Отдых с детьми и для молодежи . Пляж большой хватает места всем . Еда из мясного маленький выбор а все остальное очень разнообразное . Особенно детское питание и на пару. Персонал вежливый. Ресторан 24 часа очень удобно для раннего и позднего заселения выселения. Очень вкусная пицца именно там. Алкоголь на уровне. Номера после ремонта постельное новое, единственное муравьи на террасе второго этажа, но после просьбы убраться именно на террасе все мигом убрали. Красота территории везде цветы зелень сосны. Очень необычно смотрится проходящяя рядом горная река и мостик через нее до моря. Территория большая и не тяжело дойти до пляжа насладиться красотами. Баров очень много и на пляже их 2 один для ночных вечеринок которые далеко от номеров и спать можно спокойно . Для детей хороший аквапарк и детский клуб как с дневными развлечения так и вечерними. Но и для взрослых и днем и ночью стб чем заняться

Vacationed with my husband from 19.04.24 . I liked the hotel, the room is good, they clean it every day, the girl speaks a little Russian, but she is always friendly and smiling. The food is excellent, there is a variety every day (there are no complaints). The territory is nice and green. The beach is clean, sun loungers could always be found free. We are staying at this hotel now, starting on May 12th. The weather pleases us . The hotel is chic , a large well-groomed territory , lots of greenery, flowers, oranges, lemons, tangerines grow on trees. It's so cool to pick up a fruit from under a tree, peel it and eat it....this fragrance is awesome . The food is excellent. The beach is clean, there is order everywhere.The only small disadvantage is the cleaning of the rooms, but we did not stop there. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest. We fell for the reviews, but we didn't like it. The second time we went to ultra all inclusive and last year another hotel was better. We are here now and tomorrow is the deadline.
Let's start with the kids' club: yoga is on the schedule, I took the child away, left, then I come and ask how yoga is, but it wasn't there. I asked the animators a question, the answer is: it's September and there are few children, there were only 2 people - we did not hold. How is this even possible?! So you don't need to go in September for a good animation?! There is no music in the nursery , it is rarely turned on . Last year, in another hotel, children were called, touted, went to the beach with them , searched for treasure, sang songs around the hotel, there is silence here, animators on the phones. For some reason, children sit in the dark during crafts , there are tables there very thoughtlessly. In general, I'm not happy with the kids' club at all!
Kitchen : again, there is no children's kitchen, there are some incomprehensible mixtures twisted in mashed potatoes, it is not even clear what it is, there are no children's tables (not for a baby, but for 5-6 years old), the food is also so-so, everything is in oil, fried, nuggets are only for breakfast.
La carte restaurants, we chose seafood - everything is very overcooked (fish, octopus), shrimp are hard and squid too.
The territory is large, green, you can always find sun beds on the sea, the pool is also free.
The bed linen was not changed, and the floors were not washed, just the bedspread was tucked in, towels were changed, water and the bar were replenished. Adult animators are also not particularly called, so they began to sit in the corner and use their phones.
We will not recommend the hotel and we will not return either .

Отдыхали в июле 2023г. Очень зеленая красивая территория, широкий пляж и огромное количество лежаков. Соотв всегда есть свободные. От корпусов идешь к речке ( любителям рыбалки- можно половить с моста или берега), далее пляж. Около реки очень приятная кофейня, с качественными напитками. Еда в основном ресторане понравилась, каждый вечер какие-то новые блюда и тематические ужины. Мало было клубники, всего пару раз, ну и допустим креветок не было, а так нареканий нет. Отдельный ресторан - бургеры, пицца- обычный, но перекусить можно. Из минусов - плохо убирали номера ( жили в 3-х этажных бунгало), и в барах не было лайма, также бармены некоторые не совсем профессиональны, но это все небольшие недочёты. Вообщем-то все понравилось, за исключением ценовой политики ( на букинге номер на 3 человека стоил 500 долл в сутки, через оператора немного дешевле). Однозначно цена завышена

But the way the guys here are steaming with programs is a separate respect. The food in the restaurant is extremely good, there are different dishes to choose from every day. There is a bar and restaurant 24, where you can eat and drink at any time. The bar is a separate charm. Cocktails make good, alcohol is what you need, do not interfere and do not dilute.
The beach and pools with a sufficient number of sun loungers, there is no such thing that there are no places. There are angry fish in the sea that can bite unpleasantly if there are fresh scratches or calluses. But in general, not everyone is eaten. Pools with the same temperature, as far as I understand, are about 23 °.
The insects were a little annoying, especially the huge smelly bedbugs that flew in through the window in the toilet, where there is no net. But, I think, such difficulties are only for the residents in the bungalow, otherwise there were only problems with the ants, they rest here with you, eat the same food, finish drinking after you.

Bungalow, third floor.
Huge. You don't need that much for two, but it's nice. The renovation is fresh. What you can find fault with is the mosquito net on the window with a broken latch. They just took it off, we didn't need this window and we didn't open it. If we called, we would have solved everything, but for us it was not necessary. By the way, mosquito nets are everywhere, even on the balcony door, and therefore, if you do not open them, there will be no mosquitoes (there were almost none anyway, I dragged the spray in vain).
The bold minus of the room is the TV mirror. Firstly, it glares when the light is on and it is impossible to watch. Secondly, the TV is walled up in a mirror and you can't even turn on a movie from a USB stick, let alone a set-top box. The USB could have been brought out. There are only 5 or 6 Russian channels, of which one is a TV store and two are propaganda. Thirdly, the sound is out of sync - the picture does not match the sound sometimes for 5 seconds. Apparently, Anex did something wrong by stuffing his advertising of hotels.
One day I found a cockroach in the room on the chair in which he then hid. No food was brought to the room. I suspect that it is the neighbors with children who carry food and feed the cockroaches with it. They promised to waste it, we'll see.
Cleaning is done every day and is quite normal, I can't find fault.
Gels and shampoos are replenished every day.
Mini bar - Fanta, cola, sprite, beer, mineral water - every day.
In general, the room is very comfortable and pleasant, if you do not look at these two disadvantages.

Everywhere on the territory. But this does not apply to the beach. If people came to the beach in the morning, then there is simply no Internet. Everything is connected to Wi-Fi (there is enough capacity at the addresses), but either "without Internet access", or there is such a ping to the eights of 1000+. Moreover, changing the point (it is not the only one here) does not help. And all this despite the fact that a third or a quarter of the sunbeds are occupied (which will be when fully loaded, guess).
Beach.
Huge. If you compare it with Marmaris, it's like a stadium here. Expensive hotels on the left and right, so there are no passers-by here. The sand is clean. The sea is 3/5. The entrance is pebbles, prickly and unpleasant. Then there is sand and a depth that you cannot reach the bottom. There are always waves on the sea, not that I don't like them, but for two days they just weren't allowed to swim. The sea was empty and I didn't see a single fish. Kemer is better in this regard. I tried to fish - zero. The water is always muddy because of the waves - a meter and a half maximum visibility.
Territory
Excellent. Huge, cozy, surrounded by greenery, trees. Crosswalks through the territory with canopies - you can walk even in the rain. Three pools, two in silence, one in the center - choose according to your taste. The river is nearby. Anyone who wants can catch local roach. We saw a huge turtle once - no excursions are necessary.
Service and staff.
Great. They settled, as requested, not on the first floor and before the due time. After checking in, they immediately called to find out if everything was fine with us. A Russian-speaking operator will help you by phone. Customer orientation! I didn't notice any discrimination here - I tipped or not, the attitude is normal. No intrusive services. At most, they will just ask.
The hotel itself is at a dead end in the middle of nowhere. There are no passing minibuses, only taxis. To Belek - 10 euros. You can go on foot, it will take 10 kilometers to circle. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression, I would have gone here a second time if not for the location in the wilderness and the squalor of Belek itself (everything around is tired, rusty and out of order).

1. The food is delicious, plentiful, really 24/7, which you will not find everywhere! There are no seafood or almost none (you can find them in a la carte), but even without them there is a variety. This hotel is definitely not about the cons of food.
2. The beach is huge, endless, with lots of sun beds. There is definitely always a place on it, unlike the pool - after 10:00 the sun beds end somewhere before 16-17:00, then there are chances to get a sunbed by the pool.
We have the sea on the beach (it was calm and wavy, and when the waves are big, it is not easy to enter on the pebbles). There is also a bar (nice, compact), a playground for kids, volleyball (it was wonderful), and all three are here a la carte. We were in Turkish and Italian - everything is delicious, satisfying, and if you try to take all possible dishes (cold, hot snacks, salad soup, etc.), then you can crack in half.
3. Cool children's water slides, it seems to be in a compact area, but there are so many different options, and it is decorated brightly, in a pirate style. My toots is delighted with the big pirate head, which was filled with water at the very top and from there periodically covered everyone present. It's fun!
4. An adult water park is weak. I suppose the Selectum had to humbly accept this legacy of Letunia and couldn't come up with anything better.
5. Drinks - there is decent alcohol (Chivas, Gordons, Martinis, Aperol), but without elitism - it is quite acceptable for the amount paid
6. The room in the bungalow is compact, not worn out, pleasant. The only thing is that we did not expect a trick from the neighbor Caesar, there from 22:00 to 00:00 the most saturated disco turns on, it is located very close to the border with Selectum. On the first evening upon arrival, we were shocked, we wanted to move, but we had to wait 4 days. By the 4th day, we decided that we were used to it, but if there is a choice, it is better not to take rooms on the border with Caesar.
7. Children's disco and club - calm, without enthusiasm. In the club during the day, the guard works to the fullest and he is directed to the playing areas - there is a risk of catching a cold
8. A pleasant shop with towels /textiles, its owner is also pleasant, including at the prices offered. And the store that is closer to the pool is a classic of the genre: soap bubbles are ordinary: 5 usd, baby sun cream - 38usd.
9. Fitness - for four, there are 4 tracks, an ellipse, a bicycle, a barbell, dumbbells, three simulators. You won't walk around much, and if someone else has come to train your muscle group, you need to negotiate.
I put the final five for the territory, food, friendly staff, children's water park, volleyball and fitness. This is a hotel without frills, but also without serious disadvantages.
Flies and mosquitoes came and went.

3) Animation is very boring and sparse for adults. They didn't use it for children - I can't say anything.
4) The plates in the main restaurant are all scratched, the cutlery too. It is unpleasant to eat from such!!!
5) dinner from 19, entertainment from 21:30. Accordingly, for 2 hours, do whatever you want.
6) there is ice cream on the territory, but not of the best quality.
7) pillows are stuffed with something that does not even repeat the curve of the head - it is not possible to sleep!
8) there are no bathrobes (only on request, and when they brought us one, it was stained).
9) there are no personal accessories. Everything is in large reusable and low-quality bottles - as if I bought liquid soap for 50p, so I advise you to stock up on your own hygiene products.

The beach is great, the coastline is incomparable, the hotel territory is gorgeous! There are many swimming pools, playgrounds at every step. Entertainment for children and adults is diverse. There is absolutely no service, poor-quality room cleaning. The food is average. The food for children is terrible and there is no baby milk, kefir and everything that babies should have. We lived until November 1st, 8 nights. I knew where I was going, I really wanted to visit Letunia because of the territory. It's gorgeous, reception galleries, streams (forced), giraffes, a bridge over the river (drawbridge), crab fishing, bar decoration! My eyes rejoiced, the atmosphere for relaxation. Cons - great food only in ala-kart and 24/7, in the main restaurant I took trout, soups, fruits, vegetables and dessert. The rooms are small, the balconies are small, the bathrooms are small! All. I fly a lot, I rest in different hotels. There have also been 20 times in Turkey.
The price is too high as much as possible. The quality does not match at all. I was on vacation with my husband and child in May. I didn't like the hotel so much that on the third day we canceled the reservation and moved to another already proven and really worthwhile hotel.
The main disadvantages: the rooms are old, there are ants all around, poor cleaning, the food is poor and absolutely not tasty, the Ala-kart restaurant constantly stank of rotten food, waiting for 30-40 minutes., the sites on the territory are all old. The kids' club in the photo is gorgeous, in reality very old and shabby, there is no animation. There is nothing outside the territory, there are no buses. To the center by taxi in one direction is 15-20 $ , although it takes 5-7 minutes to drive
Of the advantages, I can only mention a large territory, a good beach and a lot of greenery.

You can't go out on the balcony - the smell! We have just returned from vacation, and for 10 days we rested at the Selectum Family Belek hotel. I should immediately note that I persuaded myself to write this review, a kind of creative contribution, maybe it will be useful to someone. Well, I'll make a reservation that we lost a little bit with the hotel, despite the fact that it has a lot of advantages. What is not "gone"? Firstly, we rested in the company of adults and were very stressed by a large number of very small and very loud tourists-children, and sometimes much louder parents) The hope of relaxation has sunk into oblivion ... Nevertheless, I do not exclude the fact that those who vacationed with families with small children were fine. So all this is purely subjective, our personal feedback.
I will continue the narration clearly on the points. Let's start with the pros:
1. The territory. It is gorgeous, there is a place to walk, a lot of greenery, a large good beach where there are always free sunbeds. Everything is clean, the territory is really very well looked after. And a big plus is that there are sun beds all over the territory and it's nice to lie down near the mega river, but only during the day, because there are a lot of mosquitoes. Relax pool is generally top! The only thing to note is that it is not allowed to go there with children, but this is not an obstacle for our compatriots either)) We recommend you to stock up on mosquito sprays, they will definitely come in handy.
2. Service and staff. They are very friendly and respond instantly to any requests. Cleaning every day. There are a lot of Russian speakers, there are no problems with the language barrier. Well, they become even more attentive with small financial motivations) We recommend you to be greedy))
3. Evening animation. Really very cool: here you will find acrobats from Mongolia, and a disc player, and circus performers of a local, but very worthy cast.
Now for the cons:
1. Rooms and infrastructure. The hotel is very tired, renovation is definitely required. We lived in a bungalow, having read in the reviews that the best option is a house codenamed "O" and ... we lost it. On the one hand, there is a very noisy Caesar Hotel nearby, which brightened up the evening every evening with disco rhythms steadily until 00:00. On the other hand, the hotel itself has a very active evening animation. In general, a complete combo. Stylistically, the rooms themselves are certainly for big fans ... (dogs), everything is very bright, out of date.
2. Nutrition. On a scale of 5 points, they were rated 3 points. The meat is cooked delicious, the fish is not. There is no variety. In the end, they became the happy owners of collective heartburn. The 24-hour restaurant is a salvation: both the food is tastier and the service is better. We went to the Italian ala kart, appreciated the delicious pizza and pasta. On drinks: there are imports in almost every bar, the choice is very decent. But with the skills of bartenders on the beach, you need to do something, the cocktails turned out to be crooked.
3. The entrance to the sea is very sharp and painful. We recommend taking coral slippers. The sea itself was stormy throughout the entire vacation (from 1 to 10), it was a little cloudy, but very warm. And the fish bite.
Well, in conclusion, the general conclusion: as it seemed to us, the price—quality ratio is not in favor of this hotel, it is expensive, although I understand that this is a general trend for Turkey today. And, of course, it's completely personal: do not fly with Turkish Airlines if you do not want to spoil your vacation experience)

If you have already vacationed in Turkish five-star hotels, be careful and do not be fooled by good reviews. There was a feeling that they were left by people with low expectations, who have nothing to compare with.
The hotel is very average and almost every aspect of it is realized without soul and love for the guests. The rest was normal, but I don't want to come back here. Technically, it's five stars, because there's a lot of food and entertainment, but the quality of everything barely reaches four.
The main problems of the hotel are food and service. The food reminded me of lunch at a chain gas station: it's satisfying, you can eat, but it's definitely not tasty. There was no red meat on the buffet, the food was either overcooked in oil or breaded, or bland and seasoned. Disgusting coffee — in the main restaurant it resembles cocoa from a Soviet canteen. They don't know how to cook pasta and most of the side dishes.
It was really delicious only once — in Italian a la carte, when I ordered beef. In 5 days of buffets, I managed to miss normal meat, so I liked the steak. But then the waiter brought the local tiramisu, which in fact is a huge Kinder Pengui bar sprinkled with cheap instant cocoa – and everything returned to the local norm.
The service is sometimes indifferent, and sometimes frankly hacky. In the main restaurant, the waiters just stand and do nothing – although there are a lot of untidy tables on the veranda that you want to sit down at. We carried our own appliances and cleaned other people's plates. In a 24-hour restaurant, you need to constantly pay attention to yourself in order to be approached. They do not say "hello" and "please" in response — although it would seem to be an elementary courtesy. But it felt like I came to their house and demanded food for free. The bartenders were a pleasant exception — mostly always friendly and polite guys.
The rooms are shabby: there were stains in the bathroom, scratches on the door. I killed an old TV built into the mirror (you can't see anything with the light on) and the fact that there is no closet in the room, but there are already two shoe racks. The Internet is so slow in the bungalow that even the text pages were not loaded, I am silent about the videos and pictures. I could use WiFi only in common areas, such as the pool and the beach. Even before midnight, you can hear a disco from a nearby hotel — and it's so good that she shouts over the TV and conversations. Be prepared for this, it's impossible to fall asleep in such a noise without earplugs. Plus, at least twice the electricity went out in the entire building every night, and with it the air conditioner. They woke up because of it.
On the plus side: the hotel has a very cool beautiful territory, here they really try — they constantly clean, water and trim. A nice clean beach, there were always enough sunbeds. The pools are also clean, so it was nice to swim in them.

Очень много разных развлечений , хороший алкоголь и сами напитки , которые делали бармены. Придраться не к чему…много разной вкусной еды+ресторан 24/7 был. Разные виды еды. Аниматоры классные и все доброжелательные. Хотелось бы даже еще вернуться.

Отдыхаем в этом отеле с 27.05.23! Первый раз попали в отель, в который хочется вернуться! Просто потрясающая, большая, уютная и очень зеленая территория! Приветливый персонал! На территории много мест для уединения, баров и зон отдыха, поэтому нет ощущения толпы. Несколько бассейнов и широкая пляжная полоса. Не нужно занимать лежаки в 6 утра, всегда есть места! Отличный аквапарк, который состоит из 2 зон, в одном интересно даже взрослым! Есть большой детский клуб, где расписана программа на каждый час. Вечером проходит развлекательная программа программа и концерты, тематические вечеринки! Есть ресторан 24/7, что очень удобно. Есть бильярд, настольный и большой теннис, можно поиграть в баскетбол и настольные игры ( для этого все выдают ). Отличный СПА!

A small, clean, tidy hotel. Lots of greenery, a very beautiful beach. Daily cleaning, towels were changed, the floor was not washed)
We were lucky with the room, they immediately gave us a bungalow room with a view of the pool. Thanks a lot for that!
Friends were less lucky, the rooms, like the same category, are very different) there are rooms in the utility building without balconies! And which one will be given to you - it 's a lottery!
The food is monotonous , but delicious . The animation is weak.

Плюсы: семейный отель с хорошей зеленой территорией, отличными номерами в бунгало и весьма вежливым и обходительным персоналом. Интересный пляж. Приличный алкоголь.
Минусы: большое количество москитов если не успели потравить, если потравили присутствует запах химикатов на территории всего отеля. В номерах-бунгало ближе к отелю “Caesar” басы и музыка от дискотеки из этого отеля. Отсутствие разнообразия фруктов и ягод. Детский клуб, про который все пишут и хвалят не удивил. Сравнивали с с детским клубом Liberty Likiya в Олюдениз.

Просто райское место.
Территория на пять балов с тремя плюсами, везде зелень, тенек, речки журчат по территории, птички поют. Есть где погулять с годовасиками на колясках, есть отличные места для селфи.
Еда хорошая, видел места получше, но этот отель по еде в соотношение цена качестно достоин своих 5*. Главный ресторан, выбор не огромный, но найти что то себе по душе всегда можно. Очень вкусные похлава и десерты, реально вкусные а не просто красивые. Достойные супы. Есть ресторан 24/7 там вкусно почти всё , приносят по меню, класные бургер, фахито, бурито, супы. Много баров, напитки разные, есть местные есть импортные, какие скажете тот и нальют, бутылочное пиво в барах так же имеются. Анимация средненькая не навязчивая любителям активити будет тоже интересно.

However, there are several unpleasant moments in the hotel regarding the service, namely: some of the staff, mainly bartenders, are clearly negative towards the guests, they are rude, this spoils the overall impression of the hotel. There were such figures named Orhan and Akhmet - a rare thing, especially the first one. Basically, they behave arrogantly and boorishly with women (after all, you can get hurt from men). One madam was brought to tears on the beach, but she just went to the bar for champagne and asked to pour more into her glass, since her chaise longue is far from the bar. To which she received a rude refusal, they say, it is not allowed!!! I had to besiege the nedobarman. as a result, he ran away))).And in general, there were a lot of similar moments. Apparently, these bartenders have psychological problems. I would strongly recommend that the hotel management pay attention to these little men. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, but they often forget to leave new towels, shampoo, etc. in the room. I had to call the reception, they brought it right away.
Conclusion: The hotel is generally good, but you need to pay more attention to the selection of staff who are in direct contact with the guests. Otherwise, you will get negative reviews from such employees during the season.

Отличный семейный отель.
Потрясающе вкусная еда (особенно рыба - выше всяких похвал).
Ежедневное выступление различных групп (живая музыка - услада для ушей).
Так как мы приехали без детей, ночью отдыхали в ресторане (работает круглосуточно).
Отдельная благодарность барменам (😅) за импровизацию в коктейлях... Казалось бы, удивить чем-то уже очень трудно, но им удалось.. И "ночному директору"(вроде так правильно звучит должность) за филигранное умение разруливать ситуации с перегулявшими гостями. Ни одного конфликта, ни одного омраченного вечера. Браво!)

Прекрасный отель, очень хорошо отдохнули, вкусно готовят, уборка в номерах хорошее всегда чисто и свежо, персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый, хотела бы отменить что отель отлично подходит для отдыха с семьёй. Дети были в восторге от детского миниклуба. Selectum Family Resort Belek наше любимое место для отдыха, где мы набираемся новой энергией и силой. До новых встреч 🥰

Отель просторный,номер в главном корпусе с видом на бассейн 4 этаж. Бассейн холодный,бар рядом с ним хороший. Была 4 года назад,скажу честно,было намнооого лучше. Каждый день новая еда,вечеринки. Ездила на 5 дней. Сейчас приехала на 9 дней,только два-три раза за весь отдых были вечеринки и все. Бар возле моря на 3,5 . Бармены тебя видят,игнорят. Делают по 5 сложных напитков ,а потом соизволят дать тебе бутылку колы. Уборка номера на 3-
Повторный мыльный набор принесли за 2 дня до уезда. Постель крахмальная,как будто грязная. Не приятная ( Пол,такое ощущение,что вообще не моют и не пылесосят. В принципе советую)

The main part of the vacationers in the hotel are Russians with children. The 3-storey bungalow is surrounded by pine trees and greenery. The state is at 4 with a stretch.The main building is part of the water park, part of the pool and restaurant and a very small part of the building is a little in the pines. The water in the pools is cool, not heated. Go to the sea through the river that flows into the sea. With sun beds, the problem is created by the vacationers themselves, who occupy and do not come during the day:(the entrance to the sea is mainly sand and small pebbles. The depth starts at about 3 meters. Food, drinks, ice cream, alcohol are varied, you will not be hungry! If you pay attention to the pros, to begin with:
1. very green area
2. the beach is large, sandy, smooth entrance to the water, lots of palm trees
3. very cute girls who will make you take away coffee on the embankment
4. on-site shops
But actually, why the recall was destined to be.
The first thing you will encounter is a very specific diet (for whom, but there are always pasta, rice, buckwheat and mashed potatoes), apples and pears will be offered from fruits, but something seasonal does not happen.
Fish - fried herring or mackerel, meat was seen 2 times in a week, otherwise not very tasty kefte options. Salad mix is also for an amateur. (the soups are good, but the choice is chicken or vegetable)
The staff in the main dining room is also cheerful, especially if you want a glass of water, it will be brought to you with a face, as if you owe them.
The beach bar seemed very nice at first, but then it turned out that they didn't have half of what was on display, but there was definitely one in the drawer just below.
If you suddenly do not have time to hand over the towel before 18:00, and the time is 17:50, you can take your time, you have not had time)
And the most fun thing is the ants, whose room you are visiting, and not the other way around.
Of course, they will be wasted on you, but they will definitely promise to return to you (second floor of the main building)
From personal entertainment: a broken wardrobe that was repaired independently, an air conditioner that will heat you up, and not vice versa, and a complete absence of the typical Turkish work of animators.
Special respect and gratitude to the girl from the reception (Julia), the amazing barista on the embankment and the cute cleaner who saved us from ants.
