Passing by, we made a pre-order of burgers, everything would be fine, but there was nowhere to see what they were and how they looked except for Instagram. It's strange that there is no application, I had to search for the right publication on Instagram for a long time and call back to the cafe again. But plus it's super burgers!!! And gloves are included, it's so nice that the institution takes such care. And the potatoes flew to the children, and burgers to master you need to have a wolfish appetite!

The food is just top , we ordered an assorted rib with my wife , everything is very tasty , it melts and is beautifully decorated , I did not eat anywhere better in Vitebsk ( la culture below the level (it's just beautiful there ) ... the prices are not for shawarma lovers , of course , but they are adequate for this !

We were in Vitebsk for the gastrofest in November 2023, but we ate only at the Rib restaurant, ordering their set.
The meat is tender and fresh.

We were passing through Vitebsk with my husband, went to have dinner at the rib and regretted it. We ordered quite simple dishes, but waited for them for a very long time. The appetizer and salad were brought after 50 minutes of waiting, the hot one even later. The kitchen is clearly unable to cope with the large flow of guests. While waiting for the order, we froze, we sat on the veranda with a glass door, through which we endlessly went to smoke outside, forgetting to naturally close it, additionally "refreshing" us with a plume of cigarette smoke. At some point, a heavily tipsy man came in from the street with his companion and sat down at our table. The hostess escorted him out, but this incident spoiled the mood. By the way, there is no security in the institution. In fairness, it should be said that the dishes as a whole turned out to be delicious, although the gnocchi with meat and shrimp were over-salted. I liked the cocktails, thanks to the bartender. After finally waiting for our order and paying for it, the waiter, looking at the receipt, said that everything was OK, and we left the cafe. When we reached the hotel, we found that there was no SMS about the withdrawal of funds. As honest people, we returned to the restaurant to pay for our long-suffering dinner. Instead of some kind of compliment from the establishment, we received a disgruntled face from the waiter, who tried for a long time to find our receipt. In general, one star for the kitchen, the second for the bar. The service, the atmosphere, the comfort and the speed of serving leave much to be desired.

Were with my wife today in this restick. A wonderful place! Celebrated my DR! Food service and service are above all praise. We are from Moscow. Of course a little spoiled by our restaurants....but it was very cool here in its own way! Carpaccio ribai and pumpkin soup were above all praise. Believe me that I have something to compare with!!! Well, not a bad wine, all this left a very good impression about our dinner. And also ... of course I can't help but say about the wonderful person who decorated our dinner! Our dear Elizabeth!!!! A great cozy place, always delicious dishes and courteous staff. The only drawback is a very expensive alcohol, but if eating is more important than drinking, it's a great place. And it's a pity that the risotto balls were removed from the menu, they were very tasty.

Killed the price of steaks: 100 gr 43 rubles.-steak 450 gr total 200 rubles for a piece of meat....My friends, we live and work in Vitebsk and here we receive a salary. A wonderful restaurant. The meat is the most tender, as well as the fish. There is an analogue of pizza - relevant for children, burgers, fish&chips. Grilled dishes were served twice - both times great! During the Slavic Bazaar, unlike many top restaurants, they book tables by phone, both times they found an option for us. We were lucky with the waiters both times - attentive and fast, I recommend.

We rested with our family inside the building - it was warm and comfortable. You can book a table in advance.
There is a special attitude towards children, for which special thanks. The kitchen is gorgeous - the steaks are simply bombastic (roasting as ordered, juicy meat, grill flavor). The service is at a high level. The prices are quite high, but they justify themselves.

If you are a gourmet, then you have a chance for a gastronomic orgasm. The food is very tasty. At first we thought that we were upset when we found out that the menu had been updated, but not. They didn't get upset. The ribs are so tender that the bone breaks like plasticine. Tom yam is one of the best I've ever tasted. The shrimp salad is a delight. The tartar that we tried last time was removed. It's a pity, it was a great revelation that it turns out it's not minced meat. Cocktails are really well made. In St. Petersburg, cocktails of this level are served at the Druzhba bar (but they are much cheaper).
There are only two disadvantages to the establishment:
- one day we arrived at the Rib restaurant and there were no ribs in it (only beef, one)
- the price of cocktails is just crazy, even though they almost justify it (they don't justify it, it's still expensive).

We went through the reviews. We ordered tom yam, except for the spicy, fatty chemical sauce and two shrimps, I didn't get anything. Cherry Punch tea is pink tasteless water.
