A long wait for service (cola was carried for 40 minutes, ribs waited a little over an hour, khinkali all 1.5 hours). About khinkali: we ordered khinkali with potatoes, brought it with mushrooms. To all the arguments that we could not order with mushrooms, because this dish was intended for a child, the answer is one - "I have it written down with mushrooms." In any cafe in Kazakhstan, the waiter would have "sorted out" the situation, but then our European appearance probably played against us. If you are of European appearance and speak Russian, then be prepared to receive disgusting service
Everything is very tasty. They ate too much.
Fried khinkali didn't have to be taken.
Khachapuri in Adjarian and on a skewer is super. Eggplant salad — fire.
The most delicious khinkali (we ate there and took it with us. We have never tasted such delicious and juicy ones). Kindzmarauli wine is worth paying so much. Khachapuri in Adjarian is the best!!! Live music, friendly staff. Everything is just great!!!
In this restaurant, only the water is delicious, the shish kebab and khinkali were heavily salted, the Georgian salad could not be worse.
The queue at the entrance does not justify the taste of the food. It seemed that someone had advertised the place well among Russian-speaking tourists.
We were given two chances precisely because of the high score. Both times we waited indecently long for food. A huge number of seats should still involve a sufficient number of hands in the kitchen. Both times we had to be content with what we brought, and we had to take some of it with us, which was not part of our plans at all. There were plans to eat!!
Batumi. The oldest brand. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy, especially in the courtyard, outdoors, with decorative trees and flowers. During the hours of high demand, sometimes you have to wait for the waiters. But everything is fine in the end. I love this place. I recommend.
One of the best establishments in the city. In terms of price/quality/service ratio, the best is possible. But the most delicious khinkali is not here :)
I liked the cuisine, and despite the fact that it is a restaurant, the prices were pleasantly surprised. There are a lot of people, there were even waiting in line for an empty table
I was in Georgia and Batumi for the first time. On the recommendation of the Georgians themselves, they visited the restaurant. We got there three times, which I consider a miracle, and we were lucky (we came and there were places), because it is impossible to book a table (for tourists) only on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hinkal is the best in this restaurant, of those that were tried in other restaurants in Batumi. And all the food we ate was very tasty (that's for me).
The restaurant has 3 or four halls, + 2 covered terraces. The track behind the restaurant is very cozy and quiet, if you do not take into account the voices of the guests.
One more thing, the menu can only be viewed through the site, so if you have not configured your phone for roaming, you will not see the menu, although there is Wi-Fi, access to which they kindly offer, but my phone did not catch it, for some reason. Waiting for your dish is also delayed, a lot of people are always in service. But it was normal for us too. The gastronomic orgasm was worth it. Again, this is normal for me, it was time to relax, to talk.
Positive: good service and delicious khinkali.
Cons: tips are included in the bill (10%), khinkali from at least 5 pieces of one type (after all, I want to try several different ones, but take too many of all kinds for two)
It is a very large restaurant and very popular. There are queues at the entrance during the season. The price tag is slightly higher than the average, but the quality of the food is better. I recommend
It's just 5 stars. Insanely delicious khinkali, and peach vodka is generally impossible to book a table in this restaurant, there is a huge flow of guests, many even stand in line at the entrance. The atmosphere is pleasant, live music. Everything is delicious♥️
Just the bottom!!!
They came, sat at the table, the waiter did not come up for 30 minutes, no one responded to the request to take an order!!!
The administrators are wooden, they can not solve anything from the word at all!
As a result, they got up and left hungry!
If you can't cope with the flow of people, then you don't need to put guests in every corner, just to go to the restaurant!
Disappointment. Of course, I understand everything, it's evening, a lot of people, but waiting 1.5 hours for Khinkali is too much. Since there are so many tables, please have the appropriate kitchen. Evening to nowhere. The food is no better than other places. We regretted that we wasted so much time.
Very long service. There are a lot of people and few waiters, loud music, noisy. Chashashuli and chkmeruli were brought slightly warm, the child waited for the burger for an hour, they brought cold (!) why then put it on the menu. Remove half of the dishes so as not to waste time! Definitely not coming anymore!!!
The atmosphere is pleasant, that's all)))) salads are like salads, khinkali we waited for more than an hour!!!! according to this, they have not entered ... the staff just walks by, pretending that they are sooooo busy... well, that's how it is
A very nice place, cozy with pirosmani paintings. The entourage is felt. I advise you definitely to try a truly national cuisine. Khinkali khachapuri... you'll lick your fingers. And the money is not so expensive. I'll even say cheap for such a kitchen setting and service! Well done!
They came at 22:00, at 22:10 they made an order, at 22:30 they brought wine, at 22:40 they brought an ashtray (after 3 reminders) which they asked for at 22:10. At 22:50 they brought a Georgian salad, at 23:10 khachapuri in Atjari with ham, 23:30 they refused from the ordered khinkali since we are already tired of waiting. They paid and left upset. The longest wait in life, the service at the lowest level. I do NOT recommend it.
11.09.24. we order ribs, they say the wait is 50 minutes, we refuse and order Chakhokhbili. Everything is very long and slow. Salads were brought in 30 minutes, khachapuri in 50!!! After 1h20 min, we ask for the bill, along with the bill they bring the ribs)) a scandal, a showdown, the waiter speaks Russian poorly, the administrator is on the side of the establishment. As a result, the bill for GEL 290 and the ribs are with us)) We will not go there ourselves and we do not recommend it to others!!!
Very tasty, big khinkali! Khachapuri in Adjarian, well, just a fairy tale, brought on a huge plate, enough for two people. Pleasant atmosphere, polite staff!
I read the reviews, I really wanted to visit this place, but alas. The waiter did not accept the order in 30 minutes, only said "right now, I'll be right there" twice. There are a lot of guests, judging by them, no one has been served in this veranda for this half hour
I went to Pirosmani with a girl, ordered 2 main courses, an appetizer and wine. We waited 45 minutes for a snack and after 3 questions that we were waiting for an hour, they brought us dishes (dry chicken and pork with a cap of mayonnaise and cheese). 104.5 Gel
According to a subjective assessment, only wine and mushrooms with cheese were delicious
A very long wait for the dishes. The salad was brought after the order in 15 minutes, the remaining positions with chickpeas in 35 and the last, shish kebab in 50 minutes. The food itself did not cause delight, it is a very overrated place, relative to the reviews. The dishes are either over-salted, or on the contrary, they forgot to add salt. If you are making a huge hall, then arrange the delivery of dishes. I do not recommend visiting. There are many other places in Batumi that are much better than this
We read a lot of good reviews and went to this restaurant for lunch. The food was disappointing . In satsivi, the chicken is like an alien alien trapped in a nut swamp just before serving the dish and completely soaked in sauce. The kebab is tasteless, dry and hard. The kebab is tasteless. The bread is dry and old. I only liked the homemade lemonade. Delicious eggplant salad. Everything else is expensive and tasteless, I do not recommend this restaurant to visit, I do not know where so many laudatory reviews come from.
You can't get into this restaurant and book a table in advance. They seemed to like the crowd at the entrance, waiting for the grace to sit down and have dinner at their restaurant. Such a slight desire to rise through humiliation. The food is mediocre, the staff is arrogant.
An ugly job as a hostess. He pulls people out of the general queue according to his taste and keeps those standing in front of him without noticing. At the same time, she asked 5 times how many people there were, asked in English, in Russian, apparently the girl does not understand. I stood in line for 20 minutes, turned around and left. It's a shame to work like this.
Everything was fine until the waiter dropped dirty dishes on my perfectly white skirt, soiling it to the trash, except for her, I didn't see or hear anything.
Wait 20 minutes at the entrance and at least an hour every day ...Well, such a pleasure
I think it was the best service of all time in Georgia. It's a huge restaurant, but you won't have to wait long. And the food is also great, it left only pleasant impressions
Delicious food, good service. A large restaurant with a Georgian-style interior. You can eat and smoke on the terrace. I didn't like the draught red wine(
The disgusting service of one young curly-haired waiter. We waited 35 minutes for the order, and then I counted the bill for 50 GEL more! But I ran around with trays around tables with Georgian men, but I don't care about women with children! The last evening in Batumi was mercilessly ruined!
The restaurant was recommended by local residents, they were there twice, if the first time they liked everything and the food and the speed of service, the second time something went wrong...
It's a thing of the past, but be careful with the grub... there were bones and unloveable (sorry for spelling) pieces of meat, but in general, it was atmospheric! Pyromania! Batumi is my love!
A magical place. During rush hour, you may not find a place, a long wait for an order due to full boarding in the hall, but it's worth it. The staff is very helpful and polite.
Everything was delicious, beautiful interior, pleasant waitress, but for a very long time! The food was served for a long time, the check was carried for a long time. The children managed to fall asleep.
In general, the place is good and very atmospheric, not bad service. The star was removed for ojahuri with pork, in which the pieces of pork looked more like fried pork rinds.
