The only place in Gagra where we managed to have a delicious meal in our usual understanding. The main menu is European. There is no children's menu, but the noodle soup and mashed potatoes are very decent. Customer-oriented staff.

Oh, this is incomparable with anything , we rested in Tsanripsha at the Basalt hotel , food for three , cold pancakes with carrot jam in the morning, chicken soup with a piece of skin at lunch, I didn 't want to order dinner anymore , so we went to Abaata , chef Andre Martin goes out to the guests , gets acquainted, asks if you liked the kitchen , it turned out that he worked in our city of Nizhny Novgorod, he was very happy about it, and so we began to go to dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The desserts are just great, lamb , fish , meat, I can't even advise what to take, just name any dish and it will be excellent.

We had lunch at this restaurant while on vacation. I liked the atmosphere, pleasant and polite waiters, delicious cuisine. The only remark is that there was no whipped cream on the Pina Colada cocktail. We will definitely look again on our next visit.

We went to dinner once and a couple of times for breakfast. I consider breakfasts unreasonably expensive. Dinner for four with a minus, salad dressing does not match the one stated on the menu and an ant in the salad.

We decided to have dinner here. In general, everything is good, the food is delicious and fresh. The waiters are polite, the food was taken out too quickly. After ordering, everything was taken out to us in a matter of minutes. The next dishes are in another 5 minutes. We began to suspect that everything was warmed up, but the taste and quality were excellent, the sauces in the pastes were fresh and not smoked. In general, they have some kind of super-fast cooking, which is a plus of course.
The only drawback is that we ordered chicken kebab from the children's menu, so it was very over-dried. Either they just don't know how to cook it, or it's been lying around for a long time and it's been warmed up. In general, the child could not chew)
Overall, I liked the place. The price tag is much higher than average, it's quite expensive to eat three times a day here, but who knows how) Two adults and a child got 4000+ to eat

Many dishes say so, probably we won't have time, the queue is big (about khinkali). Double the salad in the receipt! And more than once! Check the receipts. Waitresses are different, mostly don't care. There is one there, just as if we are her enemies. Snapped. The food is very tasty, there is just fu, blunder and eat.
If you are used to good service at home, then in general do not expect this in Abkhazia, be more loyal, you are on vacation! Otherwise you'll break off.

In this institution, we ordered many items of which were: two pastas that were absolutely bland ( boiled pasta with three shrimps ) without sauce
Rolls were caught with hair, there was a boat of cheese in khachapuri ( the cat cried )
When the waiter was called and pointed out to him the hair, he silently took the rolls with an impassive face.....As if that was the way it was supposed to be.....Not a single apology was received all evening , let alone a compliment.
The view is super , the interior is very pleasant

We visited this cafe, we wanted to have dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the live music. The musicians played pleasant jazz. We ordered a salad with nut sauce, cheese soup and kharcho. The salad is good, slightly spicy, vegetables tomatoes and peeled cucumbers, which is nice. The cheese soup is delicious, but quite heavy, because after a few spoonfuls it seems that you are eating sauce. Kharcho is a separate story, because of him and such an assessment. I would have given one star, but added another for good service.
The waiter warned that the soup was spicy, but that's all he said. The soup from hellfire was brought. My husband is a lover of spicy food, but this is too much even for him. Someone might have liked it if it weren't for the fact that her husband was rinsed half the night, and then he also lay there all day with poisoning!
Be careful and always specify the composition of the dish, as there is no description of the dishes!

A gorgeous place, courteous staff, very beautiful ENCLOSED area, I did not want to leave.
Breakfast is not included, but for 500rubles per person you can get to the buffet. There is a first-aid kit at the reception, as well as an umbrella or raincoat if needed. There are workouts in the gym, and you can go to yoga in the morning. There is a heated swimming pool, ping pong, tennis court, parking on site.
The room is very spacious, we were in the simplest without a balcony. If necessary, there is a price list for the laundry.
I didn't like the tea house, but my husband was satisfied with the restaurant)

The request to bring napkins was not answered, the waitress left and disappeared. The food is normal, but the portions do not correspond to the weight stated in the menu unambiguously. Shish kebab is served only with onions, without sauce. At the same time, the waiter does not talk about it and does not offer to order separately. The wait is short. Yesterday we were in this cafe, today the child is on a drip. Our guide recommended this cafe to us when we were on an excursion. The atmosphere is good, the waiter is pleasant, delicious homemade lemonade. My daughter drank a chocolate milkshake, ate some French fries and a slice of pizza, and there was also a chocolate cheesecake. I don't know what made her rinse in the evening and half the night, but we only ate there, we didn't swim in the sea and in the pool either!I ordered cheese soup, which at first seemed delicious, but after 4 spoons, the body said enough is enough. And I was also "surprised" by the mutton, because from the portion 3 fish were definitely smelly ...
Alas, there will be no enthusiastic review, yes, everything is steamed and boiled in boarding houses, but it's better than lying under a drip and drinking special products in liters. You need to be careful with unverified places on vacation.

I'll start with the fact that there are actually two restaurants, one is closer to the hotel, there is more European and Asian cuisine, the second one is more Abkhazian, by the way, the prices for the same dishes are slightly lower, they cook there faster, there are fewer people, but the atmosphere is simpler!
The first restaurant has good accommodation and interior, a wide menu, there is pizza, sushi, and all kinds of cocktails, desserts, etc. ...
in the evening, all tables are stably occupied, live music plays periodically and a girl sings)
they serve well, everyone is friendly, the order is accepted quickly, the main disadvantage is when there are a lot of people, orders are prepared very well for a long time, in our case 3 times in 10 days, we waited an hour for our order!!!(despite the fact that the order included pizza, Caesar salad and a couple of cocktails)
perhaps this is where the cons end, the food is delicious, everything is fresh, prices are relatively low (for three people in the evening it was an average of 1400-1800 rubles), the service is good.

After visiting a number of restaurants along the coast of Sukhumi-Gagra, we came here with the thought "it's difficult to spoil the salad"). They are greeted immediately with a smile and accompanied by high service, which is still extremely scarce in Abkhazia. The portions are large, the service is at a high restaurant level, the dishes are insanely delicious, the cook departs from the menu for the client.
One of the wishes is prosperity for the restaurant and to match the rest.
The kitchen is European with a Black Sea accent, there is wi-fi, blankets, tables indoors and outdoors.

They couldn't take an order from us for 10 minutes, the waiters were called-no one came up, the chicken was rubber in caesar. Dirty plates were not removed from the table.
