I think the hotel is 3.5 stars and that's why:
We rested from 26.09 to 05.10. Rooms on all three sides are not comfortable, either to your disco, or to the neighbor's, or to the mountains, but there are roosters and dogs from 4 in the morning, and during the day there is infernal smoke from the kitchen with the smell of burnt fish and meat.
The room stock is old, the rooms are stripped, there are no kettles, tea, iron, broken safes, bathroom in black spots and limestone, shower curtains are broken and leaking, shampoos and soap from one suspension pump, no lotions. What are the 5 stars? The numbers are not removed from the word at all. Neither the beds nor the vacuum cleaner do without a Reminder. What are the 5 stars? One day we returned at lunch, but there was no cot. Imagine, she just disappeared. No one gave a clear answer, they just dragged me back after 2 hours. There are patches on the carpet in the corridors and worn bald patches to the concrete at the doors of the rooms.

They feed chicken, turkey a couple of times, and first the turkey was grilled, and the next day the leftovers were chopped and mixed with vegetables. Mutton on a neck made of bones without mutton. Baklava was not brought, if he managed to eat in the first half hour of dinner. With sausages in front of us with poisoning, the child went to the hospital for 2 days. The fried eggs are not cooked. Fries are wet or in rancid oil. Tomatoes are peeled and uncut. There are not enough appliances and you have to look for them, and they do not lie on the tables. Drinks are not brought, but you go to the bar for them yourself and see mountains of dirty half-washed glasses, wet and often dirty plates, broken tea sets, wooden sticks instead of spoons for tea and coffee. The floors are sticky, the waiters do not have time to clean the table and have to clean themselves to sit down, because then you will look for a place, as they occupy them quickly no matter what. The back room with the grill just stinks and smokes.

I gave it 5 stars, but it's a four. We are abroad for the first time, there is nothing to compare with, but there were still disadvantages, because we came to relax, and not sit in the room, these disadvantages are insignificant, but still.

A swimming pool and a water park on the territory (why did the children not want to go to the sea?), although only two slides worked in the water park, the rest did not work
Mountain view from the balcony

Well, it's okay that there is garbage and dirt in the hotel, you didn't come to sit in the hotel, but to relax! There are so many excursions, entertainment, you can get acquainted with the local flavor, after all. Try local sweets - baklava and Turkish delight. By the way, you can get a 25% discount from Ruslan from Samara, who works in a shop on Deniz Street. So, about the garbage and dirt, do not rock our resort boat! The brightest memory is the excursions that took us away from this hotel and have nothing to do with it, except that we had to return there and wait out the time until the next excursion. And of course, the sea. Invigorating, but very clean. Someone here may remember about the Crimea, and someone may get rich in search of jewelry at the bottom of the sea (they themselves saw such an ichthyander that he searched there for 6 hours with a mask and flippers... Probably the lost star from the hotel logo).

We had a rest in late September and early October.
The rooms are great, the food is good too. There is always something to choose. There are almost no queues for food!
You can always find places in the restaurant.
The beach is small but clean, you have to look for sun beds for some time. There is a beach bar, toilets, shower... everything you need!

First of all, I think I need to say the Advantages of your ROX ROYAL Hotel.
1. The Hotel has a very large territory, if you are with Children, then they will have somewhere to run and have fun.
2. The ROX ROYAL Hotel itself
There are a lot of Huge Rooms Like Economy , Comfort , Business.
3. The ROX ROYAL Hotel has a very large Kitchen, lots of places and delicious food. A large selection of everything Hot, snacks, drinks, and desserts.
4. The ROX ROYAL Hotel has a very wide range of Services. For Example: A Large Selection Of Massages. Sauna , Sauna, and a large Gym. And much more
5. Another very pleasant thing is the Hotel Staff. There are a lot of them, but there is also a Minus that you will see in the cons section.
Unfortunately, the Advantages ended there.
Now let's move on to the Cons of them more than the Pros. I'm not going to pick on the little things right now. I'll tell you how it is.
1. There is very little decor in the ROX ROYAL Hotel. Well, was it possible to hang something beautiful? It's not that hard.
2. The air conditioning in the Hotel is very bad or does not work at all! It is very noisy especially at Night. The hotel is very stuffy and hot because of the non-working air conditioner.
3. Let's Discuss the Rooms Of the ROX ROYAL Hotel themselves. There is very little Decor in the Rooms themselves, one Painting for the entire room weighs.
The furniture is old and broken. The refrigerator in the Room is very bad and does not work well.
There is very little light in the Room, there is no Lamp on the Ceiling or Such.
The bathroom in the Room has a lot of mold and is very dirty. All the bath or shower has a black floor. And the Rooms themselves are very dirty. Well, we need to clean the whole room, after all.

We stopped at the hotel in the evening. I and 2 children were offered a choice of two rooms on the ground floor family with an additional fee or on the 5th floor standard. We chose the standard , because there was an old renovation in the family room and a very strange balcony: you go out on it and rest against the wall, go to the right and here is an opening about a meter wide. The repair is better on the 5th floor, but after an hour it became clear that the air conditioner was not working. It blows, but with warm air. The balcony was opened. In the evening, the temperature outside is 35 degrees. It turned out to be unrealistic to fall asleep to the evening show. In the morning, they asked the reception to repair the condor and went to the sea for the whole day. The sea is good, transparent, the beach is large pebbles. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Pools are also normal. There is a water park on site. When we arrived, 3 slides out of 6 were working. After the boy slid down the slide from the mouth of the wolf on his stomach and scratched his stomach until it bled, the slide was closed and all 2 remained. We returned to the room in the evening- nothing changed - the condom did not work. I tried to call from the room at the reception, the phone didn't work either. I had to go down and leave another request for the repair of the building. The second night without Kondei was worse. The children were spinning all night and woke up from the heat, there were wet sweat stains on the sheets. In the morning I went to brawl at the reception, a technician came with a stepladder. I was doing something, and then I said that in an hour the room would be cold. But, alas, the air conditioner did not work after an hour or two. But all in vain. On the fourth day, after another sleepless night, I said that I and the children would spend the night right on their sofas in foy. By the way, as I understood it, motion sensors were installed in the room and the electricity worked in them only when you walk around the room, respectively, when you sleep, the sensors turn off the electricity and even the movement of warm air from the air conditioner stopped. Finally, we were offered another room with an additional $100. I gladly agreed. You will give any money to sleep normally. Life has become better)) A Turkish teenage basketball team stopped by the hotel. They occupied the pool with slides. They shouted a lot and loudly, and after they left, they discovered that my eldest son's flip-flops had gone with them. It is clear at the reception that no one knew anything. They spread their hands, like they didn't bring anything. And suddenly, a day later, they write to me in the VOC app: Ksenia, go to the reception, please. Believing in a miracle, I run to them. They tell me that the senior manager wants to talk to me, but we have to wait. We are sitting. After 5 minutes, they call to the counter. A young, personable Turk asks me in bad Russian: do you live in room 50**? The answer is yes. He: May I ask where you got the wine and fruit in your room? I am surprised at the question and answer: what is forbidden to have wine and fruits in the room?) I bought them at the store yesterday. He won't let up: Who made you a present? I explain once again that I bought them myself and I don't understand why they are interested in it at all. He shows a video shot on a phone in which someone else's room is filled with peaches, apricots and a hotel gift wine. I'm saying that the room is not ours. Without apologizing, he calls someone in Turkish, and then tells me that he is not detaining me anymore. We go up to our room, the door doesn't open - all our cards are blocked. I had to go down to the reception and rewire the cards. In general, holidays in Turkey disappoint every year. A large cockroach was also seen near the elevator in this hotel. The lobby bar always smells like a toilet. The food in the restaurant is monotonous and tasteless, despite the apparent abundance. Children play football in the evening, it is already dark from 21:00, but the lights on the field are not turned on. Apparently they save money. Children are playing in the dark. There is a court. Half-broken rackets along with deflated balls are given for free. In the new room, there was no shower gel, a cup for a toothbrush, and the drying on the balcony was broken. Until I caught the maid by the hand and showed it, the reception fed me endless breakfasts. In my opinion, a 5-star hotel does not pull, three stars is a reality

We stayed at this hotel in early July 2024 with a family with 2 children. I won't repeat myself, everything they write about condos and cleaning is true. In our room on the 5th floor (5019), the air conditioner worked, however, well, but outside the room it was hot and stuffy. The room is quite new, the beds are excellent, the balcony is beautiful, the view is gorgeous (on the mountains and the edge of the sea). I don't understand, to be honest, the rave reviews on nutrition - the variety is small, without frills and I wouldn't say that they cook just delicious, but of course you can eat. From fruits - watermelons and melons are delicious, apricots are green, peaches were delicious in the end, apples, pears and plums.
I will note 2 reasons why I would not choose this hotel:
1. There are a lot of Turks staying at this hotel, and all the animation is tailored to them (there was an evening of live music, the Turk sang very well, but after singing a couple of European songs, he began to sing Turkish ones. The animators hadn't done anything before and there was no one on the dance floor, then they started pulling the Turks out to dance, we watched them dance for 20 minutes, then left. It wasn't very pleasant, to be honest)
2. During the 10 days of our stay at this hotel, an ambulance came almost every day. I have never seen this anywhere. I saw 2 cases myself: a woman was taken from the water park on a stretcher (apparently she hit herself when she was sliding down the slide, she couldn't even get out of the bass) and the second time the woman felt bad in the dining room, she was lying on the floor…
There were practically no evening shows ((( 3 times in 10 days: acrobats, Turkish night and some kind of magician.
In short, I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children, young people may still be, since the clubs are very close

We had a rest in August 2023.
The only problems are the air conditioners (which are turned on according to schedule and which do not cope with the word at all with a large hotel load) and small rooms (perhaps not all, but the standard is small).

There is a cafeteria, I make different coffee cocktails (cold and hot) - delicious
There is A la carte, we went to a fish restaurant (I don't remember what it's called), fish and shrimp - fire. A la carte is served in the restaurant on the beach, with a very beautiful view of the sea in the evening.
There is imported alcohol (sometimes local alcohol is poured, but you can ask what exactly to pour, or what to make a cocktail from - they will never refuse).
The bar does NOT work around the clock as stated, there is a break like from 12 to 3 (I may be mistaken)
It is close to the sea, there is also a restaurant with a bar (wine and beer from alcohol, burgers, pizza, fries, salads, vegetables, fruits from food)
The entrance to the sea is pebbles, we didn't risk it without special shoes, the water is clean, there is a pier with sun beds, there were enough sun beds at high occupancy.
I was impressed by the evening animation, a whole show every day, it was not repeated during the rest.
The hotel is in the city, there is a place to walk in the evening.
You can also smoke a hookah in the hotel, bargain, discount the price well (mostly for girls)
I advise you to go for a massage at the hotel, maybe I got a good master (girl), the massage was cool
We recommend a buggy ride in the evening (?? I don't remember what it's called, a car for 3-4 people), it's more expensive in the hotel, you can leave the hotel to the right, stay to the left of the inverted house and at the next intersection on the right side there will be a box with tours, excursions, etc., there are these cars twice cheaper.

Super hotel 🏨
Quick check-in, the room was given an improved category. Everything is clean and beautiful, well renovated.
The staff is polite, caring and fast.
The food is delicious, cooked quickly and in a variety of ways. Water is available throughout the hotel for free 24/7, ice cream is served during the day, tortillas are made by the pool, there is a coffee machine in the bar, not a vending machine

Excellent budget hotel Rox Royal 5*. We rested with a friend from 23.09.23 to 01.10.23. We arrived at the hotel at 10.00, got a room at 13.00, room 3020, was on the 3rd floor with windows on the amphitheater and the water park. The room is standard, the room is clean, but the plumbing is tired. But this did not prevent us from enjoying all the other delights of the hotel.
I would like to mention the excellent hotel staff, all cleaners, waiters, bartenders, cooks, administrators are very responsive people, everyone is ready to help and solve your problems.
The food in the hotel is good, I don't understand people who write that there is not enough food. Yes, it is monotonous and the menu repeats itself in a couple of days, but we always found something to pamper ourselves with. for lunch and dinner there was always grilled fish, beef stewed in a cauldron, chicken or turkey on the grill, there were grilled wings and kebab. Wonderful pastries, a very large assortment of sweet pastries and mini pizzas and boats with different fillings. Gozleme is baked near the pool from 15 to 16, at the same time there is a very tasty ice cream in packages in the water park. Alcohol is average in quality.
The territory is very green.
Now about the sea. It's just delicious, clean, transparent and very warm. To get to the beach, you need to go through an underground passage. It didn't bother us. And now the only negative from our vacation is that there is a small coastline on the beach and there are not enough sunbeds. I went swimming early in the morning and at 7.30 it was already problematic to find free sunbeds. But unfortunately, there is simply no way to increase the space on the beach. People, if you have taken a sunbed, at least come to the beach, and sometimes the sun beds were empty, but with a bag or towel on them.
Special thanks to the animators. You guys are just super, funny, groovy, very polite and not intrusive.
I will be happy to return to this hotel, but not during the peak season. Thanks for the rest.

I want to write this review for those who like and respond to positive reviews about the hotel. And a rating of 4.8 out of 5. I don't know where they get such a rating from, but this is pure lies.
Let's start from the beginning of arrival, I have been to Turkey a lot of times, I have been to 4 and 5 stars, but this hotel pulls in a bad four. If you want normal service, relaxation and cleanliness, you definitely will not go to this hotel.
We arrived at 9 p.m., settled in a room without Windows. They said they would move to another one in 2 days. I gave 20 euros, they said not enough, I need another 30 euros, then there will be a good room with a working air conditioner.
They gave 5035 rooms on the 5th floor. The air conditioner was really working. This is a great happiness, because the air conditioners did not work on the floor of the hotel and it was at a heat of 44 degrees.
The worst thing for us was that there was no internal air conditioning in the entire hotel. There is no word at all- even in a restaurant. You're eating and you're sweating, it's terrible, disgusting, how can this be in a 5-star hotel.
Cleaning is dangerous, the room was cleaned once in 5 days, people put garbage in the corridor because it was not cleaned from the rooms. The bed was changed once in the 8 days we were there. And this is for all the vacationers with whom we communicated.
The hotel itself is dirty, the toilets are like at a train station in a remote village, there is garbage everywhere, it stinks everywhere.
The drinks at the bar are disgusting, they try to make cocktails, but these are not cocktails, but a surrogate and muddy mixture.

I would like to thank Irina Alekseeva, sales manager of online tours. Thanks to her, we made a quick booking and payment for the tour, which naturally helped us fly away on vacation)
I also express my great gratitude to the photographers Alyona and Kenan. We have already visited various resorts quite a few times, but we have never ordered a photo shoot. This time we decided and did not make a mistake with the choice. Alyona offered us a photo shoot, described everything colorfully, we agreed without hesitation) She said that either she or her partner Kenan would take pictures, as they alternate in turn. Kenan was at the photo shoot. I will say that the man is a professional in his field. The photo shoot took about 1.5 hours and that time flew by very quickly. We enjoyed every minute of the photo shoot, and then the result) In short, I advise you - they are located to the left of the reception.
Special thanks to the animation team. I would like to single out Diana, Anastasia and Saita separately. When we left, two more animators arrived, unfortunately we did not have time to get to know them closely, so I can't say anything, but the head of the animation group spoke well of them. You definitely won't be bored. That's what we personally managed to visit more than once): yoga, volleyball, darts, step. There was not enough time for the rest, but there is football, lawn and table tennis, and a gym. The latter leaves much to be desired, an update of the simulators is required, although it will do to keep fit.
The animation team is very active, which is not true for vacationers) They constantly go, offer and tell about the events that take place on the territory of the hotel. I advise vacationers to agree to their suggestions, then you will definitely spend your time very positively and with benefit for yourself.
Now a little bit about our stay at the hotel and, accordingly, in Kemer.
We flew back and forth on Turkish Airlines. The round trip flight was delayed for an hour, not too critical considering that these are charter flights. The food on the plane is good, we were not hungry. The plane is big enough, there are a lot of people, with a lot of small children. In general, we flew well, without a hitch. We flew through an Intourist, were quickly checked out at the check-in desk and sent to the transfer. We drove for a relatively short time. We arrived at the hotel around 10 p.m., there was a quick check-in without unnecessary red tape. The room went to 5066 on the 5th floor. The package is positioned as a family, in fact, a standard with a double and a single bed. Fresh renovation. By the way, it seemed to me that they have almost completely updated the room stock. Maybe there are not updated numbers somewhere, I will not lie. Yes, upon arrival, my girls were presented with a rose, a trifle, but it's nice. Since we arrived late, we asked where and when we could eat, they said that from 11 to 12 night soup in the main restaurant. We ate, then used this offer a couple more times. The hotel is positioned as Ultra All inclusive. Yes, the bar on the ground floor is open 24 hours, but this is clearly not enough for a full-fledged concept. In short, we were traveling beyond the sea and the sun, so this fact did not particularly upset us. We rested from May 13 to May 20, the hotel was just gaining its "strength". Before our eyes, the pier was being made and improved, painted, whitewashed, and the recreation areas that were closed were gradually increased. The number of people has increased markedly during our stay at the hotel, which naturally affected the small queues in the restaurant and in the elevators. I emphasize that this was not critical for us, but it is possible that when the hotel is fully loaded, there may be some difficulties.
Meal. You will definitely not stay hungry, the choice of dishes is average (although there is something to compare it with))) - we certainly don't eat such a variety at home. They cook delicious. We have already visited Turkey quite a few times, so we treat food and our figure carefully, we tried to take as much as we could eat) I will note to myself that this time I did not bring extra pounds home, which pleased me. It seems to me that people who have already traveled many times want more quality than quantity of food. Ice cream was served near the slides from 14 to 16. Near the main pool there are burgers (you collect them yourself). There should still be food outlets near the sea, we did not catch this moment.
Sea. The coastline is very narrow and small, but this is the "trouble" of Kemer, not the hotel. It's good that there is a pier that accommodates quite a lot of people, otherwise it would be crowded. The sea is clean, beautiful, the approach is pebbly. I read in other reviews that take "corals" - I ignored it, I advise you to take it. Going in and out is a complete hard labor))) But you can go in with a "fish" or "bomb" directly from the pier, but it is impossible to climb back to the pier, there is no banal staircase, which is extremely inconvenient. Perhaps something has changed, but we "suffered" from it.
Pools. One pool is located near the main restaurant, or rather, there are like 2, but I think it's one. There is a place to swim. The second one is located near the slides, encircling around. However, it will not be possible to swim around, since obstacles are made there, subjectively I think that it is not very convenient, but probably it was no other way. We walked from the back of the slides, it was quieter there. There were enough sun beds for everyone, since we were at the beginning of the season)
The bath complex. Quite "tired", perhaps the commercial premises are in a more decent condition, which cannot be said about the public sauna and hammam, which are included in the accommodation. They clearly require an update. There is a sauna complex on the ground floor.
The contingent. The hotel is international, everyone is friendly.
I can't say anything about children's entertainment, since our daughter is already 15 years old and she went to yoga and step more.
The city of Kemer. In my subjective opinion, it is small, you can get around a lot on foot. There are quite a lot of shops that are constantly being touted) We didn't go in, although it might be worth it, they always trade very well and the choice is quite large. But we had a limited budget for shopping and limited time for rest, so we traditionally visited Waikiki (we were in 3), Koton, Mavi and some others. Bought, satisfied) The only disadvantage associated with purchases is the inability to pay with cards and rubles. It is even impossible to change rubles in banks, only in exchangers. We changed at the rate of 4.5.
That's how I briefly tried to describe our stay at the Rox Royal Hotel. In conclusion, I will say that we consider our vacation a success. The most important thing, as in any business, is the attitude!!!

The rooms are dirty, old repairs, rust and the smell of mold. The air conditioning in some rooms blows warm air. They settled on arrival in a room in which the air conditioner was blowing warm air, several times they asked to fix it, the masters came and said something like "it blows and thank God", they asked to relocate, they promised to relocate at the reception but forgot to call back and as a result "there are no available rooms". Due to the terrible operation of the air conditioner, I had a heat stroke at night and was taken to the hospital on insurance. When we returned from the hospital, we went to the reception and asked to be relocated, which we were refused. Having decided to move out of this hotel, since we did not want to go to the hospital a second time, we came to tell the reception about it, we were offered to approach the authorities at a certain time. They came up and gave us the keys to the room without talking and said that we could move to another room. None of the bosses even came out to us, respectively. They moved us and we were happy about that too. In the other room, the air conditioning was working properly and overall the room was better with a view of the mountains and the sea (a small piece), but the condition of the room is still terrible, as well as mold, rust and poor repair.
The hotel is cleaned daily, but for 8 days we have never had our bed linen changed.
There is a large selection of food in the kitchen, both Turkish and European food, of course there are queues for delicious food, people and children in the dining room run like savages with plates as if they do not have time.
On the beach, sun beds should be occupied in advance, there are not enough of them. It is also necessary to borrow on the pier (people come in the morning, leave their towels, no matter how busy they are and leave for the whole day, it is disgusting). There are not enough umbrellas on the pier, well, or people do not have enough brains - they will arrange their sunbed on all sides with umbrellas and lie down, people who watch the pier do not react to this in any way. On the last day we went to a restaurant on the beach, a fish day.
They brought shrimps, a small plate and fish. We waited about an hour for the first course. At the end, dessert was waiting, without even waiting, we went to the dining room so as not to die of hunger.
The hammam in the hotel, I don't know how it is everywhere, we heard a lot of good reviews, we didn't like it, everything is sloppy and painful. But there is nothing to compare it with.

+ The food is good, varied, and available everywhere. But it took a long time to find a place in the restaurant.
Drinks are plentiful and even alcohol, which I cannot appreciate, because we do not abuse.
The compatriots were already reveling in the morning and before the terrible scenes and before vomiting.
A separate story is how people behave for the most part - garbage, leftovers, and so on are all around.
The staff tries to keep order.
The territory is well maintained, the location is pleasant, the views are stunning.
We spent a week in Antalya at a business hotel and a week here, and we wanted to go home.

We stayed at this hotel in late September - early October with our family. At first, the impressions were not bad, they tried not to pay attention to small disadvantages such as worn-out furniture in the rooms, old plumbing, they did not come for this. And everything would have been fine if, on the third day of our stay here, the child and I had not been poisoned. And if I got off one night near the toilet, the child lay for 3 days with a fever and the rest that followed. Judging by the conversations of other guests and the "consequences" in public toilets, our case is far from an isolated one.
And if you believe the doctors at the Turkish hospital, where we had to apply for insurance, according to the tests it was poisoning, not rotavirus.

The tour was intended as a wedding gift for the newlyweds. Actually, they chose the hotel according to their tastes. 08/26/2024, i.e. 5.5 months later and 5 days before the wedding, the hotel sent a notification about the impossibility of accommodation!!! How is this even possible?! Were you silent for 5.5 months, used my money, and then abruptly changed your mind? It looks very much like a scam. After reading the latest reviews about the hotel, which were not yet available in March, I found out that it is normal practice for the Rocks Royal to settle tourists in rooms of a lower category or send them to other hotels. I sincerely advise everyone who chooses a hotel to stay in Kemer to avoid this hotel, so as not to live in cubicles instead of standard rooms (read other reviews) or not to be left without a long-awaited vacation at all!

We arrived at the hotel on June 24. Oksana, the hostess, got in touch with us, informed us about the hotel and settled us in an additional building. We did not like the room in the building, the next morning we were moved to the main building of the hotel. The beach is tiny, there are no free sunbeds after 9 am, at 10 it is already crowded even in the sea. Large pebbles, it's unrealistic without special shoes, going down into the sea and going up to the sunbed is another quest.
The rooms are not that tired, but in very poor condition, I write the truth, we changed 4 rooms, and then with a fight. Even the last room was not a fountain, but with the child there was no longer a desire to pack and disassemble suitcases endlessly, and it's not a fact that the new room would be better than the previous one) Everything needs repair, mold in the bathroom, broken handles, furniture is not the first freshness. The ants are on the 5th floor.
The food is normal, you can find something to eat even for a child.
There are 2 slides from the entire water park.
I would never come back here and I would not advise anyone)

Now it's fantastic - during the week of our stay, our room was not cleaned ONCE. On the first day we were in the room and asked to come back later. On the second day, the tips from the bed disappeared, but there was no cleaning in any volume, towels were not changed either. On the third day, the missing tips were accompanied by replenishing the minibar (it was empty at first). We hung a sign asking for cleaning - the effect is zero. As a result, we ourselves took a roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag from the shopping cart in the corridor, then put the bag in the corridor. Since there were a lot of towels (the room was prepared for three) we, in principle, got along, but the confusion remained. Five stars?..
Beach. Well, that's the main chagrin. I understand that the hotel is urban, and the space is very limited, but still not finding a place at all right after breakfast is very sad. Okay, we took a swim and went to dry at the beach bar. Yes, from the next day we became larks, and at 8 a.m. there were always places. But! There is no shadow on the beach, from the word at all! Umbrellas are not only small, but they also consist of a grid. I wisely used protection 50, but I still burned out on the first sunny day ((. The road to the beach goes through an underpass under the road, it's quite deep, I have a sore knee, we walked around - not a problem.
Food. Many people write "you will not stay hungry." That's right, but I would say that the food is just good. Probably in two weeks the menu would have been boring, but in our week it did not have time, and there was never anything that there was nothing to choose or everything tasteless. However, it happened that you need to wait for delicious things - there are really a lot of people, and there is a constant queue for key dishes. I need to try to get a table outside, and this is my second major complaint. And even at the slightest rain, the street part is generally closed, and here you are in a stuffy dining room wandering between occupied tables in search of an empty seat. On a completely sunny morning after a night rain, requests to open the doors to the terrace were categorically refused. Unclear. A snack on the beach is without frills, but you do not need to stomp into the dining room. It's a pity that even for the money there were no freshly squeezed juices.
Drinks. The main restaurant has wine, beer, whiskey, vodka, crayfish, cola, sprite, ayran. and the beach bar - tea, coffee, beer and wine, ayran needs to be questioned. Tequila (local, I didn't like it) and cocktails (mojito and pina colada are normal, the rest are very so-so) only in the pool bar and in the so-called atrium (-1 floor). The red wine is fine, and the beer is normal, the white wine categorically did not like it. As a result, they led an almost completely sober lifestyle)).
The staff varies from a pleasant Russian-speaking young lady at the reception to an arrogant manager at the restaurant. Yes, Turks prevailed among the guests in May, there were conferences, children's sports teams, and just a lot of families.
Animation. We did not visit it, but we did not miss anything: there is not just 100% audibility in the room, with the door to the balcony open, the TV (we took movies with us) is not heard at all, and with the door closed, you can only hear at maximum volume. So, although this is not my format, but I must note that the animation is just great, and good live performances, and the music is very different, we tried to please everyone.
I don't think I will return to this hotel, but for a reasonable price it is a very good option, especially if the management is a little tense.
