Шикарный отель, я в него влюблена с первого взгляда, живя на 49 этаже с прекрасным видом на центр Дубая. Все достопримечательности рядом, все продумано до мелочей. Вернемся еще!!!

A great hotel to stay in! Located in the city center, everything is within walking distance, metro, shops, exhibitions. The staff and their attitude towards the residents are not comparable to other resorts, they are always polite and responsible. The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff at the reception will always help if you have any questions, the food in the restaurant is just a delight. Unless of course you have a dai-in package (ultra all inclusive). And most importantly, there are no such people who pile mountains of food on a plate and fill up all the tables with everything they can. A gym where you can stay, saunas, a Jacuzzi. The pool is a little small, as people are not willing to go to the sea. There were days when you come to the pool and people like in Turkey throw towels on three sun beds and they sit at tables and drink.... And the sunbeds are idle. Or seals lie down , they leave for lunch for a couple of hours , then return and go back to the sunbeds . The rooms have a washing machine, ironing board, this is a plus! The room has a kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can sit at home. The view from all the windows is just super , the windows are clean. Turkey and Egypt are on vacation. Drunk and ill-mannered people were not met in the hotel and on the streets during the holidays . Thanks to the sales manager who works at the hotel! The staff knows their job. The management of the hotel did well.

We are resting in January 2025. Great city hotel, everything is nearby, everything is fine, everything is beautiful. Nice rooms, if the floor is high, then a beautiful view from the window, you sit on an armchair and enjoy. Excellent cafe and restaurant, very tasty food. There are a lot of shops near the hotel, and there are also small supermarkets with price tags for the goods. There are metro and bus stops nearby. It takes 40 minutes to reach Burj Khalifa at a steady pace using the 2gis navigator. The service at the hotel is great, they will always help and tell you in broken English or with gestures))))😂. Rooms are cleaned daily, everything is fine! We recommend it!!! The perfect hotel. But there is one thing...... AFTER BREAKFAST WITH ELEVATORS, OF COURSE, IT'S A COMPLETE DISASTER!!! The location of the hotel is convenient, within walking distance of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The metro station is 100 meters from the financial center.. The hotel can be seen from a great distance, as the building is listed in the Guinness Book of Records. The rooms are clean, and cleaning was done every day. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and provided extra water upon request. I took a shuttle to kite beach 4 times a day. The breakfasts are nutritious, the choice is not very large, you will not stay hungry, you were individually seated at the table, so there was no pandemonium. This is not the first time in Dubai, so we deliberately chose a location closer to the center and the metro. I recommend.

Great hotel. November 2024 - I am here. Good breakfasts, dinners. The metro is within walking distance - it takes half an hour to get to the Marina. Pharmacies, cheap shops and lots of cafes. Near the Museum of the Future, near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. But there is one thing - transfers to the beach. When booking, it is better to double-check. On weekends, the return transfer can take you to another location. It is better to ask drivers about the changes. Special thanks to Victoria and Aigun, the girls from the reception.

Nice hotel. The price/quality is appropriate. A somewhat tired repair, but overall very acceptable. A large room. There was even enough space for an extra bed for a child. There is a kitchenette and a breakfast bar. Iron, hair dryer, bathtub, spacious wardrobe.The cleaning is impeccable. The staff is friendly.
The breakfasts are acceptable. It wasn't a big pool, but there was plenty of room. There is a fitness room, sauna and hammam. There is a transfer to 4 locations.
The hotel is in the very center, the metro is nearby.

I spent 5 nights in hotels, got maximum pleasure on my modest Anniversary! Firstly, there are Russian girls who helped me change the room from the standard one to an order of magnitude higher, from the 16th floor I was moved to the 43rd floor, of course, for an additional fee of $ 135, all this is official. On my birthday, I received a greeting card, a cake and a bonus from the hotel: I was given the opportunity to vacate the room not at 12.00, but at 13.00 before leaving. This gave me the opportunity to calmly go to the bay, swim, sunbathe a little, go back to my room, take a shower, have a cup of coffee, and the suitcase was already packed. So everything went great, no rush! Russian Russian girl Victoria is especially grateful, although the girl also took care of my comfort, but her name is not Russian, unfortunately, I did not ask, but thanks a lot to her too. Probably the best hotel I've ever visited. I liked absolutely everything here, initially I thought that there was no Russian-speaking staff, but it turned out that there was a Russian-speaking girl Victoria at the reception, thank you very much. There are two excellent restaurants with different concepts, I advise you to visit both, they are included in the all inclusive price. There is a swimming pool with a lovely bar. I lived on the 63rd floor, the view is magnificent. There are many elevators, so there are no problems with going up. There is a Financial centre metro station near the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also many shops nearby, including the brands Sketchers, CAT and various other cafes, although the prices there, if converted into rubles, are quite high. In general, I really liked everything very much, I advise everyone))

Of the advantages:
1) Good location, close to the metro station, as well as within walking distance from the Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa Tower and Think Mall.
2) Friendly staff throughout the hotel, starting from the receptionists at the reception, and ending with waiters, cleaners and security guards. Some even understand and speak Russian.
3) Gorgeous views from the rooms, especially from higher floors.
4) The rooms are nice, clean, with a kitchen, comfortable beds and all the necessary little things.
Of the cons:
The main and only thing is that the food in restaurants is monotonous, repetitive from day to day, the choice of dishes is very small and very primitive (potatoes, rice, pasta, one type of fish and meat each). The score is lowered precisely because of nutrition.

One of the best hotels in Dubai for price and quality. Near the metro station of the red line. Mall Dubai is one station away. 66 floors. Beautiful views. We lived in this hotel about 10 years ago.it is conveniently located near the metro.there are rooms for smokers and non-smokers.the breakfasts are excellent, the dinner is so-so for an amateur.water is supplied to the rooms every day....I advise you to take only beige taxis!!!!Uber dear!to the palm tree to the Atlantis hotel by city taxi 70-80 dirhams .Burj Khalifa is a 25-minute walk away.The Museum of the Future is a 10-minute walk away.Everything is close.buses take you from the hotel to Kite Beach - in my opinion, this is the best and cleanest, sparsely populated beach.

A 4* hotel with an excellent location. The Financial Center metro station is a one-minute walk away. The room on the 63rd floor offers stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the city. The room has a large bed with a good mattress, a bathtub with a bidet, there is a kitchen, but without kitchen utensils (we separately asked for utensils and fruit plates). The hotel is not completely new, but everything you need is there. There is a small outdoor pool with sun beds on the 4th floor, but they are all occupied during the day and the water warms up a lot.

A good hotel, friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking staff, good breakfasts, a small pool area.
A couple of minutes to the metro, 20-25 min walk to the Mall, 10 minutes to the Museum of the future, near exchange offices, shops, cafes.
To the beach, outlet and Emirates Mall - transfer (to the beach to make an appointment in advance)
For a city holiday, the hotel is 10/10. Fully met expectations (read reviews, were ready for some moments).
By the way!!! The windows were washed in September, so we didn't find any "dirty windows", it didn't spoil the views)
The room was cleaned, the water was put on anyway and was constantly brought on request.
I recommend it!

Only from the hotel. Everything is fine. The location is in the center of everything. The metro is nearby, shops are 24 hours away, the main attractions are very close on foot or by metro. The breakfasts are the same, but generally delicious, coffee and tea are poured for free. Find something to eat. There is a swimming pool and a sauna with a hammam. We took a spacious family room - a bedroom + a living room with a sofa bed. View of the Burj Khalifa. The windows are dirty only. The room has a microwave, a refrigerator (all in the kitchen), a dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin.

A nice hotel with an ideal location. There is a subway nearby. They settled quickly, ignorance of the language did not become an obstacle (a couple of basic words and everything is clear). The staff is friendly. We got a room on the 46th floor. The view is amazing. The room was clean and cozy. We took breakfast, there are no complaints, it's standard, you won't stay hungry. There is a swimming pool on the 4th floor. If you cling to it, we had only slippers for two guests, we said this on the second day, but they were never brought :)But for us it's a small thing. The location of the hotel is very advantageous - near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, a lively center with high-rises, metro 2 minutes from the hotel. There is a carrefur supermarket nearby, as well as a bunch of small grocery stores.
There is a cafe for all tastes.
Shuttles to the beach and shopping centers are organized from the hotel.

In the standard rooms, in the kitchen, as it turned out, there is NO HOB, there is only a protrusion in the countertop, giving the impression in the photo that it is there. Why then the hood is present is unclear... The hotel's answer is that the hob was not provided. Yes, there is a microwave. But there are no plates on what to eat, as well as forks, spoons, and there was nothing to heat up in the microwave.
Otherwise, everything is fine. We cleaned every day, and the water was changed. I would have come again, but I would have already taken breakfast + dinner.

The rooms are clean and serviced every day, put a few bottles of water and put hygiene products, upon arrival at the hotel you can ask for a view of the Burj Khalifa)) The disadvantage of all rooms is that there is an adjacent door to another room (closed), which is why there is good audibility from neighbors, it didn't hurt much. An amazing hotel! We arrived early, but we were checked in immediately, at 9 o'clock. Corner room on the 50th floor with a view of the city and the bay. The room is spacious, a large bed, a bathroom and even a kitchen. (However, there were only mugs and spoons from the dishes)
We had breakfast and dinner included. To be honest, I was worried if we vegetarians would be able to find anything in the restaurant. But my fears were in vain. The buffet always had fruits and vegetables, rice, beans, delicious hummus, soy milk for cereals, olives or olives. We definitely weren't hungry!
The staff was always helpful. They offered help, carried suitcases, cleaned the room and brought drinking water.
My husband had a birthday during the rest period. In the evening, when we came to the room, we found a cake and a hand-signed postcard. It was very pleasant!
On the 4th floor there is a swimming pool with different depths: suitable for both children and those who cannot swim.
Most recently, this hotel was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the tallest hotel in the world.
If we go to Dubai again, I would love to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. The location is very convenient, near the metro, near the Museum of the future and the Dubai Mall. They do not require a deposit upon check-in, they paid quickly. At the request to place, if possible, on a higher floor, the room category with a view of the Burj Khalifa was upgraded for free! My fiance and I were delighted. We took half board - the food is very tasty and varied according to the buffet system + for dinner you can choose a glass of wine or beer as an addition. I liked the hotel. Convenient location. The view from the window is impressive, for an additional fee we were accommodated on the 52nd floor. The breakfasts are ordinary. The staff is polite. Outdoor pool on the 4th floor with sauna and Jacuzzi. There are various cafes, restaurants for every taste, supermarkets near the hotel. We had lunch and dinner in the city, including near the hotel. Metro is within walking distance, 1 stop to Burj Khalifa. You can also drive to the popular Marina area. We were in winter, we were not interested in beach holidays, but the hotel has its own beach and a free shuttle service to it. They also offered a transfer for shopping.

We stayed at the hotel in April 2023. Great hotel and location. Within walking distance of the metro and Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall. The staff is one of the best. There are Russian employees at the reception, as well as Russian-speaking managers. They asked for a room on a higher floor, changed it immediately without additional charge. Swimming pool in the hotel with beautiful views of the city. A free shuttle to a good public beach is 10 minutes away. Fantastic view from the room with panoramic windows on Sheikh Zayed Street and Burj Khalifa and the Persian Gulf. We definitely recommend it! * the metro is 200 meters away and there are cafes and shops nearby. Carrefour Supermarket is 500 meters away.

A very nice hotel with excellent service, a 2-minute walk from the metro and a 7-minute walk from the Museum of the Future and Emirates Towers with peacocks in the gardens. We stayed in a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa - a nice bonus at night outside the window. The hotel fully meets the 4-star rating. The pool and spa center help you relax and stay in unity with the water.

Nice hotel, great location. Near the metro, small supermarkets, cafes, the Museum of the Future. Burj Khalifa is one metro stop away. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, but you need to sign up for the day and go back from the beach also according to the hotel schedule, which is written opposite the departure time. I.e. if you go to the beach at 8:15, then back at 12:00. At other times you will be able to leave on this bus if there are empty seats. The schedule is given out on a piece of paper in Russian. It turns out 3 hours on the beach. In the heat, it's a lot. From the beach to the hotel by taxi about 22-30 dirhams. Russian-speaking girls work at the hotel. You can ask them everything. We had an apartment room with a kitchen, microwave, washing machine and a large refrigerator. There are no dishes for the kitchen at all. There is a hood, but no stove))). Plates, forks, knives, etc. need to be asked. I brought dishwashing detergent, a sponge and table cloths with me. I used the washing machine only for rinsing and drying swimsuits and my towels, because there is nowhere to dry the laundry. You can't even hang them on chairs, because they are upholstered with textiles. Breakfast is normal, you can choose what to eat. Even my children ate. There was no hair dryer in the room! But I took it with me. The sockets are all Arabic. In the bathroom there is one for a European razor, but it is weak for some kind of tension, my hair dryer did not pull. One disadvantage in the hotel is the smelly towels in the pool. They stink of rotten rags. They are probably just dried. They lie wet at first, and then they are either simply dried or very poorly washed. They really stink. Then the body also stinks if you get out of them. Upon arrival, you need to pay a tourist tax. The tour operator didn't tell me about it... We had 105 or 115 dirhams for three of us.. I forgot the exact amount. You can pay in dollars, but the rate is not profitable. It is better to buy dirhams in Russia. In general, I liked everything! We will definitely come again! I recommend it!

There is a swimming pool, which again is convenient because during the heat, I don't really want to spend time by the sea. Polite staff, very attentive especially to Russian speakers, very kind to children. The child said so: mom, they are trying so hard to speak English so that it is clear. The children enjoyed practicing English. There are nuances on the transfer that I have voiced. In any case, the Arabs are not intrusive, hospitable, I definitely advise you as an alternative to Turkey.

The view from the 25th floor was magnificent, overlooking the bay. We had a room with a kitchen, which is a plus or minus that there are no dishes and cutlery! Only 2 mugs and 2 teaspoons. Cleaning is sloppy and not every day, unfortunately. But the staff in the dining room is friendly and contact, they will always help and go to a meeting!!! A big plus!
