I like to be placed on a wide veranda, where it is warm even in the coldest time.
The place is in demand and popular, so I recommend booking a table in advance.
The receipt will not shock, the prices are acceptable for middle-class visitors, and even more so for guests from other places.

We were passing through Vitebsk. We asked the local catering experts where you can go to a good place to eat. This institution was highly recommended. But in vain! We ordered ribs. They brought something! After the test, it was agreed that this is, at best, a piece of pork meat with long fibers, practically unsuitable for chewing. To our puzzled question about whether there is a difference between ribs and baked ham (although it was difficult to call this piece a ham), the waitress was talking some nonsense. The evening was ruined. And the prices in this institution are not the most humane. I do not recommend it.

Amazing service and quality of food.
I took pumpkin soup - a dense consistency with a balanced taste. The steak just melted in my mouth, it was the most delicious I had ever eaten.
I liked the lemonade with sea buckthorn in the heat.
In short, everything I've tried has gone well. The prices are above average, but everything is worth the money. I definitely recommend it.

A chic, though not cheap restaurant. We tried veal cheeks and duck breast - delight! The draft beer is also very good. There is a choice of Russian craft in cans / bottles, but, as for me, it is unnecessarily expensive. In the Russian Federation, this is at least 1.5 times cheaper in establishments. But there is little choice of high-quality establishments in Vitebsk. And this is definitely worth attention!

We sat on the veranda very pleasantly (we did not go inside). Although it is positioned (according to the name) as a meat rest, there are many fish dishes (we took salmon salad, fish snacks and tom yam). But I also quite liked the meat. A beautiful serving of rib eye steak is set on fire right on the table. Although a piece of 400 grams is a bit much. The staff is attentive and friendly!

Great food, just great, like in the expensive restaurants of Paris! The staff is pleasant and polite, the waiters do not even record orders, but remember everything. Beautiful presentation, cozy atmosphere and interesting interior. For such food, the prices are very pleasant. You can safely come alone, or bring a girlfriend / friends / mom, you can't go wrong!

The other day we visited this institution with our granddaughter and were delighted. We took a salad and a burger, the cuisine is beyond praise. We have never eaten such delicious burgers in Vitebsk, and probably nowhere else: the bun is soft, the cutlet is tender and melts in the mouth. The service also did not disappoint: the waiters are smiling and friendly. In general, we will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends!

I have been to this place many times, everything was always very tasty and delicious. This time we decided to try Rib Eye steak. I've never eaten anything tastier in my life and I'm not exaggerating at all. Of course it's not a cheap treat, but it was worth it. The steak was 400 grams and there was plenty for two of us. We also took salads and they were also unforgettable (a combination of seemingly incompatible products, and so delicious and unexpected). But the steak is still in the first place. I will definitely come there again and try another steak and I am sure that it will also be above all praise. Thanks to the whole Rib Grill bar team.

A very, very pleasant place. We came in by accident and stayed for a long time. The staff was very pleased. The Internet is great, my son was able to work out. We spent two wonderful days in Vitebsk. I would like to mention the Rib cafe. The original presentation of dishes, sooooo everything is delicious, satisfying, beautiful. The declared edges are not edges, but the rib part. The cook managed to dry them to a foam state. Those juicy collagen fibers, which, with prolonged languor, give the taste and juiciness of the rib part, are absent. The dishes are filled with sauce on top, which is really delicious. Service - you could safely put 10 points for the service, but the waiters still need to know that in the declared babaganush with hummus there is no babagynush, it is in the stop in the kitchen. Because there are no eggplants in the kitchen (for a minute it's July 20th, there are no problems with blue ones, they are sold in a shop around the corner). The chef decided not to freeze and give out just dry hummus, which is not worked out - dry safe chickpeas, in my opinion, even without taahini, without olive oil, without lemon juice.. but with cauliflower around the edges of the plate. In short, the quality of the cuisine - do not expect a phenomenon, prepare for the fact that you rolled back to a roadside cafe about 25 years ago.

Yesterday we visited this institution in a Trio. My friends recommended me to try Tom Yam in this institution. I am a Tom yam lover and have tried it in many establishments in Vitebsk (we usually eat it ourselves in Moscow). So, so that you can understand how terrible it was - this is my first review on the Internet in my entire adult life. No sharpness , well, taste , the portion is small , salty to the point of horror - for this amount it's just tin (since in Moscow for 500-600 rubles it will be gorgeous).Before you start cooking it, you need to at least know what it should taste like, and not shove into the menu what comes to mind.

I came in for dinner at about 21 o'clock on a weekday. There were practically no visitors at that time.
I ordered herbal tea, meringue roll, apple-glazed ribs with rice.
They brought everything quickly enough, within about 10-15 minutes. With a portion of ribs on a plate of rice and kimchi. The ribs are fine: quite fleshy, the meat separates itself from the bones, even a knife is optional. There is very little fat. I liked the rice and kimchi too. The pitch is pleasant. The tea is in a filter bag, but the kettle is brewed perfectly. The dessert is delicate, moderately sweet. Fly in the ointment: there are bones in the cherry, you should be careful.
The waiter was polite and friendly.
The total check came out at 51 BYN. It's not a cheap place, but it's worth it. It's great that you can sit on the heated veranda. I recommend.

A very nice place! Two small halls, a bar and an open kitchen. There is a summer porch. They cook very tasty! We tried liver pate, tomato soup, Top Blade steak and veal cheeks with truffle puree and mushrooms. Everything went off with a bang! Liver pate is the most delicate. Please specify about the steak - the price per 100 g, pieces of different sizes. If you are very hungry, you can order a bigger piece :) Some disappointment was caused by the lack of dark beer - Alivaria let me down. I tried King Yang unfiltered - it seems nothing like that.

Ribs, also, due to the fact that there is no salt, the taste is weak.
By the way, salting yourself is not an option, there was no salt on the table, but in general, how to salt a burger, for example.
Aperol, well, let's just say it's not an aperol, it tastes very weak.
