My wife and I stayed at this hotel in May 2024. The hotel is new, beautiful and relatively inexpensive. The food is good, the alcohol is excellent, a large selection of imported spirits, many bars. The territory is also cool, there is a 16+ zone with a pool bar. Umbrellas and deck chairs are at a decent distance from each other (no one next to you from the campers will groan). There is an artificial lagoon, but we swam behind it in the sea, it's more interesting there, on the waves) but who's with the kids, then this lagoon is just a godsend, no waves and a gentle entrance!!! The pool is small at first glance, but in fact it is rationally made, very large indeed. There is a bus stop 200 meters from the hotel, by bus (20 minutes) to Alanya to the center and to Cleopatra beach. I also really liked that no one bothered us in this hotel! I recommend 100% price quality!!!

A new, clean hotel with a small territory, but with enough staff to keep the hotel and the territory clean and well maintained.
The food is delicious and varied. Fish every day, seafood periodically, grilled every day. Every evening there are themed dishes: pasta, tacos, Turkish lamb, etc. There is a pastry shop, ice cream at each location, popcorn in the evenings.
Imported drinks: beer, wine, cocktails, Starbucks. The cocktails are delicious, they do not spare the ingredients, they are served in beautiful glasses even on the beach and by the pool.
Cleaning every day: floors, towels, linen, garbage. Replenish cosmetics.
The children's club from morning to evening, my son liked it.
The animation is minimal. If you are a fan of relay races, contests with balloons and bottles, dancing with aramzanzans, then they are not here. And the evening performances a couple of times a week were really interesting: with ballet, acrobats and a laser show.
The contingent is mainly Turks, Poles, fewer Germans and Russians.
The beach is good, the places have always been different from the pool, where inadequate towels take up space. There is a breakwater, swimming with children is very comfortable.
We lost the towel card, we were not fined, we were just given a new one.

Everything is fine! The hotel is new and beautiful! Entertainment for every taste. My father's hammam, a good gym with exercise equipment, table tennis (we have several tables in different places on the territory), darts, volleyball! There are many private areas where you can drink Turkish coffee, tea or something stronger for an amateur! Three pools on the territory, two of which with slides and one where it is quieter than 16+ with a bar directly in the water! There is another small pool in the hotel building where you can refresh yourself after a hammam or gym. The staff is very attentive! In general, it feels like the staff is motivated by very positive
impressions of vacationers! Meals at the restaurant or cafe on the beach! The menu is varied, sea products, fruits, meat dishes, various salads, alcohol is also different (strong imported)! Everything is very tasty! The name of the hotel is completely consistent, a complete sense of serenity! Every evening there is a show for children first, then for adults! We were very satisfied! I advise you to relax!

I really liked the hotel, the novelty always captivates and compensates for possible shortcomings. The staff is very friendly, it is worth learning the service. The food is fresh, delicious and varied. We had a rest at the end of April, noted a small number of tourists, the absence of queues. The sea, pier and beach are an order of magnitude higher than the neighboring buildings, and the territory is constantly being cleaned. The pool is for adults, seemingly inconspicuous, but very cozy, with sun loungers directly in the water. For lovers of coffee, snacks and cocktails, there is a variety of choice in high-quality performance. I would definitely come back.

Just celebrated a year there (we went to Alaska), we really liked everything delicious, ordered an additional cake and fireworks for 30 euros. However, the restaurant is open only 2-3 hours. There were also two compliments to the room. Children who eat canned food need to take everything with them, the cans were two or three times in 10 days, only fruit ones.

For me, when choosing a hotel, the availability of good WiFi and modern clean rooms was an important point. Everything exceeded my expectations, the hotel has a chic, stylish interior.
The room is excellent, bright, cozy, it has everything you need, a bathrobe, slippers and even scales, cosmetics and a minibar were constantly replenished. The only thing missing was the availability of a workplace, in the form of a table and a chair.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, almost everyone speaks Russian. Imported alcohol was really present and the guys bartenders made delicious cocktails. There is a separate pool for 16+ where it is quiet and peaceful, but this was the only area where wifi was weak and constantly turned off, apparently a special place for relaxation. There is a Starbucks and delicious coffee on site, a snack point with kebab and tortillas. The food is varied, there has always been a snout, meat, a large number of vegetables and fruits, olives and herbs, for dinner you can always choose grilled dishes.
The beach is great, you can arrange it on sun loungers on the sand or on the pier.
In general, there were only positive impressions and I wanted to come back again, although I do not practice this

The bag was also presented with the symbols of the hotel. Behind the hotel to the left, you can walk to the local bazaar and pharmacy in 5 minutes, if you go further, there will be a Neva outlet, and opposite a shopping center and an outlet with umbrellas. And there the city center is not far away, but they did not reach there. Overall, we liked the hotel. I did not like this hotel, do not look at the fact that it is new, there are a lot of problems here, the level of management and service is low. We arrived on April 26, the bathing season was already in full swing, while changing rooms were not yet equipped on the beach, which looked very strange, we ran with the child looking for where to change clothes, as a result we had to change clothes in the toilet! Around May 1, they were finally installed. In addition, the playground on the beach was also unfinished when we arrived, it was already finished in the process. The pier is in the same place, rebar sticks out on the sides, there are some screens covering the concrete imperfections.
Wi-Fi is another problem of this hotel, it constantly turns off, knocks out the network, all the time you have to manually log in, and the hotel knows about the problem, but does nothing, it is especially inconvenient when a child is in a children's club and if anything, no one will contact you promptly, it is very unpleasant.
A children's club and children's animation are also a problem, completely indifferent 2 girls work, who have movies on their computer, they are not particularly up to children, the children's disco is always empty, no one goes to it, children are not interested, the songs are the same every day, everything is without a soul, purely for show.
The service in the restaurants is a complete disappointment too, by the end I was arguing with the waiters so that at least the dirty plates were removed, where else is there before some other service. You ask to get out, they look at you, wave their heads and do nothing, horror! By the way, some of the waiters here do not understand either Russian or English.
At the reception, people with stony, indifferent faces at check-in, no one spoke Russian either, well, the knowledge of English saved us.
In the restaurant on the beach, the order is made according to the code, so this function worked for us every other time, we waited for more than an hour once, and so hungry and left, ate street food, which is also very mediocre by the way. They complained about the situation in guest relay, the answer is: well, you know we have problems with the Internet, our phone doesn't even work! The top answer is of course for such a hotel!
The air conditioner in the room did not work, although they lived in a new attached building, but they no longer had enough strength to complain, the weather was still comfortable in order not to turn on the air conditioner.
Of the advantages:
- a nice spacious room, although we had a view of the neighboring hotels, but we did not sit in the room, it was all the same to this. There is a good hair dryer, scales, mini bar, although I had to ask the reception to bring water and hygiene products, as they forgot.
- The food in the restaurants is pretty good, and so is the alcohol. The bartenders by the pool and by the beach are very positive and pleasant guys, thank them for the delicious cocktails!
- The adult water park is heated, but the joints on the two slides are not the most pleasant, with frequent skating there will be bruises on the ass. In this warm pool near the water park, everyone swims, a lot of children, which is not very safe, since people fly out of one of the slides like a cork from a bottle, God forbid some adult uncle will fly out on a child like that, you need to really watch this. But on the positive side: my child learned to swim in this warm pool, then they swam in an unheated large one, by the way, this pool is also very good.
- The beach is not bad, there are no waves because of the breakwater, but you can swim on the right at the neighboring hotel with waves, if you want. The beach of the hotel is shallow, it is good for children.
- I liked the eucalyptus steam room in the spa center, but the sauna was not hot at all all the time, and the pool in the spa was kind of cool.
- The shows were not bad: live music, a dance program, an extreme motorcycle show.
- Starbucks is on, it's very nice, but there was a situation when something broke, there was no hot coffee in the morning, but we are already accustomed to practicing problematic moments here, we survived without coffee.
- In general, I am absolutely not a picky person, but with this hotel, I realized how a lot of little things and flaws make a bad impression when absolutely everything is annoying by the end of the holiday. I would not advise you to trust the numerous positive reviews and pictures on the Internet about this hotel, it seems that they are not from the bottom of your heart, and you feel deceived when in fact everything is not as expected.

We didn't go to breakfast, only late, about 20 minutes before the end, when there was almost nothing left. Dinners - we ate our fill. Dinners are the same. Those who have not found food for themselves, I do not know what you eat at home)))) There were no queues in April. Alcohol is a special respect) A lot, imported, high-quality. The beer is all bottled. The sea - many reviews say that it is dirty, the water is standing, it does not circulate. But guys, you look at the photo, you see that there are breakwaters right and on the sides - we turn on logic, draw conclusions.... We were almost always around the 16+ pool. Personally, my husband and I had no problems - absolutely, I do not know what to find fault with. We have been vacationing in the Hilton (Kemer) for 2 years in a row, I can say that the beer here is better and there is more choice, there are more fruits in Sereneti in April, there are strawberries, there has never been one in the Hilton. Food: the choice of fast food for lunch at the Hilton was more diverse. The dinners were exactly the same. In general, in the current realities, for this price, everything was at a good and decent level. Do you want to be served and licked - 500,000 rubles and another hotel) We flew from 20.04 for 10 nights for 217,000.

So, yesterday we returned from Serenity queen hotel, where we rested for 10 days.
Let's start in order.
Check-in:
Since we arrived at the hotel around 16:00, we were checked in immediately. At the reception, only one employee knows more or less Russian, the rest - only English. What didn't you like? That in fact they did not tell anything about where it is, where to take beach towels, they just gave everyone a file with a picture of the hotel and a schedule of breakfasts, lunches and dinners and the work of bars. Well, they handed the girls a rose at the entrance, there are small treats and champagne, none of this was offered to us, only if they came up and poured themselves.
Room:
We had a standard room on the 2nd floor (in fact it is like the third). The room was clean, the bathroom was full of various accessories, ranging from shampoo to toothbrushes and washcloths. The only thing I don't understand is that your room is designed for 3 people, why not put 3 large towels right away? I had to call, ask for an extra towel and an extra blanket. Cosmetics, by the way, are fire, starting from shampoo, ending with lotion. The number in the photos looks bigger than in fact. There were difficulties with the placement of suitcases, many large suitcases were placed on balconies. We had norms for cleaning, we cleaned every day. Still very small robes))) but then, as it turned out, you could again ask for large-sized bathrobes at the reception. These eternal questions were a little annoying.
Those who will be leaving the hotel late, keep in mind that it will not be possible to ask for a room extension for nothing. Taking into account the fact that the season is closing and there are no special arrivals, we were not allowed to extend the room for an hour for free. The cost is 15 euros per hour. But when you are evicted, the bracelet is not removed from you and you can go to lunch and dinner all day.
Food and drinks:
I personally have no questions about food. There has always been a variety, and fish, and chicken, and beef, and lamb. A couple of times there were big langoustines. These crabs were incomprehensible, it was impossible to eat them. For the first time I saw that eel was served on the buffet table, as in Japanese restaurants, they were constantly hunting for it)) in the beginning there was a red fish with little salt, but then, alas, it disappeared. On the sweet - well, so-so, the cakes are tasteless, both on the buffet and in the pastry shop. Once, though, at dinner, macaroons were washed, it was something delicious! I haven't eaten such delicious anywhere, just a bomb. We went to the main restaurant for lunch only once, because we constantly ate on the beach. The beach had the best food I've ever seen. In other hotels, the beach food was always so-so. Here you have chicken, fish, grilled beef, grilled vegetables. Pizza - day to day is not necessary. I definitely recommend baked potatoes to everyone. After that, you will simply stop going to the "Potato Crumb") beef shawarma is tasteless, chicken is normal. Turkish tortillas are the most unsuccessful of those that I have ever tried.
The absolute omission is the lack of ice cream on the beach. On the beach, they only served frozen yogurt, and for ice cream in cones (it's delicious by the way) you had to go all the way to the lobby. Ice cream in packages, too, can be said to be hidden behind the pool bar.
By drinks - the alcoholic variety is impressive, good and premium whiskey (but always ask for a certain one at the bar, otherwise they will pour local). Cocktails - there is an opportunity to do, but bartenders need to be trained additionally. A lot of cocktails are announced, but the execution is very clumsy and mediocre, especially at the bar. Yes, they can make it beautiful, decorate, but as for me, it's impossible to drink.
Beach:
Many people do not understand the chips with the bay, but when it was stormy, it then saves. On the first day, the sea was a little dirty, but then it was just amazing, perfectly transparent and without waves. There were always enough sun beds, we came to the sea at 10 o'clock in the morning and there were always plenty of places. I was also pleased that beach towels do not need to be carried and handed over somewhere, there is no hemorrhoids with these cards. But we basically always left the beach and dumped them into the general basket. Here clean ones would have started to be issued earlier, from 9 o'clock on the beach, it would be super. And so you can take them to the spa.
But the beach is not cleaned, fragments were found in the sand, because all drinks are served in glass at the bar.
Animation:
I must say right away, there is very little animation for children, a mini disco in the evening and that's it. It seems like there was someone in the mini-club, but there were no heaps of classes and stuff.
According to adult animation, one poor Radik took the rap for everyone, a very positive guy) for adults - shooting a gun, archery, darts, beach volleyball, water polo. The evening animation is not bad, there were even very decent performances. After the performances, there is a mini disco until 23:00, and then silence. Keep in mind those who are looking for big parties. There is more relaxation atmosphere here.
Service:
There are no complaints from the bartenders, everyone is friendly, you just need to learn a little. In the restaurant, the service is NOTHING! During the whole vacation, drinks were offered a couple of times, and so very often, even empty plates were not collected from the table. In general, this moment was very infuriating. When a sharp piece of plastic bit into my sister's leg on the beach, my mother took it to show, except for wet wipes, nothing was actually offered) and later on we found glass on the beach a couple of times.
Result:
In principle, the impression of the hotel is good, but there is still something to work on.
