Excellent hotel, located near the railway station. The staff is friendly, responded to all requests. The comfort room is excellent, there is everything you need, including an iron, a capsule coffee machine. Comfortable mattress, pillows, good linen. I liked the SPA, the Balinese masseuses, the pool is very warm, there are 2 saunas. I liked everything, I recommend it.

I liked the hotel! The rooms are quiet, you can't hear the neighbors! Free secure parking at the hotel. The location is great! The girls at the reception are friendly!
The only downside is cleaning. You can clean up a little better, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom when you checked in, and there was dust in places.
I will not lower my rating, the hotel is worthy of attention!

Apparently, there was no one in her life who could tell her that this was a bad thing. The open robe exposed her body, which in itself seems to be beautiful, but not at breakfast. She ate for a long time and thoroughly, apparently, she was hungry during the night, a lot of energy was lost. Made a remark to the staff. In response: we are shocked ourselves, but we can't do anything. And it should have been done. Come up and say that other guests feel uncomfortable, we have a 5* hotel here, not a beach, we ask you to get dressed and wait for you back. Something like that.

Delicious breakfasts, excellent coffee. What I didn't like: slow WiFi, a small selection of dishes in the restaurant (those that are available for 3+), room cleaning on request, bathrobe on request. After arriving on the first day, we decided to visit the pool, it says everywhere that the spa is open until 23.00. We arrived at 22.25, the receptionist looked at us so that it became clear "they were not waiting for us here" and said that they were already closing, they would not give us towels and today we were already late. For me, if it says that the spa is open until 23.00, it should work until 23.00. You need to work with the staff and improve customer orientation. The hotel is generally good, but the service needs to be done. Have a good rest!

Spacious rooms (lived in a standard room), a large swimming pool (20 m), delicious breakfasts, pleasant polite staff. Parking for hotel guests is free. Stayed for 4 nights in November, were satisfied.
In the SPA area (included in the price), the second sauna did not work, but there was enough space in one. Otherwise, everything is as stated when booking. I recommend the hotel.

We checked into the hotel on 08/27/2024, the first 3 hours were excellent, we were given an improved room, thank you for that. But when leaving the hotel, an unpleasant situation occurred. It's pouring down, we have our own car in the parking lot, so as not to get wet all together, my husband wanted to drive closer so that there would be less chance of getting wet to the skin. At this time, apparently someone else was leaving the hotel on a large bus, which blocked the opportunity to drive up to the entrance, leaving a small island on which my husband wanted to park the car for 30 seconds so that I could get in the car. A hotel employee ran up, yelled at him that there was no parking here (we didn't need to go to the parking lot), and the bus driver even started threatening. Very nice, they left a very "pleasant impression" about the hotel and about the people in general.

We stopped at the hotel on our honeymoon. The hotel provided a compliment in the form of champagne. Nice. These were all the pleasures. On the fourth night, the new neighbors walked so that it was impossible to fall asleep, and from 7 a.m. they felt bad and it was also perfectly audible. The administration attracted security guards to my complaints about noise. The guests ignored the security - the hotel failed. I asked for a replacement number. I was replaced. As a result, her back hurts from the bed, she was depressed. The refrigerator in the room is barely alive, the master came with a thermometer and proved that + 15 is normal. In the previous room, the refrigerator worked well. Well, in the bathroom there is a current heated towel rail and a broken sink. The soap dish is also broken. The hotel did not compensate for this in any way except for "sorry, sorry."
There are a lot of people at the spa in the evening. This is quite understandable. But there are also many children in diapers that do not fit, hanging down to their knees, not protecting them from anything. But this is, of course, a question for parents. Although to the hotel. I haven't seen any rules for visitors with children anywhere.
In short, if there are problems with the neighbors, the hotel will solve them at your expense.
I do not recommend it.

Nice comfortable room. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Nice underwear, it can be seen that it is not worn. There are all necessary appliances: hair dryer, kettle, iron, TV, refrigerator. Everything is working properly. There are many outlets in the room. A comfortable shower in the bathroom with a clear water temperature controller.
I took the hotel without food, I can't appreciate its quality.
And now what I didn't like. The furniture in the room is a little shabby. There were noticeable stains on the carpet from previous guests. The room was cleaned, but for some reason they did not wipe the dust. The spa has a constant problem in the morning with warm water in the shower in the morning. Which is not very comfortable, because after a public pool, it is advisable to at least rinse off for hygiene purposes. And here in the fall, under a cold shower, you can get sick. Another constant problem is the towels in the spa area. There are none. One evening an incomprehensible situation happened to me. I came and asked for a bathrobe and a towel. The receptionist said that you need to wait 15 minutes. When I agreed and said that I would sit and wait with them, the robe was immediately found. It turns out there were bathrobes, but they just didn't want to give me?
In general, the hotel left a good impression, but there is something to work on for even better quality.

We stayed at the hotel on 24-25.08.2024 according to the Wedding Day program.
The hotel positions itself as a premium, but, unfortunately, we could not see such a level of service. A deluxe room was provided, which was not ready to move in, the first thing we encountered was a balcony door with a sticker on it, the door does not work. Going to the reception, clarify how a room is provided for check-in, in which there is no possibility to open the window, The answer is received, turn on the air conditioner or we can open the door, but in this case you will not be able to close it, it will always be open. I asked to replace the room, they answered, we'll see, after lunch we'll answer, coming to the room, there were further surprises: a chair was broken, hangers, informing the reception, the answer was, okay, we'll see. Also, according to the program, a compliment in the form of fruit and champagne should have been provided, unfortunately there was nothing, 3 times they sent a reminder to the reception, as a result, everyone shifted responsibility, and the compliment was brought to the room after another reminder at 23-30, at 23:45. This is absolutely unacceptable. Rotten fruits have been brought, the photo will be attached below. The room was eventually changed, a room was provided in which the drain in the bathroom did not work, no one reacted to this either, the rooms are dirty and need cleaning and maintenance When moving from room to room, a thing was left, they said what and where exactly they set aside, informing the reception repeatedly, the answer is well, let's see, in as a result, no one answered anything during the day. And only after checking out once again, they said we'll see now and brought it. The quality of service and service is terrible.

The hotel is really nice! Modern and new. The location is good. Near the center, train station, metro within walking distance. I don't know, why write lies and bad reviews?! Bathrobes and slippers were already in the room. Cleaning every day, the staff is responsive and always with a smile. The spa pleased me. Large and warm swimming pool, two saunas, Jacuzzi. The breakfast is wonderful and varied. Dishes were always replenished, there were no empty plates. We were on New Year's holidays. And there was enough room for everyone in the restaurant and in the pool.

Such requests are treated with outright discontent and facial expressions, they behave incorrectly, and when you see the chefs' faces,
you can only guess where the above products go if they are not brought in a timely manner and / or there is no desire to refresh the contents of the dishes and / or monitor this ..?!?!
About dinner and/or lunch :

The room has everything you need - gel, shampoo, balm, a good hair dryer.
Very small pillows, uncomfortable. The bed is like a cloud, you fall through a lot and your back hurts in the morning.
The SPA seemed small for such a large hotel, there are a lot of people there on weekends that could not be entered, on weekdays it is acceptable.
There is an Alfa-bank exchanger on the ground floor, which is very convenient, the exchange rate was acceptable.

Here is the most beautiful spa of all the Minsk fives where I have been and an excellent gym, which, combined with the price, makes the choice of this particular hotel obvious. Of the disadvantages, I see only one - a small restaurant at breakfast is crowded and you need to look for a free table, but the food is definitely 5+. I will definitely come again!
