My wife, my child and I stayed at this hotel! I liked everything very much!

The room is standard: large, everything is clean, the shower is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, there is a refrigerator with a safe, large window sills and windows. Room service for reasonable money. They clean well. There is an ice machine in the hallway.

We went with my husband according to the certificate "Romantic dinner and unlimited access
to the SPA" We really liked the spa, had a good time and rested
But the restaurant disappointed me very much
The dishes were cold and not tasty
The staff is slow despite the small number of guests in the hall
Dinner was originally scheduled for 19:00
We arrived at 18:40, we were shown to the table and told that everything would be taken out soon
As a result, 19:00 comes, they bring us only a bottle of wine and leave
At 19:20. We call the waiter to find out if there will be salads soon, to which we receive the answer "literally 5 minutes"
After 10 minutes, they don't bring our order)
It's already 19:40 and they still brought out our salads
We ate and wait for the hot stuff to be brought
20 minutes pass, but nothing happens, we call the waiter again and only after 10 minutes they bring us cold and tasteless dishes
, they no longer saw the point in sorting it out, they waited for dessert and left
The impressions of this place were not pleasant

The hotel is good, but it could be better
It does not reach 5 stars, the climate control system in the rooms seems to give out the same temperature.
Speaking of food: it doesn't really make sense to take access to the lounge, since the food there is extremely monotonous, except that access to drinks sometimes pulls out according to the mood. The breakfast and buffet are quite tolerable, you can find something for yourself
The most disappointing thing that the hotel has is a SPA center, since the pool is dirty, as if they do not remove the word at all, the sides are all in a layer of greasy mass. There is a similar situation in the shower room — the floor is slippery and it is unpleasant to wash. Bath accessories have the smell of cheap men's perfume. Otherwise, the set is good, the slippers are reported, but the soap was not reported, as if there was no soap in the country.
In general, I can recommend you to visit, because the price and quality for Russia are at the same level, but there is always room to grow in order to really meet the stated 5 stars.

We liked the hotel, it is very convenient if you are by car. Who cares-there are electric car chargers in the parking lot, I didn't look at the connectors. It is difficult to evaluate the fives because everything is there that you expect. The breakfast is excellent, the spa area is very decent. However, people are allowed there "from the street". It can probably be very crowded at times, but we were lucky to swim comfortably after a working day. In general, it is not fashionable, of course, but very decent for the price that is being asked.

We were not greeted in the best way. Stains on the lampshades from lipstick, dust, floors have not been washed in 6 nights, in my opinion, not once. You need to request a dental and shaving kit at the reception, I would like to get it right away. The location is convenient. The spa area is normal, the rest was spoiled by loud talking and breathing in the sauna, but this is more a question for people, not for the hotel, although perhaps the hotel could regulate such things too. The restaurant was not visited. The casino was upset by the strange approach to visitors: we asked how alcohol works, paid or free? They replied with advice to talk at the bar. In fact, the first cocktail turned out to be free, and they asked for money for the second one. The rest in Minsk turned out to be good, there was an unpleasant aftertaste from the hotel, but the overall impression was also quite positive in the end.

Of the cons, one is fat! There was practically no window in my room! This is due to the external architectural structure of the building, and as they explained to me later, the room with a similar window, or rather with almost no window, is almost the only one on the floor. But it was me who got it. With this triangular half-frame, the room looks like a fortress. At the same time, the floor was half empty. It is unclear what the staff was thinking when checking in, but for me it was not critical, because the main task was to get enough sleep from a long journey. And it was not difficult to do this - the bed and pillows in the room are comfortable and comfortable.
In general, in terms of windows, I propose to clarify when checking in.

A super hotel!
The price includes a spa area and a fitness room, we lived for 2 days, visited the spa 2 times (pool, sauna, Jacuzzi), there are not many people, but after 8 pm there are no free sunbeds.
The hotel is fresh, well renovated and furnished, so everything is neat and comfortable.
The room has everything you need, the only thing is that you need to ask for bathrobes and cutlery if necessary.
The location is not bad, there is a 24-hour supermarket nearby, we didn't go anywhere on foot, so everything was fine.
There is a parking lot behind the hotel, a place was always found at any time.
The price for the room was 80USD per night when booking, in Belarusian rubles it is about 251 rubles, in Russian it turned out about 8000r.
Considering its cost, this is the best option!

We only changed towels and that was it. The restaurant is terrible. Everything is on the stop list. There's not even any tea. They offered tea bags, which are free in the room. This is 5 stars for 228,000 rubles for 5 nights. The breakfasts are monotonous. There is no choice. Rice, draniki and sausages. The spa area only pleased me. Massage doesn't cost money.
