We rested from 18 to 11/30/13. I usually do not read reviews before the trip, because everything in the world is relative, and most of what is written is subjective. This trip was no exception, and I regretted it.
It all started with the settlement. The fact that it was from 15 o'clock was not a surprise, because the check-in was early enough, but at 15 with kopecks it turned out that we were banally "forgotten" and the room was not ready yet. 20-30 minutes later, after repeated reminders that it was high time to provide the required number, we were taken on a golf cart, although the territory is not that big. Upon check-in, it turned out that the room was not ready in fact: the safe did not work, there were not enough glasses (how can you rest without them?!) and so on little things.
The lighting in the bathroom is simply no, shaving was almost by touch. Periodically, when cleaning, we forgot to put something in, although we leave a tip. Yes, and they didn't clean regularly - they just forgot about us for a couple of days. I had to put the trash can in the corridor. In general, rumservice is a C-grade.
The beach is good and there is more than enough space, which can not be said about the sun beds and especially the zotniks. In the beginning, there were a lot of guests at the hotel and if you do not take a seat before breakfast (starts at 7.00), then at 8-8.30 you can no longer find empty seats. As in other warm and humid countries, there are a lot of annoying flies on the beach, but here they do not fight them in any way, but on the contrary, every day at dawn they water the greenery with sewage (poorly treated) waters. The smell at the same time is appropriate. It is especially not pleasant to go to breakfast under such an ombre, so we tried to walk through the buildings, and not down the street.
The hotel is certainly not five stars. Far from the airport. Everything is average. Food for 4, a strange all-inclusive system. Beach for 4, towels in poor condition. I wouldn't go to this hotel a second time.

The privacy of the hotel was one of the main advantages for us. The hotel is surrounded by mountains. There is a private beach, crabs live in the rocks, small fish swim.
It is perfect for a quiet and measured rest.
But keep in mind that only the small town of Dibba is nearby (about 7 minutes by car), and the other emirates on the opposite side are ~ 150 km away. This was not a disadvantage for us, because the road for excursions surrounded by mountains and then deserts is simply magnificent. If necessary, you can take a taxi both at the hotel and in Dibba.
The hotel itself is not super new, but clean and delicious smelling)
Food 5+. We took breakfast/dinner, it was enough. There was enough of everything, everything was delicious and fresh. There are many dishes of Indian cuisine, there are national sweets, always fresh fruits and vegetables. The Swedish line has never been empty. If something ended, they immediately changed it.
The service is excellent. We arrived late and were late for dinner, so pasta and salad were brought to our room (at one o'clock in the morning). Room cleaning is daily, if something is missing or additional water is needed, you can always ask at the reception. Most of the staff speaks English, but knows simple Russian phrases.
The only drawback is the imposition of services in the spa and a completely inadequate price. Therefore, we avoided even the hamam included in the price.

There is no cleaning, sour cream for coffee is also in the room. We have an all-inclusive system. In the bar, they constantly say two drinks in hand, the five of us relax, in their opinion, the five of us should go to the bar. At the same time, they write out some checks (which creates a queue), took lemonade to the child, attributed two beers, asked what it was, the bartender said no problem signing, I don't know what he will do with it later. You take a whiskey, they write two and so on with everything. The food is terrible, just sausages from breakfast in an incomprehensible salad at lunch. Everything is seasoned, absolutely everything. The children's menu is a separate story, it's a quest. First you need to find a waiter and order a children's menu (they only include over-dried spaghetti and over-dried fries in old butter), everything else is not included in the all-inclusive system, and if the waiter has not forgotten, he will definitely bring you this delicacy in half an hour, but this is not accurate, as well as drinks if you suddenly you also order them from the waiter, you don't have to wait. Dirty plates will not be cleaned either until you finish the meal. The humiliation of vacationers is everywhere. Ice cream is only for children in general, it costs 7 types of ice cream, the child chose, the aunt says everything is paid, except for those three in the corner. The sofas in the lobby were stained, but the receptionist was very smiling. The room was given a very good one, but I had to go for the missing towels and consumables. The sea is very good! But the food is not tasty and monotonous! On the day of departure, the bracelets were cut off and there was no water or food before the plane. I will not go to this hotel anymore. This place is a must!

The amount of food is catastrophically insufficient for the number of guests in this hotel and this is taking into account the fact that part of the hotel (villas) are closed. There are always queues in the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is repeated every day, and on day 3-5 you will just get tired of eating it. Of fruits, only watermelon and sometimes melon and mango, if you are ready to come to the opening and stand in line. From drinks water, two sour lemonades. The rest of the drinks need to be ordered from the waiters and at best they will be brought to you in 20 minutes, at worst they will not be brought at all, because the waiters do not always remember who ordered what. From alcohol there are 4 types of cocktails (pinocolada and 3 more not very tasty) and beer, the rest of the alcohol for money, regardless of all inclusive or not.

If you want to take the sun beds, then you need to do it at 6-7:30 in the morning, otherwise then all the sun beds will be occupied and you will have to sit either on the sand or in the bar waiting for a free sunbed. There are no towels all the time, it's also better to get them in the morning and not give them away until the end of the rest, we had a lot of times when we were told 20 minutes, we came in 20 minutes, we were told 30 minutes and so on. The number of sunbeds at the pools leaves much to be desired, I counted about 5 pieces at the small pool and about 5-10 at the second one, and this is if no one took them and took them to the beach, because, again, the number of sunbeds does not correspond to the number of guests in the hotel.

It is suitable if you are 60+, or you are traveling with children, or a large company. TERRIBLY boring!!! At 22 o'clock , life stops , they don 't pour anymore and the animation ends . Lots of kids and retirees .
I shouldn't have read the reviews before I arrived, it's just a quiet family vacation.
The food is good, the ocean is 1 minute, cleaned every day.
They were settled ahead of time , fed on departure .
I would love to send my parents here , I would not go myself anymore
