It's not the first time I've taken cars from this company. Everything is clear.
The last time I took it for a longer period - two weeks - at first I thought to take it with a delivery at the airport - they have such a service with an additional fee - no more expensive than the economy fare for a taxi. I warned you in advance, but the plans changed - I wrote promptly half a day before the issue - everything was accepted and revised the next day - no questions asked because well done and we were ready for different situations.
This time I took the Rapid, the car is reliable. I drove a total of more than 2000 km without any questions.
I think the prices are the best in Minsk.

I just got around to writing it.
We took the car from August 9 for 2 weeks. I called, chose a car, asked for a draft contract, and discussed the cost. There were questions about the contract, everything was clarified and agreed upon.
The car was delivered to the airport, we were met, you can say))), we took shape in 10 minutes and we started our journey. The car, we took a Rapid, new clean, there was not enough cruise control, but this is rather my omission, I completely forgot about this "device". There was a review that you constantly have to stare at the speedometer so that it does not exceed, so you do not want to exceed it, we drove and enjoyed the views, the quality of the roadway, all the locals are disciplined, and the attitude towards other participants is respectful, if you want to drive, come to us in the Urals feel all the horror and madness)))
During the day, I called and discussed the time of car delivery, arrived at the airport a little earlier, they were already waiting for us, took 10 minutes to register and took us to the entrance.
Every year I go to Belarus to visit my relatives and now only ROLLS RENT.

Contacted 07.09.2021. Polite and professional staff. Various communication methods (calls, messengers). Reminders about the ordered car via SMS and messenger (this personally helps me not to forget about previously planned tasks in the rush of business). The car was returned in its pure form and fully refueled, I returned it in exactly the same condition. I am already planning the next requests in the future. Among the wishes for the future, I would like Android Auto access to be unlocked in cars, and where this is not the case, there was an option for a smartphone holder, this also applies to safety as observing the speed limit on long trips, being distracted by a navigator that is not in sight is dangerous. Well done, continue to provide excellent services further!

I rented a car. We agreed to meet at the airport at 12:30, before departure, I remind you that we have a meeting at 12:30, I remind you not to forget the child safety seat. I get a reply, don't worry, everything will be according to plan. We arrive earlier, get our luggage at 11:30, I call - they naturally answer in response, we are waiting for you at 12:30 the driver is on the way. 12:30 there is no driver, 12:40 he is not there, 12:50 he arrives at the airport (he forgot the child seat, and did not forget 40 rubles for delivery to the airport). We're going to the office to get a chair... In the office, we take a child safety seat, to put it mildly, of a shabby appearance.
We have been traveling around the country for 8 days, on the eve of handing over the car, taking into account the experience, I remind you again - at 10:30 we meet at the gas station at the airport. In response: yes, yes it's like that... 10:30 there is no one, the call is answered blah blah blah... 10:45 no one, 10:55 no one... As a result, I left the car at the gas station with the keys in the trunk... The manager called at 11:13. That is, he was 43 minutes late! The deposit was returned to the card a week later at a super unfavorable exchange rate... I don't know about office service, but you definitely can't make an appointment with them. Look for another option. Car wash (20 rubles) I was given the truth.

I can safely say that this is one of the best car rental services in Minsk. Judging from my experience, I've tried 3 other companies before. Some tried to throw money, others just behaved rudely, others simply did not show up. Rols Rent is primarily about people and human attitude: do not stand with a return timer when it is appropriate to make a discount, politely and quickly help solve problems. In general, I've been renting cars here for years, I brought my sister and a few friends here. I recommend it!

A very pleasant car rental experience.
The daily mileage limit was enough to travel almost the whole country (in 10 days). The fines in the contract for speeding were a little scary, so the first day I drove very hard. However, after talking to the manager about this, I relaxed a little and began to enjoy driving. I drove at a speed of + 4-7 km/h signs.
Well, the rental price is lower than the competition.
I highly recommend this company!
P.S. All I needed was an x3, a tiguan, or at least a Creta in the fleet. I'm used to driving crossovers, but the price for the models present is a little bit biting (it's understandable, the cars are expensive) - I had to choose a sedan.

I no longer hoped to find something on time and stumbled upon this company, I thought they would refuse here, I wrote in telegrams after half an hour, Konstantin contacted me, a very pleasant person, listened to me and offered 2 cars in 2021, also offered a discount, came out to my position discussed all possible options and We have finally agreed. I was very happy, besides, they provided new cars at a price lower than competitors.

I was also pleased that there is a gas station nearby and you can immediately fill up the car nearby and give it back in the form that you took.

I came to visit my family for a week with my wife and child. We took Skoda Rapid for 5 days. Everything is clear and polite! The car was given out and accepted upon return quickly. The deposit was returned! As a bonus, they gave you a child safety seat for free! You know, it's a small thing, but it's nice! So in some companies they also charge an additional fee for this.
