Good afternoon, I hope my review will be useful and will save you from choosing this hotel, I nurtured it all the sleepless nights spent in this hotel. I will not invent anything, I will tell you everything as it is.
We bought a tour at the end of October 2021 for a family: me, my wife, my child and my mother, before that we rested only in 4-star hotels, this time we decided to try the "5-star Rox Royal".
When we were brought to the hotel, we were delighted to see very beautiful mountain views at the entrance of the hotel, going inside it seemed to us that the hotel was really chic, a large hall, 5 floors, elevators, a glass roof. When we were escorted to our room, everyone thought that this was some kind of mistake, it looked like a small double room (26 sq.m. as it turned out later) in which there were 1 double bed, 2 double bed and an unfolded Cheburashka armchair close to each other (I took all the photos in our room). We went back to the reception to find out where our room was, they checked everything and said that this was our 4-bed room in a 5-star hotel. How could I not try to explain to them that by all standards it cannot be in a 5-star hotel, and probably in any other 4-bed hotel with a total area of 26 sq.m., if you divide this area into 4 people, it turns out 6.5 sq.m. PER PERSON!!! In response, I heard that this hotel was designed that way, we were offered 2 more rooms to choose from, but they were also 26 sq.m., only the beds were different. There were no options, we settled into what we had! It was early morning, the long-awaited breakfast came, well, we think they will surprise you! No, we were not surprised, the standard set: French fries, paper sausages, undercooked tasteless porridge, ordinary scrambled eggs, several types of cheeses (delicious, to choose from), yoghurts (delicious), bagels (delicious, but 2-3 in hand), as it turned out, only they were really delicious, but they did not have time to bake We didn't have enough for everyone, so we enjoyed bagels with coffee for breakfast, we had enough, because we were the first to come to the restaurant from the road (for the rest of the vacation we ate only scrambled eggs, yoghurts, and bagels for breakfast if we were lucky)).
Let's go to the sea!!! Walking close, 3 minutes, even the Internet on the beach was working, I was pleasantly surprised! But immediately another disappointment came, there were no free sunbeds!!! We turned to the guy in yellow, but he couldn't help, said everything was busy, there were no seats, his wife was in tears! We went back to the hotel to the administrator, to our complaint, he repeated the words of the guy in yellow, the beach is small, there is not enough space for everyone!!! Please note, it's not the peak season, the end of October!!! The hotel is about 50% full, I asked what is going on in your peak season? They had nothing to answer! We went to the sea anyway, we waited a very long time until we found out all the problems, it was time for lunch and the sunbeds began to slowly free up, but at the same time they were booked, leaving towels, stones, things, etc. We were lucky, 2 sunbeds were snatched for 4 people! (Until the end of the vacation, it was usually impossible to take more, except in the evening, and they took turns using these sunbeds). It's lunchtime! Again, we were not surprised! There was a lot of food, but it was exactly the same as in 4-star hotels, everything for an amateur, vegetables, greens, boiled potatoes, fried, baked, fries)), cheeses, greens, pasta, rice, chicken, turkey, something with beef, fish the whole vacation was only mackerel and another kind, it tastes ordinary, but there are a lot of small bones, like our bream, all the cakes, as often happens, look different, but in fact on the same basis, there were only one variety of apples, pears, tangerine and orange from the fruits (for dinner it was about the same the menu has not changed until the end of the vacation). After lunch, we went to our modest apartments and decided to sleep (we didn't sleep all night), but after taking a shower, we were disappointed again! It's very dirty, dust in the ventilation, putty is anointed everywhere, and then it fell off, it's time to replace the doors, too, well, okay, everyone went to this shower, there's nowhere else. My wife lay down with the child on a 2-bedroom bed, I on a single bed, and my mother had to put Cheburashka in an armchair. We were shocked!!! In the room, of the available space, there were only small distances between the beds and the vestibule. Only my wife and child could fall asleep, my single bed had an old mattress sagging on one side and a very uncomfortable pillow. Mom could barely fit in Cheburashka and also could not sleep, they tried to change places, it was also inconvenient (we almost all did not sleep during the whole vacation, I went to the reception at night, but it did not give any results). I also had a chance to visit the gym, frankly, on the basement level, the simulators are very old, half of which do not work, there are signs hanging, the hammam was with barely warm stones, the only thing was the sauna, but when a lot of people do not always get into it.
Evening concerts and children's animation wish to leave the best, who has seen, will confirm my words. When I first heard some girl singing a Sievert song, I thought that there was karaoke in the hotel, but when she started performing other songs, I realized that she was a hotel employee and sings every day, I was shocked how it could be listened to, it would be better if they just turned on music for people or invited professionals. It all takes place downstairs on the 1st floor near a small stage, although the hotel is huge.
Before that, we flew on vacation to Egypt a 4-star hotel (I will not name the name, so that it does not seem like an advertisement to anyone), I will only say that it is many times cooler (a large room, super diverse and very tasty food, many different fruits, different seafood, several types of fish, quail, shrimp, about chicken and beef, I'm silent) All previous times we also rested only in 4-star hotels, including in Turkey (I do not name the hotels, this is not an advertisement, this is my objective opinion), but we have not had such an uncomfortable holiday yet.
I didn't come up with a word in this review, I even had thoughts of leaving earlier, not resting like this until the end of the vacation, without a doubt you can even sue the money spent if you do it all.
There are hotels that we want to return to again and again, but there are like this hotel, where we no longer want to return. Maybe someday everything will be at the level of at least 4 stars, or better yet, real 5 stars, then we will return here, because the nature here is very beautiful, we love Turkey!!!

We had a vacation with my wife from November 24 to December 1, 2021. This is the first time in this hotel. We chose a city hotel specifically, since on October 29, 2021, we flew from Turkey from the Euphoria hotel (Tekerovo) to Moscow and we did not have enough weeks, we decided to add.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything you need is a beach, a park, shops, a promenade, a bazaar all nearby. The center is a 3 - 5 minute walk away. The workload of the hotel is 15 percent, there are no queues, there is emptiness on the beach, rare passers-by, there are also few customers in the shops and very good prices and discounts. After the Moscow crush, it feels like you're in the country.Nature and fresh air, the sea is warm (we swam every day), the weather is good, rare rains do not interfere. In general, paradise.
Everything is fine at the hotel, the food is good, the staff is smiling, the sauna is hot, everything is as usual.We were given a room on the 4th floor 4059 with a view of the sea and the pool. The room is large, the bathroom is huge, everything works, everything is clean, cleaned every day.
Turks come to the hotel on Saturdays, there are a lot of them, but everything is very decorous. Everyone is coping in the restaurant, there are always tables available, cutlery is available, tablecloths are changed, dishes are all available and everything is very tasty. The cook is great, he often comes to the restaurant and you can chat with him.For vacationers with children, there is an animator girl who holds a children's disco and she can leave the children from 10 to lunch and until 17.00
For us, the only huge disadvantage was the lack of a morning sports program (exercises, aerobics, yoga) this is missing, and of course there was no volleyball, there were enough people willing, but there are no animators, they won't let you play football either, only table tennis. But at the end of the park, where the yachts are parked, there is a Lycian trail along which you can come to Kirish. Who likes to run or walk there for you.
If everything goes well next year, then in November we will go only to this hotel. In secret, a week cost us 40 tr. for a ticket for two with convenient departures.For this money, it's PARADISE.

We were at the hotel in early September 2020 with two families. Everyone was satisfied. In this price segment, everyone has their disadvantages, in Rox Royal they were, as expected, unimportant for us. Yes, the hotel was once a solid five, now it is much shabby. But we only came to the room to sleep and change clothes. The air conditioning worked perfectly in both rooms, the linen was fresh and clean, the mattresses were comfortable, the plumbing worked, cleaning was not every day, but if you ask, they will do it without problems, the rest was unimportant to us. The only more or less significant disadvantage is that it's a little hot in the lobby, if you need to work, it gets in the way a little. WiFi in the lobby is free, the speed is variable. The safe is free of charge. Sun beds and beach towels are free of charge. Its own water park is quite interesting (9 slides). Breakfast, lunch and dinner are strictly by the hour, but you can always find something to eat (tortillas, snack bar, ice cream). The food is quite varied for such a budget hotel. There were a lot of vegetables and greens, we overeated cherry with arugula and cheese. Cheeses of grades 6-7, but all of them are of high quality. Sausages are made of paper, but many people took them too. Grilled purebred fish (sea bass, dorado), but over—dried (as, unfortunately, everything on the grill, apparently, so as not to spoil in the heat at the time of distribution), the sauces helped out - Neapolitano and Bolognese. Lamb only in the form of cutlets, beef — stewed composite dishes with vegetables. Lots of chicken and turkey dishes. Fruits: apples, pears, watermelons, melons and plums without restrictions on each meal. Alcohol is only Turkish, but quite tolerable, unlike many other budget hotels. The bartenders are diligent, they work strictly until 24:00. There is a football field with a natural lawn! Basketball court, tennis court, one table tennis table, sauna (hot, but there is a toilet smell in the dressing room). The animation is unobtrusive, they invite you to water aerobics, volleyball, exercises, shows, etc. The girls liked water aerobics. The show is almost every day, once there was an amazing Mongolian circus, the guys really lit up great. The audience is mixed, there are both children and young people. 90% are from Russia and Ukraine. No night drinking parties and booths were observed. At 23:30, the disco ends and everyone slowly disperses. Almost all the staff in contact with the vacationers speaks Russian and is very friendly, which for us more than compensated for the above disadvantages. In general, Kemer is quite Russian-speaking, there are a lot of vacationers from Russia. Well, the biggest plus is the magnificent sea and climate. The heat of +38 is not particularly oppressive, perhaps because of the surrounding mountains covered with coniferous trees. Of course, it's unbearable in the city during the day, so it's better to walk there in the evening. The water is +30, the purest, visibility is 20 meters. Both children and adults do not get out of the water for hours, they do not want to. And the views of the mountains from the sea are very beautiful, this is not a landscape from an endless strip of hotels. There is a pontoon, plenty of diving. The shore is a medium—sized pebble, I walked barefoot, massaged my feet, after a couple of days it almost didn't hurt. Who does not like — slippers or coral to help. After a couple of meters in the sea, when knee-deep, boulders appear the size of a head, but smooth. There are no sharp stones. Of the 7 days, 6 were completely calm, one day the waves were up to 50 cm, the water was a little cloudy, but it was still clear, visibility was up to 10 meters, after a day it was calm again.

The attitude towards the guests, first of all their Turks, then only you will be given maybe tortillas and melon, you have to beg for everything! In general, plus it's a wolf roller coaster! And those on which the lifeguard does not sit, there are several cases in a week, one of them is a broken nose of a girl!! There is no service!! Of course, the hotel is a solid 3*!!! They can't even give antiseptic napkins in the canteen, I opened the drawer myself, it was full of these napkins, in short, the contingent of regions, I'm alone with the children -Moscow! I do not recommend this place to all those who do not want to spoil their vacation! We had a rest with friends from September 21 to 28. The hotel can safely be given a solid four, certainly not 5. Believe me. First, you need to make repairs in the rooms. Second. The sun beds by the pool suck, you need to change, the same thing on the beach, the toilets on the beach are fucked up. I was pleased with the freshly squeezed juices - a glass of 1 dollar. This is normal.
The water park is good, especially for children, they give delicious ice cream there.
The rooms are cleaned well and clean, towels are changed. They don't keep hangers in closets.

we arrived at the hotel at 09 a.m. we were checked in only at 14:00, as if no one had cleaned the room! the toilet is all dirty, all the tiles are chipped in the bathroom, the ceiling is all black with mold from the water, the socket is broken.
the room itself is normal, the food was always the same, they made sushi for a couple of days (but this is not their specialty) and so everything is buttery, desserts are all the same, fruits are only watermelons and melons, the rest is paid.
we gave 140 thousand for two, of course I'm shocked, it's definitely not 5 *, in Spain at 3 * in Calella you can relax for less money and with delicious food.

We got to just such a time when, fortunately, on the penultimate day, a whole crowd from Bursa was brought to us.On the very first day, he attacked the spa center. How did he bully, I just don't have decent words. The local manager for the sale of services, Tolik, constantly harassed tourists with intrusive massage offers. As soon as I realized that we didn't need a massage, I personally began to sell me a more expanded range of services and my company. According to the stories of other girls, their director Misha does the same, telling how Russian men do not know how to do anything, and women go to them only in search of adventures.I was afraid to leave the room. Everything is shabby, there is no air conditioning in the children's center. The cleaning is disgusting both for tea and without it. There is mold and traces of glue in the bathroom. The food is very ordinary, but we were not hungry. Despite the ultra, the food was strictly on schedule. There was no imported alcohol, the bar was open until 00.00. I was only pleased with the animation. The guys are really good, although I didn't really participate - it's not very comfortable to ride alone in entertainment, really cool programs. The disco is open from 22.30 to 00.30. Then everyone leaves by numbers.
When we got familiar there and it became clear that I was alone with a child, most of the staff joined the harassment, offering walks, gatherings, have a good time, etc.
There were no problems with sun beds at sea, as they say that they should be occupied in advance, but there are few of them at the children's pool with slides. Additionally, they do not put it.
Again, it is better not to go into the city without an escort. I'm not exaggerating, they're dragging me by the arms, by the clothes, they tried to undress me in the perfumery.
If I am being read by girls who want to go like me-alone or with a child, I advise you to refrain.
When Bursa arrived, the queues at the restaurant became simply unreal. The service has become even worse, although I don't know how this is possible. Everyone abruptly forgot the Russian language. Food was served just a little bit at a time. When asked to put more, looks of contempt and discussion with comrades in Turkish.

And even this is tolerable .There is a lot of food, but it is not known when it can be eaten hot, at any time it is practically cold. It feels like this, that the products are bought from us at traffic lights, all of very poor quality. I don't want to talk about alcohol at all. I'm just amazed how you can give people such swill. Even on the Anapa embankment, the flood is better. You have to buy beer and wine in the store. The extractor hood does not work, so there is humidity in the rooms.The air conditioner has not been working for several days. Going to the reception does not bring any results. On the first day they said they would fix it, on the second that there was such a problem in the whole hotel and they were looking for the cause, and the coolest thing on the third day was that it was no longer too hot (28-30) so it was turned off and now you can use the balcony to cool your body. Perhaps the hotel would not be a bad place to stay, despite the fact that it is not fresh, there is nothing critical. IF NOT FOR SUCH A SERVICE. I'm not talking about the fitness room at all - it's something. !!!!!!!!!!! Think before you throw away money and ruin your vacation.

The room is nice, you can turn on the heating. There are cosmetic kits. Cleaning every other day, a lot of towels are brought.From the window there are mountains and the sea, it's magical. It's a couple of minutes to the sea. Nearby is a McDonald's , delicious coffee from Starbucks , a bunch of shops where I always bargain (one almost gave me his mustache), a playground, a square, good shops , many places where you can walk . At the square, a man sells delicious ice cream with goat's milk. There are Waikiki shops, excellent quality for both children and adults.
You don't have to leave the hotel anywhere - you took the Elevator down-you're in the dining room. The food is delicious, amazing greens, mint, vegetables. The child eats everything with pleasure. We take food with us into the container, no one said anything. Everything is clean - this is important to me. In the lobby there are delicious drinks, tea, coffee, water,lemonade, juice. With cookies :)
There is alcohol in the basement . It 's quite good . By the pool, a pleasant kind grandmother bakes tortillas with cheese, meat, there is ayran, drinks, and burgers. There is also an indoor swimming pool.
It was good for us, we are polite people, we did not look for flaws and did not come out like some. That's probably why the attitude towards us was good, and we were comfortable. There were fights when evening discos (some Russians do not know how to behave) and girls who behave vulgarly, cutouts everywhere, mats and walked down the street with alcohol in their hands, which caused the anger of local men and censure.
I would love to come again. Moreover, we met many locals and promised them to bring condensed milk - they do not have such a thing and this is a treat for them :)

A very good hotel for its price! In September 2020, a ticket for 6 nights for two people was issued to us 57k with tickets. After the purchase, we read a huge number of negative reviews and even got discouraged, but when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. Instead of the "dead rooms", we were waited for by a clean and modern, specially conducted a social survey of vacationers, they also have excellent rooms. But, you need to understand, this is a five-star hotel built around the 2000s, if you are interested in the trendy interior and Instagram environment, then you are not really here. It's more of a comfortable classic. The renovation is fresh, everything is maintained in good condition, we had a great view from the window, it also pleased us.
The food was delicious. Again, without frills, at the level of a decent dining room. Expensive delicacies are not worth waiting for, seafood was once, a couple of times there was trout on the grill. You can eat both in the closed restaurant and on the veranda by the pool, we really liked it there. In general, it is diverse, it has not been repeated once in 7 days. Alcohol is tolerable, if the bartender is not in a hurry, it will not even be bad))
The beach is very close, pebbly, the water is clean, you can see your feet at any depth. We bought coral slippers so as not to mess around on the pebbles, so the pebble beach came to us better than the sandy one (moon light beach is a 15-minute walk away, must-visit, can compete with the best beaches in Thailand) There is also a bistro on our beach where you can have a snack, but the food there is disgusting, only French fries and Watermelon are edible. But, there you can sit coolly with a view of the sea under the majestic pines😍
Staff. They work great, they joke with the guests, they are very nice guys. But avoid working girls - angry as dogs. The waitresses roll their eyes, cluck, and generally show in every possible way that they are not satisfied with their work.
Animation will do, the yoga show in 2020 looks doubtful, obviously, if the guys brought broken glasses, then they are going to walk on them and obviously they will be OK, what is the entertainment? I don't want to watch this for 40 minutes. The fire show is also like that, there is very little of the show and a lot of the fire. Guys are just messing with fire and it's not particularly pretty. There was also dancing... In short, you don't have to go to the show at the theater at 9 p.m.😁 During the day, the animators entertain with exercises, dancing, aqua aerobics and yoga on the lawn, all with cheerful music, so we can say that the animation is successful.
To sum up: we liked everything, I repeat, for such a price, we think we got even more than we paid. Such a vacation can safely cost 15-20 thousand more.

We rested for a week, during this time the room was cleaned 1 time, the air conditioner blows warm, there are no free sunbeds on the beach, we had to quarrel with the administrator at the reception, the room was completely different (although we booked in advance), everything is fine about the food, the staff in restaurants and bars is polite. In my opinion, this hotel stretches a maximum of 4 *, it was the first time in Turkey

Good day to all) I must say right away that we planned to stay in another hotel, but by the will of fate we ended up in this one (immigrants from Ozkaymak Marina). We rested for five days from 10.10 to 15.10.2020. We can only speak loftily about this hotel. A lovely, beautiful, large and clean hotel. Beautiful territory, three swimming pools (two deep 1.6m and one for children, two pool bars, water slides for children, a football field, an amphitheater for animation, an outdoor restaurant). A beautiful, monumental hall, a large lobby hall, shops, a spa salon, a game room.....in short, there is everything you need for a good and high-quality vacation. The building is high-rise, so it is equipped with elevators that work smoothly. You can also go down glass stairs equipped with lighting. It is especially beautiful in the evening. The rooms are standard, clean, with a balcony. The room has everything you need. The refrigerator was refilled every day. The plumbing is clean, everything worked. Towels were changed every day. They gave out slippers. The kitchen is something! Beyond all praise! That was it! Absolutely....everything! There was enough food for everyone, no matter what time you came! There were tortillas and ice cream by the pool in the afternoon. The animator is just a darling! The child was delighted. And the adult programs were on top! We haven't laughed like that for a long time))) There were also invited guests, which is rare due to the pandemic! The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Pebbly. There is a pier and a cafe. The water in the sea is awesome, clean and warm. There were enough sun beds. One disadvantage is the entrance to the sea. There are not just pebbles, but boulders. It's not very convenient. Every evening there is a disco for adults. Near the hotel there is a beautiful park, shopping malls, a market. I really liked and remembered my stay at the hotel! Thanks to the hotel administration for the shelter (ozkaymakovtsev)! Thanks to the chefs, cleaners and bartenders! You are very smart))) Good health and prosperity to you!
PS: the only disadvantage of the hotel is "no" Wi-Fi. Please fix it! And you will be the BEST)))

Uh... well, you can give the hotel three stars. But this is not accurate.
The hotel is old, the innovation has affected only individual rooms. The quality of the interiors and the territory is average. The air conditioners do not work either in the room or in the atrium. The phone in the room is not working. The food is not bad, but without a light at all.
The staff works well, but with such an infrastructure, the situation does not save.
