The hotel is simple, the rooms are small, clean, we were unlucky with the view, but overall everything is fine, the air conditioning is weak, but we had enough! Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed, swans were turned! The minibar was replenished daily! The food is baking-top, the hot stuff is different every time. But the queues! A restaurant on the beach - burgers in the afternoon, a whole ritual, take and make the filling yourself.. and then eat with a beautiful view! High! I didn't like the restaurant by appointment, they were in a hurry for dinner after it, but it's even funny)) sweets, oriental ones are very tasty!!! They give ice cream at the wolf's in the afternoon. The animation is super, the guys are trying, the songs are dancing contests!

I did not understand before when they wrote that the food was not delicious, I felt it for myself in this hotel. Slides, we went because of the water park, including, in fact, 3 out of 7 slides were working!
In the evenings, the animators try their best, there were programs every day.
The big plus of the hotel is the location.
And yet, from the declared hotel there is no longer a mini zoo. The locals said that when the owner of the hotel changed, they removed it and the hotel deteriorated greatly precisely in the quality of service provision.
The beach is good, but the umbrellas are the same for replacement. You can't hide under these hats from the sun at all.

We are having a rest at the hotel now! We are satisfied with the conditions and innovations:a gorgeous pontoon, an excellent team of employees, and super animators! In previous seasons, there were some problems with a place on the beach, now you will find free places at any time. A very diverse menu, comfortable, unobtrusive service! This is not the first time we have been staying at this hotel and we will be happy to come again! The sea is super! Two bars on the beach, very nice view and convenient location. The food is monotonous, the same thing every day. The sweets are the same, only different dyes are added. Music is blaring under the windows until 24:00 - 01:00, children cannot sleep. The bar in the room, consisting of water and juices, is replenished every day, but somehow strangely, for 4 people: 2 juices and 3 bottles of water.
During the 9 days of stay at the hotel, the bed linen and towels in the room have not been replaced more than once, they are only folded.
The plates in the dining room are chipped and a lot of dirty, i.e. they do not wash the dishes well. Animators for children hold a disco every day, the contests are the same every day. The hotel grounds are dirty, garbage is everywhere. The plumbing is old (the shower hose is leaking in our room). My daughter saw a cockroach in the bathroom, they killed it, there was no time to photograph it. In general, the hotel is not 5 *, I do not recommend it.
The sea is great, but this is not the merit of the hotel at all.

On the very first day in our room, we found an incomprehensible glass under the armchair. This means that nothing is washed in the room at all. Separately, I would like to note the crowd of huge cockroaches in the room, to which we were told at the reception that this was the norm for Kemer. Black mold in the bathroom, cockroaches, tired and dead repairs, lack of cleaning, but a good kitchen and location in the city and in relation to the sea. There are more minuses than pluses, so next time we will choose a different hotel.

The food is tasteless, there is practically no choice, there are constant queues for chicken or fish (for some one main second course). The rooms are not cleaned, they only pretend, the bed has not been changed in 10 days, not even every day it was made. The mini bar wasn't replenished every day either. But the worst thing is the non-working air conditioning system in the hotel as a whole. The air conditioners in the rooms do not work normally, they buzz and buzz, and cold air does not enter. The masters came, looked, gave a thumbs up and left. The air conditioners do not work in the corridors, it is stuffy. We got into 40 degree heat in early June, it was hell. We didn't sleep at night because we couldn't breathe. Many people had their room doors open at night so that there was at least some ventilation. There is an eternal battle for sun beds on the beach and by the pools, there are few of them. You may not have enough beach towels either, we didn't have enough on the first day. There is a problem with the appliances in the dining room, finding a clean fork is a real success. As a bonus, you can be accommodated not in the main building, but under the stage where the animation takes place, in a room without windows. The only plus was that we had a good view from the window. If you do not want to spoil your rest, health and impression of Turkey, avoid this hotel!

I often go to Turkey for work and to rest. We were at this hotel from October 2 to 6 . For work. We arrived in a group of 23 people at about 21.30. We were settled for 2 hours. The welcome morse was covered with a white cloth . Well, the lock was not hung up. Room - there are no dressing gowns, torn slippers, taped. There is no kettle, there is no cooler. The balcony is scanty. The roar of music until 00.30 . The plumbing is dead, everything is rusty and stained with some. According to the food - the food is cold, the crowd runs in from the beginning of lunch / dinner and demolishes something more or less edible. Even the sweets are the same, just different colors. There are no pastries for lunch or dinner. Plastic cheese. There is no service at all. The waiter only comes to pick up empty plates. Alcohol is disgusting, worse than in Egypt. The beach is small, large pebbles, sun beds are close to each other, you can't even walk between them. You won't find a place on the beach after 9 am.
One consolation is that I didn't pay for it. But even for free to this hotel, not a foot more.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 11.05 to 21.05, we were satisfied with the hotel, the staff is trying, the food is delicious, there were squid, mussels, shrimp and red fish several times. We have been staying at this hotel since September 14th of this year. I must say it's not 5 stars! The hotel is old, the rooms are mildewed, the towels are old. The refrigerator in the rooms is all flowing. Why do I write in the rooms, since I judge not only by my number, we went with friends, they had the same thing. Food ... well, you can eat, but not all) they basically did not cook porridge, they just poured rice with hot milk and then not cooked. The queues for baked bread are terrible.. One cook bakes them in front of you and everyone is waiting ( meat is only chicken , turkey , all stewed with vegetables . There was, for example, a chicken kebab on skewers, the next day it was mixed with vegetables (soups are not possible to eat at all. In general, the kitchen is so-so (I did not like it. The beach is basically close, but! Very very small. People come in, leave towels and leave. The Turks take them away (the loss of a towel is 20 euros) in general, it's a nightmare. Of the advantages, the sea is very warm and clean. It is not recommended with children!! Discos until late at night and audibility in the rooms as if you were dancing yourself)) even the earplugs didn't help. People go around complaining, but of course no one really listens.. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, so you can hear all the nightclubs in the area.. who liked this hotel, probably just wasn't in good (( we fell for the slides for children.. this is generally a tough topic, all the slides are not just old, but kapets are old, everything is flowing in cracks ((( in short, the weather and the sea saved.. You can't call it a five. We checked in at night, were given a comfort room, which we didn't even guess at once. One of the advantages of the comfort room is that they gave three beds for two. The view from the window to the dumpster, when something was thrown out there, or a car came to pick up the garbage, there was a terrible roar that interfered with sleep. The room was dirty, the table under the mirrors had obviously not been wiped for a long time, traces of glasses were visible. The plumbing is old, fungus and mold have spread abundantly in the shower. In the morning we were asked to change the room, we were offered to look at the standard, although the room was renovated fresher, but the bathroom was even worse. We decided not to change it, we only asked to remove the room. Cleaning in this hotel means making the bed, throwing out the trash and hanging towels evenly. There was no normal cleaning (wash the floors, wash the sink, add the finished shampoos, cotton pads, gels, etc.) in the room. There was a free safe in the room without instructions, we decided not to use it, and very wrongly. Later it turned out that a couple of chocolate bars bought at a local supermarket had disappeared from the refrigerator. If the staff steals food, then I'm afraid to imagine what would happen to the money. Thank you that in addition to chocolate, you did not bring with you the lukum we bought as a gift to your loved ones. Probably, employees are paid little money that they cannot afford chocolates for 25 lire)
And now I'll move on to the food! To say that the kitchen disappointed is to say nothing. Of the meat, only the turkey was edible, and then sometimes the one that remained from the evening was seen at lunch in a dish with a different name (in the evening a barbecue on skewers, for lunch the next day the same turkey with holes from skewers, but already stewed with vegetables). There is no seafood from the word at all. 2 times a week there was grilled mackerel and a couple of times some tasteless small bony fish. There were almost no side dishes, rice, pasta and French fries. Strange chemical desserts consisting of sponge cake and whipped cream, which are impossible to eat. Only baklava is edible. The rest is disgustingly greasy and tasteless. There is no juice, only some kind of liquid, resembling a powder with flavorings, diluted with water.
Beer is the same as mojito. On the pool bar from the restaurant side there was a terrible alcohol. But at 11 or 12 pm, a bar opens under the water park, no one really knows about it, but there the bartenders make good cocktails and pour good juice, and not the same liquid that was mentioned earlier.
The restaurant near the beach is hardly a restaurant, at lunch there are burgers and pizza, but I do not advise you to try)
Now about the beach! Large pebbles, walking barefoot is very painful. Many take up space by throwing in a bag, towel or inflatable circle. There are not enough sun beds for everyone. They stand close to each other, it's uncomfortable to lie almost hugging some left dude. There are almost no places on the pier in the morning.
I also want to note that the hotel has a hammam, spa and massage. We didn't go there ourselves because of the stories that it was complete bullshit. But they impose their services very strongly. Literally until the very departure from the hotel, a woman was on the heels and pursued, persuading us to come to them, even on the first day she appointed a session time for us without our consent.
Entertainment in the hotel is weak.
From the pros: the hotel is located in the city, you can walk to the cafe in the evening. On Monday, you can visit the market, and on Thursday, the clothing bazaar. The location of the hotel is very good, the center is not far away and the beach is a 3-5 minute walk away.
I concluded that I would not return there again. The hotel is suitable for pensioners and families with children, there were almost no young people there.

The location of the hotel is good, you can walk to the marina, shops, migros, Waikiki. Everywhere you can pay in dollars, change in lira.
The food at the hotel is the biggest minus (( when you go to Turkey, delicious, lots and varied dishes are one of the main criteria for a good holiday. There is a small selection of food here, the same thing is repeated almost every day. There is always a Neopolitan sauce, pasta, some baked peppers, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, fries, and some one (less often 2) meat dish: beef goulash and baked chicken, for example. Definitely 5+! I had a rest in the second half of November. I liked everything! The food is very tasty, the rooms are clean, the bed is always fresh and pleasant, they cleaned constantly, changed towels every day, brought a lot. The only drawback is that they didn't give me a bathrobe.
Hammam and sauna are a paradise, I went for a massage - I really liked it. The staff is very, very polite. I rested my body and soul. The whole hotel always smelled delicious. The territory of the hotel is not large, but in off-season it is the most chic. There are a lot of shops nearby, there is an underground passage to the sea, it takes 3 minutes to walk. We checked into the room at night, changed it the next day, because a little music from the pool interfered with sleep during the day. The room was cleaned every day, water and juice were replenished every day. The beach is close, across the street, of course there are not enough sunbeds. The sea is very cool, clean and transparent. There is a snack bar and drinks on the beach. I really liked the food and alcohol. The food is varied, there is fish, chicken, turkey, and beef, and most importantly, there is nothing spicy. There are also a lot of fruits. There have always been places in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly. We liked everything, we recommend this hotel!

There is an excellent amphitheater near the hotel, water slides, although they no longer worked - it's not the season. The rooms are spacious, cleaning and linen change every day. The staff is polite and courteous. The food is varied, very tasty food and especially pastries. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea through an underground passage. Beach towels and deck chairs are free. The entrance is a pebble, but this is not critical, when you swim, there is no difference. Entertainment is different every evening, not far from the center of Kemer. I recommend the hotel, I would come to this hotel again

Here is such a "only after repair" we were given a room (see photo) It's like a miracle 5 star hotel! Despite the fact that when we checked in, we invested 20 bucks in passports. Of course, they immediately asked to change the room, they gave it in the same wing, the same "renovated" one, with the only difference that cigarettes did not stink inside. Since we checked in after 11 a.m., with a child after the road, we stayed there overnight. By the way, the night soup was disgusting. I had to go to bed hungry and angry. In the morning, the reception staff changed, and they were already given a normal room, but the windows faced the side where there was animation in the evening, so I had to close the balcony tightly every evening so as not to listen to the same playlist of idiotic songs until 12 at night! It would be better if this animation did not exist at all! But after all, the hotel has rooms where you can arrange a disco without inconvenience for vacationers with children, who by the way were the majority.. children's disco is the same every day. During the week, only the Turkish night was more or less interesting.
Half of the slides in the so-called water park did not work, it was also not immediately opened. The water in the pools is not heated, and it is still cool in May. So we hardly swam, keep this in mind if you are going out of season. Nothing worked on the beach either, except for a tractor raking rocks right in front of the vacationers. Why open a hotel if you don't have anything ready yet??? We didn't come for free..
The beds are weird. One mattress is super hard, the other on the contrary was falling through. I had to sleep in the nursery, and the child was with her husband. The sheets in room 3 are normal, and in the second room they are all rolled up (see photo)

We took an Ala-Card to a restaurant by the sea, chose Italian cuisine.
All the dishes were from the all-inclusive diet, except for a small steak with sauce. Honestly, we expected more!
2 The general air conditioning system is already the last century - if it does not cool the room when it is +39 outside.
Room 3 is already tired, the laminate floor is already worn. The bathroom is covered in mold.
One of the advantages is a water park in the form of a large dog, although the slides themselves are already tired.
There are several pools, there will be enough space for everyone, taking into account the sea!
The beach is small - it is better to take places in advance. Overall not bad!
There is a store nearby and this is a big plus.

They were in June 2023. What can I say, the hotel is not bad, but it does not pull 5 stars, a good four. Of the problems: the beach is small, you need to come early to take a sun lounger. The water park is good and it is interesting for both children and adults. And of course the animation is great here, there is always something to do! I recommend it as a budget hotel. It is close to the sea, 2 minutes, the passage across the road is underground. There are a lot of shops, cafes, etc. near the hotel. The food is standard for Turkey)

May 2023 we are having a vacation with children. We live in a room with two adults and two children. The room was given a category lower than it was purchased. They said there were no other rooms. The reception staff behaves rudely and does not respond to requests. It is impossible to get through from the room to the reception! By the way, we have been living without towels, soap and water for twenty-four hours. Towels were taken away during cleaning, and soap and water were simply not reported. The slides in the water park are only 50% operational. Upon our arrival, several people were already swearing at the reception, but we did not betray the importance until we got to our room… They would at least apologize for their joints.... Apart from rudeness and deception, you get nothing in return! I do not recommend the hotel!

We had a rest in the summer of 21, we liked the hotel as a whole. They asked for a room with a view of the mountains - it's less noisy there, in general discos until 00:00, the beach is pebbles, large pebbles, it's better in slippers, the beach itself is narrow, there is a feeling that there is not enough space, the sun beds are close, of course in peak season (August) they are all missing. Another plus is a lot of pines and shade from them, which allows you not to use an umbrella in principle. The sea is clean, good, there is a floating Pier. There is a shower on the beach. The beach is through an underpass, past a zoo with smelly chickens and geese) but this is certainly not so important, but still.. There is a snack bar on the beach. There are fries, nuggets, pizza, drinks, snacks are quite possible. The main restaurant. Since there were in Covid times- there were very long queues for food, the cooks imposed it. There is a lot of space in the restaurant, but still not everyone had enough and had to eat outside, which is not very comfortable during the day, for example, in the heat. The food is delicious, but without frills. You will not find any lobsters, crabs and other delicacies here. But you won't stay hungry. There is meat, fish, tortillas, pizzas - a standard set of Turkey. Themed dinners are held a couple of times a week. There was sushi- of course they are not very good, Turkish dinner with various types of shawarma, tortillas - not bad. I don't drink alcohol- I don't know, the wine was poured for dinner, there was beer, the juices were diluted, but on the beach they sell bombic smoothies made from Fresh fruits for 30 lira, they do it right in front of you. Mango, pineapple.. try it, it's very tasty. The rooms are decent. We had only water in the bar, they put it in every day, and you can also top it up in the dining room if there is not enough. The rooms are certainly not the first freshness, but everything is clean and decent enough. There is no unsanitary condition. The water park is not bad. Slides are available for both the youngest and adults. They work according to the schedule. There are several pools, you can find free sun beds. I'm not interested in animation, I can't say anything, but they yelled under the windows every day, so it still exists)) In general, I recommend the hotel. Personally, I didn't have enough variety in my food. The center of Kemer is close, 15 minutes, there are a million shops, buses to Antalya, in the other direction from the hotel there are nightclubs, a port with many restaurants and boat trips. In general, there is a place to go and take a walk, the location is excellent. It seems to be in the center, but also in a quiet corner. There are few cars, street noise too (only from the hotels themselves) in my opinion, a decent budget five.

The hotel is bad, especially for those who love comfort and aesthetics, I do not recommend it for sure. What are the 5 stars here??? God grant 4 and then with a stretch. I'll start with the fact that as soon as we arrived (at 10 am), he did not check us in, they said from 2, but that's okay, so everywhere, we went to rest, came to 2 and they told us that the hotel was on the stop and there were no free places (for a moment we booked several months in advance). We were put up in a nearby hotel (4 stars) for one night, where there was a terrible room. In order for our things to be transported back to our hotel, a car was called for us, which we did not wait for and dragged the suitcases ourselves. They barely questioned us so that we were given OUR PAID room, and then with assaults and claims. This whole situation has naturally already soured the mood.
As for the hotel itself, it is a 3-star edge. Major repairs are already needed here. Everything is old and shabby. The gym is something, I don't know how it still functions. The room is old. There are not enough towels for the beach. As well as places on the beach in general, since it is small.
There are no questions only about the sea itself (very clean, transparent, warm).
The food is generally not bad, but the assortment is not very large, but everything is basic. Drinks (alcoholic) are also in very small quantities.
In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! It's definitely not worth your money

They came in the evening and of course no one cleaned up, as there was water in the bathroom and fragments from the sink are still lying, and still
Yesterday I went and asked to clean it three times , no one has cleaned it yet
We were fed for 10 minutes
The very next day , everything is the same
Upon check-in, there was an empty refrigerator, she asked to replenish it with water, it was replenished only the next day.As long as we live, we don't clean the room!in the hotel itself, the building is dirty everywhere in every corner, it is not pleasant to sit

Vacationed with my husband at this hotel from 22.09 to 29.09 . 22. We were here in 2019. In two years, a pier was built, and another room of the main restaurant was opened. There is always enough space for everyone. Many thanks to the chef and his entire team and a low bow for the delicious and high quality of the dishes (for every taste : chicken, turkey, veal, beef, vegetables, and what delicious sweets!!! ) at the reception, they try to fulfill your request as much as possible. We lived in the 3015 standard room, everything worked, there was a hair dryer , shampoos, water, we did not crawl with a camera to remove the rattles and blackness in the shower cabin. The safe in the room is free, Wi-Fi is also free, it works perfectly throughout the territory. The air conditioning was not relevant, the balcony was opened. There is also enough space on the beach for everyone, there are no problems with sun beds. Sissies can go into the water from the pier, the shore is pebbly, but not critically. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within walking distance. For cocktail lovers, the best on the ground floor. Ice cream from 14 o'clock at the water park. Yes, indeed, it's stuffy in the hotel itself, but that's because the air conditioner can't cope, the doors open all the time.
