The rest of the cons: the furniture is old and creaky, the air conditioner makes noise like a helicopter, the room has never been cleaned, the bed has not been changed, the garbage has not been taken out, the supply of shampoos has not been replenished. Гостиница в целом хорошая, такая монументальная, интерьеры внутреннего убранства порадовали , из советского прошлого, когда всё делали дорого, богато и на совесть - стеклянные цветные витражи, плитка расписная на стенах, лепнина.. в современных гостиницах сейчас такого , наверное, не сыщешь. Номер немного уставший, но просторный, постель чистая, кровать удобная, санузел чистый, без нареканий. отношение очень доброжелательное. Один большой и жирный минус - завтраки за свои же деньги (не берите их). Каши дубовые, булочки и прочая выпечка очень лежалая, ассортимент скудный. Кофе - кофейный компот. Недорогая гостиница, для того, чтобы с комфортом ночевать, что мы и делали

For three stars, the hotel is weak, curtains with holes, the duvet cover was also leaky, slippers only for a fee, the water pressure is not the best, but you can wash, there is no sound insulation, you can hear everything up to the neighbors' conversations. The room itself was comfortable for one, it would have been cramped for two already. I think the price for the room is too high for 3.5 thousand for one night, a room with leaky bed linen and no slippers, well, it's too expensive. I do not recommend staying here

Отзывчивый, вежливый, гостеприимный ( можно продолжать еще..) персонал. Помогут по любому вопросу. В номерах чисто! Полотенца меняют каждый день.
Есть услуга стирка вещей. Попробую воспользоваться.
Месторасположение удобное для туристов, в центре города, рядом река Свислоч и много молодежных мест, кафе, ресторанов, зон отдыха, и Дворец спорта.

Отличная локация: супер парк рядом, метро рядом, магазины и покушать тоже рядом. Плюс достаточно демократическая цена и приятный персонал. Пользуется большим спросом, особенно в сезон, а поэтому можно остаться без номера, если не бронировать его заранее.

Удобное расположение в центре города. Рядом метро, музей истории Великой Отечественной войны, центральный проспект, рынок, гипермаркет.
Очень внимательный персонал, всегда готов помочь. Вполне приличный завтрак "шведский стол" с вкусным кофе из машины, разнообразными блюдами и напитками. Все было вкусно. В номере телевизор, холодильник, удобная кровать. В холле первого этажа очень красиво, множество праздничных фотозон. Остались всем довольны.

Удобное расположение, есть своя парковка, номер просторный. Стиль совдеповский ))) Но в гостинице какая то проблема с водой. При заселении в номер сразу не проверили, весь день гуляли и уже поздним вечером стоя в душевой кабине стало понятно, что горячий воды нет и вообще кран сорван, закрыть обратно его было невозможно. Естественно сразу обратились на ресепшен, прислали мастера, который сказал, что вообще-то электрик и если нам надо выключить воду, то её надо перекрыть где то под унитазом. Решение конечно же не устроило. Ещё раз обратились на ресепшен, нас оперативно переселили в соседний номер, там хотя бы был целый кран и тёплая вода, правда по напору это напоминало как будто вода распрыскивается из пипетки (((( Под таким напором промыть нормально волосы практически невозможно. В следующий раз, если будем в Минске, будем выбирать другую гостиницу, ехали отдохнуть, а не решать бытовые проблемы )))

Гостиница в самом центре города. Номера стандартные. Нсть холодильник, телевизор, радио. В коредоре есть глодилная домка и утюг. Чисто. Огромный плюс - это камера хранения. Если вы приехали раньше времени заселения, то можно оставить ваши в камере хранения и идти гулять. Персонал вежливый. Есть своя столовая, но вы в ней не ели. Ходили до ближайшего торгового центра. У нас номер был на 12 этаже. Вид открывается очень красивый.

Stayed with a friend at this hotel in May 2024, we really liked it. The location is great, opposite the park, near a large shopping center, fairs, where we bought gifts for our loved ones. We quickly checked in, the room was small, but clean and cozy, there was a good refrigerator in the room. On the day of the eviction, we quietly left our luggage in the luggage room and went for a walk light, which helped us a lot (we did not take extra money for this). I caught the Internet in the room, there were no problems with it, everything loaded quickly. The staff is friendly and sincere, like all people in Minsk. I boldly recommend this hotel!!!

It was fundamentally important for us to check in early, we were given this opportunity with a +50% surcharge. We were given a room on the top floor with a stunning view from the window. The interior is classic, a little outdated, but everything is so neat that there are no signs of "fatigue". There are no complaints about cleanliness. Soap-shampoo-conditioner is available in the bathroom. A dental kit can be purchased at the reception. The staff is attentive and friendly. The elevators are a little slow, but there are several of them, some will come ;) Wi-Fi is provided for each device and worked perfectly, pulled the video without slowing down. The sound insulation is good, the neighbors have not heard. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. Breakfast was not taken. The location of the hotel is in the green zone. There is no metro in the vicinity, but walking is not a problem (10-15 minutes), + taxi services in Minsk are cheap. It is possible to leave things in storage before and after check-in. Hotels in Minsk are generally expensive, this hotel is optimal in terms of price/quality /convenience.

Атмосфера советских времён сохранена безукоризненно. Во всех смыслах. Интерьеры, обслуживание в номерах, ресторан, который, правда, работает только на завтраках. Рецепшн вежливый, номера вполне приличные. Вид из окна отличный. Про цены не могу сказать, поскольку номер оплачивали заказчики. В пешей доступности всё необходимое, от банков до ресторанов и магазинов

Вполне приличное внутренне оформление гостиницы - из старых советских шикарных времён.🙂 Местоположение для меня просто отличное - и центр недалеко, и прекрасное окружение значимых архитектурных сооружений. Я - довольна. Сервис мог бы быть повнимательнее ( имею ввиду работу сотрудников ресепшен). Завтрак в меню очень обильный по ассортименту, и меняется каждый день. Если бы приехала ещё раз - разместилась бы здесь - точно.

The hotel is just TERRIBLE. A la USSR. The rooms are shabby, the doors don't close, the bathroom is just a nightmare. Okay, it's small, but why put a shower stall with a seat and a high trough there. People with bad legs can't get in there at all. The refrigerator, one name, works, but does not freeze and the settings are broken. The receptionists on duty are rude, ready to send them just for looking at them. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

We were in Minsk with a cultural program, stayed in a hotel for 2 nights. Pros - located in the center, there is its own Parking. Cons - everything else. First, we were settled in an unmade room, from where someone had just moved out. From the second time we received a cleaned one. But in this room (as well as others, apparently) - the parquet floor is worn to holes, it is unpleasant to walk without shoes, but there are no slippers in the room, they must be bought at the reception. One pair is 3.5 Belarusian rubles. Dirty curtains, a layer of dust on the windowsill. There is no kettle, bottled water (met in all hotels). There is no soap in the bathroom, there was 1 bag of shower gel and 3 bags of shampoo (for two people). The shower stalls are small. The shower watering can flows from all sides, the doors in the shower stall close badly. Water flows from the bottom of the pallet to the floor. The heated towel rail is hanging on the screws torn out of the wall. More than half of the lamps are not lit in the corridors.
Although I saw a lot of similar reviews, I hoped that in fact not everything is so bad. But in fact it is. I don't recommend it.

The Planeta Hotel is located in the very center of Minsk. In general, the hotel meets the stated 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned daily. Upon check-in, a parking space for cars is offered, which is also not a little important in the capital. On the second floor there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. As for me, there is not enough kettle in the room. But it should be noted that there is a cooler in the lobby of the floor, in which there is always water. Для своей ценовой категории вполне хороший вариант. Из плюсов бесспорно отличное расположение. Все необходимое рядом, до центральных улиц Минска при желании можно спокойно дойти пешком. Также нам повезло с видом из окна. Окна выходили на проспект Победителей, парк и набережную. Очень приятная картина.
Из минусов: гостиница, мягко говоря, не новая. Мебель в номерах уже немного "уставшая". Были небольшие проблемы с вай-фаем. При попытке входа выскакивало сообщение о технических работах, информацию о длительности которых уточнить так и не удалось. Но, справедливости ради, это было в ночные часы и продлилось в итоге около часа. Ну и шумоизоляция. Очень хорошо слышно все, что происходит в соседнем номере и холле.

Начну с плюсов -
1) расположение - в шаговой доступности много достопримечательностей, куча магазинов, в т.ч.супербюджетный Соседи
2) напор воды и полотенца - мыться в душе одно удовольствие
3) wifi, медленный, но в номере ловит хорошо
Минусы:
1) номер маленький, душ потрёпанный
2) чайника нет, кулер общий на этаже, воду выпивают быстро
3) отключен телефон в номере, есть холодильник, но он не холодит - ресепшн сказал что это нормально. Дико жить в номере с неработающими приборами
