In general, I liked the rest. Sooooooo monotonous food, but everything is delicious and of high quality, for me the most delicious was breakfast, but also the same every day. Lunch and dinner are also the same food, the fish was tilapia type, so it's disgusting.
The service in the restaurants was this way and that, the waiters were in no hurry at all. The staff speaks little Russian. At the reception, they always try to help in any way they can. We were given a 2-room room for 2 in separate buildings further away. The rooms are old, but everything works. The hotel grounds are very small and dark at night. There are many beautiful cats, but hungry ones. The beach is small, there were only enough sunbeds, two rescuers, in the evening they drove everyone out of the sea until the last. The seas are sooooooo warm, gentle, because the sand near the shore is a little muddy. One day, puddles of oil floated in, those who swam were very difficult to wash off later. There is also sand in the oil on the shore, but by evening everything was cleared by workers, and the sea became available for swimming. We are currently vacationing with our granddaughter for six years at the hotel! The food is great, everything is delicious, there is a children's menu. The service is excellent! The rest is great! The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. The beach is a good sand for children. The rooms are spacious with sea views, I would add cozy! The room has a shower, bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, kettle, ironing board. Tea coffee cream water towels are renewed every day. Cleaning every day with high quality! I want to express my gratitude to the management and all the employees well done! We arrived at night and settled us right away. They brought a late dinner of pasta, vegetables, bread, and milk to their granddaughter. Not all hotels practice this. If you look for flaws, you can find them everywhere -we didn't look for them, everything suits us! I recommend a quiet and relaxing holiday! The only thing if you plan to shop is only by taxi, we went to rest -everything is great!

The view from any room is on the sea, the rooms are very spacious, the room has a large very comfortable bed, necessary furniture (a little tired), a kettle, tea and coffee sets (replenished daily), a small compressor-free refrigerator (although it practically does not cool), a safe, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a bidet (tubes with gels for the shower, shampoos are replenished daily), towels are changed daily, bed linen is changed daily. In general, room cleaning is a separate story))) the cleaning guys love their job very much and persistently seek the opportunity to clean the room at any cost. They clean everything very efficiently and responsibly, especially the guys Asanka and Siwa!!!❤ There are two armchairs and a table on the balcony. The hotel has several pools, including for kids. The food is quite acceptable and varied. The beach is a wonderful big sandy one, there are some pebbles at the entrance to the sea, turtles, fish, crabs were observed from the breakwater in the morning. In general, the hotel is beautiful, but there is one caveat - there are not enough sun loungers and beach umbrellas for everyone, you have to get up early in the morning and run to borrow, grannies succeed in this))

Positive: sea view, calm, safe area, good daily cleaning.
The breakfasts are delicious.
The sea is clear, you can watch fish and swim with turtles outside the beach (to the left of the pier)
Cons: the reception service is not at all guest-oriented. Through Alina, not a single issue was resolved: they wanted to use the transfer to Dubai only in one direction - they refused, asked for help with calling a taxi - they received a voice message with sighs and the answer "it makes no sense for me to order a taxi for you" find the car yourself.
They asked for help with the delivery - they offered to call the application operator for an additional fee.
Two of the three pools were closed for 2 days.
We came to celebrate birthdays - there was no reaction from the hotel.
The hotel is on the outskirts - there is nowhere to walk except a small area, no cafes.
The cost of entertainment and food is significantly overstated.
To order food, I recommend contacting local restaurants via WA or, if you have a local SIM card, order talabat in the app.

Nice hotel.
Suitable for family holidays.
There are many Russian-speaking guests.
There is alcohol for all inclusive and ultra, which can be purchased at the hotel store.
There are many pools, but the maximum depth is 1.4m.
Turtles come to the beach (not on the beach itself, but next to the breakwaters).
There is no civilization nearby, Dibba is 10 km away, where taxi drivers will gladly take you for 25-35 local tugriks.
There is a fruit market not far from the hotel within walking distance, but I do not advise, after it you can fly home by self-propelled rocket.
The food at the hotel is delicious and varied, everyone will find something to eat, the main thing is not to pile everything on a plate that comes into view, but to alternate dishes.
I liked the hookah.
It may not be suitable for those who are vain and love constant movement.

The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful! The food is good, but perhaps I would like more assortment! The water is the purest in the bay, the sand is beautiful! The air temperature is 42- 46 degrees during the day and 35 at night! There are a lot of Russian-speaking families with children, it was a little confusing, so to speak! The territory is not large, but green, there are 3 pools of 1.4 meters and 2 for kids of 0.8 and 1.2 meters. There is a vegetable market within a 20-minute walk, you can also call a taxi 35 dirhams to the city and 25 dirhams back to the Lulu supermarket. The sea is very clean and warm. We had a rest with my wife in room 1201 from July 29 to August 06.
I am writing an honest review, I have been to many places, there is something to compare it with.
pluses:
- very clean, the staff is trying their best, thanks to Bhan, who cleaned our floor✅
- lack of slides and a water park
- good alcohol, even local, high-quality water (native Schweppes), canned Belgian beer…
- there are 2 Russian-speaking girls at the reception (they REALLY help), thank them very much and in general the reception is in ORDER!
- a lot of space (although the territory is small)
- A GORGEOUS beach (lots of space, white sand, etc., and waves are not a hindrance when neighboring beaches were closed (red flag), everything always worked for us✅
- little animation (this is a plus, no one climbs and does not interfere): volleyball with a sagging net and a parody of the evening show (except Monday) at +33😞
- disco in the evening (music to order)
- FOOD (the choice is: chicken-fish-beef, tasty, high quality), fresh salads, etc. The ONLY trouble is with coffee in the morning, the queue!!!
- the room is certainly dead, but clean cleaning, daily linen change, an old telephone, an old TV, half of the light bulbs just don't light.
minuses:
- restaurant service (drinks are brought very sluggishly and for a long time)
- only 1 Russian channel on TV (and that cable one), for comparison 3 French channels, and there are ALMOST none in the hotel
- you constantly need to control everything (then they won't put sneakers on, then there is no gel, chairs were absent on the balcony when checking in, there is very little light in the room, some of the lamps do not work)
- safe (antique and does not work), but it is not needed in principle…
- the beach attendants constantly close all the umbrellas themselves, because of the wind and people have to fry)
- a lot of old towels (which are given out on the beach), there are even torn ones
- the murdered entertainment room (tennis, billiards) - it would be better not to see this!
CONCLUSION:
A good hotel with good food, good service and Internet throughout, a decent beach. Of course not five stars, but the other five are definitely NOT BETTER.

P.S.: The SPA is very expensive, the location is not convenient, a taxi is expensive (2 dirhams per km), it takes 2 hours to get to civilization. The old market is a 20-minute walk (cleanly fried along the road). It's not his place to take (consumer goods) and fruits (without taste and juice).
Watermelons are sweet, the rest of the fruits are just cotton wool, the local Edam cheese is good (lumpy).
For those who will go, advice:
1. An excursion to Abu Dhabi is gorgeous (clothes are rented for 20 dirhams, but it's still the same) or buy 45 dirhams (already to your taste), prices on the date market are overestimated by 2 times
2. It is better not to take excursions on a big bus (according to the Law, the speed is limited to 80 km / h, it takes a very long time to get to civilization), milking cars limit 120, they go 130 km / h
3. Dubai Mall prices are crazy (much cheaper in dutik), fountains are not 92 songs, but 30 and the height is not 150 meters, but only 34 m. (guides are deceiving). Prices are lower in the basement and basement. There are not 52 elevators in the high-rise, but only 9 (the rest are not active), it does not cost money to climb
4. The Ferris wheel in the city is allegedly 202 meters, lies ... 148 meters and it DOES NOT WORK. All the ships are sightseeing without alcohol, it's just hot at the top.
5. Do not forget about the taxi-free. It starts from 250 dirhams, put a stamp and sticker on the check, and get 5% in any currency in cash after passport control (according to passport)
6. Check-in for a flight in Dubai in 1.5 hours, there is no point in arriving earlier, everything can be completed in 40 minutes, but there is nothing to do there
7. Aeroflot flies Boeings, no matter what they say. They are fed 1 time, drinks, beer and wine (afternoon, evening). And in Moscow, passport control is a minimum of an hour waiting in line, the heat is just. All windows are working

I didn't have any problems. The only thing that the hotel is not in the city, the nearest town is Dibba. You can't walk outside of it. Dubai is 1.5 - 2 hours away. There are still minor flaws. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cleaning with linen change daily. They clean very cleanly, consumables are replenished every day - water, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, etc. Meals 3 times a day, European menu. It's very tasty, but monotonous - after a week the food got boring. The ocean is very warm and clean, 5 pools with fresh water. Everything is beautiful. The pools are cleaned every morning. There is a lifeguard on duty at the beach and at each pool. The staff is friendly, they understand Russian, respond to requests promptly.

A very friendly man in the clothing store at the hotel , always greets everyone , is very friendly ! I want to mention a small shop on the beach, we noticed it only on the day of departure , I searched all over Fujairah for menthol crystals - I did not find it, but here please-everything is there ! the prices are excellent , tanning products , natural creams , perfumes and souvenirs ! Thank you for your hospitality! We had a rest together with my husband at the end of November, we were satisfied with the rest! We lived in the second building - direct access to the beach. The room is large, without frills, the furniture is old, but the bed linen and towels are snow-white and changed daily. We took HB and we had enough. The beach is great, the sea / ocean is gorgeous, fish, turtles, two piers, sun beds, umbrellas could always be found free, towels are provided. We stayed at this hotel in September 2024, two adults and a child of 6 years old. I liked everything! The hotel is very nice!
They settled in quickly, gave us a room with a gorgeous view directly to the sea.
The room was cleaned well, the beds were changed every day.

There is no store nearby, the nearest one is 10 km from the hotel.
There are no bathrobes in the rooms, or rather they are for a fee.

Of the disadvantages: 1. It takes at least 2 hours to drive from Al Maktoum airport. 2. The emirate itself is a quiet village, there is not much nearby in terms of attractions. All excursions from Fujairah are for 12-15 hours, taking into account long trips to other emirates. 3. The service is very ambiguous - I was unlucky with cleaning, the first time they remembered about cleaning on the 4th day of my stay, and then they regularly forgot something - then they wouldn't give me water, then they wouldn't give me a towel, then they wouldn't take out the dishes and garbage. At the same time, the reception staff is very responsive, with cleaning and all needs, I solved issues through them. 4. Food - you will not go hungry, but also absolutely without frills 5. Very expensive drinks and food, if ordered outside the boarding house - a cup of tea with a bag of 500 rubles. 6. There were cases when there were not enough sun loungers and towels on the beach. 7. The hotel itself needs restoration.
In general, a 5 * hotel of the world-famous chain does not pull at all, but would give 3 +. But in terms of price / quality ratio and under the condition of staying for the purpose of a beach holiday, it is quite OK. I wouldn't go a second time.

The children's menu they advertise is also 1 type of food, French fries and 2 nuggets. The staff is different, they are not in a hurry, but it is not very annoying. The sea compensates for everything, warm, clean, smooth approach. Turtles can be seen from the left pontoon, sharks from the right. We swam with turtles near the buoys several times. Lots of crabs everywhere. If you arrive early or leave late, be prepared that you will not be fed and the bracelets for receiving drinks will be exactly from 15 on the day of arrival to 12 on the day of departure. There are no snack bars on site. Meals are served only during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours in 1 restaurant. You need to sign for everything in bars and specify the room number, which is annoying.

Nice big hotel, not super modern, but everything is in excellent condition! There are several buildings and separate houses. And for people there are several more pools - both cold and heated, and for children)))
They give out everything you need every day: fresh towels and shampoos, gels and after-sun lotions, a tooth.brushes and razors... Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The staff is very helpful, always ready to help, and many speak Russian!

You cannot rent a car without an international license and without an international payment card. It is better to order a taxi in advance, it is not realistic to catch a taxi on the highway. We went on excursions to Dubai several times and to Abu Dhabi. If you are eating from Anex and you come across a Meder hotel guide, then it is better to change it to any other guide from another tour operator. (Just walk up to another guide and join another group) The Meder guide works very poorly - it imposes expensive tickets, but refuses to sell simple ones. The breakfasts are good, the choice is large. From meat for breakfast, only chicken sausages. For lunch or dinner, meat is always beef, fish, chicken of various preparations. Vegetables and fruits in the assortment. The food quality is good, everything is always fresh. In general, we did not starve.
There were always enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone. However, if anyone wants to get closer to the water, then in the morning they threw a towel before breakfast. There are fish in the sea, turtles swam in, it's very interesting.
There is nothing near the hotel, but there are paid excursions. There is a free bus to Fujairah, however, it takes 2 hours to drive with check-in at different hotels for people. Add here a long (from 5 minutes) beverage service - juices and alcohol are brought on request by waiters, which still need to be caught in time..
In general, the expectations of a 5* hotel for food and drinks did not materialize. Perhaps they were initially overestimated, but next time they will consider another option.
