The food is sooo average and in general it can be said even below average in taste and quality of dishes - not freshly prepared much, obviously the dishes that have been standing for a couple of days are served, they even asked to replace, for example, chashushuli. Ajapsandal is shameful, the worst thing I've tried in Georgia. Do not waste time on this remote and very mediocre institution. Positive feedback, apparently, from the participants of numerous tourist groups led by the appropriate guides. The best thing about this place is the decoration inside the establishment, it has nothing to do with food, unfortunately.

When I took the order, I said "people are waiting for me" in response to a question about the menu. Friends, this is my first time here, I came to have a good time with my family, and people are "waiting for him."
I asked for bolognese pasta for the child and clarified - without pepper, not spicy, without greens.
The first time I brought empty pasta. To my question, he said, "That's what they did."
The second time they added red pepper and meat, but forgot about the sauce and parmesan. The waiter started arguing with me that there was no red pepper on the plate, it was funny. And then he just turned around and left, that's the number. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude in Georgia.
The second waitress came to the rescue, she speaks English. But when asked to call the manager, because the simple situation is not solved at all, the manager did not come out.
When they brought it for the third time, they forgot to put the parmesan)))

Unrealistically delicious khinkali, (we took 30 pieces, ate enough)
We took Caesar salad with chicken (everyone liked it 10/10)
Also eggplants in sauce (in general, my mother and I wanted eggplants that go like rolls with nuts inside ... but the waiter did not understand the campaign) but still, the dish is delicious, it's worth it
When I was with my uncle, we ordered more mushrooms with cheese (I remember we really liked it)
Khachapuri in the form of pizza, it was also delicious

The situation occurred on 07/06/2023. Approximately at the time of 21-30, we were queuing for boarding with a company of 5 people. There were a couple of Russian speakers in front of us, then we and after us a company of 5 local people. He went outside, according to him, the "manager" began to look at how many people there were, in which company there were how many people. Further behind us, the company began to speak to the manager in the local language, after which, 3 minutes later, he escorted them to the restaurant of the other wing and landed. To my question why this is happening, there was no answer, they were exposed as "fools". More than one manager could not solve this situation. They put the restaurant in a terrible light... There is no concept of customer service in this position...

- khinkali is very sharp, it would be great if they warned about it. And when to order, they clarified what is the difference between simply with beef from kalakuri and mtiuluri. After 18.00 there is very loud music, we always come with a child and they give us a table next to the music, although there are enough free tables, but they keep them for large companies, not for a family of 3 people, they left there several times, at least when they were there, the child burst into tears from loud music They wanted to leave already, and a miracle, they immediately found a table where it was quieter.

A local resident of Batumi recommended this place to us (he said that there are delicious khinkali, and yes, it's true!) We ate khinkali with meat and mushrooms, both options were smartly seasoned, the dough was the most delicate, the sizes were large! As an appetizer, we ordered assorted phali (the serving was above praise, and the taste was incomparable). And finally, we can't help but mention their homemade lemonade with watermelon (this one is like watermelon fresh, there is a lot of pulp and it is clear that only natural products are used). The total amount was 42.9 lari. You can sit in the restaurant both inside and outside. Live music plays inside in the evenings (very atmospheric). It was clear that the place was in demand. The staff is very helpful.

18.07.24 we came ( for the second time ) to taste food. A girl kindly greeted us at the entrance and showed us a table.
We sat down at the table with my husband, made an order. The music was just SCREAMING at the whole place, all the people were trying to shout over each other, because of this it was just unimaginably noisy.
I will immediately clarify that on our first trip to this institution, pasta was prepared for us quite well. This time we made an order :
Carbonara pasta
Pasta with salmon
Eggplant in caramel
khachapuri in Adjarian style
Lemonade
They brought carbonara pasta to my husband 30 minutes later - it's icy. VERY sour , they tried to make a sauce to taste from sour cream , apparently, instead of cream. All the sour cream was cut off and the pellets on the pasta turned out.
THREE SQUARES OF CARBONADE.
They brought eggplants. It's just wooden overcooked breadcrumbs that didn't even stick a fork in sweet and sour sauce from the store.
They brought pasta with salmon to me, the pasta is the same Sour. The obvious taste of sour cream. It is impossible to eat, some kind of porridge. It just tastes like sour cream was added to the pasta and salmon pieces were put separately😂
Not salty , no 🤢
They brought lemonade , the lemonade is bland , it tastes just ordinary from the store where they threw a piece of orange.
Khachapuri in Adjarian is more or less, but very oak, overexposed.
I called the waiter, who does not understand anything in Russian, and began to say that the sauce in the pastes is very sour, to which he says: sauce ? What kind of satsebeli matsoni should I bring you?
I translated in the translator that the pasta is very sour and tastes disgusting. He looked at me in surprise and went to talk to the administrator.
The woman came up, her actions amazed me at all. He says what happened to you? I say the pasta is very sour. She just takes the plate and leaves without saying anything , no apologies or comments , will we redo it or not ?
In short, we waited another 40 minutes, but the pasta was never brought.
We ate overcooked khachapuri and washed it down with lemonade. They gave 3,000 rubles ( 100 GEL) and went off into the sunset.
So, think for yourself whether you want to spoil the mood in this institution.
