The hotel is very nice. Family. There is a children's room (from 4 years old). The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The food is delicious, the menu is very diverse. There is a children's menu. The hotel staff speaks and understands almost all of Russian. Every evening there is a children's disco, a show program and a disco. The hotel is located on the first line (you can always find a place on the beach). There are three swimming pools on site, including children's pools (there are two water slides). It takes about an hour to get from the airport (excluding traffic jams and arrivals at other hotels).

Terrible food ( waiters , almost no entertainment, very boring . The territory is not bad, green, the sea is clean - but the hotel did not try to do this) there are not even bathrobes in the room, the balconies are very closely located with each other.. although it may be normal for 3 stars..

It is impossible to imagine a vacation with children better than at Pirate's beach. Many thanks for the service and excellent cuisine, the caring staff, and especially the animators. Our children had fun all their holidays with smiling Tanya, caring Albina, sweet Julia, and the radiant Nika, who was incredibly loved by all the children and their parents.
At this time, the main organizer of the fun, Erdal, and the sports ringleader, Anyl, were engaged in active recreation for the entire adult population of the hotel.
Thank you very much, look forward to visiting again!

This hotel is one of the worst, we flew to Belek children's hotel for 4 years, and this time the tour operator persuaded us to go to Pirates, it's creepy for me, the food is monotonous, there is nothing good for children, there are no imported drinks! To go to the sea and go))) No, and no again!!! Oh, yes, the soap was used in the room, and spiders with cobwebs, well, something like that)))

The hotel is aimed at families with children, there are few foreigners, mainly Russians and Ukrainians. All staff speaks Russian: reception, bar, spa, animators, maids. The hotel itself is small, there are no crowds, just for dinner. By the pool, the sun beds are almost always free, only by the sea if you get up late, you will not find a sunbed. Food is the first hotel where seafood was served almost every day, and you can also choose from what to eat for a child. I also had enough alcohol. I liked efes beer and martinis. Thursday is fish day. There were: crayfish, langoustines, squid, mussels, shrimp, various fish. Sweets are generally another story , all sorts of goodies are constantly being eaten , but you go for one cake , and take three and eat it in the territory , the room is clean. Animation for both children and adults. But there is a lack of development, the rooms have been updated, but I would like to have a newer playground.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Not polite people at the reception (with rare exceptions). Rooms in which the toilet door is glass and has no lock (that is: no sound insulation, there is no way to close the door, the smell from the toilet goes to the whole room). There are a lot of flies in the dining room, food cannot be left for a second, flies sit on trays, on mugs, on wine glasses, on plates EVERYWHERE. The queues for food are km long, and the staff does not have time to serve everyone. The food itself is monotonous, the meat is cooked in bitter oil, it is always the same (with rare exceptions). The Internet is worthy of the title of a dumpster, it does not work either in the room or on the territory. You need to go and look for places where he is. Well, I'm not talking about his speed at all. The stated minibar is EMPTY, except for water and juices there is nothing in it. The service leaves much to be desired: the kids' club is crowded and does not accept children, the room is cleaned carelessly, and the bed is changed every 3-4 days. You can forget about the kettle in the room. There are positive aspects: a beautiful and cozy territory, the ordinary staff is quite polite and friendly, good bartenders and animators, clean sea (not always), beautiful views from the beach to the mountains, as well as sometimes there are days of special dishes in the restaurant (for example fish). But these positive aspects do not save the hotel from a huge number of guests. Which are much less in the hotels of competitors, therefore I do not wish anyone to rest here.

We were in 2018, excellent repair, good territory, quite a decent menu, lots of fruits. The only thing is a terrible guy for ice cream. There is so much hatred in the eyes of children asking for the main delicacy of childhood!!!! Everyone saw it, he was the only child hater like the whole hotel. The cleaning is good, the girls are from Ukraine, the bed is changed every day. Trips to the shops with girls are a waste of time, for a jacket in Kemer in the Russian Federation you can buy a mink jacket😆😆 they did not sell a white short coat with a mangy lynx for 850.000😂😂😂😂😂they had a lot of fun! Anamation is for children, I would say for the weakest 3. The bazaar is expensive, the orange grove next to the hotel is good! Shops with good clothes at far from low prices. But everything is cool. I recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay with children. Otherwise, you will wither with boredom

You're imagining things out of your head... access to the sea from a children's pool with slides in three steps... food from all kinds of buns to a variety of seafood ... on the territory of beauty-free trampolines, a zoo, a children's town ... we went and met people who come only here every year!

Good day!!! Pirates is the most soulful hotel of all where we have been, and therefore we have been there 8 times already, this year the same place. Children don't want to hear about other hotels. The sea has always been for us 50 meters from any room where we lived.

A great hotel for your money. There is always something to do for children and adults. If you do not find fault with the little things, then you can safely rate it at 5.
The sea is warm, it is not a very convenient approach because of the pebbles, but there is a strip in the subway wide, it is even useful for health to walk. The food is varied, the food is delicious. The drinks are not imported, but they are also quite decent. The service and maintenance are also on the level. The territory is large, there is a lot of greenery. We had a great rest! Thank you.

Cozy green area, accommodation in two-storey buildings. Large, newly renovated rooms. Very clean beach and sea. A variety of food. A wonderful wellness&spa salon where masseuses from Bali work with golden hands. The animators at the kids club are great for entertaining children. Guest relations and the hotel management are always ready to help and resolve any questions of the guests.
In general, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and we want to return there again!

Beautiful clear sea (comfortable entrance-small pebbles), lots of greenery, very clean well-groomed territory of the hotel and the beach. Good food (quite varied and almost everything is delicious). There are many children's activities: playgrounds (including on the beach), in the sea (trampoline, swing, "tower", raft). The territory is compact, but there is enough of everything. A VIP class hotel. There are 200 rooms with a small number, i.e. there is no pandemonium. She spends a lot of time with children, but it doesn't bother her. Excellent cuisine and drinks. Friendly staff.
Accommodation in 2-storey bungalows with 8 rooms renovation 2018. Swimming pools , slides, SPA, entertainment programs. I recommend.
