Upon arrival, you leave a deposit, by the appointed time (it is from this time that your rental day begins) you drive up, pay the rent, pick up the documents for the car, the contract, everything is very fast. If you do not have time to wash the car before delivery, you can pay extra and not wash it. The surcharge is about the same as the cost of washing in other places. I really enjoyed traveling with this company. I definitely recommend it

But the guys from Rolls Rent had a car of the required class. The staff is polite, friendly and positive. They talked about all the nuances of the car and the internal rules of the company. There are pleasant little things that competitors do not have. The cars are well maintained and pleasant.
Among the disadvantages: the price is higher than the average in Minsk. But, the service is at a high level. Only good impressions remained.

I rented an almost new Mazda 6. The car is cool, the attitude of the staff towards me was excellent, the price was adequate. In general, the service for the provision of fire services, there is nothing to complain about.
However, there is a clause in the contract that for every violation of speed by more than 20 km you pay a fine to the company, and they warn that you are being monitored by GPS and money will definitely be withdrawn from your deposit for violations.
So my five-day trip was marked by the most terrible stress because I had to stare at the speedometer all the time so that God forbid I would not go up (all along the way, and not only in places where there are cameras), instead of enjoying driving a brand new comfortable car.
Total: the cars are good, inspected, the staff are polite, but the level of distrust towards me, as towards Clint, was so great that instead of the help with the journey that the rented car was supposed to provide, I received the greatest tension, starting from the moment of renting and ending with the delivery of the car (since they look and count every chip on the paint, on discs and small scratches).
I rent cars once a month, about, but I won't go to them anymore, even though I'm close.

From the wishes:
- have SUV cars in the park
- have a repair kit for a punctured tire or a spare tire in the trunk
-have a compressor for inflating tires in the trunk
The last two wishes from driving experience are that you can wait for help on the highway for a long time, especially if you are far from Minsk.
Otherwise, a solid 5 - keep it that way.

I took a Mercedes for a car for young people in this company - everything is cool! The staff is polite and considerate. They listen to the wishes of their customers. I had to hand over the car very quickly and leave, they took this into account. They were ready for my arrival, I arrived, conducted an inspection, signed and that's it. We managed it in 10 minutes. The car is inspected and neat.
