It turned out to be in vain.
First. Came. They sat down. We are making an order. I ask the waiter to repeat the order. She wrote French fries instead of vegetables. Instead of pork, 2 chicken kebabs. As a result, in the end, I did not bring one sauce from the order at all. Moreover, she did not warn us at all that sauce IS ALREADY COMING with each dish.
Okay. We are making an order. We decided to have a couple of beers. Belarusian. He says no. Okay. Let's have this. I'll go find out at the bar. When it arrives, only the most expensive items are available. Why is the bar stock not replenished? Where is the managing administrator looking?
Okay.
They asked how long the order will be prepared? 20-30 minutes. Okay. Stuck in the phones. We communicate. We look, at the neighboring tables, which came later, they are already finishing the barbecue. It's been 50 minutes by the time.
Let's go ask, since the waitress is not on the horizon. The administrator came out. She ran. He brings 2 kebabs and a burger. Everything is barely warm. The pork is over-dried. Burnt. It's too salty. It turns out there is a side dish, but we also ordered vegetables and sauces. Moreover, the dressing in the form of a salad is watered with either vinegar essence or something. Sour, it is not possible to eat.
I ask - where are the grilled vegetables and cauliflower fries? With sauces.
The answer is / now. They brought it about 7 minutes later. The meat is cold. The vegetables are cold. It's burnt on the grill. Grilled vegetables - half a sixth of pepper, a small mushroom cap, half of burnt raw corn, a thin circle of zucchini and the same blue (eggplant). French fries are not crunchy. Soft boiled. The sauce was not all brought. Some kind of homemade tasteless. The honey mustard was never brought. Like they didn't order...
a burger. The chicken is barely chewing. All this was stuffed into a bun so that no mouth could take a bite. But they gave me gloves. It's not very tasty.
Result. The quality is bulbous in front of the amphitheater in the basement. But they dumped the money, it's just a pity. The whole evening on the smarty.
Go in front of Nikolaevsky farm. You will get a holiday there for this money.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!
Only forks and knives are beautiful. There is no flow.
I hope the management is monitoring the feedback and will draw conclusions.

Firstly, the aperitif was expected for a long time, despite the fact that it was ordered instantly, secondly, the dishes were brought somehow crookedly, I was served a salad first, my colleague was brought hot immediately, after a couple of minutes the salad was brought, the colleague had already eaten everything, and I looked into her mouth until the remaining order was delivered, thirdly, half of what stated in the menu is not available. We found this restaurant based on reviews. We were passing through Vitebsk. Sooooo delicious and atmospheric! We were sitting next to the kitchen (we have a dog). We watched as the Chefs worked calmly and clearly. Just one moment. I took pork ribs, very meaty!!, but a little dry. Milc Shaut beer (I advise you) saved them!

After an active trip around the city, I wanted to have a good meal. It took a long time to choose where to go. We made a choice in favor of this institution.

We looked into the Tue in the afternoon (about 16 hours), there were few people (about 50% of the tables were occupied), the menu was quite diverse, the price tag was of course a little higher than in the canteen on the outskirts of the city. The toilet is clean and without stench (although it is dark, and there is no lighting near the mirror, and this is sad). The food is quite decent, the portions are large (we took pasta with salmon and casserole, with chicken). The staff is efficient and friendly, and very beautiful :) parking nearby is available in the courtyards (free of charge).

Ribs, also, due to the fact that there is no salt, the taste is weak.
By the way, salting yourself is not an option, there was no salt on the table, but in general, how to salt a burger, for example.
Aperol, well, let's just say it's not an aperol, it tastes very weak.

We had dinner at the institution, we chose according to reviews. Well met, polite, pleasant interior. But the prices are just incredibly expensive. I won't say for the quality of the grilled ribs, I haven't tried it, but the soup is in fact ordinary soup from the dining room, I was upset that in fact the picture on the menu and reality are very different (there were no mushrooms, there was no normal piece of meat, the usual rib trim with fat and this is for 18 rubles). It seems delicious, but there is no correspondence with the declared photo. And instead of chips - ordinary bread. I think the price of food and alcohol is too high. In Minsk, in establishments of this price category, the quality of food is much better and the serving is more interesting. I'll come back again, on the ribs.

Amazing service and quality of food.
I took pumpkin soup - a dense consistency with a balanced taste. The steak just melted in my mouth, it was the most delicious I had ever eaten.
I liked the lemonade with sea buckthorn in the heat.
In short, everything I've tried has gone well. The prices are above average, but everything is worth the money. I definitely recommend it.

A chic, though not cheap restaurant. We tried veal cheeks and duck breast - delight! The draft beer is also very good. There is a choice of Russian craft in cans / bottles, but, as for me, it is unnecessarily expensive. In the Russian Federation, this is at least 1.5 times cheaper in establishments. But there is little choice of high-quality establishments in Vitebsk. And this is definitely worth attention!

Those juicy collagen fibers, which, with prolonged languor, give the taste and juiciness of the rib part, are absent. The dishes are filled with sauce on top, which is really delicious. Service - you could safely put 10 points for the service, but the waiters still need to know that in the declared babaganush with hummus there is no babagynush, it is in the stop in the kitchen. Because there are no eggplants in the kitchen (for a minute it's July 20th, there are no problems with blue ones, they are sold in a shop around the corner). The chef decided not to freeze and give out just dry hummus, which is not worked out - dry safe chickpeas, in my opinion, even without taahini, without olive oil, without lemon juice.. but with cauliflower around the edges of the plate. In short, the quality of the cuisine - do not expect a phenomenon, prepare for the fact that you rolled back to a roadside cafe about 25 years ago.

Yesterday we visited this institution in a Trio. My friends recommended me to try Tom Yam in this institution. I am a Tom yam lover and have tried it in many establishments in Vitebsk (we usually eat it ourselves in Moscow). So, so that you can understand how terrible it was - this is my first review on the Internet in my entire adult life. No sharpness , well, taste , the portion is small , salty to the point of horror - for this amount it's just tin (since in Moscow for 500-600 rubles it will be gorgeous).Before you start cooking it, you need to at least know what it should taste like, and not shove into the menu what comes to mind.

The other day we visited this institution with our granddaughter and were delighted. We took a salad and a burger, the cuisine is beyond praise. We have never eaten such delicious burgers in Vitebsk, and probably nowhere else: the bun is soft, the cutlet is tender and melts in the mouth. I have been to this place many times, everything was always very tasty and delicious. This time we decided to try Rib Eye steak. I've never eaten anything tastier in my life and I'm not exaggerating at all. Of course it's not a cheap treat, but it was worth it. The steak was 400 grams and there was plenty for two of us. We also took salads and they were also unforgettable (a combination of seemingly incompatible products, and so delicious and unexpected). But the steak is still in the first place. I will definitely come there again and try another steak and I am sure that it will also be above all praise. Thanks to the whole Rib Grill bar team.
