A week ago, I would have given this place a rating of 5 out of 5. However, today's trip crossed out all the pleasant impressions from that first visit. The restaurant's motto "People come here not only for food, but also for history and emotions" is viable. The emotions from today's (21/04/2021) story are off the scale!!! An energetic hostess trying to seat guests on a covered terrace at the back of the restaurant with an empty main hall at 15:30. Administrator Vera Leonidovna, who considers herself entitled to scold guests in raised tones and sets a time limit for eating in (attention!!!) 40 minutes. Failure to comply with the basic rules of seating guests with a social distance (ow! the pandemic is in the yard!). All this combined crossed out both the interesting interior of the restaurant and the well-prepared dishes. There was a taste of unprofessionalism, rudeness and incorrectness.
I was especially impressed by the pasta with duck and porcini mushrooms and beef tartare. The kitchen is on top. A good selection of wines. The atmosphere is relaxed. The staff is polite. The interior style is service 101 in red tones. Interesting.
A pleasant atmosphere, the attributes of a fire station (and everything is thought out to the smallest detail, including, for example, the boxes in which the bill is brought). Delicious food for a reasonable price.
The service is polite. I liked the signature pate 101 from the menu. We waited for a very long time for something hot, although the hall was empty. There was not everything on the menu - there were no draniki.

A good place with an excellent interior and competent waiters. We ordered a set here as part of the gastrofest. In general, everything is not bad, you can eat. Upon my return to Minsk, I will definitely look here again.
A good place to relax! I was especially impressed with how they take out the birthday cake. Thanks to the staff for delicately addressing people with disabilities
Overall, the impression is rather negative.
Of the cons: half of the dishes listed on the menu were missing (there were practically no cocktails at all), I had to order not what I wanted, but "what is";
the waitress just forgot about one dish from the order! Although we were on Saturday afternoon, there were not very many people;
the light in the toilet reacts to sound/movement and turns off very quickly, you have to wave your arms or stamp your feet.
Among the advantages: authentic design, polite waiters.
I recommend visiting if you want to feel the atmosphere of an authentic fire station. The interior design is 5, but I will rate the kitchen with an average score (the quality of products, in particular vegetables, leaves much to be desired). The work of the waiters and the administrator is without complaints. Overall, a pleasant place with its own twist.
The food is very tasty, the portions are small. The interior is themed in the theme of the fire station. The prices are above average, the staff is friendly. There is a selfie camera and an exhibit in the form of a fire truck. It's worth trying at least once in this restaurant
The impressions are only positive , the interior is very interesting, the staff is very friendly and kind -hearted . Good cuisine , reasonable prices .I didn 't find any disadvantages .Well done , I came in to eat and drink coffee , I'll be back .
I often have lunch at this restaurant. I like everything - from the interior, which fully corresponds to the declared name (the fire truck stand, the color of the walls, decorative items and even the uniform of the waiters), to the service. The food is delicious, the prices on the lunch menu are affordable, the portions are impressive. The waiters are always polite.
An interesting restaurant and interior. The kitchen is delicious. The staff is polite. But there are also disadvantages: the waiters' uniforms are dirty, the tables are not completely cleaned (stains, crumbs), dust on the windowsills.
We were at the restaurant as part of the gastrofest in November 2021. I really liked the set, the serving of dishes, and our waiter Julia. And the dance of 4 waiters left an indelible impression, bravo!!!
Unfortunately, I can't say that I liked this restaurant. The menu is very modest and, in my opinion, specific. To garnish with some mashed potatoes, caramelized carrots. It resembles some kind of diet. It's not very hot either. In general, apart from the interior and the service, I didn't like anything there. The service is pleasant, the interior is themed and really interesting, there is something to see and take memorable photos. The conclusion is, if you came to take some memorable photos and take a look at the interior, then you will like it. But if your goal is to have a delicious meal, then it is unlikely
08/04/21 we were in an ATM establishment, the atmosphere is good, the staff is responsive. As for the kitchen, I ordered a sandwich and a salad, the salad was good, but the sandwich was just disgusting. It was impossible to eat it, because the bread was so hard that you could safely make an appointment with the dentist the next day, so you had to sweat to cut off a piece with knives.
In general, it's fine, but look at what they serve you.

We were with my wife on February 14th . We went for nothing . Kitchen for 2 . The service is normal. We thought to order meat , but in the end it did not turn out . There is nothing to eat except meat . I 'm definitely not going there anymore. And I will not recommend it to anyone
