Из плюсов гостиницы удобное местоположение, большая парковка, белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье, пожалуй все. В этом месте крепко засел дух прошлого, номера маленькие и изрядно потрепаные временем, в номере телевизор, телефон, одна тарелка и два стакана, фен (не пользовалась). Чайника, приборов нет, даже по запросу(пожарная безопасность), рожок для обуви тоже не нашли, уборка на троечку. В холле на этаже есть кулер с холодной и горячей водой, по утрам чаще был пустой, не на всех этажах. В целом, приехать на два-три можно, для совсем непритязательных гостей сойдёт. Могли бы сделать из этой гостиницы "конфету", но, видимо, никому не надо. Цена на такой комфорт могла бы быть и поменьше

Terrible hotel.
The room was not cleaned normally during the entire week of stay.
They came to the reception on the 3rd day and asked to start changing at least the bed linen - the employees, rolling their eyes, said that they could not solve this request, since the laundry was not under their control and they did not know how everything was arranged there.
To my question, "how often do you have room cleaning in general?" they answered that "every 3 days." Naturally, no one changed the bed linen after 3 days of stay, or after a week of stay.
Another comical situation was when, at about 10 o'clock in the evening, the reception again asked for toilet paper, because it was not added to the room, the employees again looked round with horror and said that they could not help and that the main laundry service would start working only at 8 a.m. the next day.
I had to drag myself to the store after a whole day on my feet and buy paper on my own.
But then at 8 a.m. the next day, they started hammering into the room with all their might, trying to give out a roll of toilet paper that no one needed anymore.
It's just a circus with horses of some kind.
Breakfast at the hotel is a separate nightmare for the stomach: the food is over-salted, fatty, over-salted cheap sausages, instead of normal coffee in the coffee machine there was disgusting instant powdered caffeine a la Nescafe Classic Burnt, which could not be drunk, a strange mess called "omelette", the very sight of which could only make you sick.
The room itself is small, very tired and worn, without repair, with hair on the floor and dust in the corners.
The front door can neither be opened / closed without a bang, a separate minus is a heavy key, which each time had to be handed over when leaving the hotel in the morning, and then extracted back when returning in the evening.
The shower cabin is super cramped, the doors rattled when opening and closing and resisted any action so that there was a fear that they would fall off at some point.
The shower cabin was not cleaned at all, and on the 4th day the drain was also clogged.
And as the cherry on the cake, somewhere on the 4th day of stay at the hotel, repairs began, which was accompanied by the booming sounds of a jackhammer from 9 a.m.
I highly do not recommend this hotel.

Fungus in the shower stall, the doors of which are difficult to open and close, sealing rubber bands fall off. To enter the shower cabin, you need to lift your legs 60 cm. Part of the shower stall "eats up" the corner for sitting (who sits in the public shower?!) bulky, tall and people with 40-foot size and will no longer be able to wash properly.
Furniture with damaged coating in places. The dried parquet on the floor.
You will not find water, a teapot, tea/coffee in the room. Maximum cooler in the common corridor. So if you still risked booking a room here, then take care of the availability of water in the room in advance.
The breakfasts are meager and cold even if you arrive at 7 a.m. The omelet looks like it is made from egg powder, the pastry is dry, as if it has been lying for a long time (cookies do not count).
And the "cherry on the cake" - in your booking you will not find information about the surcharge for early check-in and even if you arrive around 12 p.m. You will immediately be issued, a key will be given, you will pay the amount indicated in the booking and only then you will be stunned by the fact that you also owe for an early check-in even if you did not ask for it!
By the way, this information is not available on the hotel's website either, or it is so hidden somewhere that it can only be found with the help of dogs or a mat!

Отель не плохой, расположение близко к музею и парку, видана проспект красивый, номера скромные, но все есть хоть и бюджетно. Завтрак не вкусно, однообразно , если несколько дней уже невозможно. Радует хотя бы, что нет очереди на завтраке и перед экскурсией не теряешь на это время.
Были на новогоднем банкете… программа была вполне веселая, но еда товарищи разочарование полное… за такие деньги такое г…, показательно то, что после 3 ночи остались 70% закусок горячее «проковырялись», ушли свежие овощи в полном обьеме (которые тоже не айс). От белорусского гостеприимства на новогоднем банкете я ожидала гораааздо большего.

Хорошее расположение,вид на набережную,есть где прогуляться и насладиться Минском,центр,все рядом,парковка при гостинице,при заселении выдали пропуск,машину загнали за шлагбаум,персонал вежливый и доброжелательный,все объясняют,номер нормальный,кровати в меру жёсткие,напор воды хороший, гладильная доска с утюгом на этаже,вид с окна был на музей и набережную,ночной город великолепен,рядом торговые центры, рекомендую

Гостиница из прошлого, вероятно когда то была шикарной.
Плюсы:
Расположение - в пешей доступности от Верхнего города, главной исторической достопримечательности; напротив Парк Победы и 10 минут пешком до метро.
Чистота в номере, хорошая уборка, белоснежное белье и полотенца.
Хорошо работающий кондиционер
Приветливый персонал
Интересный холл
Минусы: старая мебель, особенно ванная комната, не работал холодильник, о мини-баре не говорю, его просто не было. В номере был один стакан и все, кулер на этаже.
Завтраки в ресторане - ну совсем печально
Замки механические, с огромным бронзовым брелком, соответственно ключ нужно было всегда сдавать, тк носить его реально тяжело
И да, фото не соответствует прям совсем

The staff is friendly, responds quickly to comments, there was a yellow stain on one pillowcase in the room, it was changed quickly. They offer a buffet breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor for 27 bel rubles, it's expensive, they didn't take it.

Cons:
- administrators (the face of the hotel). They are unfriendly. They check in for a very long time, apparently, they carry out murky schemes, because I had to figure out why the room was without breakfast, although I paid for everything;
- the rooms do not require cosmetic, but complete repairs;
- poor breakfast, dirty tablecloths.
There is no desire to stay at this hotel again.

Отличная гостиница. Чисто, уютно. Девочки на ресепшн очень приветливые. Номер был чистый, со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Бельё белоснежное. Немного огорчил санузел, унитаз не держал воду. И этот звук текущей воды немного раздражал. Но шикарнейший вид из окна, с видом на парк и музей ВОВ всё таки сглаживал этот недостаток. Завтрак шведский стол, наелись от души. Есть своя парковка. Рядом магазины, кафе. Спасибо за тёплый приём.

Остановились в гостинице на одну ночь, несколько семей. Номера дали недалеко друг от друга, на одном этаже, оформили очень быстро, заселили сразу же. Единственное, не было больших номеров, не могу точно сказать, на тот момент или в принципе их нет, но на нашу семью из четырех человек пришлось брать два номера. Оплатить можно картой МИР без проблем. Мы деньги не меняли, абсолютно везде расплачивались этой картой. Номера чистые, есть минимальный набор для ванной, чистые полотенца. На этаже есть кулер. Позабавил размер брелока к ключу от номера, видимо, чтобы точно не было соблазна унести))
Месторасположение отеля более чем хорошее: рядом музей и парк победы, смотровая площадка, торговые центры и т.д. Кстати, если вы захотите вкусно поесть, то вам в "Васильки", как выходите с гостиницы, идёте направо до торгового центра, там на третьем этаже его и найдёте)
Шоколад и прочие вкусности в фирменном магазине, что неподалеку от отеля почти в три раза дороже.
Отель рекомендую, цена и качество соответствует. На середину июля двухместный номер стоил 3600 за ночь без завтрака. Можно найти и дешевле, но мы решили остановиться в самом центре.
Кстати, на первом этаже предлагают экскурсию, можно смело брать, цена у них не завышена.

Номера соответствуют своим "звёздам". Обслуживание хорошее. Уборку в номере проводят каждый день. Расположение гостиницы великолепное: недалеко от центра города , и в то же время прекрасное по остальным критериям: вид из окна номера, отличное и очень удобное транспортное сообщение со всеми важными достопримечательностями города, красивые рассветы и закаты можно наблюдать прямо из окна номера. Завтраки очень порадовали своим разнообразием и обилием - "шведский стол" т.н. Кровать отличная, удобства (душ,холодильник-мини, телевизор) вполне соответствуют заявленным звёздам. В номере очень тепло. Нас с мужем все устроило. Спасибо большое персоналу гостиницы! Хочется вернуться ещё!🙏

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. But:
The laundry was unwashed, the shower cabin was leaking in our room, the bathroom door was cracked and would not close.
The walls are cardboard, the neighbor behind the wall spent the whole night selflessly catching a squirrel, yelling and knocking on the walls. But here, alas, the hotel can hardly do anything.
It's acceptable for its price, we won't come back.

A terrible hotel, checked in an hour after 14 o'clock, as they should have, with a scandal.
A suite, it's just from the word "not a Suite", but just a simple Soviet room.
But the funniest thing in the evening began, a strong hum in the hood, and this is a SUITE room, the bathroom is dirty, it's just terrible.
I went to ask for another room, but they moved me, even though I slept peacefully for a few hours.

Внешне и холл гостиницы понравились. Находится в центре города - очень удобно! Номер у нас был "стандарт" на 11 этаже. Практически всё устроило: кровати удобные (матрац, падушки), постельное бельё белейшее!!!, кондиционер есть, удобства в номере. На этаже куллер с водой и гладильная доска с хорошим утюгом. Есть пару "но": унитаз шатался, даже было страшновато; мебели лишней много для небольшого номера - тесно.
Завтрак "шведский стол" - большой ассортимент и вкусно. В целом - рекомендуем!

Гостит на для своей ценовой категории довольно приличная: в номерах чисто, на одного человека 3 полотенца. В ресторане завтрак - шведский стол. Хороший выбор: есть яичница, сосиски, колбаски, горячие бутерброды, мюсли, свежие овощи, выпечка.
Персонал отзывчивый и идут на встречу, пытаются разрешить вопрос в пользу гостя

Хорошая гостиница. Отличный ресепшн: работает быстро, вежливо с хорошим настроением. В номерах чисто, кондиционер работает на тепло и холод. Матрас удобный. Нет одноразовых тапочек(. Остальное все хорошо. Завтрак не пробовала, поэтому оценить не могу. Удобное расположение, рядом есть все , что может вызвать интерес. Хорошая стоянка. Немного дегтя: звукоизоляция условная .
