We rested from 18 to 11/30/13. I usually do not read reviews before the trip, because everything in the world is relative, and most of what is written is subjective. This trip was no exception, and I regretted it.
It all started with the settlement. The fact that it was from 15 o'clock was not a surprise, because the check-in was early enough, but at 15 with kopecks it turned out that we were banally "forgotten" and the room was not ready yet. 20-30 minutes later, after repeated reminders that it was high time to provide the required number, we were taken on a golf cart, although the territory is not that big. Upon check-in, it turned out that the room was not ready in fact: the safe did not work, there were not enough glasses (how can you rest without them?!) and so on little things.
The lighting in the bathroom is simply no, shaving was almost by touch. Periodically, when cleaning, we forgot to put something in, although we leave a tip. Yes, and they didn't clean regularly - they just forgot about us for a couple of days. I had to put the trash can in the corridor. In general, rumservice is a C-grade.
The beach is good and there is more than enough space, which can not be said about the sun beds and especially the zotniks. In the beginning, there were a lot of guests at the hotel and if you do not take a seat before breakfast (starts at 7.00), then at 8-8.30 you can no longer find empty seats. As in other warm and humid countries, there are a lot of annoying flies on the beach, but here they do not fight them in any way, but on the contrary, every day at dawn they water the greenery with sewage (poorly treated) waters. The smell at the same time is appropriate. It is especially not pleasant to go to breakfast under such an ombre, so we tried to walk through the buildings, and not down the street.

The privacy of the hotel was one of the main advantages for us. The hotel is surrounded by mountains. There is a private beach, crabs live in the rocks, small fish swim.
It is perfect for a quiet and measured rest.
But keep in mind that only the small town of Dibba is nearby (about 7 minutes by car), and the other emirates on the opposite side are ~ 150 km away. This was not a disadvantage for us, because the road for excursions surrounded by mountains and then deserts is simply magnificent. If necessary, you can take a taxi both at the hotel and in Dibba.
The hotel itself is not super new, but clean and delicious smelling)
Food 5+. We took breakfast/dinner, it was enough. There was enough of everything, everything was delicious and fresh. There are many dishes of Indian cuisine, there are national sweets, always fresh fruits and vegetables. The Swedish line has never been empty. If something ended, they immediately changed it.
The service is excellent. We arrived late and were late for dinner, so pasta and salad were brought to our room (at one o'clock in the morning). Room cleaning is daily, if something is missing or additional water is needed, you can always ask at the reception. Most of the staff speaks English, but knows simple Russian phrases.
The only drawback is the imposition of services in the spa and a completely inadequate price. Therefore, we avoided even the hamam included in the price.

If you are planning your vacation at this hotel, then by all means take the All system, it will be hard at breakfast, and lunch and dinner separately are sooooo expensive.Only water costs 350 rubles . for a bottle of 0.5 . Not to mention alcoholic beverages. It's better to overpay a little and enjoy your vacation than to puzzle over where to go to eat. We rested from 12.02.23 to 19.02.23. The hotel is good, the beautiful coastline is 500 meters. All rooms have sea views. The food is decent. Ice cream is given from 11 to 17. Drinks (cola, fanta, sprite, schweppes), juices, coffee all from coffee machines are quite decent. Bottled water 0.5 l. The only negative, in all bars and in the main restaurant, when ordering drinks, they bring a check with zero cost and ask you to sign.It takes the time of bartenders and vacationers. There is nothing near the hotel. So taking breakfasts and dinners is not really suitable for this hotel. Nearby is a campsite and a hotel under construction. There is a fruit market 2 km away. You can take a walk in the evening. The entrance to the sea is good, the beach is sand- shell. The water is clean, the tides are almost not felt for swimming.
The hotel has a nice game room (billiards, table football, table tennis, slot machines) all for free. There are mini golf courses on site. There is a chess field.
All heated pools (+32). The sea in mid-February was 23-25 degrees. Animation is very unobtrusive, you can say it is not. In general, a quiet, family-run hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, but we checked in only at 14.30, because there were no available rooms of our category yet. So we went to the bar, had a paid snack. It is surprising when people write that they arrived in the morning and were not fed before settling in. According to international rules, you are officially settled after 14.00 and, accordingly, food is only included from that time. It's not just in this hotel! The staff is very polite, the girl Alina helps in everything. We had a standard room. The room is large, 2 one-and-a-half desks, a sofa and an extra bed were brought. The view is gorgeous from the balcony! The room has everything and tea accessories and iron and board, slippers, shampoos, etc., water 0.5 per person per day. If something was missing, we turned to the reception, brought it within 15 minutes! Of course, the renovation in the hotel can be refreshed somewhere, but it does not matter, because 90% of the time we are on the beach. We had an AIl Inclusive system, according to the list there was a list of alcohol included in this package. The bartenders ignored him and poured such rubbish, pretending that they did not understand. Instead of rum, whiskey was poured into the pina colada, for example, by eye. Instead of sleeping it off on vacation, we went out at 5 a.m. to hunt for sun beds, which are extremely few for a hotel of this size. Beach towels were also changed with a fight. Ice cream for children under 12 years old, funny, it's all inclusive. I rate the food at 3. There is no animation, after dinner only sleep. The service in the dining room is slow, drinks are brought in 20 minutes. Tables and chairs in the dining room are poorly cleaned, there is no serving. The room is ordinary, without frills. I am glad that it goes to the sea. Although upon arrival they provided a room in the 1st building with a view of the wall, we refused. Check-in is at 15 o'clock, so early arrival does not matter, we were settled at 14. The beach is clean, sandy approach, the sea is excellent. But the problem is that there are not enough sunbeds catastrophically, I get up at 6.30 on the alarm clock to take a seat. Otherwise, there are no seats at 7 o'clock. We lived in a villa with a living room and 2 bedrooms, a large and cozy room, but outdated. The window of one of the bedrooms overlooks a busy road, this is very important for those who are light sleepers. It feels like you're sleeping right on the highway. The refrigerator for the mini-bar does not cool drinks, I made an application twice - it's useless, they say that the refrigerator is not for storing food, but for cooling drinks. Since we didn't take AI, it was very important for us. As a result, we were left without cold beer and Chilled white wine. Well, no one replenishes the mini bar itself. The room had a large terrace overlooking the sea. It was possible to sit on it only two evenings, in other cases a strong wind started in the evening, it was uncomfortable to sit. Of the advantages, the beds are very comfortable, the bed linen was changed every day. We only took breakfast. The breakfast food itself is acceptable. But there are no clean tables, chairs are wiped clean after cleaning the table, the table is not served, or until you ask. On the last day of our arrival, all the dishes ran out, we waited for 15 minutes. In general, the staff can not cope with breakfast. When checking in, no one offered even a sip of water, considering that almost all tourists come from DXB, this is also a big minus, since it takes 1.5-2 hours to drive. Also, when checking in, the girl at the reception for some reason said that the Cellar drinks store at the hotel was closed during Ramadan, we went to the Cellar near the hotel and were very surprised when we found the Cellar open on the penultimate day of rest, where we were informed that they had been working all this time daily from 7 pm. When asked if the diving center is working, the same girl regretfully informed that the diving center is closed. On a walk, we found that the diving center was working as if nothing had happened, we went snorkeling coolly. It should be noted the work of the room service, they brought delicious food quickly. I want to go back there. The ocean is crazy, just a fairy tale. The hotel itself is a little tired, but we don't come to sit in the room, although the room is spacious. The eldest child (13 years old) was brought an extra bed. The hotel staff are doing their best, besides they are very friendly, they respond quickly to all requests and questions. There are Russian speakers.
At first glance, it seemed that there would be problems with nutrition, but it turned out that everything is very tasty and natural, whatever you take.
In general, everything is fine, if you do not pay attention to all sorts of little things. In addition, the cost of a trip to this hotel is significantly lower than to others. I repeat once again: the ocean!!!!. Even in Fujairah, there are far from everywhere beaches like in this hotel (sand, good entry into the water).
Vacation on August 10-24, 2023, family: grandmother, mother, 2 children (13 and 4).

There is no cleaning, sour cream for coffee is also in the room. We have an all-inclusive system. In the bar, they constantly say two drinks in hand, the five of us relax, in their opinion, the five of us should go to the bar. At the same time, they write out some checks (which creates a queue), took lemonade to the child, attributed two beers, asked what it was, the bartender said no problem signing, I don't know what he will do with it later. You take a whiskey, they write two and so on with everything. The food is terrible, just sausages from breakfast in an incomprehensible salad at lunch. Everything is seasoned, absolutely everything. The children's menu is a separate story, it's a quest. First you need to find a waiter and order a children's menu (they only include over-dried spaghetti and over-dried fries in old butter), everything else is not included in the all-inclusive system, and if the waiter has not forgotten, he will definitely bring you this delicacy in half an hour, but this is not accurate, as well as drinks if you suddenly you also order them from the waiter, you don't have to wait. Dirty plates will not be cleaned either until you finish the meal. The humiliation of vacationers is everywhere. Ice cream is only for children in general, it costs 7 types of ice cream, the child chose, the aunt says everything is paid, except for those three in the corner. The amount of food is catastrophically insufficient for the number of guests in this hotel and this is taking into account the fact that part of the hotel (villas) are closed. There are always queues in the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is repeated every day, and on day 3-5 you will just get tired of eating it. Of fruits, only watermelon and sometimes melon and mango, if you are ready to come to the opening and stand in line. From drinks water, two sour lemonades. The rest of the drinks need to be ordered from the waiters and at best they will be brought to you in 20 minutes, at worst they will not be brought at all, because the waiters do not always remember who ordered what. From alcohol there are 4 types of cocktails (pinocolada and 3 more not very tasty) and beer, the rest of the alcohol for money, regardless of all inclusive or not.

If you want to take the sun beds, then you need to do it at 6-7:30 in the morning, otherwise then all the sun beds will be occupied and you will have to sit either on the sand or in the bar waiting for a free sunbed. There are no towels all the time, it's also better to get them in the morning and not give them away until the end of the rest, we had a lot of times when we were told 20 minutes, we came in 20 minutes, we were told 30 minutes and so on. The number of sunbeds at the pools leaves much to be desired, I counted about 5 pieces at the small pool and about 5-10 at the second one, and this is if no one took them and took them to the beach, because, again, the number of sunbeds does not correspond to the number of guests in the hotel.

There is constant humidity in the room itself, if you open the balcony, the floor is covered with moisture, like in a hammam, on which it is very easy to slip. Things dry for days, and then if you hang them on the balcony, towels and clothes are constantly damp in the room.
The bed linen stinks of rottenness, the impression that it is being washed in the toilet, the stench is incredible.
Well, the cherry on the cake is cockroaches. I didn't want to believe it and hoped that it would pass us by, but no, it didn't. There really are cockroaches in the rooms and they are not small. It was the last straw of my patience.
This hotel does not pull in 5 stars under any circumstances. A maximum of 2 stars and then with a stretch. The Radisson was very disappointing and ruined the whole vacation.
When we chose a hotel in the Emirates, we expected that we would receive high service, firstly because it is a 5-star hotel, and secondly because it is the Emirates. As a result, complete disappointment. The money we paid for this hotel does not match what we received.
Any troika in Turkey surpasses the quality and service by 1000 times than the Radisson Hotel in Fujairah.
I do not recommend this hotel. If quality and comfortable rest is important to you, then this hotel is definitely not suitable.

We were at this hotel in September with my son and girlfriend, we took all inclusive AL, it's not my first time in the UAE and it's just a shock from what I saw on the first day. We arrived in the morning at 8 o'clock, of course, we were not put in a room, when asked if it was possible to drink at least tea, we were told everything for a fee. And no water was offered. Up to 14 hours of waiting without water and food was terrible.
The dining room is in a very unpleasant condition, you can't even call it a restaurant, the furniture is old, dirty, the rooms are also 3 out of 10, I read the reviews before taking the hotel and everything is written with a rating of 5, from where 5 if there is a nightmare, the photos of the hotel are beautiful, but in fact everything is not so.
My friend had everything included, but without alcohol, since she is not particularly a drinker, I thought a couple of times and my cocktails would be enough for her, on the first evening I took 2 cocktails like pinot coladas at the beach bar, but this is not at all the same and we sat quietly drinking it, I think I have the right to treat my girlfriend, but it turns out no, the bartender stood and looked into our mouths, then he came up and started swearing on his own that I had no right to do this, after he brought a receipt for a cocktail, it was a complete trash, the most interesting thing was that he put a blue tube in a soft drink, and in alcoholic beverages a red one and thereby watched which of glasses are picked up by my friend. It's such a shame and such a humiliation.
The food was on 3 ku there is no choice at all from the word no. A couple of times there was a delicious stew.
Only the sea was excellent in this hotel.
And the territory is normal . In the lobby bar after 22.00 they did not give us anything, although the concept states that we can use the services until 23.00.
We'll never go back there again.

There are no complaints about the hotel, but ...
It is suitable if you are 60+, or you are traveling with children, or a large company. TERRIBLY boring!!! At 22 o'clock , life stops , they don 't pour anymore and the animation ends . Lots of kids and retirees .
I shouldn't have read the reviews before I arrived, it's just a quiet family vacation.
The food is good, the ocean is 1 minute, cleaned every day.
They were settled ahead of time , fed on departure .
I would love to send my parents here , I would not go myself anymore
