I put my car on those.service. I needed a replacement car. The guys consulted very quickly and efficiently on the prices and classes of cars available. It took 5 minutes from signing the contract to the moment I left in a rental car.

We arrived in Minsk, we were looking for a rental car for a trip to Grodno, only Rolls rent had cars available, since they have a large fleet of cars, we rented an Audi a5 diesel, very economical. It was just right for a long trip. The car was clean. The staff quickly provided the car, as the bill was on the clock, provided excellent service: late return, did not have time to wash the car because they arrived late, there was a shift change at the gas station, called the guys, said we would count everything and there were no problems, it was very valuable in a limited time! Thank you for the promised service. We will definitely contact you again, but we will book a car in advance so that there is a choice of cars and not solve the issue on the last day

The rental turned out to be very comfortable and customer-oriented. The task was specific - to find a red Mustang convertible. There is one here. The price is quite adequate. But it's not even about the price. Very pleasant and absolutely punctual managers. Convenient booking process. There are no difficulties with receiving and returning (they shoot videos in a circle). There are no hidden margins, all the conditions are immediately clear and simple. The car is in perfect condition. A small souvenir from the company upon receipt of the car. In short, the rental turned out to be 5 points. The only "but" is that their office is hidden in the depths of the hotel. I have to look for a minute or two. As it is, I highly recommend it.

We rented a car abroad, to Georgia. We arrived at the office to discuss all the details of the lease, when we asked what documents were needed for the car to leave for Georgia, whether a power of attorney was needed, the manager replied that only a sealed contract was needed. When we arrived to pick up the car, there was no seal for the contract in the office, we sat waiting for the seal to be delivered. A few hours before the border, the manager dialed, offered to go on vacation to Abkhazia, with a hint that they would not be allowed to enter Georgia with this agreement. There were no other offers from the company, they began to independently find out information about which documents the car would be allowed to pass. It turned out that the car would be allowed across the border only with a notarized power of attorney. We asked the manager to notarize the contract. At first they refused, after a while they sent a contract with a seal from a notary, which was barely visible in the contract. Arriving at the Georgian border with these documents, the customs officers said that these fake papers could simply be thrown away. They took the "documents" and told me to wait. After that, it turned out that the car was leased and no one told us about it either, and accordingly, no one provided us with documents either. When they dialed the manager again, an hour later they sent a power of attorney allegedly from the leasing company for the right to travel abroad. The customs officer also said that you can throw this document away and not show it to anyone else. Having stopped at passport control at 2:00, they let us through only at 13:00. All this time there were proceedings with documents, and car inspection. For our time and nerves, the company said to pay 180 rubles extra. We were very disappointed in this organization. No one apologized for this incident, but only said that we had to clarify the documents and leasing ourselves. Why do managers not know the elementary primary package of documents for car travel abroad, if you provide car rental outside the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. Why do managers not know that cars are leased? Take some measures in the competence of employees.

The day before the scheduled date, there was a request to postpone the delivery of the car an hour later from the one that had been agreed earlier - they entered the position and rescheduled the time.
