We lived in a villa with a living room and 2 bedrooms, a large and cozy room, but outdated. The window of one of the bedrooms overlooks a busy road, this is very important for those who are light sleepers. It feels like you're sleeping right on the highway. The refrigerator for the mini-bar does not cool drinks, I made an application twice - it's useless, they say that the refrigerator is not for storing food, but for cooling drinks. Since we didn't take AI, it was very important for us. As a result, we were left without cold beer and Chilled white wine. Well, no one replenishes the mini bar itself. The room had a large terrace overlooking the sea. It was possible to sit on it only two evenings, in other cases a strong wind started in the evening, it was uncomfortable to sit. Of the advantages, the beds are very comfortable, the bed linen was changed every day. We only took breakfast. The breakfast food itself is acceptable. But there are no clean tables, chairs are wiped clean after cleaning the table, the table is not served, or until you ask. On the last day of our arrival, all the dishes ran out, we waited for 15 minutes. In general, the staff can not cope with breakfast. When checking in, no one offered even a sip of water, considering that almost all tourists come from DXB, this is also a big minus, since it takes 1.5-2 hours to drive. There is no cleaning, sour cream for coffee is also in the room. We have an all-inclusive system. In the bar, they constantly say two drinks in hand, the five of us relax, in their opinion, the five of us should go to the bar. At the same time, they write out some checks (which creates a queue), took lemonade to the child, attributed two beers, asked what it was, the bartender said no problem signing, I don't know what he will do with it later. You take a whiskey, they write two and so on with everything. The food is terrible, just sausages from breakfast in an incomprehensible salad at lunch. Everything is seasoned, absolutely everything. The children's menu is a separate story, it's a quest. First you need to find a waiter and order a children's menu (they only include over-dried spaghetti and over-dried fries in old butter), everything else is not included in the all-inclusive system, and if the waiter has not forgotten, he will definitely bring you this delicacy in half an hour, but this is not accurate, as well as drinks if you suddenly you also order them from the waiter, you don't have to wait. Dirty plates will not be cleaned either until you finish the meal. The humiliation of vacationers is everywhere. Ice cream is only for children in general, it costs 7 types of ice cream, the child chose, the aunt says everything is paid, except for those three in the corner. It is always better to rest than to work.it's been a month and a half since my vacation and I already want to write a good one, but upon arrival I was very upset. The sofas in the lobby were stained, but the receptionist was very smiling. The room was given a very good one, but I had to go for the missing towels and consumables. The sea is very good! But the food is not tasty and monotonous! On the day of departure, the bracelets were cut off and there was no water or food before the plane. I will not go to this hotel anymore. This place is a must!

Of fruits, only watermelon and sometimes melon and mango, if you are ready to come to the opening and stand in line. From drinks water, two sour lemonades. The rest of the drinks need to be ordered from the waiters and at best they will be brought to you in 20 minutes, at worst they will not be brought at all, because the waiters do not always remember who ordered what. From alcohol there are 4 types of cocktails (pinocolada and 3 more not very tasty) and beer, the rest of the alcohol for money, regardless of all inclusive or not.

If you want to take the sun beds, then you need to do it at 6-7:30 in the morning, otherwise then all the sun beds will be occupied and you will have to sit either on the sand or in the bar waiting for a free sunbed. There are no towels all the time, it's also better to get them in the morning and not give them away until the end of the rest, we had a lot of times when we were told 20 minutes, we came in 20 minutes, we were told 30 minutes and so on. The number of sunbeds at the pools leaves much to be desired, I counted about 5 pieces at the small pool and about 5-10 at the second one, and this is if no one took them and took them to the beach, because, again, the number of sunbeds does not correspond to the number of guests in the hotel.

It was often necessary to open the passage to the second hall, since there was no place for a family of 4 people to sit in the first hall. There are no questions about the quality of the dishes, it was quite tasty, but also monotonous. The evening animation is very weak in comparison with Turkey, there were only 2 times, the children's program is repeated. Thanks to this, we slept well, as we went to bed early. I was also surprised by the weak illumination of the territory, but again, we got enough sleep with the windows open and the ocean air. The Gulf of Oman is gorgeous, the water is soft and clear. The sand is fine and soft. You adapt to the hotel, but you want more comfort, the repair is tired, it's clearly not 5-Ka, rather 3-ka.
A cool hotel, we didn't regret choosing it. We flew in July. It's hot 40 degrees and 38 in the evening. All rooms have balconies. Lots of pools, all working. One until 23 00. The food is very tasty, there was nothing that they did not finish. Alcohol is all inclusive, we took 3 meals a day and did not lose. They took liqueurs with them in a suitcase.

I was vacationing with a friend from February 17 to February 23, 2024, the sea is wonderful, the location of the hotel rooms is good (all Windows overlook the sea). Many people here write that upon arrival they were settled immediately, it was not so with us, they settled in at the time indicated by the hotel (after a night flight, of course, I wanted to relax in the room, but it did not work out). We took breakfast and dinner, the food was delicious, but monotonous (the same thing every day, small queues every day). There are not enough sunbeds on the beach, although there don't seem to be many people, but due to the fact that there were either things or towels on the sunbeds all day, the sunbeds were occupied. The hotel is generally not bad, although not new, the territory is large, you can walk around, everything is cleaned and clean.
But there is one big unpleasant thing.
There were ants in our room, it was impossible to leave a piece of chocolate or a bun or dates on the table and even in the refrigerator (I didn't freeze at all, there was no sense from it), immediately a horde of small ants.
Is there really no way to withdraw them, it's very unpleasant, you must agree, to pay a lot of money and live in such conditions ...
The staff is wonderful, everyone smiles, they try to help, especially Alina, she removes a lot of questions and problems of vacationers, since she knows Russian, you could always approach her with any question, smart girl, she deserves a promotion or a good bonus.
