change it. the walls are already tinted somewhere, the sconce in the room is not lit (very dark rooms in the evening), the light bulb is not on in the toilet. The number was 2518. There is no animation in the hotel at all. She's not on the beach or at the hotel. I don't recommend anyone to swim in the pool unless you want to catch rotovirus. Let's move to the beach now. The sun beds look like they were bought from a closing hotel about 15 years ago. The mattresses are torn and dirty. Many have written and are writing that it's dirty on the beach, so it's because there aren't even any ashtrays or pots. There is a hearse on wheels from the hotel to the sea. At other hotels, even the vehicle itself looked decent. We walked. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach. On the 1st floor you can take gauze, which can be laid on dirty sun loungers. The food in this hotel is for three. It seems that you will not stay hungry here and at the same time there is not much to eat. There is no variety. The restaurant starts working from 7:00, but at this time the fried eggs are not cooked yet. She only starts at 8:00. Omelette generally starts at 9:00. The beach bar has diluted beer and disgusting wine. Life hack: to drink such wine, mix it 50-50 with sprite. At least you can drink that way. In the bar in the hotel itself there is also vodka, whiskey, liqueur, gin (all of course locally produced), although not always. Of the vacationers, these are Europeans, Russians and locals. In general, for my money, this is not the worst option, but I definitely won't stop here a second time. We rested from 02.09.2024 to 09.09.2024.

A very budget hotel, rooms and plumbing are completely killed. The hotel has no territory, the animation is weak. There are not enough forks in the dining room, the plates disappear quickly but appear quickly. There are queues behind the grill. At first, the food seems varied, but in fact everything is the same only in different mixes, what is not eaten today will be warmed up for tomorrow. A cage goes to the beach every 30 minutes and then not according to schedule. Walking 10 minutes is not stressful. The lobby stinks forever of sourness and the lights are turned off in the evening. In the dining room, the conduits are also turned off, the sockets in room 2 and 1 in the bathroom. Not far from the hotel, it takes 12-15 minutes by minibus to old Side, Tai and the goods are more interesting and the prices are lower. The fare is $ 1 per person. The beach is magnificent, fine sand, the entrance is gentle.

Good day to all, we are vacationing abroad for the first time, and there is nothing to compare it with yet, but I think the maximum possible for this hotel is to give one star, and not as when we bought a ticket it was indicated 4.5! There is an air conditioner in the room, it has not been cleaned, I think never, I sent these photos to a friend who is installing air conditioners, he almost lost consciousness. In terms of cleaning the room, it seems normal, but shampoo was put once 6 small bottles, soap more than once. As for the bar, they have to work until 00:00, but at 23: 35 they round off, and so some bartenders are cool) there are no special complaints in terms of food, breakfast will go, lunch and dinner are fun to feed. This hotel is more for adults, there are no discos and the like, and the neighboring hotels have rows of music playing until late. If we suddenly decide to rest again, we definitely won'T come here)

DON'T COME TO THIS HOTEL! I do not know how anyone can like it? We are currently at the hotel, our torture lasts from July 27 to August 15. Adults have constant diarrhea, children also vomit, neighbors are also poisoned. We've all run out of medicines, we're buying local ones. Spoiled food was exposed 2 times, the canteen staff was informed, they said they knew that was all, no one had cleaned it. There is a lot of food, if you don't care what you eat, then you won't stay hungry. There is a smell of vomit and rags in the bar area. The animation is weak, there is no entertainment for children, no food, only a mini disco in the evening. There are two slides, but even without a pool, there are plenty of problems with the gastrointestinal tract! The rooms are cleaned for show, the floors remain dirty, no one washes the plumbing at all, we bought the house cleaner, rags, we clean. There are not enough towels, they can give a part, and then they are all worn out, stained. The bed is changed on request only, soap accessories are sometimes put on, sometimes not. There is no part of the canopy on the beach, no one cleans the paths, sun loungers and tables are old, dead. A cattle truck takes us to the beach, we walked for 7 minutes with a stroller slowly, the rest of the hotels have normal shuttles. The sea is the only advantage here, but this does not apply to the hotel, there are a lot of other hotels with the same sea nearby.

first of all, this is clearly not a budget five, perhaps not even a four. the rooms in the hotel are old, the floors were dirty, the room itself is VERY small, they did not change it, as they checked in late. there were no towels in the room initially, as well as shampoo, in fact the room was not ready to move in at all. but it is worth noting that they cleaned steadily every day + changed towels. the territory of the hotel is completely absent, I am silent about the facade of the building and the entrance.. There are literally some shops/bazaar on the ground floor. the reception area is dirty, there was a constant smell of dampness and worse in the bar area. the first impression was terrible, then they turned a blind eye to some shortcomings, because they still came to rest. The hotel's beach is small, and it was difficult to find sun beds. There are a lot of people! the animation was monotonous, both for children and adults. they called to the club three times, alcohol is very expensive there, the trip itself is 15 €. in the pool area, music was played until 00.30-01.
of the advantages:
- 7 minutes walk to the sea (we took everyone by transport, which is scary to look at, especially comparing with other hotels)
- there was always a choice of food, it was delicious, but the fish was almost always the same, there was not so much meat, there were VERY few fruits, and those that were were unsweetened, if you came to eat at rush hour, there were not enough plates, plastic ones were distributed .....
P.S. Many guests complained of rotavirus on the third day of their stay at the hotel
- there are many different types of alcohol, but only vodka / wine was constantly replenished, the liquor ran out and was no longer brought
- I would like to mention the attentive staff who are ready to help! we contacted the reception, and problems were always solved promptly!

We rested from 07/24/24 for 10 days. The horror is terrible, queues in the dining room, if you do not have time in the first 10 minutes, then you will be left without food, a clean plate and a place. At the expense of cleanliness, there is dried food on the plates and appliances, endless flies on the terrace of the restaurant. The food is imported, they only grill themselves, the food is for 3, they were not hungry, but there was no sense of pleasure from eating. There are very long queues for drinks in the lobby, the bartender ate how he moves and he doesn't care about all the dirty glasses, the lobby counter is littered with dirty dishes and the smell of sourness. There is a separate story about the room, everything is old, upon arrival there were only 2 towels in the bathroom instead of 5 (well, it's not critical, we found where to get them). The beach is serviced by 1 employee, does not clean well, mattresses are in the sand, eternal garbage is lying around; there is enough space, sun beds were always available. The sea- that's why we didn't pay attention to everything. It's beautiful! And it's high time to close the hotel for reconstruction. A lot of other things were not good, but I will not write. For that kind of money (I won't say that it's small) do not spoil your vacation, choose another hotel

But this hotel left SUCH a terrible impression that I can't help but share it! We stopped by on June 23, 2024. I didn't like the reception staff right away - they were untidy and unfriendly. I never thought that I would have to face such a thing - to change the number when moving in, I thought it was fiction. But alas. We settled on the fifth floor - we waited for the elevator for 5 minutes, the elevator was packed (people from the beach), the elevator was dirty, very stuffy. There is dirt on the floor, dishes on the floor with leftovers of food and drink (as it turned out later - it costs almost a day). When we got to the room, it was already clear that something was wrong. The number on the door was torn off and hung on one nail... Going inside, we experienced real horror and disgust - torn curtains, dirty, the cornice is broken, everything is pinned up. (photo) The beds are made with rumpled, torn linen with hair and stains, pillows, beds are rumpled (it feels like there was no cleaning after the previous tenants). There were no bedspreads or blankets. The lamp above the bed is uprooted, the wires are sticking out. A couch with a hole in the middle, covered with a greasy dirty blanket, sloppy, the upholstery on the back is worn to holes. There are no words to describe this nightmare!!!!! The bathroom door has a hole. The floor is covered in brown sweet spots. Wallpaper with holes. Such disrespect for vacationers!!!! I told the child not to touch anything and not to sit on anything (it was so disgusting) and rushed to the reception, asked him to urgently contact me with a representative of the tour operator. Apparently, the face was such that they immediately gave me a new key and offered to look at the room (not even for an additional fee, and then it turned out to be the norm)! This one was on the ground floor above the lobby, you can safely go up without an elevator - that's a plus. The flooring in the hallway is old, dirty, with holes, there is little light. But the room was clearly better, cleaner and at least with linen. I took it right away (before he left)))), and we moved in. Then it turned out that the first impression was erroneous, the room was dirty (I can't find another word): all surfaces, floor, plumbing were washed half the night with antibacterial napkins and toothpicks (((( Further rest confirmed the initial impression: the hotel is very dirty, unkempt, old, the furniture is shabby, greasy, traces of dishes on the surfaces are not they are washed, the floor is covered with sticky stains. The bed linen is torn, stained, and has not been changed ONCE in 8 nights!!!!! Towels are provided every day, but I will keep silent about the quality of washing. The refrigerator froze poorly (water was added every day - plus), but the conditioner in any state - work or rest - buzzed so that it was impossible to sleep at night - EARPLUGS!!! The drain button on the toilet is broken, they came up with the device themselves and everything worked. There is always water, the pressure is normal. The sink drain is bad. The representative of the tour operator, after communicating with me, left a request at the reception to do general cleaning in the room and gym (about it below) - ignore. They do not respond to requests from guests (they shared their opinions at the hotel with vacationers). The hotel is home to many foreigners of all faiths and nationalities.
The food is TASTELESS, the choice is small and monotonous!!! If you haven't come to the beginning, you may not get it. Brunch is NOTHING! It is better to come by 7 a.m. - there are few people, relatively clean, there are dishes and food)) There are kilometer-long queues at the barbecue. Pancakes in the morning, if you have time, they give two to a plate - that is, in order for a family of 4 people to take two pancakes, everyone should stand in line))) By the way, who still dares to go there - advice: it's better to have lunch on the beach, there is an opportunity to eat better and tastier, and you will definitely get it. Dishes are unwashed, with chips. In the early days, plates, forks, mugs were simply not to be found (coffee from glasses is fine), a waiter appeared with plates - they snatched up on the go. After 3 days, it seemed to be fine - there were enough dishes, but the quality did not get better. Again, the advice is to wipe all the dishes thoroughly before eating. There are queues for coffee..... The coffee machine often breaks down. There is no milk in the morning, porridge is millet filled with milk. Although, the food may be for an amateur. We ate watermelons, it's really delicious. I've never seen seafood, but I've caught decent fish a couple of times. There was a cherry once) On Turkey day, the grill was grilled right in the hall and all the rooms on the ground floor were in smoke and burning. Then there was a huge queue for meat and not everyone got it)) One morning, during breakfast, the wiring at the coffee machine shorted out, and heavy smoke began. The workers just turned off the lights, there was no special reaction. The ice cream was caught once, the cookies are delicious for the day. I don't know about alcohol, I only saw the eternal "tail" behind him both day and evening, but I wanted a non-alcoholic mojito - they don't have that. Juice too. Just soda.
There is a hammam and a sauna. The usual ones, no complaints. But the basement area where they are located is very dirty, smells like sewage, indoor pools without water, one locker room for men and women, there are very few drawers for clothes with a key. Gym - the equipment is old, the surfaces are dirty, cleaning has NEVER been like this, fungus, kondey works very poorly. Pools are normal, but I think by the end of the season there will be a swamp, we have never had the water cleaned, although they say they disinfect after 8 (it smelled of chlorine), there is no cleaning on the territory of the pools during the day, often the smell of sewage.
The beach (photo). The same as the hotel. Of all the beaches, the most "old" and dirty, plastic deck chairs, a lot of broken ones, torn mattresses, sloppy, but at least glasses are removed there. The sea is good everywhere, the beach is sandy, the sand is scalding, it is unrealistic to walk on it during the day. Among the advantages: close to the hotel, a pleasant way there (someone went by shuttle, did not understand why), along the way there is a small river with large and small turtles.
One of the advantages of the hotel is its convenient location to the sea and many shopping areas and cafes. She was beautiful once. It would be clean and pleasant service (even with such food) - I would put a solid 4! And so TWO!!!!! For the first time in my life, I left my vacation without regret. For non-budget money, SOOOOOOOOO budget vacation.

We had a rest from 9.10 to 16.10.24. We had to go to 21.10. From the 16th there was a check-in at other hotels due to closure. This is not a 5, but a solid 2. Everything is bad. The only thing that is free and a variety of meat. Everything. Unsanitary conditions, only garbage is cleaned in the rooms, soapy is not questioned. They don't bring water. Before closing, they put a shmon in every room. 10,000 rubles were stolen from us, in other rooms and more, the safe was also opened. The cameras do not show, there is no demand from the workers, the cleaning is done by a team, it is clear that they worked together with the reception for a couple. You can't get through to the management , then tomorrow , then later. There is no animation. They scored on everyone. If you need to play your own music, pay. Thank God it didn't get to rotavirus. The child, 1.8, had nothing to eat. Rice in milk, which he had already spat on. I ate up to puke.

There's dirt everywhere. There is no Russian sanitary and epidemiological supervision , they would have closed it immediately . In the dining room, the floor is wiped with dry rags, smearing grease in the corners. There are smelly puddles on the terrace of the dining room. The dishes are poorly washed. The rat was seen by the guests. The elevators are practically not working. They break down all the time. The lobby floor is stained, there are puddles in places, no one cleans up. Everything in this hotel is disgusting! The cleaning of the dining room does not take place between meals, but directly during. That is, you are eating, and a cleaner walks right there with a dirty rag. The food begins to be cleaned half an hour before the end of the meal. If breakfast is before 10:30, there will already be an empty dining room at 10:30.

We went into the room: the floor is dirty, the bed is dirty, the air conditioner barely works. My friends had dirt in their room too, the bed was dirty. While we were checking in, a girl came up and asked to change the room due to the fact that the air conditioner was not working. The room is changed without problems, but it's not a fact that the other one is better. Apparently, each room has the same problem. There was one set of towels for four of them. We gave 1 dollar to the girl to move. And then after that we washed the room ourselves with bleach (a small child who crawls). The bed is both dirty and torn.

The forces for the Ancient city were no longer enough. Although this is the only thing that was interesting.
We took a second excursion for the baby to the lion's steam, but it didn't work out - the child got sick (vomiting, diarrhea....) as a result, we rested for three days and went to the hospital, and then immediately to the airport. The money was not refunded and an individual transfer to the airport was offered.
We paid 190 thousand for a vacation for three and did not take away any advantages except the sea. The sea is always excellent in Turkey.

The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, bed linen has never been changed. There are no bedbugs or mosquitoes. The food is good, you definitely won't stay hungry, the dishes are chipped, glasses and cups can be dirty (we wipe forks, spoons and knives with napkins - it doesn't matter where we rest). The Wi-Fi worked perfectly even in the room. The beach is dirty, water cups, cigarette butts, leftovers - but it depends more on the vacationers - they drank the water - throw away the glass and garbage, there are large garbage cans. The mattresses on the sun beds are certainly not new, but you can lie down. There are no sun beds closer to the sea at 7.30 am, there is no entertainment from the hotel on the beach. In the hotel itself, in the evening at 21.00 there was a mini disco, once there was a foam party in the amphitheater, then karaoke, bingo lottery for tickets (which you need to buy), the show was 1 time, and so they turn on the music until 23.00. During the day there was aqua aerobics, once there was an entertainment program with inflatable slides. In general, the rest was a success.
