The locals advised Pirosmani, went for lunch and did not regret it. Excellent pastries: lobiani is slightly spicy and hearty, khachapuri on a skewer is just a cheese bomb.
The service is courteous and fast.
Prices relative to other cafes/restaurants are moderate.

They came at 22:00, at 22:10 they made an order, at 22:30 they brought wine, at 22:40 they brought an ashtray (after 3 reminders) which they asked for at 22:10. At 22:50 they brought a Georgian salad, at 23:10 khachapuri in Atjari with ham, 23:30 they refused from the ordered khinkali since we are already tired of waiting. They paid and left upset. The longest wait in life, the service at the lowest level. I do NOT recommend it.

We were given two chances precisely because of the high score. Both times we waited indecently long for food. A huge number of seats should still involve a sufficient number of hands in the kitchen. In May 2023, we stopped for lunch - the prices are like in the center of Moscow, the portions are 3 times less than they were. A visit to this institution on 08/28/24 left extremely negative impressions. In Georgia, and not for the first time, catering even in the most ordinary places without a rating is an order of magnitude better.
The service speed is just zero, not even one. For half an hour, the waiter, who was running around like a scalded man, could not take the order, and then bring cold drinks for the next half hour.
Waiting for khinkali! An hour and a half! The salad should, according to the waiter, be quick. In fact, it turned out that fast is just over an hour.
So more than that. The quality of the cuisine is no different from many similar establishments. The chef's signature salad for 22 lari is quite an ordinary unremarkable story with beef and a mountain of mayonnaise, the dolma is ordinary edible.
In my opinion, it's not worth wasting time on this place.
