They were in August 2021. I really liked the hotel. The food is varied and delicious. The room was nice (deluxe). I also liked the service, we answered all requests and questions quickly. I liked that the hotel is 16+. Entertainment every day and evening.

The service and the staff of the hotel are of course a shock, but two days later I realized this is a super service in Egyptian. I don't even want to think about what's going on in other hotels, but according to reviews, it's generally terrible. So the hotel is 5k, the sailor is 5k. The staff has a solid 3%, which I also appreciated perfectly. Single girls get a bonus in service, they smile and put more food on them 🤣👍👍
Gorgeous! There are no disadvantages. We are thrilled.

The hotel is good. The rooms are large. The food is good, but it will get boring in a week. We were in Italian Alaska: complete nonsense. We didn't go to the others, but people praised Brazilian. It's a bit difficult to sign up for ala maps — you need to catch places where you want to go after 12 a.m. through the website.
The problem with the room cards was that they were changed almost every day, they just stopped working. If you are in a hurry somewhere, there may be problems due to the sudden inability to get into the room.
Russian-speaking animators are asked to write a good review so that they take a picture of it and report back. So don't really believe the reviews. I believe that the hotel management, by giving such tasks to the animators, is simply deceiving the readers of the reviews.
For some reason, a warm pool is not always warm. In the water park, the slides that are claimed to be heated are actually cold. In winter, the water park is useless.
In the restaurant, the waiters are slow until you give them a dollar.
In most cases, the staff has trouble with English, as well as with Russian. Because of this, communication is very difficult if you have some kind of unusual situation.
There was a problem with security — because of their jamb, we were not allowed on the hotel grounds for 30 minutes, and the guard aggressively forbade us even to leave the hotel while they were sorting it out. The guard spoke neither English nor Russian. At the same time, in front of other guests, he accused a girl from our company that she was not from the hotel, we were trying to deceive him and so on. The girl was, to put it mildly, uncomfortable with this attitude.
I reported this situation to the manager (apparently Arabic), and at first he lied that you can't walk from the exit on the beach (although other people did), then he said that we tried to bring a non-permanent hotel to the territory (which is complete nonsense), as a result, after telling this story, the girl with guest relations was sent to room 2 a set of fruits, 2 desserts and 2 bottles of wine.
I haven't been to other riksos, but the guests said that everything is much better in Turkey. There are few young people in the hotels, mostly 30+ people.
In general, it is normal, but because of the beaten-off security and the lies of the manager, we will not go to this hotel.
