We are very happy with the hotel! We were at the end of April 2021, the territory is green, clean, well-groomed. Flowers are planted everywhere, janitors clean and beautify the territory from early morning. The beach is pebbly, but the sand was brought and it is also present - clean, urns are everywhere, sun beds / umbrellas are present.
The room stock is old, but everything is clean. The maid cleans every day. The only thing is that the rooms are stuffy because of the thick stone walls, but the air conditioning saves)
A very beautiful and sincere hotel. Suitable for families with young children - you can't hear the noise of discos!
I advise you one hundred percent!!!

The food is delicious, but the staff is simply disgusting.
First, a summary: if you have any problems with nutrition, intolerance, allergies, I advise you not to hesitate to pick at food, because even if you were promised to bring something without something, then according to our statistics, in 95% of cases they will add something to you anyway.
Heartwarming details:
We came to Abkhazia during the rotavirus period and it affected us, and up to that moment I liked the restaurant.
And during the recovery period, we needed special food (see as simple as possible).
The restaurant is reluctant to meet them and is very negligent about requests. Oil was added to our food several times, although we asked not to do this, explaining the importance.
When asked to just boil potatoes, we were refused, saying that the chefs would not cook off the menu, and only mashed potatoes could be made. I don't understand what the problem is to make "mashed potatoes", but without milk and butter and not to grind? Well, that's okay, there is no such thing in the menu, let's say OK. Although customer loyalty is completely absent, we were ready to pay for mashed potatoes.
I also tortured the waitress to see if there was anything greasy in the chicken soup, she said that there definitely wasn't, as a result, it turned out to be fried.
The waiters need to repeat it several times and ask if they understood everything exactly, but this is not a guarantee that the chefs will understand.
From the good: very tasty salad with nut dressing and homemade lemonades. Two points for them.

I recommend. If it is geographically convenient, then consider yourself lucky. They cook delicious, clean enough. It's not very budget-friendly, but the prices are normal for Gagra. I especially recommend the room where the teahouse is located and there is an opportunity to order Abkhazian dishes.

They cook very tasty, serve quickly enough, but a hair was found in the salad.... This salad was not removed from the receipt! However, the next day already in the teahouse (they have one owner) a piece of Napoleon cake was brought to us as an apology. But I don't want to go back to this restaurant, there were no such unpleasant stories in the teahouse😉

When you order the first, second and drink for lunch, first they bring you a drink, then the second, then the first, and then when you have almost eaten, they bring bread to the soup that you ordered with the soup. Today they wanted to take noodle soup with chicken - a classic - but the waiter said they couldn't do it today and offered fish soup royally. Well, when you order soup for 700 rubles, you definitely don't expect the fish to be rotten. As a result, the soup was not finished, it rinses from all the holes. Thank God, the disease stuck at the hotel after the walk (they didn't eat anything on it). In short, choose the dishes wisely. Something that cannot be spoiled. Bread is there, water, though...

There is meat here, but it is not so tasty that it would add another star. The rest is gone. Something is missing (for example, a mojito, although there is one on the menu), something was not brought (adjika and khachipuri), the food is cold, not tasty. Sauces are just terrible, liquid and unpleasant (Life hack: just put sour cream in a bowl, squeeze out garlic and you will have a great garlic sauce!). Soups are tasteless. So you try some of these poop, you want to knock down that aftertaste of a worn, sweaty sock, you eat something else, but this sock doesn't go anywhere. There is also a cute, good cat (they fed him a bone), but you can't give a plus for this, since this is not a sign of a good institution. There is also a drink "feijoa", so it has nothing to do with the fact that some people are used to drinking from VkusVille. It looks more like some kind of grandmother's compote of pears carbonated in a Soviet siphon. I have nothing against compote, but TAKING AT LEAST SOME MONEY IS JUST ROBBERY! We also ate fried dumplings, but they are cold, tasteless, as if they were made of rubber!

Quite a decent option for dinner, well, and the best in Gagra. To be honest, I did not appreciate the abundance of vinegar sauce in salads and carpaccio, but perhaps this is inevitable in a hot climate for disinfection. The local beer is bottled only, but maybe it's for the best.

Pasta with tiger shrimps, the shrimps were with a tail, this part is inedible, the dish is not cheap and we could have tried. Pepperoni pizza, 5 pieces of sausage for the whole pizza, dried up 5 minutes after serving. A pleasant moment is live Music. The ratio of price and quality of food does not correspond.
