A great hotel with a swimming pool, in the pool the staff sometimes feed fruit. Well-organized breakfasts and generally delicious quality food.
Within walking distance of supermarkets, metro, shopping center with food court, Museum of the future.
The location is such that all transfers (airport, tours) were among the first to come to us.
It doesn't hurt to take adapters for triple Arabic sockets with you, the hotel has them, but they may not be enough.
Everyone around speaks English (the official language).
It should be understood that the hotel is located in the financial center, so the prices for all food are like in Moscow City. But gorgeous views from the windows and from the pool.

Nice hotel in Arabic style. The kind of fire breakfasts are delicious. Of the minuses, the morning tarzan outside the window who washes the windows.(maybe I was lucky, but I saw and heard him for 3 days in a row) the staff coolly congratulated him on his birthday. Convenient location within walking distance from the metro. At the exit of the hotel there is a taxi stand, I came up and drove. For a beach holiday, it won't go very far (although the shuttle bus is free)

I liked the hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. I chose it because of its proximity to the WTC - I had to go there for 3 days in a row for work every day. The hotel has decent service, a good pool and fitness. Breakfast is normal. Of the disadvantages, except for the long wait for elevators in the morning during rush hour.

A luxury hotel for your money. When checking in, they offered a room cooler than the standard, for a certain amount, 75 Derkhan per day, we refused, it was expensive. We paid the tourist fee for the room, 90 Derkhan for 6 nights. Convenient location, the metro is only 2 minutes on foot, on the one hand nearby, 10 minutes on foot the Museum of the future, on the other hand, 20-25 minutes Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There are transfers to malls and to the beach, the beach is in poor condition, the sand seems to be cleaned, but the water seems to be standing, it was very warm. There is a free shower, there is also a paid shower, I will not say the price, because they used free. There is WiFi on site, it works great, for a few days, there have been no complaints yet. On the second floor there is a restaurant, a buffet, the assortment is not extensive, but everything is very tasty, you can fill your belly without problems. For lunch and dinner, they offer a choice of 2 beers and 2 glasses of wine, white or red. The rest of the drinks are unlimited. On the 4th floor there is a gym and a swimming pool, the pool is not large, but very good, the water in it is cool, which is very invigorating. There is also a changing room, lockers with an electronic lock, a hairdryer, a shower, etc. From time to time, fruit is offered, the waiter carries and distributes. There are not very many people in the pool. There is also a children's pool, the area is limited. In a word, a chic hotel, I like everything.

The location is good, this is the only plus to this hotel. The food is ugly , the same thing every day and nothing tasty , on the sixth day they stopped even going to breakfast . If you book a transfer to the beach, then ask several times if you were accurately recorded, because we were previously recorded there and back, but it turned out that we were taken to the beach, and refused to drive from the beach (because allegedly we did not register), we had to take a taxi. The problems of Russian tourists at the hotel are not readily solved, the staff at the reception desk are always unhappy. We will definitely not come again this time .

We were kicked off the bus at 10.45, 10/28/2024, which goes to the free kite Beach, and there is a biased attitude and they do not like Russians!!! Our room number is 5604, because we are Russians, and the administrator did not correctly book a free shuttle to kite Beach on his computer, we booked the time at 10.45, as a result we had to take a taxi for 67 dirhams, which is 1700 rubles. .The hotel administration refused to reimburse us for this! I advise you to make a confirmation screen when booking a shuttle to the beach that you have been recorded. Otherwise, they'll kick us off the bus, too. We were very disappointed and we do not recommend staying at this hotel for Russians!!!

Clean, tidy. The atmosphere is friendly. Cleaning every day, never disturbed. A room on the 51st floor with a wonderful view. We liked the breakfasts, the choice is normal. Numbers of 2, can add a third place.
A small gym, swimming pool, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi in the spa area. Towels for the spa and gym are provided.

A good and inexpensive hotel (at least in the off-season in the middle of summer ~ 65 USD). Located in the heart of the business district. The metro is 100 meters away. There is one station to Dubai pier with a direct passage through the tunnel directly to the pier. Everything is decent and fresh inside, there is a kitchenette. Location in the very center. The rooms are large, but you won't be able to cook something for yourself, since there is neither a stove nor a microwave. Baskin is big enough, but not around the clock, they close in the evening and they show movies on the projector there. In general, I liked it. I recommend it!

The hotel is good. If it's your first time in the UAE, perhaps this hotel is the best for such a visit. Or in the top 10!) Before the construction of the hotel nearby, it was the tallest in the world. Consequently, they put a lot into it both in terms of the interior and in terms of service.
Positive:
- special thanks to Maria, a good girl, very pleasant and loyal to problems, solved everything quickly. Always helped.
- good staff, when they did not understand the employee at check-in, wrote us a text in the translator, it was nice.
- it is possible to check in above the 30th floor for free if there are rooms available. Up to 40 definitely do not charge, we were offered 37 for free and 49 for an additional fee with a view of the Burj Khalifa. We chose the second and did not regret it, every day you look at such beauty, you chase your thoughts in the morning and before going to bed, you can drink tea and sit, there is a table and two chairs.
- the food is decent, everything is fresh, the pastry chef is well done, there were excellent desserts, not sickly sweet. There is meat, fish, vegetables and snacks, normal soups.
- if you miss lunch, for example, you take dinner (through the reception) or lunch if you missed breakfast.
- Swimming pool with a nice view of the skyscrapers, heated. Fruit is sometimes brought, there is a bar , a spa and a fitness room excellent for a hotel.
- parking for residents
- nearby shops and cafes
- near Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Dubai Frame and La Mer beach. Since everything is close, either a 20-35 minute walk after breakfast to shake yourself, or a bus to the beach and to the mall. A taxi is not expensive from this location, the subway under your nose is generally super.
- the cost is adequate for the room, after the eviction they gave a 10% discount on new arrivals when buying on the website.

- they didn't check in right away, but we arrived early and there were no rooms. They made us a room on the 13th floor, decided to replace it later. There were no conflicts.

There are no balconies in the rooms and the windows are insanely dirty!

We are resting now in this hotel. Upon arrival, they asked for a non-smoking room. As a result, the 37th floor. The room is for smokers, the carpet in the room is all soaked with smoking. There are no free types. The hotel has 65 floors! When booking, I was attracted by the fact that there is a transfer to the beach and pool on the 4th floor. Now the most interesting part!!! Transfer to the beach a small bus of seats for 15😭 for 5 days of vacation, there have never been any seats for 9 am. We were only at 12.00 to 17.00 this is the most hell at this time on the beach. Who wants to? We decided to sunbathe by the pool in the morning, came at 8 in the morning, took the sunbeds, went to breakfast, we come, we are told the sunbeds need to be booked in advance by the pool😡 where to book? Where is it written? Who warned you on arrival? In general, after long conversations, 3 sunbeds were left for us. My daughter and I went to bed, my husband went to the store. After half an hour, the manager comes up and says, your third sunbed has been empty for an hour! You can't do that, give it to the lady. It is impossible for the sunbed to be empty😭 in general, who hopes to swim in the sea or in the pool, you definitely do not go to this hotel. It's not the first time this has not been seen in Dubai yet.
