I had a good rest in Rixos. A wide variety of food, good drinks, especially in the lounge bar. Great evening shows. There were some nuances with the service, namely the waiters, but they decided quickly with the manager. There are also Russian speakers at the reception. The attitude towards Russians, as everywhere in Egypt and Turkey, is felt anyway, such a hidden disregard. But this is not a hotel problem, it is a widespread problem. By the way, this was not expressed with an attitude here. The spa area is not about anything at all, I think this is not acceptable for Rixos. But, we went to Rixos Seagates, it's decent there. Golf carts travel throughout the hotel, including to Seaports and to the Water Park. The hotel was specially rented for 18+, which is a big plus. There were sea escapes from the pontoon, during our vacation there were winds and it was not always possible to swim, the water is carried away by the current, it is difficult to return to the pontoon. There are many pools, you can choose any one. There are also enough sun beds. I liked the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times and I'm very happy! Excellent service, delicious and varied food (a lot of seafood - I don't eat meat and this is a big plus for me), chic evening shows and comfortable rooms. The Turkish manager proved himself well in Egyptian conditions: the high level of Turkish 5-star hotels on the Red Sea coast. Please note: loud music in the hotel is a party hotel until 12.00 at night. 8 restaurants a la card ( payment is included in the concept of ol inclusive ) . The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, there are a lot of flowers and greenery. The reef is located about 100 meters along the pontoon from the shore. 3 main large pools . We were in October, the weather was super, +30C with a tail, a slight breeze. The beauty of the hotel for Adults is the absence of children and mothers, so it is quiet and peaceful on the beach and in the restaurant. The contingent is more age - related . Everything is fine in terms of nutrition and maintenance. In addition to the main restaurant, there are several ala maps. Alcohol of the imported economy type, pure whiskey or cognac is too hard to drink. But there are Baileys, Martinis, tequila and good cocktails. Wine, by the way, is also nothing, not sour. White wine has a funny name Obelisk. There are a lot of pools, but they are stupid, mostly small. Rixos bought 2 hotels that were clearly for children and combined them into one. The territory is huge and green, they carry it on carriages. It turned out to be very cool. In the evening there is a program, after which there is a disco. From 17.00 on the beach, girls in swimsuits are dancing in the bar. There are nuances by the sea, the beach area itself is large, the sun beds are not on top of each other, but there are waves all the time out of season, so panton is closed in the morning. They open only after 14.00. Panton is about 200 meters long, so the sea is already deep and dark, the corals are not interesting. The bathing area is not very large, but after we were carried away by the current, it became clear why. Apparently, in this bay there are often currents in the sea in which a swimmer without fins does not do anything there, blows into the sea at once. You lower your head to look at the fish and that one already knows where the fuck. It's good that there are rescuers, usually they just throw a lifebuoy with a rope and pull. Those who have been carried away are taken away by rescuers with masks and flippers. A puddle near the shore saves, even fish swim in it, but it is crowded during the day. So if you prioritize the Sea, then this particular bay is not for you. In the neighboring Rixos, the Sighate Panton is even longer, 800 meters. They drive along it on chaises. This hotel seemed a little cooler, the restaurant is richer, the pools are smarter, there is premium alcohol, but the beach area is much smaller, although there is also a puddle there. A chaise goes to this hotel, you can use its services except for premium alcohol. The Rixos Golf Hotel has a different bay, the sea is open there, but the beach area is very small. As a result, the hotel does not bother anything, everything is smooth, so I liked the rest. But out of season, given the nuance of the sea, I am unlikely to come again, unless there are low prices. And they obviously won't be, because the hotel is clearly popular.

One of the best hotels in Charm. Rixos for adults is connected by a shuttle (a path along the sea) with a family one, which has a not bad water park. Very convenient. And thus the available territory becomes simply huge! Meals are served almost around the clock. Alcohol is of good quality and very diverse. In the evenings there are discos and show programs. Everything is very good. I highly recommend staying here in Charm!
If you want silence in the evenings, then ask for a room within the boundaries of the first pool, in close proximity to the reception. It takes 15 minutes by taxi from the airport (if you book through taxi websites for 15-20 dollars).

Rixos is a good grid! A hotel with a large area . More than 500 dishes for dinner. And everything is delicious . The barbecue restaurant on the street was booked for a birthday-I really liked it. The room was reserved for the newlyweds! And there was a birthday present too - balloons , a cake, an inscription .
Pleasant service.
Disco in the evenings - with various artists. There is also a beautiful red sea - we went scuba diving there for the first time in our lives.

We had a vacation in August 2024 and it's just gorgeous! As usual, I spent a whole month monitoring reviews, reviews and pages of real vacationers by geotags and hashtags, which allowed us to choose a hotel that meets all our requirements as much as possible. And it has borne fruit)
A huge territory, many pools and Ala-Card restaurants (I recommend salt and especially meat).
There are no questions about nutrition, you can eat, but as everywhere with Egyptian features, like sausage, which does not look like it at all. But there were seafood all the time, especially their crabs came to me. Although it is quite monotonous, but there is a lot of food and you will not stay hungry. There are no questions about catering, there are a lot of employees and they quickly bring everything you need.
This is an 18+ hotel and, being parents with many children, we wanted just such a hotel. It's great because the hotel was 100% full, but it only felt like it was in the restaurant. There is no endless screaming and shouting of Arab children with their upbringing peculiarities, you can just lie quietly by the pool and enjoy your vacation. The show programs are the highlight of this hotel, we went to them not because we need to take time, but because they are great - dancing, songs, stunt people, acrobats... you can't list everything.
The peculiarity of the hotel is the beach, which, like everywhere else in Charm, does not exist (I mean the opportunity to enter the sea directly from the shore), and the pier opened no earlier than 12 days. We didn't care, but maybe it was important to someone. The reef is rich and diverse, there are a lot of marine life, a paradise for snorkeling.
Tip, if you want to upgrade the room category, then do not approach the reception staff with this question, but look nearby, there is an employee with a cunning face walking there, who wants to help in every way. We arrived at 6 a.m., there were no standard rooms available, and at the reception we were offered for a modest $ 1,000 to go right now to a chic suite with a sea view. And the aforementioned employee did the same for 100) that's how we stayed for 10 days in one of the best rooms of this hotel.
If you want to get to the salt or meat restaurant, you will not be able to do it, even if you try to do it at 00:00 minutes and 01 seconds) magically, they turn out to be already booked. Look for our Russian girl in the lobby, sitting near the reception. She will help.

Of the cons:
1) In restaurants they will not bring you fresh fruit, and if they do, as one waiter told me Only for you, it will be packaged chymose juice. It's a strange policy, because in the afternoon you can drink mango fresh, guava, and vegetable detoxes by the beach)
2) when checking in at the reception, the guy allegedly offered to move us for free to another building, away from the sea, where we booked, but to a room twice as large. And when I said that I wanted to see both options first, and then make a decision, he muttered in Russian - thank you for the show? That was the end of the discussion.
3.) at the beach party in Charm, a large company was supposed to come to the bar, 8 people, I came first and moved two small round tables. After that, a conflict with the manager came out in raised tones, who for some reason began to assert that tables should not be moved, and in general, the whole company can occupy 1 table. Although there were empty tables nearby.
4.) On the same evening, three tables were reserved for guests in front of our tables in the first row. As we understood it, they were managers from travel agencies. In general, the manager brought them roasted almonds and pistachios. We asked them to bring them to us too. To which we received the answer that we are not allowed. This is only possible for them, an instruction from the reception. Everything was precipitated. Where is the logic? People buy a tour for a lot of money and have to watch how people who do not live in a hotel eat what guests are not allowed to eat.
5.) friends said that earlier shampoos / gels were manufactured by Loxitan in the Cigate. Now it's just black No name bottles bolted to the wall.
6.) at least half of the alcohol is burnt. The bottles on the bar are already worn, although as alcohol is drunk there, they would not have had time to get so worn out. Prosecco Lavitto can be drunk with a stretch, due to the lack of alternatives. For Rose, it's complete darkness. I've never drunk worse than a rose. Aperol is an unloaded mess. At least the gin and tonic was no different from what they were used to. Apparently, gin is not the worst after all.
7.) the most moronic entrance to the sea that I have seen) there is a pier in Sighate 1.5 km, just enough to go down the stairs at the end and swim in a piece of sea fenced with buoys about 10 by 10 meters. A very cool hotel! The territory, the rooms, everything is clean and tidy!! It is possible to travel by electric car throughout the territory, but this is for the lazy, and it is very pleasant to walk along well-groomed paths.
There is another hotel nearby, and you can use its territory, but there are a lot of kids there, and therefore noise))) BUT the kitchen here will be richer and more amazing for sure!!! Sometimes we went there for lunch and dinner.

There are just an incredible variety of sweets. The food is more varied in the cigate (we have been there a couple of times). But you definitely won't stay hungry here either. A lot of fruits.

Meat is fried in the Grill (generally the same as for dinner), just next to the table there is a barbecue. Turkish was also not particularly impressed, mostly kebabs. I really liked the Brazilian (5-6 types of meat, the cook brings the shrimp and you try it).
Bars
There are many of them, at every step. But they will pour you local alcohol. If you demand, they will pour you a normal one. They brought me a sniff because in the early days they tried to pour all sorts of stuff. Wine and champagne are only local.

In general, we liked the hotel for Egypt and did not want to leave. If you want to take a break from the children, then you are here.

Nice hotel, large territory. But this is the ambush - to get from the water park to the sea, you need to spend at least 30 minutes. The pontoon is very long, but it is interesting to drive every time. The place for swimming is very limited, but there are a lot of different animals.
The water park is super, we spent all the time there, because the sea was often closed due to the sea waves.

The hotel is 18+. The staff is friendly. Interesting evening shows. Ala-kart restaurants are themed and diverse. I liked the meat in the restaurant on the street the most. The Turkish cuisine restaurant was pleased with the variety on the menu. The rooms are clean. The hotel was pleasantly surprised. I recommend.
