We chose this restaurant to visit upon arrival in Vitebsk for a high rating in Yandex and because of the closest location to our housing. To be honest, we were a little disappointed... For such a very high price tag by Belarusian standards (and not only Belarusian), the restaurant itself: the interior is modest, the menu is very shabby), the toilet is simple (for me personally, this indicator is in second place after the kitchen).
The burgers were delicious, only Grimbergen was presented from draft beer. In St. Petersburg, in restaurants of a similar level, the price tag is lower and this, for a moment, in the CENTER!
In general, they ate delicious, the rest fell short.

We often go to the Rib bistro in the Trio, but today we went to the main institution. The food, as always, is on top, everything is fresh and delicious. There was a catch in one burger - the administrator and the waiters promptly resolved the issue, they did not leave any offense) I am glad that there is an institution with a similar level of service in the snack market, for which image is not an empty word. A great restaurant even by Moscow standards! On Saturday evening, the tables were all occupied, and a veranda was offered. The veranda is generally comfortable, but for some it may be cool. We asked in advance how much food would be prepared, since there was a train in the evening, the waiter promised that everything would be brought on time and kept his promise. Everything is very tasty, I ordered a steak salad and one salad is quite full. For the hot meal, I ordered beef cheeks with mashed potatoes and mushrooms in sauce. It is worth noting the beautiful serving of dishes and filling. The portions are large and hearty, and most importantly, everything was very tasty! I took only latte from the drinks, I liked it. The price is justified. Of course, the prices of the restaurant are very high for Vitebsk, but on Saturday evening there were a lot of people inside and outside on the veranda, which means that the restaurant is in demand, which is an indicator of quality! I will recommend it for visiting Vitebsk and if I come to visit you in Belarus, I will definitely come again!

We ordered 3 steaks, 2 of them were not brought to the desired roasting. Also, provided that the prices there are quite high for Vitebsk. If you set prices, as in good restaurants, then the quality must match. And here, the cooks simply do not know the degree of roasting.

I was there once and I'll come back again. If you plan to visit, then only on the terrace, because the atmosphere in the hall did not really go to me, but this is for an amateur. As for the cuisine, this is the best restaurant in Vitebsk. Meat is just what you need. I ordered a big set, it's just incomparable. A friend ordered a salad, it was also very tasty. Passing by, we made a pre-order of burgers, everything would be fine, but there was nowhere to see what they were and how they looked except for Instagram. It's strange that there is no application, I had to search for the right publication on Instagram for a long time and call back to the cafe again. But plus it's super burgers!!! And gloves are included, it's so nice that the institution takes such care. And the potatoes flew to the children, and burgers to master you need to have a wolfish appetite!

We were passing through Vitebsk with my husband, went to have dinner at the rib and regretted it. We ordered quite simple dishes, but waited for them for a very long time. The appetizer and salad were brought after 50 minutes of waiting, the hot one even later. The kitchen is clearly unable to cope with the large flow of guests. While waiting for the order, we froze, we sat on the veranda with a glass door, through which we endlessly went to smoke outside, forgetting to naturally close it, additionally "refreshing" us with a plume of cigarette smoke. At some point, a heavily tipsy man came in from the street with his companion and sat down at our table. The hostess escorted him out, but this incident spoiled the mood. By the way, there is no security in the institution. In fairness, it should be said that the dishes as a whole turned out to be delicious, although the gnocchi with meat and shrimp were over-salted. I liked the cocktails, thanks to the bartender. After finally waiting for our order and paying for it, the waiter, looking at the receipt, said that everything was OK, and we left the cafe. When we reached the hotel, we found that there was no SMS about the withdrawal of funds. As honest people, we returned to the restaurant to pay for our long-suffering dinner. Instead of some kind of compliment from the establishment, we received a disgruntled face from the waiter, who tried for a long time to find our receipt. In general, one star for the kitchen, the second for the bar. The service, the atmosphere, the comfort and the speed of serving leave much to be desired.

Excellent grill restaurant in Vitebsk. We took pork ribs in lingonberry sauce and filet mignon. The meat just melted in my mouth. Beautiful serving and pretty quick cooking. The staff is very pleasant. The portions are large. The prices are above average, but adequate in quality. I definitely recommend it for meat lovers.
