We came to dinner for the first time. The restaurant introduced a new menu in November. I don't know what happened before, but now we are disappointed.
I ordered trout with beetroot risotto. The risotto was dry and the rice was soggy. There were grains that were frankly hard. The salad, which is served with the main course, is not seasoned with anything at all. Just dry lettuce leaves, chopped vegetables without salt. No self-respecting restaurant will serve unpeeled, bland vegetables. The dorado is unevenly salted. In some places it is salted so that it is impossible to eat. If there is so much salt, it would be better to leave it for salad dressing. The fish is cooked as if boiled. There is no crust in the fish. Apparently the cook believes that soft boiled fish skin is very tasty.
It is worth noting that there was no napkin holder, salt and pepper shakers on the table. The main dishes were cooked for ~ 70-75 minutes, although they were initially warned that they would be ready in 40-45.
The interior is great
The food is plus or minus, something is well cooked, such as carbonara, and something is terrible- risotto. I take it wherever it is on the menu, but here the rice was far from "Al dente", the waiter did not solve this problem in any way, he said that it should be so. There is no customer orientation at all, we will not return anymore.
We came to the restaurant as part of the gastrofest. Instead of a set of 1600g, we received 700 grams at most, the discrepancy with the picture is complete:
Be prepared to get 5 medallions and 5 slices of beef tenderloin, small ribs, 3 pieces of pepper, and potatoes with three slices of bacon instead of a lot of meat. The quality of the food is good, but in fact, it is a complete deception of the consumer
Sooooo long serving of extremely average dishes for restaurant cuisine, drinks are also slow. The themed interior is not bad, the singer who performed on Saturday was professional and talented.
An atmospheric place with live music. The steak had so many veins that it was impossible to cut it, and it was even more difficult to chew and swallow. The beer tastes average, nothing worth coming back for. I give 4 stars because of the atmosphere and the staff. I want to mention the waiters separately, they are polite, pleasant and responsive!
We were in the framework of the gastrofest. I liked the food very much, many tastes were new, but they went well. There is a Soviet soda machine at the entrance, I highly recommend it with tangerine syrup)

We ordered a set of "gastrofest", everything is really very tasty, the portions are large, one set is quite enough for two. Everything is served quickly and appropriately. I would like to expand the wine list, but otherwise I liked everything.
Bottom line: the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the service is excellent

Apart from the atmosphere of the fire station, there is nothing interesting. The kitchen is very terrible. Tinctures are all given with alcohol. The soups are terrible. It is not possible to eat macaroni and cheese from the nursery at all
It's a great place, definitely the best choice of many in the area.

I have been several times: 2 times at the Gastrofest and once on my own. The kitchen is very tasty, the most friendly waiters, insanely fast and interesting serving of dishes, unusual and cool interior.

The impressions are contradictory. We got there on the second attempt, it's better to book a table for the holidays, which was done. Although the hall was half empty on the 5th of January in the evening. At the same time, the waiting time for serving dishes is more than 40 minutes. But the pitch is 5 and the interior is funny. The restaurant is located in the former fire station building. On the 2nd floor there is a museum on this topic, admission is by appointment.

It's a very atmospheric place. Just keep in mind that there is live music on Fridays (loud enough!!!). If you want to chat, choose tables away from the stage.
An interesting place from the point of view of design. On Monday evening, it was very quiet and peaceful here - ideal for a family celebration.
But the dishes of the cuisine surprise me with an incomprehensible combination of ingredients - peaches with ham in a salad, applesauce with steak, besides some of the dishes from the menu were missing.
We booked a table in advance, nothing foreshadowed trouble. When we arrived, our table was dirty, and even after half an hour no one served us, although there were not many visitors... very disappointed
We were on Friday. Very slow service. Carrying a burger for more than an hour is weird. Marble chicken breast is a stupid name, no marbling was done to it, even artificially. Disappointment. Tar-tar for 5/10
After reading great reviews, we decided to have dinner here. The restaurant, of course, is atmospheric. We ordered raspberry punch, artichoke salad and seafood tolyatelle (we wanted beef cheeks, but apparently we didn't buy cheeks). The service is fast, but!!! There was a hair in the salad!!! The salad was taken away, but no apologetic compliments, just removed from the bill. The seafood tolyatella has 3 pieces of shrimp (small) and 7 pieces of mussels (in shells, small). As a result, the punch turned out to be the most delicious. I'm not coming here anymore
The serving of the dishes is just super. The staff is responsive, I celebrated the birthday of my wife Sirena and the gift from the chef surprisingly will not be repeated, I recommend it
